Part 5 - Confrontations and Surprises
Paul, Bella and Matthew was walking on the beach together, and just talking about everyday things first, then Matt asked very carefully;
"And what about you and this Rachel girl, who is she to you, Paul?"
"Well to tell you the truth, she got interested in me for some reasons, despite she should know my age, I know age doesnt really matter, but hers and mine is way too different and she is not really an interest of mine, but I deciced against the better to try it out by dating her, but she became so clingy and so I dont know wrong from get go of us beginning to date. Jacob hates that we are "dating" but he has no say nor his stupid arsehole father either in whoever she or Rebecca is dating or not."
Bella nodded, as she said
"Rebecca is married with 2 kids, one on her way, with a very kind and sweet man, Solomon, they met here on this beach for many years ago, and became attached almost straight away, but due to that Becca was just 18 and Solomon was around 22, her father at first banned them from seeing each other, but in the end she won and got married to Solomon, and they now live in Hawaii, as Sol is a great surfer still to this day. I know this, for Becca and I unlike Rachel and I kept in touch over the years, and she knows everything too, and she really on my side, and so is Sol, as he felt how horrible her father and son are."
"Wow I didnt know that happened with her, all we others heard was that she met some surfer guy at 18 and took off to Hawaii after a brief and quick wedding. I am glad for her sake though."
Matt just smiled at this, as a voice behind them said
"I am glad to hear, hey Bells" Bella turned around and wide-eyed as she then was in Becca's arms, and Sol and Matt shook hands as always, as Bella then said
"Oh Becca, Sol, this is Paul Lahote. Paul meet Becca and Sol." And with that they all shook hands with each other, then Bella said
"Does your father or brother or sister know you are here, Becca?"
"Wait, Rachel is also here?! No they don't know I am here either like I didnt either know that my bloody coward of twin was also here."
Making some of them chuckle as it was so her to say so about Rachel, despite the two were twins, Rachel were the meaner one of the two. Rebecca was just brutal honest and it could be like being a mean girl, but all honesty she just told what she felt or thought out loud instead of keeping it all inside of her.
"Oh where is your kids, Becca, Sol?"
"They are back in Hawaii with Sol's parents' who wanted to have them while we came to here and see everyone again at least for few days, then we need to get back, as I am getting too big to fly soon anyways."
Bella nodded, as Becca said
"And so you are, Bells, wow you are slightly bigger than me?"
Bella just smiled, as she said
"That is for I am carrying two babies, Becs. I am having one of each."
"No way, omg congratulations baby B." Bella just smiled as she loved that nickname that Becca given her since Bella was just a baby at the time too. As she then said
"Wait what are you three talking about, B?"Bella sighed, as Paul took over and told the newcomers and sister of the devilish twin, and Becca was shocked by the whole thing too. Sol had anger on his face, as he said
"Well Paul, it is your choice to make, but frankly you should just break it off with her completely and find someone else who maybe be better for you, as you seems so more mature than Rachel herself seems to be at her own age, and that is 25 and you are what?"
"I am 20 right now, but yea I made the mistake of saying yes to her constant bugging of dating her. I dont even like or love her in that way, just trying the waters you know, as I am not ready yet to settle down just yet."
Solomon nodded, so did the others, as Becca said
"Maybe if you are allowed to go by your parents despite you are an adult now, I know you still somewhat lives at home to save up for your own place one day soon, but you are most welcome to go back with us to Hawaii, for I think you need it too."
At that he smiled at such generous gesture of someone he just had met, and also looked alot like Rachel, but she was so much kinder and gentle than Rachel ever been to anyone really. Bella and Matt shared a look as Matt said
"And you are also welcome to our place, Paul, for we would love to have you over too, after or before you get to Hawaii of course. We have the rooms for you all to even stay over if you like to back in South Dakota where we are residing right now at the moment."
They all smiled at this too, and Bella just took Paul's hand in hers, as she said
"Hey whats going on in there in your head, big bro?" At that he sighed, as he teared up, said
"I dont know what to do, baby sis, I just am so confused and conflicted with myself."
At that the others went forward more, and let the two talk more privately, as Bella said
"Has it to do what happened to me and the two morons or just with yourself and finding yourself?"
