Griffin's Residence

It is late at night. The Griffin family returned home to celebrate Lois winning the contest. They have a large food in the dining room with chicken, corn cobs, potatoes, ham, and green beans. Lois is wearing her normal clothes only hugging onto her muscular body. With her four-pack visible. Peter looks at Lois with a beaming smile.

"Wow, Lois. There's a lot of food." Said Peter "See I told you, you could win."

"Thanks Peter. You know normally your ideas are always dumb or ended up with stupid shenanigans." Lois pointing out Peter idiotic ideas from the past "But I guess for once it ended up a success."

"So, Lois? What are you going to do with the prize money you won?" Asked Brian.

"Well, we're going to use some of it to pay off the taxes."

"And the rest?"

"The rest will go into the bank."

"You might use it for my collage." Said Meg only for Lois to laugh.

"Oh, Meg. I don't see why I need to pay for your collage if you haven't gone to yet." Everyone minus Meg laugh.

"Can't wait to tell the guys at the Clam. And at least I'm going to buy that cool bike to show off those kids. They're going to be so jealous." Said Peter.

Cutaway

Peter riding a bike for a teenage to use "Hey losers! Check out my bike, dumb kids!" Peter called out to bunch of teenagers riding past them. Unaware that they're adults.

"Did he think we're kids?!" Said one of them.

"Get him!" They all got on their motorcycle.

"Aw, crap! I thought they were teenagers!" Comment Peter being chase by the grown men.

"See, Brian? I told you things would work out." Said Stewie smiling.

"I guess I was wrong. Nice thinking." Said Brian as he looked at Lois eating while her muscles are still showing "By the way, when is Lois be back to normal? I know it's only temporary. But need a reminder."

"Lois will be back to her old self by tomorrow morning."

"Will she notice or even remember to have muscles?"

"Please, Brian you're talking about our show. No one stayed what they are forever. Remember when the fat-man gave me steroids?"

"Oh God didn't remind me."

Just then Lois suddenly, felt a sharp pain in her gut. Dropping the fork wrapping her arm around her abdomen. Gritting her teeth as everyone look at her confused.

"Mom? Are… you okay?" Chris asked.

"Y-Yeah… just feeling…" Another sharp pain hits her which is more painful. Both of her arms around her abdomen, gritting her teeth as sweat appeared on her forehead. Feeling her body burning she stood up "Excuse me!" She quickly ran out the dining room and up the stairs. Brian and Stewie look at each other.

"What the hell is wrong with Lois?" Brian asked.

"Not sure. Let's go check on her." Said Stewie as he and Brian both left the table and follow Lois upstairs.

Lois went inside the bathroom closing the door, while lending towards the sink panting while sweat falling down her face. Stewie and Brian looking through the door which isn't completely shut. They see Lois who is trembling. Lois stares at her reflection taking in deep breaths.

"O-Okay Lois (panting) its p-properly nothing… nothing at… AAHHH!"

Lois screams as she places her right hand on her chest. Feeling her heart beating faster, as she is taking and deep breaths. Then suddenly, she feels her right hand getting a cramp. She looks at it as her finger stretches and palm getting bigger. She looked at her other which the same. Lois looking at them in shocked, and without warning her right bicep exploded with more muscle growth. She screamed while her left arm did the same thing with veins bulging. She grasps her head as a sharp headache hits her, she then groans in pain.

"W-What's… happening… t-to… MMMEEEE!" She growls while her voice gotten a bit deeper as her vocal core expanded in her throat.

Her hair suddenly gotten longer which stopped near her shoulder as her back widen a bit. Her torso, cleavage, pectorals, abdomen, and waist grew. The buttons all flew apart from the shirt showing her muscular skin. Feeling her organs moving around, expanding within her, her waist stretches as her abs became a six-pack. Lois then grabs the edges where the buttons were used to be with her arms in a cross as if she's trying to keep her shirt together. Her shoulder became more rounded tearing through the sleeves on top. She feels her feet expanding tear through the shoes, with her calves tore free like corn and her trunks ripping at the side of her pants, with muscle erupting through the tears.

While holding onto the shirt, her back widens again with more muscles. Lois gave a painful growl as the back shirt begins to tear starting in the middle. She then uses her hands to rip the shirt off as she roars, showing off her bra which is still holding onto Lois bulky frame. She feels her consciousness slipping away but still fully aware of her surroundings. Lois moans as her hips then widens with a painful feeling. Her waist then started to cave in as body fat melts away. Leaving her the fat went into her butt as it expanded, tearing through her pants, revealing her underwear. Her waist then got filled with muscle to replace the fat she lost. Her thighs obliterate what's left of her pants, wearing nothing but her underwear.

Lois hair exploded as it gotten even longer as she gotten even taller, groaning even more. Her arms grew getting bigger, her bones cracking and stretching with her organs expanding with her abdomen becoming an eight-pack. Lois leaning onto the sink. Her hair stopped near her rear as it became a feral and wild mane. Feeling her mind slipping away even more she looked at her reflection snarling. She roars as she punches the mirror into shards. No longer feeling pain, Lois bends her back letting out an animalistic, seductive purr as her torso, pectorals, and cleavage grew a bit, along with her back becoming a valley of pure muscle, letting out a moan of pleasure. Her hip widen while her butt grew becoming rounder and firmer making her underwear look like second skin with Lois kept purring. Her mind completely been replaced with something inhuman.

