"Naruto?" Kakashi's uncertain voice was heard.

"Ah? What is it, Kakashi-sensei?" asked the blonde, finishing her tie.

"You know… I know today is your wedding day, but…" Kakashi was looking for the right words.

"What is it? Is it some urgent mission?"

"No. It's a letter."

"Oh? A letter?"

"Would you give it to you guys to stop stalling? The wedding will start in a little while." Sasuke as usual, with no patience for Naruto and Kakashi's bullshit.

"Well… When Jiraya-sama died, he left you a letter, Naruto." Kakashi felt Naruto shudder next to him. "I know I should have given you this letter sooner, but…" Kakashi took a letter out of his pocket. "Jiraya-sama asked me to turn myself in to you when the time was right… I know you'll be mad at me for hiding it for so long…"

"I-it's okay sensei, I-I understand." Naruto didn't act outrageously or anything, he simply walked over to Kakashi, took the letter from his hands and looked for a chair to sit on, as his legs felt weak. Naruto sat and stared at that letter, the minutes seemed like hours, days, even years, Uzumaki wasn't sure, he didn't have the courage to open the letter.

"We are here with you, Naruto." Iruka placed his left hand on Naruto's right shoulder, offering him support. Naruto looked at Kakashi and Sasuke, they only nodded in agreement, and Naruto sighed. He opened the letter and began to read it in his mind:

Naruto, if you're reading this letter I'm sure of three things, the first: I died in the battle against Pain; the second: you must already know about your past; and the third: you must already be close to becoming Hokage. I don't like goodbyes and I don't want to take up too much of your time either, so I'll be as brief as possible.

I always knew you were capable, believe in yourself, overcome your limits and take advantage of every opportunity that life gives you, even if in your life not everything has gone as you expected, overcome all these disappointments and always carry on with your head held high. Dream without putting limits! (Hokage isn't the only thing you can be.) See what others don't! Sail in seas that others don't! The experience of the past leads you to a present of achievements and a future of success. In fact, neither the future nor the present exist. Nor can it be said that there are three times: past, present and future. Perhaps it would be better to say that the times are: the present of the past; the present of the present; the present of the future. And these are in the soul;

Life is too short to worry about small and unimportant things. Don't be influenced by what others think, and don't let negative people bring you down. Have fun, do little crazy things (translating: have a lot of sex, in every possible position, the ones that exist and the ones that don't exist), make some silly mistakes and always be yourself! Be Uzumaki Naruto, the number one, hyperactive, empty-headed ninja of the Hidden Leaf Village.

I know this has all gotten really corny, but lately I'm talking more to my thoughts than to people… And one more thing… you must know by now that I'm your godfather, I know I'm not worthy, but… I wanted to apologize for abandoning you when you were a child…

From Jiraya, The Toad Sage, to Uzumaki Naruto, the Orange Hokage of the Hidden Leaf Village.

"I have nothing to forgive you, master, for I never blamed you for anything." Currently, the only thing that was heard in that room was a cry, a cry of someone who needed comfort, it was Naruto who was crying with a child. The door was opened, and through it the future Uzumaki, dressed as a bride, hugged Naruto, while Sasuke, Kakashi and Iruka left the room, the wedding would have to be postponed a few minutes…

"The master points the way; the disciple goes alone until he finds the master again, but this time within himself."
