Megatron stood in the docking bay as he watched the Deaths Head coming in for a landing; he was both excited and nervous to see the two hunters. It had been nearly two years since he had seen either of them, he kept in contact with them, but he hadn't actually seen them in so long. He would have been lying if he said he didn't miss them. He watched as the ship finished its landing, before approaching the ramp as it lowered. He smiled as he saw Turbo walking down the ramp, followed closely by the two mechs. "Turbo, my dear" he said, as he took a step forward to meet the femme as she made the bottom of the ramp. "It's so good to see you again" he said, as he wrapped his large arms around her tightly.
Turbo smiled as she hugged the large mech, who she had began to see as an older brother. "It's good to see you to" she said as she pulled away from the large silver mech. "I just wish it was under better circumstances" she continued.
Megatron smiled down at her, as he stepped away from the femme, to greet the large of the two hunters, before greeting the small red mech. "I do to. But unfortunately our forces can no longer stay here" he said, as he led the three through the base. "I may need you two again, we still have two allies pinned under fire just outside the city limits, they are the last of our allies and I require your assistance to retrieve them" he said, as he handed the femme a datapad with the information.
Turbo looked through the datapad before handing it back to Lockdown. "It shouldn't be a problem" she said, as she followed the silver mech through the base towards the entrance. "We can do that, can't we Lockdown" she said as she glanced back at her partner.
The taller hunter smirked, his usual confident smirk, as he handing the datapad back to the large silver mech. "Course we can sweetspark" he purred back to the femme, causing her to giggle.
…
Turbo ran through the streets with Lockdown trailing close behind, her fusion rifle in her servos, scanning the horizon for danger. She rounded a corner and quickly ducked behind a fallen building, Lockdown following closely. "We're about a click out, and so far I believe there are only four targets" she femme said, as the two hunters decided on a plan. "This isn't like a normal job, we have to play this carefully" she said, as she caught her breath. She could hear the telltale sounds of gunfire in the distance.
"I know we normally don't split up" the mech started, as he lent heavily on the building. "But we need to flank them from both sides, they won't know what hit them" he said, as grasped the femmes servo, before bringing it to his lips. "I'll see you on the other side" he whispered, as he placed a gentle kiss to her servo.
"Not if I see you first" she whispered back, before they both stood, running in opposite directions to lay their trap.
Turbo ran towards the sounds of gunfire, hoping that they got to the allies before the Autobots did and it didn't take her long to see the first Autobot. She knelt down; taking aim at the large mech no more than one hundred meters from her; although he didn't seem to know she was there. She breathed deeply before pulling the trigger. She smiled as she watched the mech drop, immediately alerting the other bots to her presences.
"We got bogies" she heard one bot yell, as they started shooting in her direction, though none of them actually knew where she was hiding, just the general direction she had shot from.
She hissed as she darted for cover, some of their shots were getting too close for comfort. She ducked behind a large wall, glancing back to see where the others were and counted the three targets that were left. She smiled as she suddenly heard more gunfire and instantly knew it was Lockdown. She ducked out from behind her cover to fire upon the Autobots, easily taking one target down. She ran forward, looking for more cover, as she kept shooting. She watched one of the Autobots drop, and knew that Lockdown had taking him out. She jumped over a small retaining wall and into a small ditch, easily ducking down out of harms way. She breathed deeply, waiting for the perfect moment to strike; and suddenly found it as the Autobot turned to fire at Lockdown. She smiled as she jumped up, firing at the distracted Autobot, nailing him directly in the helm, offlining him instantly.
"Shot femme" Lockdown said, as he walked towards the downed Autobot. "Remind me not to piss you off" he chuckled as they headed towards their target, a small communication tower.
Turbo walked up to the tower, booting the door down before quickly stepping in; her weapon at the ready. She looked around and found two bots; one hiding behind the other who held his weapon up at her, their red optics staring at her in fear; suddenly the mech dropped his weapon; knowing that the femme was an ally. "Clear" she said, as ensured the area was safe. "It's ok" she said, as she swung her weapon onto her back. "We're here to help" she announced, as she knelt down; servo extended to the two.
The larger mech; a black mech with red accents, looked down at his comrade; a smaller purple mech with blue accents. "Ok" he whispered, as he reached for her servo, bringing his companion with him. "I'm Scattershot" the mech started as he stood from his spot. "And this is Sulfide" he finished as he glanced down at his partner.
"I'm pleased to meet you both" the femme said, as she led them out of the tower. "I'm Turbo and this is Lockdown" she said, as they approached the mech in question; who was scanning the area for danger. "We're gonna get you back to the Nemesis" she said, as she swung her weapon back into her servos.
"Let's move" Lockdown said, as he took the lead as Turbo took up the rear; with the two mechs safely between them.
Turbo trailed behind the ground by approximately ten meters, ensuring she could keep the three mechs ahead of her within view at all times. She glanced around, taking in her surroundings, even looking behind her ensuring they weren't being followed; but couldn't shake the feeling that she was being watched. She stopped for a moment, as she heard a sound behind her; she looked around warily but continued on when she couldn't see anything. That's when she suddenly sensed someone behind her, she spun around; too late, ready to defend herself, only to find a fist flying at her. She tried to stop it, but it was too late; suddenly all she knew was darkness.
…
Lockdown continued to lead the allies to the Decepticon base, only breathing a sigh of relief when he saw the entrance. He visibly relaxed as he saw the doors opening, allowing the four bots to enter but he paused; and panicked, when only the two mechs behind him entered. "Turbo?" he called, before turning to the mechs. "Where is she?" he growled. "Where is Turbo?"
"We thought she was behind us" the smaller one said, as they both cowered away from him.
He looked out at the remains of the city stated of Kaon, optics closing tightly as he felt a tear slide down his faceplates, he wanted nothing more than to go back for her… But had no idea where to even begin looking. His spark clenched in fear… Turbo.
