Once Batman was done talking to Batgirl he entered the next room which turned out to a cryogenic tube room with several more Ice Maidens and a frozen guard. He quickly incapacitated the Maiden that had been left to guard the door and then grappled to the tower on the left. He then jumped to the bridged towers below. He climbed up the ladder and glided to the next tower before scaling that tower's ladder and crossed the bridge to the next tower where he found a frozen guard. With a few punches the guard was free and dropped a key that was likely for the next room.
Batman then glided to the door to the next and used the key to open the door. Beyond the cryogenic tube room was a storage area with a moving platform and three Ice Maidens. Batman quickly threw his batarangs to disarm the Maidens of their guns and one by one took them down before cuffing them. Batman then moved on to check the entire room for guards that had been frozen, spotting two near the giant computer but none of them had the keys to the next room.
With the help of the built in sonar in his suit Batman spotted the last security guard frozen in the corner that was only accessible by the moving platforms overhead. Climbing up, Batman then grappled to where the platforms came out of the wall and calmly waited for it to take him to the corner where he proceeded to free the last guard. He noticed a key falling out as he freed the guard and picked it up. With the key now in hand Batman proceeded to the door to the next room.
That was where he found his target.
A room with three cryogenic tubes lining the walls and there Ice Maidens standing guard at the bottom of the stairs while at the top stood Mr. Freeze with Isaac Evers next to him. The scientist's feet were entirely frozen, leaving him stuck and shivering from the cold. Behind them was Freeze's copter, waiting right outside.
Mr. Freeze then held his gun up to the scientist's head who let out a startled cry. "Ah!"
"Hope, Mr. Evers will never warm cold blood. Only wrath could even stir it." Freeze spoke in his usual cold tone as he held up a video tape. "Why did you send me this video?"
"I-I don't know what you are talking about." Evers stuttered.
Freeze was about to press him but a flash of movement caught his eye and he turned to see who it was on the other side of the room. "Batman. Kill him."
The doors closed and the Ice Maidens at the bottom of the stairs took cover behind the cryogenic tubes, taking turns to aim and fire at the dark knight. Batman jumped down, taking a batarang in both hands and timed it right before throwing one each maiden. The accuracy was spot on and batarangs knocked the guns out of their hands. Batman kept his focus on each maiden individually, knocking them down and cuffing immediately before they could get back up.
Once all three were cuffed he moved on to Mr. Freeze as the doors opened. Freeze fired a barrage of ice shards at the dark knight as he shot forward. Just as he ran up the stairs Batman was frozen up to his chest by Freeze. The ice themed criminal stared at Batman, contemplating whether or not to finish him off. However unlike many other criminals Mr. Freeze did not kill indiscriminately, only doing so to targets of revenge or when dealing with those in his way.
And right now Batman was an obstacle that had been immobilized and he had other priorities.
Freeze turned to Evers and grabbed him by the collar of his shirt, lifting him up and freeing him from the ice block he had been trapped in. Freeze then carried him into his helicopter and it immediately took off. As for Batman once Freeze made his escape he got to work on freeing himself from the ice. In dealing with Mr. Freeze Batman had come prepared, utilizing built-in heaters that kicked in as soon as the dark knight had been frozen. Batman worked on building motion in the frozen part of his body, feeling the ice started to break until finally…
CRACK!
He was free.
And on the move as he took out his communicator. "Batplane."

The Freezecopter was easy to catch with in the Batplane. Despite this advantage Mr. Freeze still had Isaac Evers onboard and Freeze wasn't making it. Frozen chunks of ice were left in Freeze's wake and drones armed with freeze guns were deployed to slow Batman down in any way possible. Batman blasted his way through the chunks with the spikes and missiles he fired any chance he got.
Mr. Freeze's copter was protected by a form of energy shield, possibly powered by a cold fusion reactor. While he was a criminal Mr. Freeze was still a genius, having created his cryo-suit that gave him superhuman strength, his signature ice gun and even revolutionized cryogenic research, accomplishing what should have taken decades.
Too bad he used it to commit crimes.
Eventually he followed the copter as it dove into a tunnel. Batman had to swerve to avoid the cars, trucks and even signs as he worked to keep up with Freeze's copter. Once they made it outside the copter started flying up a skyscraper with the Batplane in hot pursuit. Both vehicles cleared the skyscraper and were now flying through the clouds.
Batman noticed that the shields were weakening and poured on the assault, pushing them into the red zone just as the copter turned around. Batman barely at the time to roll Batplane out of the way as a beam of cold blue light shot out. It would have likely frozen the Batplane and Batman with it if the beam had hit. Batman fired one last barrage of missiles that broke through the shields and destroyed the top part of it.
The copter started to fall when Isaac Evers was thrown right out of it.
Luckily he was saved as Batman jumped out of the Batplane while firing his bat-grapple and grabbed Evers by the leg.

"Are you all right?"
Once Batman had saved him, the Dark Knight had taken Isaac Evers back to Gotham Industrial.
The scientist had to sit down and take a deep breath before he sat up and answered. "Yeah, I guess I'll live."
"Freeze had a video tape in his hand." Batman recalled. "He didn't seem happy about it."
"A publicity tape for Promethium." Isaac explained. "I've got no idea how that frozen madman got a hold of it."
"Freeze will try again. Go someplace safe." Batman advised.
"I'll move everything to my private lab in the basement. It's got tighter security." Isaac said.
"Tight enough to stop Freeze?" Batman questioned.
"I've got a grant from the Wayne Foundation. I can afford the best." Isaac told him.
Only Batman knew it was a lie as he would know if someone like Evers would be getting a grant from the Wayne Foundation.

The next night, Batman was with Batgirl at the Bat-Computer, having explained to her about Evers trying to deceive him.
"Why would Evers lie to you?" Batgirl wondered.
"Maybe he's trying to hide the real source of his money." Batman suggested. "Let's take a look at his financial records."
Batgirl brought up a profile on Evers, noting his work and achievements. "Sure but I won't be able to access them remotely. I need access to Gotham Industrial's data center."
Batman looked at the schematics for Gotham Industrial. "That can be arranged."
