Next Day

As morning rises over Qauhog at the Griffin's house, Brian walked into Stewie room. With all his injuries from last night gone. He looked around to find the toddler.

"Hey, Stewie? Have you seen…?"

"RRROOOAAARRR!" Lois roared scaring Brian as he fell onto his back with his arms up.

"AHH! DON'T HURT ME LOIS! I'M SORRY, THAT I PEED ON THE FLOWER BED! IT WAS A DOG THING! DON'T KILL ME!" Brian begged while on the floor.

"Brian! It's alright." Said Stewie walking up to Brian "She won't hurt you."

"W-What?"

"See for yourself."

Brian looked up to see Lois. She's on her knees with big shackles cuffed to her wrists with the chains attach to the wall, behind a glass wall with air holes. Lois struggling around trying to free herself. Pulling really hard as she is growling. Seeing veins as she continues to struggle. Her mane-like hair covered her back, with the end near the floor between her thighs. She gave an animalistic growl, glaring at Stewie and Brian with a murderous glare. Stewie walked up to the glass unafraid. Lois gave another loud, aggressive roar.

"Oh, shut up you overgrown gorilla!" Shouted Stewie.

Brian walked up behind Stewie as he turns to look at Brian "As you could see Brian, I contained Lois behind a 6 thick glass. And placed the same shackles from that animated movie of Planet Hulk which contained the Hulk." Stewie explained.

"A-Are… Are you sure she won't escape? After what happen last night..." Brian asked nervously.

"Don't be such a wuss. Those shackles are strong enough to keep Lois from escaping. And the glass is 6 inches thick. Not even a rocket launcher could break through."

"Oh… thank goodness. I don't want to be beat to a bloody pulp again after last night."

"Speaking of last night, does the fat-man notice Lois disappearance?"

"Nah, he went to the Clam last night while Lois was in the bathroom. I think he left the house when Lois was in the middle of her transformation."

"And?"

"And he came back home drunk… again. He didn't even ask where Lois is this morning. He just went and left to work."

"Thank God, for the moment he might ask where Lois is."

"Are you kidding? Peter is an idiot; he gives no shit where Lois is."

"That is very true."

Brian looks at the Amazonian Lois who is still baring her teeth showing her fangs "So, any idea what happen to Lois?" Brian asked.

"Not yet. But I should get investigating and see what the blazes happen."

Stewie walked over to the control pad next to Lois containment cell. Pressing couple buttons, a mechanical arm with a syringe gun attach emerge from the ceiling. Seeing the syringe gun Lois snapping her jaw, snarling. The syringe gun quickly attaches to Lois neck where it is still soft. Lois grunt in pain as she feels the needle dugged into her skin. Blood then went inside the syringe, once its full the syringe gun departed from the huge Amazonian. Went back into the ceiling. A small container then emerges next to the control pad with Lois blood in it. Stewie grabs it and walked towards his computer on the wall.

"Now then let's see what we have." Stewie placed the small container in a hole, watching as the blood gets drained. The computer then started analyzing. Once it's done Stewie then look closely at the computer with his eyes widen "What?! Oh my God!"

"What? What is it?" Brian asked.

"According to this data from analyzing Lois blood. Lois DNA has been completely changed."

"Completely changed?!"

"Yes, her genetic code is completely different, all the way down to the chromosomes."

"What does that mean?"

"It's a hypnosis's, if I'm not mistaking my serum must have changed Lois DNA. And it looks like the serum have reawaking Lois primal instinct."

"Primal instinct? You mean her survival instinct? Is that even possible?"

"It is, after all, mankind evolved from mindless apes to where we are today, after million of years of evolution. Remember when the fat-man was lost in the forest in Canada for months? His survival instinct kicked in and revert back to his primal."

"So, what you're saying that Lois went back as a cavewoman?"

"Not quite. According to the analysis, the serum must have triggered Lois evolution stage. Evolved into something far stronger and more aggressive."