Kicking the gear. Lois then felt the final growth as she groans in pain. Her hair gotten longer as it reached to her thick, muscular thighs. She gave a primal scream as she quickly grew taller. Ripping the sink off from the wall as water spray. Her canine teeth became sharp. Once the transformation its over Lois is now 225 cm tall. With her body more muscular than before. She gave a roar while flexing her arms. Hunching over huffing and growling.

Both Brian and Stewie are shocked by Lois sudden transformation "Holy shit!" They union together with Lois heard them. She turned her head snarling with Brian and Stewie gasping.

"Puny pests! Lois crushes them! Smash them like bug!" Lois roar.

"Oh no… RUN!" Stewie shouted.

Both of them ran as Lois smashed through door. She growls running after them leaving her footprints planted in the floor. Brian and Stewie ran inside of Stewie bedroom as they close the door. Stewie pull out a remote. Pushed the button as metal doors came down.

"Stewie what the hell?! What happen to Lois?!" Brian shouted at the infant.

"How the f*ck do I know?!" Stewie argue.

"You said the serum was temporary!"

"It should be temporary! It wasn't supposed to turn Lois into a f*cking Amazon!"

A loud bang causes them to jump back from the door. They hear Lois growling from the other side, as she kept on banging the door. Dents starting to appear on the door. Brian sweating nervously.

"How long will the door hold?" Brian asked nervously.

"Not long enough."

Stewie went to his toy box pulling a secret lever. On the wall behind them are some weapons. Stewie grabbed both rifles, giving Brian one of them "Our only chance of survival is to put Lois to sleep. These tranquilizer rifles should do it."

"Tranquilizers? Stewie you sure these will work on her?"

"Don't worry, there's enough to put a raging elephant to sleep. In other words…" Aiming at the door "…enough to put that muscle-head bitch to sleep."

Lois continues to bang on the door. Soon, Lois then punched through the door. Pulling her arm out she then slams through the door caused the doorway to have cracks. She gave a mighty roar flexing her arms staring down at the two weaklings before her.

"NOW BRIAN!"

Both Stewie and Brian firing darts at Lois. But as soon they hit her skin they just fell to the floor. With the needles bended Lois looked at them with rage. Baring her fangs at them. Stewie and Brian looked at Lois surprised.

"Crap her skin is too hard! The tranquilizers darts can't penetrate through!" Said Stewie.

Without paying attention Lois grabbed Stewies legs. She lifts him up in the air as he dropped his gun. Slamming him on the floor and walls which leaves some blood behind.

"Stewie!" Brian shouted firing few darts at Lois arm. Like before it couldn't penetrate through Lois hard skin. Lois growled swings Stewie hitting Brian clean onto the face. Send him flying and hits the wall where the gun Stewie used to inject Lois resting on the wall. The gun then fired a single dart.

The dart pounces off the walls. It then went out to the hallway pouncing off the walls once more. Until it went into Meg's bedroom. A scream can be heard. Seeing the dart resting on Meg right arm while she is sitting on her bed looking though some magazines.

"Chris! Mom told you to stop throwing darts inside the house!" Meg shouted with Chris standing by her doorway.

"Stop! Telling me! What! To do! You bitch!" Chris angry shouted at Meg before running back into his room.

Lois held Stewie up who is bruised and bloody. He opened his eyes to see Lois glaring at him. Stewie looked where Brian is "BRIAN!" Stewie called waking Brian up who is rubbing his head "BRIAN!" Stewie called again who look to see Stewie.

"STEWIE!" Brian yelled.

"Brian, pass me a gun from the wall!"

Brian ran to the other weapons as he took another rifle "No… the big one!" Stewie called out. Brian dropped the rifle and took a big tech weapon with the shower head. He tosses it to Stewie which he manages to grab it. Looking at Lois who snarling at him he held it up to pointing at Lois "Lights out bitch!" He yelled as Lois roared opening her mouth.

Stewie pulled the trigger as green gas covered her face. Lois coughing dropped Stewie with Brian next to him "Stewie! Are you alright?!" Brian asked.

"I am, and I'm glad to say its over." Said Stewie which Brian is confused.

Lois still coughing as the gas disappeared. She growls at them, lifting her arms up, ready to smash them. However, Lois started to get woozy with her eyes becoming blurry. She yawned before they know it, she fell forward onto the ground snoring. Both Stewie and Brian walked up to the unconscious Lois with Stewie still holding the gun over his shoulder.

"Wh-What…? Stewie what did you do?"

"Simple, I've used the knockout gas. She'll be out cold for awhile."

"Why didn't you use it instead having her beating the living hell out of us?"

"Because it only works in close range. I only use it for emergencies incase Randol from Monster's Inc tried to scare me."

Cutaway

Randol turn invisible as he sneaks into Stewie bedroom. He appears above Stewie crib as he about to scare him. However, only find him gone.

Heard something behind him he turns to see the infant pointing the gun at him "Oh, you think you can sneak up on someone? Sneak up on this!" He shoots the gas at Randol which knocked him out "Sweet dreams lizard bastard."

"Okay, no way you use it to knockout a monster when they don't ex…" Not letting Brian to finish Stewie gas him and the dog fell to the floor unconscious.
