The city of Las Vistas two hundred years ago was alive with people getting up and starting their day in August.
One girl in particular was already running to the old park that she'd used play at so she could meet up with her three best friends in the world.
"Ugh! Why didn't my alarm go off? I'm going to be late!" The girl shouted out, her name is Nora Schnee and she's just a normal 14 year old girl.
Everyone knew Nora by her short red hair, sparkling blue eyes, white shirt with a pink skirt, black sneakers, her white skin and her bubbly personality.
Nora finally made it to the park where her best friends Marine, Rose and Luka were waiting for her. "You're late." Marine said with a smirk om her face.
"Sorry, my stupid alarm didn't go off." Nora replied with a huff, her friends joked that she'd probably forgotten to set it up last night which did in fact happen.
At the moment, the four best friends sat down on one of the park benches so they could decide what to do in order to kick off their morning just the right way.
"Let's go to the movies!" Rose told her friends, the four best friends wanted to make the last of their summer vacation the best so they'd planned everything out.
Once at the movies, the four saw the new anime movie that they'd been wanting to see since the beginning of summer and now the four could finally watch it.
Two hours later, Nora and her friends came out of the theater then headed to the mall to do some shopping at their favorite stores so they split up for that one.
After meeting up in the food court, the four decided to get lunch. "So...anyone wanna guess if we'll have the same classes together again?" Luka asked his friends.
Each of the girls guessed that they'd have science, history or music class together while Luka guessed drama since the four had, had that class together before.
The conversations that the four had could range from school to what they had done over the first two months of summer to what they'd do next summer break.
However, Nora was starting to get a funny feeling, like she and her friends were being watched but she couldn't find the person watching so she spoke up right then.
"Do you guys feel like we're being watched?" Nora asked nervously, she and her friends glanced around the food court but they couldn't see or find anyone shady looking.
"Maybe we should go." Marine suggested, the four got up and left the mall just in case since they knew to trust Nora's instincts when it came to danger lurking about.
Soon, the four best friends came upon their favorite hang out spot since it was hosting a music competition so they made their way onto the stage to perform a song.

As the music faded, the crowd cheered for Nora and her best friends as they took a bow. "That was fun!" Rose said with a smile, her friends chuckled in amusement as they left their hang out spot for the day.
"Sun's going down and our day is over." Marine responded dramatically, Nora shook her head. "Guess we'd better head home." Nora replied to the three, they nodded but made sure to stay safe on the way back.
Nora waved to her friends one last time as they went their separate ways, however, Nora still couldn't shake the fact that someone was watching her so she sped up only to hear footsteps speeding up behind her.
Glancing back over her shoulder, Nora saw a person in all black following her. "Looks like trouble." Nora thought to herself, she started to run and the person chased after her but fell for Nora's trap in no time.
Nora turned around and got into a fighting stance so the person did as well, circling each other, the two waited for the other make a move and that's what the person in black did but Nora dodged the first hit to her.
The person would've fallen forward if Nora had kicked them in stomach then sent them flying but then more people in black showed up and joined in the fight which they quickly out numbered Nora as they continued.
What Nora didn't see was another person in black come up behind her and knocked her out. "We've got the girl, move out!" The person who'd knocked Nora out ordered, all the people in black vanished from sight.
This day on August 8th, this was the last day anyone had seen Nora Schnee and no one knew what had happened to her after she'd left her friends, but the truth will come out after two hundred years later that is.
First chapter done! This takes place after season three and I don't own the song in this chapter and I don't own Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts.
