Merciless, that's the only way one could describe how Sakura had pulled out the weapons and then slapped some balm on his back that stung like a hive of wasps had taken residence on him. But at least she had touched him. He knew her touch. He knew she was angry, but he also felt frustration. He smiled inside at the thought that he was sitting half naked with Sakura wrapped merely in robe herself was tending to his wounds. He wanted to trap her under him and kiss her until she relented but Daisuke was sitting right there prattling on about training and for some reason his heart felt full.

Later that day as he washed that painful balm off himself in his private bath, he imagined what it would feel like to have Diasuke there playing with him and he smiled again. He found that he quite enjoyed smiling. From Daisuke his thoughts went to Sakura and his smile dissolved in a longing frustrated sigh. He got out and went into the bathroom for a cold shower as he thought to himself.

"He was Sasuke Uchiha, he was a man, he was a god looking man, he didn't need to help himself. In the past years there had been many women who'd thrown themselves at him. If had wanted he could have had any of them. He was a man, but he was a ninja first, a ninja who'd made a vow. A ninja who has complete control, especially over his needs. Sakura Haruno, no matter how, beautiful, well endowed, mother of his child… damn it!"

He couldn't control himself when he thought of her, when he thought of that night, when he thought of his promise that he hadn't been able to say out loud and especially when he thought of that afternoon when he'd smiled for the first time. As he spilled himself he panted with his eyes closed. Those beautiful green eyes looking up at him was the only dream he had each night but for some reason he could now see imagine them in the day too.

Sakura Haruno loved the human body, it was fascinating. Studying it, fixing it, she loved it, she lived for it. But today! today she hated it! She hated her body the most for betraying her as she thought "…I see naked men all the time. In a village full of ninja's, I see fit, albeit injured but naked men all the time. Why on earth did a shirtless Sasuke Uchiha still make me feel like a teenager! It is unfair" she thought, "…unfair for a man to be so good looking…"

As she got dressed for the hospital, she unconsciously pulled out a lacy black bra and a thong "She hadn't been with anyone since him, she hadn't been with anyone before him, he had been her first and if she had let Ino have her way, he would definitely not have been her last. Its' not that she wanted him to be her last, but with Daisuke and the hospital, it was hard to date. She barely had time to herself and when she did, she just didn't have the energy to make an effort for someone else. But, she was a woman, a woman with needs, needs that Sasuke Uchiha knew how to fulfil… Dammit!" As she felt the lace of the thong rub against her aroused clit she spilled into it. Angry with the world and her body she pulled it off and changed into more sensible underwear for a long work day ahead.

It had been a week since Sasuke had been taking time to train Daisuke and Boruto. He had first assed their natural chakra and was pleased to find that Daisuke like him had an affinity to the Fire and Lightning Chakra's. Boruto was pre-disposed to wind like his father. He taught Daisuke the Katon jutsu while he taught Boruto the Smoke Dome technique. He trained them like a team meant to fight together. When he taught Boruot Defence, he taught Diasuke offence and vice-versa. All the extra training also meant that the boys were too tired afterwards to pull any pranks. The boys were slowly becoming a formidable duo in class as well.

Sakura had managed to stay away from Sasuke all this time. She made sure she was out of the way when he dropped the boys home. Some days she would tell Daisuke to have dinner at Naruto and Hinata's place and that she would pick him up after she was done with the hospital. Sasuke had not pushed his luck any further, getting to spend an hour three times a week and watching is son from afar had to be good enough for now. Sometimes he would let the boys hurt him intentionally so that he had an excuse to go into the ER to catch a glimpse of her. Instead all he generally got was a nurse or a couple of interns fawning all over him.

Sasuke was also keeping busy as the village progressed and new technologies started getting researched and developed, there was always a threat of theft. He was going through a learning curve himself, discovering security systems etc. While he found the fusion of Chakra and technology fascinating. Apart from Naruto and Sakura he was the only one with immense chakra reserves and sometimes he'd be called in by the researchers to help test some new scientific ninja tools that were being developed. It so happened that, that day, the old team 7 including Sai and Kakashi were all present in the research lab to test the new Chakra condenser wrist band.

Sakura was ignoring Sasuke and the vibes coming off her were so cold that Naruto and Kakashi stayed quiet the whole time too. They were asked to seal some of their chakra into the mini scrolls provided by were then going to put these scrolls into a wrist band cartridge and try launching and using them one after the other. Sasuke sealed his Katon, Kakashi sealed the Chidori, Naruto sealed the Rasengan and Sakura sealed a little bit of healing chakra to help with some wounds. After they had done the needful they left to let them test it out. Sasuke stayed back to watch the testing curious to see how it went. Sakura was called by the head researcher to understand some details about the green healing chakra in the room next door.

The researcher loading the cartridges was clumsy and he dropped the scrolls. As they fell, Sasuke's eyes grew wide watching the Rasengan and Chidori scrolls unfurling. Before he could react they hit each other and a massive lightning clashed with the Rasengan. He ran puling the researcher out of harms way as Sai pulled a couple of other horrified staff away. The other scrolls burned and his Katon blew a hole into the next room as Sasuke screamed "SAKURA!"
