Somewhere in Quahog Downtown
With the night covered Quahog, all seems quiet. However, a large figure crash through one of the buildings and crashed onto the street, leaving a trench with people who were still out, running screaming. The Amazonian Meg laying on her back as she struggles to sit up. Lois appeared in the sky as she slams onto Meg with her feet planted on her abdomen. Meg's cough out some blood with Lois grabbing Megs sculp hair with her right hand. She clutches her left hand into a fist as she repeatedly punching Meg's right face, leaving a bruised behind. Lois throws another fist only to caught by Meg using her left hand.
Snarling at Meg she left herself open as Meg swing a right hook onto her right side of her gut. Where her one of kidney's is located. Lois grunt in pain from the full force of the punch. Letting go of Meg's hair, the Amazonian teen headbutt Lois nose with some blood flying out. Using her hands to cover her nose, Meg then used both feet and kicked Lois at the stomach sent her flying some meters away, landing on her back. With Lois slowly getting up, Meg already on her feet charged at Lois while giving a roar.
Once Lois is back on her feet Meg attacked her by punches. Left punch and right punch repeatedly on Lois face as Lois keep taking steps backwards by Meg's punches. With Meg continue with the assault not letting Lois take a breather. Meg swings a left uppercut onto Lois mid-section with Lois eyes widen. Stunned she cough blood, Meg then grabs Lois head, and knees her onto her nose again. Following with a right uppercut onto the chin. Lois eyes snapped open bloodshot with pure rage. She quickly brought her head downwards and deliver a powerful headbutt onto Meg's forehead. Stunned and disoriented from the headbutt, Lois grabbed Meg throat and lift her up. Turned to Lois left side she throws a right hook onto Meg's face. Sending the teen airborne towards a gas station.
Meg crashed into the mini market through the roof with some people inside. Lois used her fingers and fixed her nosed hissing from the pain. Hunching down, flexing her calves, thighs, and her muscular back she sprints leaving a crater with a footprint planted on the ground and leaving a trail of dust. Running towards Meg's location leaving footprints dents with each step she takes. While her long mane-like hair flowing in the air.
Getting back to her feet, she feels the ground shaking as she sees Lois charging towards her. Snarling Meg grabs, a nearest object which a shelf with some bags of chips falling onto the floor. Lois smashed through the doors only for Meg swing the shelf, smacking her. Sending the redhead Amazon crashed into a vehicle parked next to some gas where two guys still inside. Meg ran out the mini market punching Lois at the face several times. Lois grabbed one of Meg fists as she returned a punch onto the teen face. Swing a right kick onto Meg's left leg, cause her to fall onto one knee. Putting her hands together she them hammer Meg's back, hitting the ground hard.
Lois then stomped onto Meg's head cause the ground to crack with her face. About to stomp her again, Meg rolled in time as Lois feet barely missed her, leaving a dent. Meg then cross her legs against Lois legs, cause the older Amazonian to fall onto the floor. Getting back up Meg jumped onto Lois back. Had her right arm around her neck, while using her other hand to punch Lois left cheek. However, Lois got to her feet and backup, hitting one of the beams holding the ceiling that sheltered the gas station. Letting Lois go, Lois turned and started to punch Meg abdomen. Each punch caused her to groan in pain and each force pushed her harder on the beam as it starting to bend.
Meg getting irritated caught both Lois fists. Lois shocked by Meg sudden recovery, as the teen headbutt on the forehead. Meg then threw a punch onto Lois chest pushing her back. Getting her balance back, Lois eyes then widen as Meg jumped in the air. Delivering a double dropkick, hitting directly on Lois face. Lois was then flying and crashed into one of the gas pumps as gasoline pouring out fast. The vehicle with two guys still inside seemly unconscious, has its motor still on with a loose wire. The wire lit the gasoline which then cause the whole gas station to explode (the two guys inside the car are now dead). Meg was sent flying and crashed onto the road rolling, then on all fours, as she slowed herself down leaving a trench trail.
