I'm back! And finally ready to upload this chapter. I found it hard to type this up because:

A)This episode isn't among my favorites

B) I wanted Kira to take another direction in this chapter

I don't own Super Robot Monkey Team Hyper Force Go!, but I wish I did.

"I still don't see why I couldn't go out," Kira whispered. "I'm ok..."

"No you are not Kira," Gibson said. "And you would have been able to go if it wasn't for Sprx!"

A few days ago, Kira had gone with Sprx into town for a while. The two of them had gone their separate ways and had promised to meet back up after a while. Unfortunately, Sprx had forgotten about their meet-up, and Kira had been stuck waiting...

"How was I supposed to know it was gonna rain?!"

"That's not the point! And Kira, you should have gone back when you saw those clouds gathering! Until you get better, I'm afraid you'll have to sit out this one."

"Don't worry kid," Sprx said. "I'll tell ya all about it after we get back."

"Ok," Kira whispered before coughing. "I'll guess I'll get some sleep then..."

"Please do," was the last thing the young girl heard before she fell asleep.

"Hey kid, wake up."

Kira's eyes slowly adapted to the lighting of her room as she blinked away the last remnants of sleep. The young girl looked up to see Sprx in front of her before seeing blue out of the corner of her eye. Gibson was pouring the contents of a bottle onto a spoon. After finishing, Gibson came over to her bedside as she slowly sat up. "This medicine will help with your cough and fever," he said as he brought the clear liquid up to her face. Kira nodded before opening up her mouth, allowing Gibson to give her the medicine.

Kira grimaced as she swallowed, earning a chuckle from Sprx. "How's it taste?" he asked. "Bitter," was the response he was given along with a stuck-out tongue. "So, how was battling Skeleton King's Formless?" she muttered, taking a cup of water from Gibson. "Nothing out of the ordinary," Gibson said as he grabbed the medicine bottle. "Make sure to get plenty of rest," he said on his way out.

Kira watched the blue-furred monkey leave her room as she drank her water. She lowered the cup with both hands, half-lidded eyes shifting to Sprx. "So, what did happen?" she asked. Sprx smirked before hopping up on her bed.

After talking to Sprx, Kira had taken to petting Kage as her pet snuggled with her. The snuggling soon turned into light playing as Kira made a cattail from the shadows around her. Smiling tiredly down at her companion, she continued the light play, her eyes closing as she put a hand on her face, slightly pressing her cheek. The peaceful atmosphere was soon disturbed as an abnormal monkey shriek permeated through her sick-ridden mind. Kira jolted, jostling Kage as her back straightened, wildly looking around for the source of the noise. When she found no physical source, she settled back in bed. 'I guess I really do need rest if I'm so sick I'm hearing things,' Kira thought as she coughed. Her eyes soon began to lid, and then finally close as Kage snuggled up to her. Kira was asleep, just missing the sounds of conversation of the Monkey Team.

Hours later, Kira woke up, feeling chipper as she yawned and rubbed her eyes. "Gibson was right, Kage! I feel so much better now!" Kira said as she held her cat. She then changed out of her strawberry pajamas into a white t-shirt and black loose pants. Kira then brushed her hair and put on a pale purple headband before gathering Kage in her arms and walking out of her room with him. As she sat down in her pod-chair, she turned on the monitor and watched "Ninpu Sentai Hurricaneger". After a while, Chiro and the rest of the Team walked in from the tubes, laughing before noticing the young girl.

"Kira! What are you doing out of bed?!" Gibson yelled.

"I felt better. Now I'm a watchin' the better version of "Power Rangers Ninja Storm"!"

"You still should not have gotten out of bed until I checked you first!"

"But I felt better, though."

"Aw, lay off the kid, Gibson. At least she's not wheezin' anymore."

"You of all people shouldn't talk Sprx, you're the reason she was like that in the first place!"

"Hey! I apologized, didn't I?!"

"Wait a sec, Kira did you just wake up?"

"Yeah, why Chiro?"

"The Super Robot was fighting and everything!"

"Really? Huh."

"You didn't feel any of that?!"

"I guess not... wait, why was the Super Robot fighting? And where were you Chiro?"

"...Well, um, ok, you're gonna laugh when you hear this! So, you know how you always tell me about creepy elevators and not to get on one?"

"...No, I've never told you that..."

"Oh. Ok, so the TL;DR is that there was this elevator monster-"

"Wait what?"

"-that kidnapped everyone in Shuggazoom-"

"What the-"

"-and I kinda got captured, turned out the monster was Skeleton King's-"

"Huh?!"

"-and I was put under lock and key, but then I psychically reached out to the Team-"

"Wait, that's what that was?"

"-who also got captured, but we got the Super Robot to get us out, and then we fought the elevator monster."

"..."

"..."

"...My brain hurts now. Can someone else explain?"

Ok, so I haven't updated in like, a year. Yeesh. Well, it's a new year, I'm back from a long hiatus, and I'm getting back into writing! I'm also contemplating writing other stories when I'm at the very least halfway through this one. I have a few ideas on what to write about:

-Rewriting the character of Pink Diamond and eventually trying to improve the all-around story of Steven Universe (might not be good, but I can give it my best try!)

-Writing a Pokémon fanfic about my OC Kari

-Writing a She-Ra AU where Kyle finds his own sword after defecting from the Horde with Rogelio and Lonnie (takes place after Catra opens the portal because that's important) because Kyle deserves nice things

-Writing a Digimon fanfic where my OC Selena is there and partnered with a Lunamon

But all that stuff is in the future! I think I might start it off with either the second of fourth idea; I already have the basic idea of how they'll be. I have to be careful with the first and third ideas, though. Especially the first one, because I'm going almost completely off-canon with that one. At least with the third idea I know the 'bone structure' of what I'm going to write.
