Williams Return
Chapter Seven
Scully was able to calm down once the breakfast was ready. She had gone upstairs to check on their daughter inside the crib. She was asleep with the blanket covering her. She had looked up at the mobile still as anything.
She went to then check up on William and Jonas sitting in bed watching the TV. She knocks on the door to alert both of them. "Breakfast will be ready in a few moments if the both of you are interested?"
"Sure we are Scully!" William needed to have said with his stomach growling.
"However I will like to hear what Jonas has to say as well?" Scully said with great interest.
"I could use to eat as well with one's energies that need to be recharged," she commented with William looking over at the woman he saved.
"On my planet, we eat only when it's necessary William. However, I will indulge with the flavors of the food that Special Agent Mulder is making at the moment?" she snapped back with her comment and with the both of them getting off the edge of the bed.
"I will see the both of you downstairs," Scully said with walking out to head downstairs to the kitchen and see how her husband was doing with the breakfast.
He had finished with the last of the potatoes, toast, and bacon with him telling her that everything was ready.
"Excellent, I can't wait to dig in Fox." she used his first name having to surprised him somewhat with her using it on rare occasions over the years.
Both Jonas and William arrived anxious to eat with Mulder placing Jonas across from William at the table with the aroma driving everyone crazy with needing to eat.
"What is this Mulder?" Jonas was pointing to the bacon her planet never had anything like it. He was able to explain to her what it was for the most part. While William explained the rest of the story for when it comes to the animal Pigs.
"Pigs? what a weird name for an animal?" she will snap back with the questions while Fox Mulder chuckled at the strange woman.
"What does your planet not have?" he had to ask.
"Transporation vehicles like here on Earth. I will love to learn how to drive one unless I need to have a license?" she responded with William telling her that it was a long process.
"One thing for sure I am not patient for when it comes to waiting for the most part," Jonas exclaimed with tasting the bacon for the first time and liking the taste in her mouth.
Mulder, Scully, and William were watching her enjoying herself with the taste of the food. While this was happening. She had felt a presence in her mind as she went blank with her expression.
Mulder noticed it first by getting up from his seat. "What's wrong Jonas?" she wasn't able to hear him with William shaking her shoulders to break her out of her reverie for the moment.
"What the hell happened to me?" she noted not realizing what was going on.
"You don't know Jonas with your face going blank?" William asked with his concern.
"Wait a minute. Give me a moment to gather my thoughts?" she said. "I am convinced that someone on this planet is trying to contact me for some reason?" she inquired with her comment while exhaling with a deep breath.
"Maybe it has something to do with the Consortium and the smoking man?" Dana Scully had to say on the subject.
"Probably Scully! However, we will be needing to protect her from them by hiding her?" Mulder said.
"Hiding me is not the problem Mulder but rather these people contacting me mentally with my brain?" she spits it out with the truth and with William shaking his head.
"She is a quite right dad? " William needed to have said. "Mom are there any of you're doctor friends that might be able to help her with these images to contact her via the brain?" William needed to have asked with wanting Jonas to be freed completely.
"Actually I do William. I will contact Doctor Silverton at the military base and see what he has to say on the subject?" Dana Scully had to say to her son about hoping that this doctor might be able to help.
And in the meantime, they had finished up with the breakfast along with helping with washing and drying of the dishes and putting them away.
Afterward, Dana Scully had gone into the library to make the call to Doctor Silverton to speak with him about her request.
Alexandria medical clinic military base
Doctor Silverton had been working at the clinic for almost 15 years with not too much of the public knows the real truth of the base. Here at this clinic lab is where they work with ESP patients along with a number of drugs and serums to try and stop the abilities of the patients.
And recent they were successful with serum number 12 with all of the 21 patients unable to send out signals to those trying to read their minds.
Doctor Silverton was in his office when the call came in from a friend of his Doctor Dana Scully. The conversation he had with her was very enlightening in order to try the serum on a nonhuman female. If it works this is going to be a great victory for the clinic and for himself as well.
"Dana please speak with this Jonas and ask her to be willing to try the serum with so far it's working on all 21 of the patients here at the clinic?" he inquired with his suggestion to his long time associate during the past 15 plus years.
"I will speak with her after I am done talking with you. Does she need anything to bring to the clinic?" Scully responded with the question,
"Just herself. We will give her everything else with room, board, and food for the most part for the next two weeks," he commented.