"Bit of both, I just dont know, I feel that I am gay or bisexual at least, but I dont know what I am still despite the years since I realised I do like both sexes, as you know."
"Yea, I do, Paul, and no matter what we all will love you, even your parents will."
"Yea I know, I told them you know about it a year or so ago, and they took it rather well, I mean mom and dad had seen the signs of it, and were just waiting on me to tell them if they felt was right or not. So it was just big relief for them either way."
Bella just hugged him gently in her arms, as the two felt the twins kicking at that same moment, as a voice screeched out
"WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU TWO DOING WITH EACH OTHER? ARE YOU CHEATING ON ME, PAUL WITH THIS TROLLOP?!"
Bella and Paul split apart and looked over where the loud voice had come from and to see Rachel standing there red-faced and all salvating around her mouth while looking really pissed off too. Soon the other three came back too as they had heard her screeching voice.
Paul said sighing;
"No we are not, Rachel, as I hugged the woman I see as my little sister, something you seems to forgotten from before. She only hugged me for I needed one, OK? Not everything is like that at all."
Rachel just glared, as Bella went over to Matt who just held her in his arms for now, and that was when Rachel saw that Becca nd whoever was with her also here at the beach, as she said
"Becca, is that you, what are you doing here?!" Becca rolled her eyes, as she said
"First calm down with your bitchyness, twin, and also I am here for I wanted to see everyone, and I didnt know you too were back in town, as you adamatally told our father you would never set a foot again here, or did you forget that part, twin?"
At that the others left the twins all alone on the beach, and Solomon stayed behind just for safety, and Rachel tried to get Paul to stay too, but he didnt hear her or just ignored it, and went with Bella and Matt in tow.
After a while of getting to Sam and Emily's, Becca and Sol also came over as they knew where they too lived here still in La Push. Becca had sand all over herself, and bit torn shirt, while Solomon had sand all over himself too, and he was spitting sand and was rather pissed off still as they arrived there. Matt went straight over and helped the two to sit down, as Becca burst into tears, and Bella went over to her side and held her shoulders as Becca still wept in her hands, and Solomon was trying to calm down for her sake in the meantime, as Kim said
"What the hell happened to you two? You look like been in sand-like fight or something?"
"That bitch of your twin, Becca, she will get her punishment later believe me I wont hold back from now on, but her throwing you onto the sand so you sat on your butt that was enough."
"She What?" Most of them said, as Bella growled lowly in her throat, as she said
"Are you and the baby ok, Becca?" Becca said after a little while
"Oh I think so, I can feel its kicking around so that is good sign at least. But my butt and oh my shirt, that little witch, if she thinks she won now, then think again."
Many of them were shocked of that the twins had fought and how she looked like, as Solomon said
"Easy baby take it easy for the baby's sake, you need to watch your blood pressure, like previous pregnancies, baby."
"Oh I know, I just get so bloody mad at her, how dare she attack us or any of us like that?"
Paul sat in his seat and was shocked too, as Bella reached over and took his hand gently in hers, as she said
"Oh Paul. It will be ok."
Paul nodded his head, clenching his teeth very tightly, as Kim had called over her own, Sam and Paul's parents, who all saw the state Becca and Solomon was in, and gasped, as Kim's mother Jenny said
"What the hell happened to Becca and Sol, Kimmy?"
And Kim told them everything after getting the ok, and most of them were wide-eyed at this point, as Jenny turned to Becca, said
"Are you and the baby ok, sweetheart, do you need anything?"
Becca shook her head, as she said
"We both are ok, as I can feel its kicking around like a storm, but I need to cool down, for her words took it too far for me. Sol had to get her off me, as we were rolling in the sand, she was pulling my hair, while I tried to pry her off me and get up again on my feet, thanks to Sol, he got me out of her hard grip and get us here."
"Oh good, and wait what, she and you were rolling in the sand, what the hell for?!"
Bella told them what might started it all and they were just shaking their heads, as Paul's father said
"You need to break up with her, and I will allow you to go with Becca and Sol to Hawaii and then also to Bella and Matt in South Dakota, for you clearly need it, son."