Looking at the burning, destroyed gas station, Meg huffing catching her breath. Thinking she had won the fight. However, a figure is seen walking out from the flames. Lois is completely unharmed from the explosion with smoke coming from her skin. Lois bares her fangs into a snarl with her hair flowing as veins appear on her arms, legs, shoulder, chest, abs, even her head. A sign that she is piss off.
Getting back to her feet Meg clutches her fists, snarling and growling at her foe. They first off started to walk towards each other. But slowly picking up the pace as they soon running at each other in full speed. Both of then roaring and yelling as they throw a right punch. As their fists connected it suddenly cause a shockwave shattering the windows from the buildings and creating a crater which cause a small earthquake. Both of them slightly got push back from their force of power. But continue to duke each other out.
Griffin's House
Stewie is still on his computer, working to find a cure for both Lois and Meg. He felt a small tremor but not as strong. He knew what it was. Brian then entered the room holding one of Meg's hat.
"Stewie!" Brian called out "Did you felt that?! It felt like an earthquake!"
"It must be Lois and Meg. "Stewie theorize "Those two must really going at each other like a bunch of angry monkeys on a date."
Cutaway

"Oh, Fred." As they about to kiss another monkey wearing a button shirt with a tie walked up to them.
"Jesse?!" Jesse and Fred look at the newcomer, with Jesse eyes widen "GEORGE?!" Jesse shout in surprised.
"Jesse, you said you were going to work a night shift! Why are you here with this guy having…" Looking at the food on the table "…Banana pie with coconut mashed potatoes?! I thought we were going to come here for our wedding anniversary?!"
"George I can explain."
"No, Jesse. This is between male primates." Said Fred taking his shirt off.
"You think you can steal my wife, bud?!" George took his shirt off also "Well, bring it on you piece of crap!"
"Right back at ya, you shitface!" Both males then started bounded their chests as they make monkey sounds.

"How could that earthquake come from them? They must be miles into town by now." Said Brian.
"Apparently since my serum evolved them into something more human. They must be capable to get stronger." Stewie responded.
"Get stronger? What does that mean?"
"It means they're getting more stronger and more destructive. If they keep it up, they'll bring Quahog into a pile of rubble." Stewie sees Brian holding Meg's hat "Is that Meg's hat?"
"Yeah, couldn't find her hairbrush since she hid it."
"Why would Meg hide her hairbrush?"
"Oh, Peter kept using it as a back scratcher. It pisses her off, so she hid it. Not sure where she hid it, but I did find her hat."
"Give me that." Stewie took Meg's hat, using a pair of tweezers and grabbed a hair sample "Already, we now got both hair samples from both Lois and Meg."
"Great, we can able to turn them back to normal."
"Yeah, about that. Unfortunately, it still isn't enough."
"WHAT?! What the hell do you mean it isn't enough?! You said using their old DNA from the hairs would be able to cure them!"
"I know what I said." Stewie said firmly "But I ran the simulation at least ten times! The antibodies would still prevent the cure from turning them back."
"Ahh, goddamnit!"
"But there's actually another way to curing them."
"There is? How?"
"If I used Lois and Meg new genetic code and combined them with their old genetics. It might bypast the antibodies and turned them back to their original selves."
"Wait, combine their old and new genetics? Is that really a good idea?"
"Don't worry, as long the antibodies think the old DNAs are one the new ones after combine them with the newer ones. It'll cure them."
"Well, if that's our only solution, let's do it. Do you have any of Lois long hair?"
"Unfortunately, no. That's the problem. We have to get those hair samples from them, in person."
They then heard aloud explosion as they look to see the city being destroyed by the two women fight. Brian frowned at the sight "Are you sure there's no hair…"
"Yes, I'm sure! Stop being a bitch and let's go get the hair samples!" Stewie shouted.
Somewhere in Downtown
Brian driving his car with Stewie in the passenger. They drive through the city as they look at the damages Meg and Lois caused. Roads with large cracks, buildings destroyed, cars smashed and fire everywhere. With people running and screaming.
