At 6:30 in the morning, Chandler went into Erica's room to get her up for school when he saw her hiding under the covers. He tilted his head slightly, kneeling next to her bed. "Erica, it's time to get up sweetheart," he said softly.

"Daddy I don't feel well" she mumbled.

"What's going on?" Chandler sat on the floor.

Erica moved the blanket to look at him "My head hurts" she frowned. "And my nose is stuffy," she sniffed.

Chandler gently put his hand on her forehead and felt how warm it was. He sighed softly, loosening his tie. "Okay. I'm going to check on your brother and we can get your temperature. Momma has to go to work today, but we're gonna stay home and make sure you get better" he gently kissed her forehead before getting up. He went into Jack's room and found out he wasn't feeling well either so he went downstairs to the kitchen where Monica is. "Hey babe, the kids aren't feeling well so I'm just going to call into work and stay with them."

"What? What's wrong? Are they okay? I'll stay with them" Monica put her coffee down and started to walk to the stairs before Chandler grabbed her arm pulling her back towards him.

He wrapped his arms around her waist and held her close to him. "They just have a fever and a stuffy nose, that's all. You have that big food critic coming to the restaurant today so you go and show them how amazing your food is."

Monica smiled leaning into his embrace "are you going to be okay? You can call me if you need me…"

Chandler smiled, kissing her cheek. "We're going to be okay Mon, I promise."

"And you'll call me?" she insisted.

"And I'll call you," he chuckled. Chandler went back upstairs with her as she said goodbyes to the kids before going off to work. He took both of their temperatures to find out they both had a fever of 102. To have the kids in one place where he could see them both, he took them down to the living room. He put them on the couch and covered them with a blanket and gave them extra pillows. "Do you guys want to put a movie on?"

"Toy Story!" Jack smiled

"No I want Jasmine," Erica pouted.

"How about we watch Toy Story first and then we can watch Jasmine" Chandler suggested. He put in the DVD despite Erica's protests, but she ended up watching the movie without any complaints once it started. While they watched the movie he took the time to quickly change out of his work clothes into jeans and a t-shirt. Chandler went to the medicine cabinet and grabbed the kids' Tylenol before going back downstairs. He crouched next to Jack first with the small cup of medicine. "Can you drink this for me buddy?" he asked softly,

Jack looked at it skeptically and reluctantly drank the medicine. He cringed at the bitter taste and shook his head quickly. "I don't like it" he mumbled, giving the cup back.

"I know it's not fun," he said as he moved to Erica. "Your turn." Chandler poured medicine into a second cup and handed it to her.

"If it doesn't taste good, why do I have to drink it?" she frowned

"Cause it'll help you get better," he said softly watching Erica's face scrunch up at the taste. He chuckled softly, taking the cup back. "Just relax and watch the movie and I'll make some soup okay?"

"Okay" they both replied, laying back against their pillows.

Chandler went to the kitchen scratching the back of his head as he realized he's never made soup before. He sighed, opening Monica's recipe box hoping she had something he could use. Finding a chicken noodle soup recipe he started to cook following her instructions. Chopping all of the vegetables and cooking the chicken before cutting it up and adding it in with the vegetables. He made the pasta before adding it and stirred everything together before it was ready. Chandler grabbed two of the kids' bowls and filled them with the soup and went to the living room.

"Daddy" Erica smiled when she saw him. "Can you watch with us?" she asked softly.

"Of course. Are you hungry?" They both nodded so Chandler waited for Erica to sit up before giving her the food.

Jack looked up at him with a small pout. "Too weak...to hold...bowl" he pouted dramatically.

Chandler sighed softly sitting on the floor next to them. He held out a spoonful to feed him but Jack shook his head.

"I want ice cream," he mumbled.

"No, you're not having ice cream just cause you're sick."

"But my throat hurts!" Jack whined.

"No Jack, this will help you," Chandler said firmly.

"I hate you!" he pouted.

Chandler sighed and put the bowl down and started to get up before Jack grabbed his shirt.

"No Daddy don't go," he mumbled softly.

He chuckled softly sitting back down. "Can you please eat the soup?" he asked, holding the bowl out for him.

Jack nodded, sitting up slowly before taking it before he started to eat.

Chandler spent the day watching movies with the kids, periodically checking their temperature and giving them medicine despite their protesting. When Monica came home from work that night, both of the kids had fallen asleep during the third viewing of Finding Nemo. Chandler sat on the floor in front of the couch immersed in the movie watching Merlin swim through the jellyfish with Dory. "Chandler?" Monica hung her coat by the door and sat next to him.

"Hey, sweetheart" Chandler wrapped an arm around her shoulders. "How was work?"

"Great. I think the critic will leave a good review" she smiled, laying her head on his shoulder. "Why are you on the floor?" she asked softly.

"Oh, I just wanted to sit next to them" he smiled looking at the sleeping kids behind him. "I think they're doing better. We got their temperatures down to 99 so by tomorrow they should be good as new."

Monica wrapped her arms around him with a content smile on her face. "You're a great father, you know that right?"

"You think so?" he smiled

"I know so," she confirmed.
