It had been way too long since she had been on an island quite like this one. It was nothing but a ghost town to her. Though quite ironic there were no ghosts for the tons of skeletons who reside here on this very island. It wasn't inhabitable or something like that…maybe the high chance of dying. Trees and animals around were quite healthy in tip top shape she might add eating meat off of fresh ashore sailors. But there was nothing of human intelligence here except for dumb critters. Nami readjusted that straw hat needing a clear look at the island. She presumed this was the last stop to the One Piece, a great treasure left behind by the previous pirate king, Gol D. Roger.

She had stopped here specifically because of the strange aura around it. It was thick as well and which stirred many sailors or bounty hunters away she bet and those who made it well. Nami made contact with the fresh human-like skull that was covered in dirt and grass. "Poor Soul." It reminded her much of her perverted friend Brook. The ground was littered with skulls as she went deeper into the forest; she bet this was where Gol D. Roger originally held the treasure. She made it to a room full of poneglyphs. Robin would've loved this place, thought Nami.

She wishes she could see them again. The great adventures they had together as a crew… no Nakama. She sighed it had been too long, maybe 11 years since then. 11 years was that of the last passing of the crew, the captain, Monkey D. Luffy. She was 27 then wasn't she. Now she's a traveling merchant selling rare beauties she had found along the way here. Her main goal was to make it to One Piece to give her friends their official resting place, holding onto that of great value to them before passing. She had learned much along the way like upgrading Clima-Tact or learning some Haki from that old guy, Silvers Rayleigh. Though nothing advanced he had passed before that. She sat in the chamber that was once used to hold One Piece she presumed. As she scanned the interior she was certain this would be a great place to sleep after a long adventure. "I'll look for some food later," she proclaimed. Pulling out a pillow from the small bag she always carried with her, placing it on an oddly warm floor.

(Clack)

Nami sprung up; she was sure it hadn't been too long since she had fallen asleep. As she listened closely she could tell that someone or something had pushed away the trash she had placed to warn her of those that were close to Nami's current location. But with that was the smell of fresh bread. Nami raised an eyebrow about who would be cooking bread at this time in a ghost town island. She steady herself from her previous drowsiness making her way to the mysterious sounds and smells. Grabbing that of Clima-Tact now known as Evoker Clima-Tact her own upgrade. Turning the corner ready to strike at any moment. Both the strange figure and Nami turned to each other, making the figure jump with surprise. Nami leaned down to where they had fallen. "Are you human?" The figure nodded. Standing up, they towered Nami by a few feet. She was unbothered by the person's height but was put off by his red pirate hat. It was quite big with golden trim, it was probably too big for her.

She smiled at the goofy figure they reminded her of Luffy. The two stared at each other quite uncomfortable for the figure's taste, deciding to break the ice. "Would you like some food?" Nami shrugged "Sure." Nami wasn't very wary of the figure, finding him quite comforting.

The man sat upright then motioned for her to follow him to the floor. "I heard from the voices that you're a part of that tough rookie's crew." Nami interprets that he had met Luffy before, so she agreed with a simple nod, continuing to munch on the bread the guy gave her. "So do you have the ability of Voice of All Things or something?" The man nodded, "You're quite a sharp girl." "Yup your right I am." The man laughed at her cocky reply. The man sighed, "I came here for a reason, Miss." Nami eyebrows raised once again but this time interest.

"Why are you here?" Nami questioned. "Simple a proposition though it's a high price miss." "High price?" The man nodded. "Yup. One is that you won't reach the One Piece, the Second will be that you'll be 元海賊王に感染したゆっくりとした痛みを伴う病気に感染した." Nami wondered how he knew about the ゴール・D・ロジャー病. "Hmm what proposition though it must be better than the bad." The man smiled. "You can go back in time as-" Nami immediately lunged forward and grabbed the man's shoulder. "You mean I can go back to save them." The man was about to choke on his spit from Nami's previous actions, having a slight coughing fit. "Ah, sorry it's fine." Nami feared that she'd kill this man. "But as well as that rookie he'll also have memories of this." "Huh." "We made a deal a long time ago but he wasn't as serious as yours though." "It isn't?" The man shook his head. "Fate gave him light agreement but to you a much harsher similar to me." What does he mean by that? Nami thought. It was a mystery to her. "But as of his own... I'll ask you a favor to protect my boy." "Your boy?" "Portgas D. Ace." Nami blinked in surprise that means he's… GOL D. ROGER THE PREVIOUS PIRATE KING.

(A/N: It's a Secret)

"N…no way." Nami fist tightened into a ball, finding this information too much to handle. Her left hand opened, grabbing Roger's left hand. "I AGREE!" The man's tiny grins turned into the widest smile Nami rivaling her Captain. "Where to then." "The day I stole that map book."

Then it went black.