"Man, I haven't seen such destruction. Except Peter and Ernie random chicken fights." Brian commented.
"And it'll only get much worse." Said Stewie concerned.
"How much worse?"
"Worse then the 9/11 incident. If we don't stop them, they'll destroy the whole city."
"Hope we can put a stop to this. And stop them killing one another." Brian looked around for them "God, where the hell are those?"
Construction Site
Lois crashed landed in a construction site with a rough landing. Shook her head to get any dust out from her hair and off of her face. She snarled as she sat up. Seeing Meg jumping towards her. She looks at her left to see a beam laying by her. Meg landed in the site before jumping in the air, pulling her right fist in striking position. Quickly stood up, Lois lifts her left leg and stomped the end of the beam. Tilting upwards, as Meg get hit by it at the stomach when she was coming down. Lois then gave a powerful kick on the beam, launching it with Meg at the end in the. Crashing on the other side of the site.
Looking behind her are two compacters. She then grabbed them with her fingers dug in the roller wheels. Lifting both of them and slammed them together destroyed the vehicles but kept the roller wheels. Meg charged out from the dust as she charged at Lois with a tackle. However, Lois then swings her left arm as the wheel made contact onto Meg. Pushed her away a bit. Lois then started swinging her arms hitting her with the wheels. Meg tried to guard herself as Lois swing both arms on the sides.
Falling to her knees, Lois was about to slam the wheels on top of her. Meg, however, quickly punch Lois abdomen with her left fist. Lois groan in pain but Meg continue her assault. She first threw a right jab on Lois right kneecap, throwing her left on Lois left knee. With Lois on her knees Meg punch Lois mid-section three times. Throwing her right elbow onto Lois jaw with blood flying out. Meg picked up the two wheels that Lois dropped. Slamming them together at the sides with Lois at the middle. With Lois disorientated Meg then jumped onto Lois, pinning her on the floor as she punches her at the face.
Lois headbutt Meg at the nose, then uses her feet to kick Meg by send her over behind her, landing on her back. Getting back up Lois was then get hit by Meg when she swung an uppercut. Sending Lois upwards her she hits one of them beams with her back. Landed on one of them. Meg jumped and landed with Lois getting back up. They both exchanged blows. They moved out the way either of them throws their punches. Which left some dents on the beams which is keeping the whole structure together.
Lois backhand Meg's face. Then grabbed her arm and toss her over and down to the ground. Meg crashed onto a wrecking ball vehicle. Meg quickly recovered and grabbed the cable that is attach to the wrecking ball. She jumped up pulling it to the air. She spins it until swings it down onto Lois who put her arms up. It slams on her and breaks through several steel beams as the whole side collapse.
Landing onto the ground, Lois charged out from the dust and tackles her. Pushing the teen who is dragging her feet. Meg pushing her back while trying to stop Lois from proceeding to push her. Meg then used her left elbow and hits Lois back over and over. Once that is ineffective Meg then started to use two of her fists to punch Lois sides with powerful blows. Lois groans and hiss in pain as she grits her teeth. But she kept pushing ignoring the pain. Lois then swings a left jab onto Meg's right side where the liver is at. Meg stopped punching as Lois kept punching at the liver. In pain Meg growled in rage, lift her right knee onto Lois face. Grabbing Lois arms, she then tosses Lois and hits on the wall.
Leading against the wall with her back Lois eyes widen as Meg then slams into her. Crashing through the wall and back into the streets. Then crashed into a truck just as a car came to a stop. "There thay are!" Stewie shouted.
Brian and Stewie found Lois and Meg with Meg punching Lois face before Lois has her hands around Meg's throat.
"Okay Brian, go out there and get their hair samples." Stewie ordered him.
"What?! Why me?!"
"Because someone has to do it."
"Are you f*cking kidding me?! You want me to go out there to get killed?! Look at them!"
They watch as Lois and Meg wrestle. Meg bite on Lois arm caused the redhead Amazon to scream. As she punches Meg at the face. Cause her to let go and then both of them then exchanged punches once more.
"Oh, fine you wuss. If that makes you happy."
