Williams return

Chapter 18th

Jonas had spoken with Mulder and William back at the house telling them that she was fine. She needed to head back to Texas and with entering the vortex.

When William had the chance to speak with her. "Why don't you change your mind about going back to your home planet?" he will have to say with empathy.

"I need to William. I don't belong here at all with coming here. I am very sorry William about all of the lies I had told to you and others." She instructed with her comment to someone that she had hoped that will be able to understand.

"I am sorry Jonas, I will come with you to make sure that you're able to walk through the vortex in Texas." he intervened with his suggestion.

"Fine, I will be happy for the company until I enter into the Vortex. Your father and mother are going to be worried once you leave with me thinking that you're not going to be coming back?" she pleaded.

"I am not going anywhere. I came back after a year to be with my family again and I am going to be sticking to my word for the most part. I am just sorry that the project was destroyed by the Consortium. Maybe in time, a new revised formula will be developed by the military." he said.

With the shake of her head over the phone. "Let's hope so William. I need to finish packing before leaving the base to come to meet up with the both of you at the house. Do you need to have me pick up anything before I get there?"

"Breakfast for all of us Jonas." he made the suggestion with his own stomach growling.

"I will certainly do that William," she said with a croak with her response.

Scully had been laying down in bed early while her husband Fox Mulder was sitting up with his arms behind his head on the three pillows up against the headboard. She will say the following to him. "Mulder, you do know that our son is not going to be coming back with going back with her through the vortex?" she commented.

"Even though I heard with his chat that he's going to be coming back here after making sure she goes through the vortex. But if he does then I will wish him all the best and I think that you need to do the same, Scully?" Mulder instructed with telling his wife and partner.

"Are you serious Mulder? I can't sanction that at all with William being our first child and I just can't give permission to have him go back through the vortex with Jonas." she cried out...

Mulder closer to his wife to place a hand onto her shoulder. "Look, I believe our son when he tells us that he's going to be coming back. I need for you to speak with him and have him convince you?" he said with a cryptic demeanor.

"Fine, I will go to see him now in his room and ask him straight out." she prompted with leaving her husband alone.

William had been sitting up in bed reading the Book Jonah and the whale. He had been trying to understand the motive of the story. He put the book down when there is a knock and with his mother walked in.

"I know mother what you need to know about me escorting Jonas back through the vortex." he had sighed slightly with moving to the edge of the bed.

"William, I love you and I can't lose you again." she alluded with tears.

"Mother, you don't need to worry about me. I plan on coming back here after I make sure that Jonas makes it through the vortex and hopefully her home planet to find peace."

"I don't know what else to say now. I love you, William. So please be sure to come back home?" Scully cried out to head back to the bedroom to sleep.

While in the morning William and Jonas will be taking a flight out to Texas. Mulder and Scully to stay home to let them alone for now with taking the American Airlines flight.

Scully had watched her son leave the house as she knew or felt him in her head and heart. Mulder had been working in the field cutting the grass with an old fashion machine. He watched them leave passing them to head for the gates that open with William getting out to open them while Jonas will drive out past him to reclosed them. He had another one to do with the same routine.

Moving out of the location heading onto the main highway to drive to the airport some 15 minutes away. Hopefully, they will be on time for the flight to Texas.