"Well, I guess that explained the behavior. But at least you got an antidote ready."

"W-What… antidote?" Stewie asked confused.

"Yeah, you know… something to cure Lois so she could go back to normal."

"Yeah… about that… I-I… I don't have a cure."

"WHAT?! YOU DON'T HAVE THE ANTIDOTE?! WHY THE HELL DON'T YOU HAVE ONE?!"

"BECAUSE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE TEMPORARY! IT WASN'T TO TURN LOIS INTO A DAMN, FREAKING SHE-HULK!"

Stewie taking a deep breath "No worry though. There is a way to cure Lois."

"Really?"

Both of them walked back to Lois cell as she tries to escape. Stewie press buttons as the syringe gun then sticks to Lois neck to collect more blood "I'll use Lois blood, since her blood still contain my serum. I'll reengineer it and turn it into a cure."

"That's good to hear. But there is something I can't help but to ask."

And what's that?"

"Why would she attack us? Doesn't she remember who she is?" Brian asked.

"Unfortunately, her mind is no longer there. Her primal instinct must have taken over. She thinks we're intruders trespassing onto her territory. You know how women are."

"Yeah, they're so territorial."

Cutaway

A young woman walking pass a house, as a must older woman came out from her house. Only to see the younger woman walking past.

"HEY, DON'T COME BY MY PROPERTY!" Shouted the older woman.

"Excuse me! You think you one this land!" Argue the younger woman.

(Announcer) As the young white female confront the white older woman. Fighting over territory. A couple black teens came by to do a battle cry.

Sensing coming danger, a France male hops away, to the safety of the pond.

As the Geographic logo appears on the screen.

End of Cutaway; Kitchen

In the Kitchen Brian is sitting by the table, reading some newspaper. Taking his Best Dog mug to drink his coffee. A feminine voice called out to him "Morning Brian! Notice anything different?" Said the voice.

As looked to see he spit out his coffee, shocked to see Meg standing. But her appearance is completely different than normal. Meg from average 4'8 to 5'2. But the big difference is her body. She no longer has much body fat as her biceps and triceps gotten bigger around amateur body build. Her deltoids are rounder as her shoulders filled her sleeves to the point where they're nearly torn. Her back muscle widens with her trapezoid showing from her neck. Her thighs and calves filled her pants as her glutes became round due to some of her body fat leaving her guts to her butt. Her waist stretched showing of her midriff four-pack abs since her shirt no longer covered her stomach. Her pectorals pushed her breast against the shirt as it hugs her torso. What's more Meg is no longer wearing her glasses.

"Meg?! Is that you?! The f*ck happen to you?!" Brian shouted.

"Isn't great? I look so hot with this bod! Don't you agree?" Meg asked posing with Brian got out from his chair.

"H-How did this happen?"

"I don't know I woke up and found myself like this. I guess I got some Mom genes after all. I'm as big as her."

"Did… Did anything happen do you last night?" Brian asked nervously.

"Besides Chris threw his dart which hits my arm? No nothing. Anyway, I better get to school. God, everything is so clear without my glasses." Just as Meg about to leave Brian stooped her.

"Wait! I think you should stay home. Don't want you get offensive with your new body."

"Aw, is nice you're worry about me."

"I'm actually worry about the students you'll might ended up killing." Brian said it out loud, but Meg just ignore it.

"Well, you don't need to worry. I'll take good care myself." As Meg walked away Brian left alone by himself have one thing to say.

"This isn't good."

Stewie Room

Stewie is on the computer working on the cure for Lois. While Lois kept trying to pull the chains and continue to roar. Stewie was trying to concentrate is it wasn't Lois roar.

"Hey, Lois… why not to do me a solid… BY SHUTTING THE F*CK UP!"

"Stewie!" Brian entered Stewie bedroom by running. Must for the toddler annoyance.

"What is it Brian?"

"Stewie, we have a huge problem is Meg."

"Ugh, Meg is always the problem. There's nothing new about it."

"Just see this for yourself."

