Ash & Serena: After Ash got out of the hospital, he and Serena were married in a ceremony attended by the entirety of Team Flare and their trusted friends and allies. Three years later, Ash retired from the crime life and settled down for a normal life with Serena in her birth town of Vaniville. They had two kids, fraternal twins named Elio & Selene. Ash made sure to be the best father he could, so his children will not follow his footsteps. He maintained a good relationship with all his former associates. Serena took up the role of a stay at home mother and took excellent care of her kids. She would tell them stories of their father's exploits and achievements when he was in his prime, as the feared and professional gunslinging enforcer of Team Flare. Serena passed away peacefully at the age of 80, Ash shortly after at the age of 81. They loved each other till the very end.
Lysandre: After the raid, Lysandre put large amounts of effort into rebuilding Team Flare to be stronger than it ever was, as well as performing huge crackdowns on potential spies and rats as so such a raid will not happen ever again. Five years after Ash and Serena's marriage, he bid a tearful farewell to Team Flare and decided to explore the world. He was never seen again, the last most saw of the feared Team Flare leader was him carrying his backpack and walking down a unpaved road into the Kalosian sunset.
Goh and Chloe: The two remained in Team Flare service for 5 years before getting married. Chloe wanted to settle down and retire from the criminal life, and Goh eagerly agreed. They left for Goh's birth region of Galar, but they frequently visited their old friends. They settled down in the quiet town of Potswick and had 4 children, 1 eldest daughter and 3 boys. Goh used his past research experience and became a professor, and a rather successful one at that, with Chloe joining him as assistant professor. Goh passed away at the age of 71, and in his will, had the lab be turned into a museum. Chloe passed away at the age of 76.
Gary: Gary remained in Team Flare service as their informat, carrying out many missions. He was soon arrested by the police, but due to lack of evidence combined with Gary's charisma and persuasion skills, he walked away free of charges. At the age of 40, he retired from the team and packed his bags, heading towards his home region of Kanto. Not many people knew what happened to him. Some say he now settled down in his hometown, some said he went and became a professor like his grandfather, and others say he is now travelling the world as a researcher due to sightings of him in Sinnoh. Only those closest to him knew the true fate of the Great Gary Oak.
Alain: He took over control of Team Flare after Lysandre left, and despite the retirement of some of the Team's most capable and reliable members, under Alain's leadership Team Flare still remained one of the strongest criminal organizations in Kalos history. He eventually expanded Team Flare's influence to the island archipelago of Alola, the second time in history where a criminal organization had power outside its home region. Alain would frequently take part in missions himself, which is what set him apart from typical mob bosses, earning him the respect and admiration of his men. With the Blue Dragon as it's head, the Flare would continue to burn as bright as the sun.
Clemont: After months of trial and tribulation, Clemont has finally unlocked the secrets to "How to make my inventions not explode 5 seconds after being used" technique. With this newfound and totally undiscovered secret arts, he would create countless contraptions for his team, from something as stupid as a strawberry scented smoke grenade to as useful as a VR controlled full sized helicopter. His inventions were so successful that the PLA offered him full pardon for his crimes if he sold them just one blueprint. And so, Clemont walked away a free man and now helps co-manage his sister Bonnie's diner, while the government now has access to googly-eye night vision goggles.
Paul: Paul returned to the police station after the raid, and was awarded a medal for his heroic efforts. He remained undercover for years, leaking valuable intel about Police operations allowing Team Flare to always remain two steps ahead of their enemies. He eventually got promoted to Police Chief, which only allowed him access to even more confidential police info to feed to his allies. Paul was killed in action in a firefight against terrorists, and his funeral was attended in secret by his Team Flare allies. He was buried with full honors and placed in the City Hall of Fame as the "Most Capable Police Chief in Lumiose History". No one ever suspected him of being a rat, and the reason why Team Flare could never be pinned down.
Mairin: Mairin remained in Team Flare and became Alain's trusted aide when he became leader. She would also take part in many operations, all of them successful. She was finally arrested by the authorities after she and her team were ambushed in their truck by authorities. She was imprisoned for two years but was broken out and returned to Team Flare, this time eager to find out who tried to betray her team. Eventually, the rat was pinned down and killed in his own house. His name? Trip Shooty.
The Interpol never recovered from the raid and was severely weakened by the deaths of their two top agents. They lost large amounts of trust from the public and their funding was slashed by the government, forcing them to lay off many of their agents and operators. Most of them joined various criminal organizations, including Team Flare. Interpol now no longer has the power to assault criminal bases, make arrests, or even arm their agents. They were reduced to investigating crime scenes and helping track down suspicious individuals. Eventually, they were assimilated into the G-men, and is now only remembered as another failure in the fight against crime in history.
Team Flare itself would stay in power for many decades to come, until Alain's retirement from the team at the age of 65. He officially declared the Team disbanded and thanked all the members for their efforts and told them he hopes that their now civilian lives would be as exciting as their criminal ones. While various members tried to form their own "Mini-Team Flares" none ever came close to the power and influence the original had on the world.
