Firewing sat at her terminal, going through today's security tasks. This was the most boring part of her day, but she knew it always got better… Especially since she'd met Cobalt. It had been almost three days since she met the young blue and white mech, and she already liked the youngling. She turned slightly to face said mech, who was currently going through a datapad full of reports. The two had spoken quite a bit in the last few days, having seemingly hit it off after the first few hours. Although, she had not told him of whom she truly was or that she knew of his past… But she really wanted to. "Anything interesting?" she called to the young mech.
"Not really" he answered, turning to look at her. "Just a lot of 'noting to report'. Is it always this boring?" he asked.
Firewing chuckled as a small smirk graced her faceplates. "Pretty much" she said, attention turning back to the terminal.
"Yay" he said sarcastically.
Firewing laughed softly, having to stop herself from fully losing it. She knew she was going to get on with this mech… But her mood suddenly changed, as she realised… They were on different sides of the war.

Firewing sat in the rec room watching as Autobots bustled all around her. All of them always in such a hurry. She hated how none of them seemed to slow down enough to take in their surroundings. They seemed to just push each other around, only really caring about themselves. The more time she spent with them, the more she knew being a Decepticon was the right choice.
She sipped at her energon as she read from the datapad in front of her. Her thoughts were interrupted by the suddenly arrival of a, seemingly, inpatient mech. "Hey, you're from the security division aren't ya?" he asked sharply.
"I am" the femme answered, not even bothering to lift her helm to look at him.
"Well I have a problem…" he didn't even get to finish his sentence as the femme spoke.
"If you have an issue, you will have to send a report to the security team or go to my office in section C" she said, causing the other to bristle with anger.
"But you're right here. Why can't you just listen to my issue now?"
Firewing put the datapad down as she rose to her pedes, staring the Autobot straight in the faceplates. "Because, I am currently on a break. In other words, I'm currently not working. So I'm not taking complaints now… If you don't like it, tell someone who cares" she growled dangerously at the mech on front of her, wings raising high above her helm in anger.
The mech suddenly became nervous at the display. Not realising just how intimidating a seeker could really be. "Fine then" he muttered, as he turned to quickly walk; almost run, away.
Firewing sighed as she sat back down, picking up the datapad as she did. She hated being here, and wished for nothing more than to be back at the Con base wrapped in Megatrons arms. She almost smiled as a mental picture came to mind. Suddenly the bond flared as she heard her beloved. 'Are you alright my dear?'
Outwardly, Firewing showed no signs of having received any kind of message. But inwardly, she sighed heavily. 'I miss you. I miss the seekers. I miss everything. Pit I even miss Skywarp' she heard Megatron chuckle over the bond at that. She loved how wonderful the sound was.
Megatron sent a wave of love and affection to the femme, which calmed her greatly. 'You'll be back by my side in no time' he announced.
Firewing sent back a wave of admiration as she stood from the table. She reluctantly told Megatron she had to leave, before sending him a brief wave of desire. She turned towards the door, disposing of the empty energon cube, before making the journey back towards her office.

When Firewing arrived back at the office, she found the youngling sitting; more like slouching, at the terminal. She frowned slightly at this. "You ok Cobalt?" she asked, as she took the seat next to him.
"Yeah" he whispered, barely loud enough for her to hear it. "Just had some big mech come in telling; or more like screaming, about some problem they're having with one of the terminals in the communication division" he muttered, as he put in a report for the issue. She was surprised at how detailed the report was and wished that everyone could be as in depth with the reports. "He just seemed rather stand offish, and rude" he murmured. "It was a little scary"
Firewing instantly felt protective of this young mech in her care. She felt her spark begin to break at the mechs behaviour. He seemed so disheartened by the situation, affirming Firewings opinion of the Autobots. She wanted nothing more than to scoop up this little blue and white mech and take him away from this horrible place. "I'll be back" she said, as she walked towards the door.
"Where are you going?" the youngling asked quietly, hoping he didn't upset her.
"Just need to deal with something" she said, as she disappeared into the hall.

Firewing stomped down the hall, wings flared unhappily. Everyone gave her a wide berth, seemingly not wanting to be on the receiving end of her anger. Every step she took seemed to increase her rage. How dare that Autobot scream at the youngling like that? She only just started to realise just how much she hated being around the Autobots.
She didn't even knock as she stormed into the communications office, startling the four mechs inside. "Ok, which one of you jackafts shouted at the young blue mech in security?" she was sure she knew who it was already, but wanted to see if the bot had the ball bearings to admit it.
She growled as the same mech from the rec room, very slowly, stood from the chair. "That… Uhh, that was me" the mech said.
"You again" she growled, approaching the shocked mech. "Haven't I already dealt with you today?"
"Uhh… Yeah. But we needed help getting the security system on this terminal to run properly" he said, pointing to the offending terminal.
Firewing approached the terminal and in less than a minute had it running better than ever. "There. Done" she said, was she stormed towards the door. "Oh and if she ever speak to my assistant like that again" she started at the mech, standing just inside the doorway. "I'll tear your spark out and make you eat it" she snarled lowly as she exited the room, leaving four, very shaken, mechs behind.