"Of course, it'll make me happy! This is your fault for creating that serum which cause the city being destroyed."
"Okay, okay, I get it. Let's just get this over with."
"How are we supposed to get the girls hairs? They won't let us get close to them."
"That's why we'll sneak up on them." Stewie took out some tweezers "As long, they're distracted with each other. We'll sneak up behind them. Their hairs are just long enough for us to get a strand. I'll get Meg's hair while you get Lois hair."
"Okay, good luck and don't die."
"Same to you."
As they got out, they watched as Lois sweep Meg feet. Caused her to fall on her back. Lois got on top of her grinning as she started to punch Meg's face. Brian carefully snuck up behind where her the end of Lois hair is at. Using the tweezer, he plucks the long strand of hair without trouble. Meg then grabbed Lois and toss her off of her, as she got on top on Lois also. Where she is repeating punching her. Stewie snuck up and manage to pluck one of Meg's long strand of hair also.
Once Lois pushed Meg off her Lois tackled Meg as they went through a building. Stewie and Brian got back to the car "Okay, let's get back to the house and quickly make the antidote!" Said Stewie.
Griffin's Resistance
Once they got home Stewie quickly worked on the cure. Typing some codes and added Lois and Meg old hairs in a container. With Brian watching nervously.
"Is it done yet?" Brian anxiously asked.
"Almost…" Stewie responded "Now for the final pieces."
Stewie dropped Lois long hair strand in one container with Lois old hair. And dropping Meg's long hair strand in another. He closed both lids as the machine finishing up any loose ends. Once it's done, blue color liquid entered into two nasal sprays. Grabbing one and gave the second to Brian.
"It's done." Said Stewie.
"Are you 100% sure these will cure them? For real this time?"
"I'm very positive it'll work. This is our last chance to turn them back to normal."
"But if this fails?"
"Let's not think about it. We already wasting time, we need to get to them. NOW!"
Stewie and Brian ran out the room and down the stairs with Peter and Chris sitting on the couch watching TV. But Brian stops him "Wait! We have no idea where they are now! How are we supposed to find them!" Just then the News channel came on.
"Good evening, Quahog! Tom Tucker here while Joyce is in the bathroom from food poisoning. Must be something she ate from a Asian Restaurant. Anyway, we've been receiving reports that two over-sized women are terrorizing Quahog. They been sighted somewhere in Quahog Park."
"Quahog Park? Then that's where we're going." Said Stewie as both he and Brian run to the door.
"Hey, Brian where you and Stewie going?" Peter asked.
"We're going to the park to stop Lois and Meg from killing each other." Brian responded.
"Can we come, I always want to see a crazy cat fight." Ask Chris.
"Yeah, I bet it'll worth for me to brag with the guys." Said Peter.
"I-I… I don't if that's…"
"OH, FOR GOD'S SAKE GET THE BLOODY CAR!" Stewie shouted.
Quahog Park
They arrived at the park as both Stewie and Brian got out the car. They look at the damage caused by Lois and Meg. At the middle are the two Amazonians. Both of them are bruised, battered, and bloody. Huffing tiredly as they stare each other down.
Lois ran up to Meg throwing her fists with Meg easily avoid them. She then punches Lois left cheek, caused her tumble backwards with Meg almost topple over, losing her balance before getting her balance back. Despise getting hit Lois, however, throw a punch and hit Meg square at the face. Lois punches her twice before delivering a uppercut onto her mid-section, caused her to cough blood. Grabbing her shoulder Lois kneed Meg's abdomen three times, before Meg blocked it and punch Lois stomach. Swing a right uppercut onto her mid-section in return which cause to cough blood also.
Raised her right arm, Lois elbowed Meg's left shoulder. Caused the young Amazon to fall on her knees. Meg, however, swing her right fist on Lois right thigh, caused her to yelp and bead with her left knee on the grass. Meg then swing her left fist and hits Lois liver. Groaning Lois grabbed Meg's head with Meg doing the same. They both deliver their most powerful headbutt, caused them both to fall on their back with blood gushing from the forehead.
