He lowered himself to their level and said:" I had another pup before Chase. I found him abandoned and injured. Katie helped me take him in. He had incretible nose and felt danger right away. But then...it happened.
He felt gas leak in the kitchen and went to warn my parents. My dad wake up and started calling him things... and pup took kick into the chest. I heard his yell and i found him in the hallway and he warned me about gas leak. I called firefighters right away but the next day he wasn't...alive anymore." "What happened next?" Skye asked. Pups ran into Paw Patroller and it drove away after Ryder got his ATV.
Pups looked as Ryder distanced and drove after Madeline's dark brown pickup. "I really hope he will be alright," Skye said. Everest asked:" We need to go to hospital. Marshall is injured." Robo-Dog barked and put the nearest hospital's adress in GPS.
Ryder and Madeline changed phone numbers and splited up. Soon Ryder reached to next to the river. He saw German Shepherd. Chase was looking sadly into the water. "Chase?" Ryder asked. This caught pup's attention but he didn't move. "You need to go to Paw Patroller without me," Chase said:" I almost killed Marshall. I can't think what will i do to you." Ryder said:" I won't go without you." Chase asked:" Why you take it too easy? I'm police dog, not a killer... and i pushed Marshall down." Ryder said:" It wasn't you. It was a monster getting control of you. I trust you with all of my heart." Chase looked at him and took few steps back. "I'm sorry," Chase said:" But it's for the best. I don't go with you." "And i won't lose another pup," Ryder said:" Chase, we will go through this... together. Please Chase. I need this Chase who is always ready to jump on moving train. The one who always cheers me up when i'm down. Cooper knew that there's something special in you. And you let all of us see it. That's why i don't give up on you. But, please, don't give up on yourself." Chase started to move slowly towards him and Ryder lowered himself to his level. Chase touched boy's hand with his cheek. "That's it," Ryder said:" Good boy." Everest was left with Marshall to the hospital and Paw Patroller was on the way to Faith's forest. Rocky said:" I hope Ryder knows what he's doing." "It's Ryder," Rubble said:" He always knows what to do." Skye looked out of the Paw Patroller's window. Suddenly they heard: "So that's how Paw Patroller looks inside!" It was Drew! "What are you doing here?" Rocky asked. Drew said:" I followed you. I know the fastest way around the forest. When you gave Marshall to the hospital then...i jumped in." Zuma asked:" Does Madeline know you're here, dude?" Drew shook her head and said:" She's busy looking for Chase." Rubble then asked:" How did Faith looked like?" Rocky said:" You can't miss her. She's little bit differend from any lion." "Lion?" Drew asked. Then the Paw Patroller stopped and door opened.