Brian pulled Stewie by the arm, led him to the window. Once they got to the window Brian pointed his finger. Stewiw looks to see Meg with his eyes widen. He sees Meg standing outside, noticing her body has became muscular than it was last night. "Oh my God! Is that Meg?! Why does she look like a damn bodybuilder?!" Stewie asked.

"I don't know I was pretty surprised myself when I saw her like that."

Just as the bus came and Meg got on it. Stewie backed away from the window. Trying to figure out what has happened to Meg.

"Great Lord how did this happen?"

"I'm not so sure Stewie, she did mention something about Chris dart."

"Chris dart? Why does Chris dart have to do…?" Then Stewie just realize something "Aw, crap!"

"What?" Brian asked as Stewie ran to where his dart rifle was resting.

Stewie grabs it as he examines it, noticing it being damage "Shit! The rifle is damage! Not only that it seems it must have been fired."

"Oh no. I must have crashed into it last night when Lois attacked us."

"It must have gone off from the impact. Pounced off the walls, out the hallway, and into Meg's room which inject her with the serum."

"This is not good. We need get her and bring her back before she ends up like her mother."

Brian ran to the door, only for Stewie to get in his way "No, we don't have time to get Meg." Said Stewie.

"Like hell we do! We can't stand here while Meg turns into an Amazon!"

Stewie slaps Brian face "Get it together man! Well, worry about Meg later! Right now, we need to focus on curing Lois first."

"But Meg…"

"We still have time before Meg turns. So, let's work on Lois first then Meg."

"You're right, sorry."

"It's alright man. I mean It's Meg, what's the worst she could do?"

Adam West High School

Connie and her lackeys are walking down the hallway after practice. Connie wipes her forehead "God, it isn't easy being team captain." Said Connie talking to Doug and Lisa.

"What are you talking about? You show those nerds whose boss." Said Lisa.

We see Neil along with other nerds covered with bruises "Ow, I'm going to feel this in the morning." Said Neil.

"Ha! What a bunch of whimp's." Doug mocking laugh at them.

Suddenly, they notice Meg's legs by her locker. Since only half of her is in the locker.

"Ugh, it's looking at me." Said Lisa as they chuckle.

"Hey Griffin, get your face out of our way!" Connie shouted "Oh, wait, my bad. That's butt I'm talking to." She and her friends laugh just as Meg's locker closes.

"I'm sorry, what did you say about my butt?" Meg asked only for them to stop laughing. Seeing Meg's whole body is now a little more muscular and standing 5'4 due to her sudden growth spurt.

"Holy crap, Meg is that you? What the hell happen to you? Taking steroids?" Connie asked.

"Like my new look? Because that's all you're going to see." Cracking her knuckles.

"I see you finally got a body that's more like you. It makes you more like a man ten times more uglier." Connic then laughs as she looks at her friends "See what I did there?"

But only find herself alone as Doug and Lisa dust figures left behind. They basically left her behind as they ran away. As soon, Connie looks back at Meg only met to get a left fist punching her at the face. She fell to the floor covered her nose as she screams in agony. Blood pouring out from her broken nose as she got blood on her hands.

"Ny dose!" Connie shouted "Nou roke ny dose!"

(Translate; My nose! You broke my nose!")

"There's more where that came from!" Meg shoted at Connie.

Meg grabs Connie hair and pulled her up by force. She uses her left fist to punch Connie at the stomach multiple times. She then knees her at the face leaving a black eye. Meg then slams her head on the locker door several times before stuff Connie into her locker. Slamming it close she continues her assault by throwing barrage of punches. Denting onto the locker as Connie grants in pain. Meg opens the locker letting Connie fall to the floor before kicking her at the gut. Connie lays in her own blood beaten up.

"I've been wanting to do that for a long time, bitch." Meg then spits on Connie before walking away, smiling as she is proud of herself "Holy crap that felt so good! I'm going to enjoy this." Said Meg as she went through her day at school.