Huffing and despite out of breath they got back up with Lois right kicked Meg's left gut. Then swing a right kick to the head. Meg slide on the ground roughly, with Lois walking up to her tiredly. Grabbing onto her head Meg used her right elbow to hit Lois mouth, busting a lip, then swing an uppercut onto the chin. Sending the redhead Amazon on the ground on her back. Meg on all fours struggles to get back up. With Lois doing the same as she too struggles to get back up. Once they got back up, they then locked hands using what little strength they have to push one another.
"Not good, they both reached their limits." Said Stewie worried.
"That's good right? We'll let them tire each other out." Brian hoping.
"No, if they don't stop, eventually they'll die from exhaustion or one of them dies. And they won't stop until one of them kill the other."
"So, all we have to do is spray this stuff up into their noses, right?"
"Yes. And let's pray it'll works. If not, then… Lois and Meg surely will die."
"Well, let's do this. I'll take Lois."
"Why are you going for Lois?"
"Stewie we don't have time to argue!"
"Okay, okay. Let's get this over with."
Both Brian and Stewie then ran up two them. Going behind them as they're too focus on one other. Brian and Stewie both jumped on them at the same time from behind. Caught off guard Lois and Meg let go as they roar and giving animalistic growling, trying to shake them off. However, Brian and Stewie then shoved the nasal sprays up their noses as their eyes widen in shock. Spraying up the nose both of the Amazons felt it, caused them to cough and sneeze. They grabbed them and throws them off.
Hitting the ground, they feel the ground shaking as two massive Amazons stares them down with rage. Lois raised her arms clutching her fists with Meg raised her foot. Both are ready to crush them. Fortunately, for Stewie and Brian. Lois and Meg felt lightheaded, groaning, fell onto their knees. They then fell face flat on the grassy ground. With a loud thud. Steam is seen as Lois and Meg muscles started to shrink. Their biceps, deltoids, trapezius, thighs, calves, cleavage, glutes, and they rest of their muscles slowly shrinking. Their height also shortens.
After a moment Lois and Meg returned to normal sizes. Groaning they slowly getting up while their hairs are still longer. Rubbing their heads with their injuries completely healed. Lois look around "Wh-What? Where the f*ck am I?" Said Lois.
"Lois? Meg? How are you feeling?" Brian asked.
"I feel like I've been run over by a semi-truck." Lois responds.
"Where's my glasses?" Asked Meg.
"LOIS!" Peter with Chris ran up to them "Lois, are you okay?"
"Peter? What happen? Why are we at the park? Why is my hair so damn long." Lois asked confused as she looked down "What happen to my clothes?!"
"Lois? You don't remember anything? About the contest?" Brian asked.
"Contest? I remember some contest. What was it?" Lois trying to recall.
"I think you have way too many wines mom. It must have made you do crazy things." Said Chris
"I-I think you're right. God, what a crazy day." Lois comment.
"Are we going to ignore the fact that we're outdoors in our underwear's?" Meg reminding her.
"Oh, shut up Meg." Peter placed Meg's face on his butt and farted on her, made her scream.
"Oh, you bastard!" Yelled Meg.
"Let's just go home. I'm freezing my ass off out here. And need a haircut." Said Lois.
Peter, Lois, Meg, and Chris walked back to the car. With Lois and Meg's long hair at the end geing dragged on the ground. Leaving Brian and Stewie behind. Brian looked at Stewie confused.
"I don't understand. How come Lois and Meg don't remember anything when they were Amazons?" Brian asked.
"The antidote must have caused memory loss when the revert back to normal. Lois doesn't remember about the contest Peter forced to take part. Not to mention they don't recall the destruction they caused." Said Stewie.
"Should… Should we tell them?"
"Oh, good idea. They'll think you're being funny. I believe its best to let forget what happen."
"Yeah, yeah I think you're right." Brian then thought of something "They're not going to turn back into huge she-beasts, are they?"
"I'm 98% sure they won't."
"I'll take those odds."