At that he smiled in thanks at them, as he deciced to do it over phone, as he had no lust or time for her whining or talk to her face to face, and Bella just rubbed his shoulder gently while he did so. Then he put it down and away from himself for now, as Bella said
"You ok, big brother of mine?" He nodded and leaned into her side for now, and Bella just smiled as his parents just smiled at the sight before them. So did the others too. Matt sat on the other side of hers, and took his phone for now, and when they heard it bip, he took one look and his eyes went wider than saucers as he swore out loud
"What the fuck is wrong with that girl, how dare she?!" Bella looked over as she knew when he swore like that he was not just angry, but furious and she took his hand straight away in hers and held it like vice-grip, and he just smiled at her softly, as the others said
"What did she say?"
"She said no fucking way you and I are NOT over for long time boy, for you belong to me, little boy now." At that most of them gasped, as Paul's father and Sam's father excused themselves, and took off to Black's property, and Sam grimaced now, as he said
"Oh dear boy, well just wait for it now." And soon enough everyone heard a yell so loud that even neighbours around them came out to see what the commotion was about, and the two men stood shouting at Rachel, infront of her father and brother, so they heard them;
"HOW DARE YOU SAY THAT TO MY SON, HE IS NOT FUCKING PROPERTY OR TOY TO OWN, NOW TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT, FOR YOU AND HE ARE SO OVER, LITTLE GIRL. FUCKING GROW UP ALREADY AND ALSO APOLOGISE TO YOUR PREGNANT TWINSISTER WHEN YOU SEE, OR YOU WILL FIND HOW BADLY PEOPLE LIKE YOURSELVES ARE TREATED AROUND HERE FOR BEING BIASED, CHILDISH BASTARDS YOU ARE BEING POTRAYED?!"
"AND THAT IS FUCKING TRUTH, LITTLE GIRL TOO, JUST ASK YOUR FATHER OR BROTHER OF HOW THEY ARE BEING TREATED OR EVEN WORSE HOW THE PEOPLE TREAT THE CULLENS NOW THEY KNOW THE FUCKING TRUTH OF WHAT THEIR OWN ADOPTIVE SON DID TO BELLA SPEARS FORMER SWAN?!"
Many were shocked of what being yelled, while Rachel and her brother and father was pale and shaking while the two men then left with a huff, as Paul's father then turned to her and said in a deadly calm voice;
"You are not welcome around our house nor around my son, ever again, little girl, if I see you anywhere near us, well you wont like the conquences of what we will do, not even you coward father or brother will able to stop us. For they are bunch of cowards around here."
Then they left them standing there shaking in fear, as the others in the house gulped but was glad it was them and not Matt or his own father who did it, for if it was them who did it, well lets that pants would not be dry nor much of them standing upright anymore either.
Paul's mother gave him a rolling bag, as she said
"I knew this might happen, son and I am glad that Becca and Sol gave you the idea of going to them, so go on, son, come back when you are ready to come back here. Your father and I will be just fine, son. I am so proud of you, and I love you more than anything."
At that he flung up and wrapped her into one of his own kind of hugs, and said in her ear how much he loved her back, and when his dad came too, he too got a hug and a thank you. His father just patted his cheek gently, as he said
"You just go and do this journey, as you need it, son. Like your mother said, we will manage just fine here. You are ready for this now."
At that Paul grinned happily, as Sam gave him some time off as he had not taken any semester since he began 2 years ago at the same work place as him and Jared were at with Quil and Embry and few more of the men around here. Bella just gave him a hug, as she said
"You just call when you are ready to come to South Dakota, Paul, for you are defiantly welcome there too, big brother of mine. And Mia can't wait to meet you either, as she seen pictures of you in my phone and asked about you and who you are to me and stuff like that. She can't wait to meet her new uncle, as you are like a big brother to me"
Paul grinned wider, and then he took off with Becca and Sol in tow, as they were needed to get back to Hawaii already now. While they took off, Jacob came running in and asked where Paul is, and all Sam said that Paul just took off with his other sister and her husband to Hawaii for few weeks, and he groaned out "oh but he needs to speak with Rachel."
"Not anymore, Jacob, she and he are now over for good, and good for him at least."
"Bu-but she is pregnant for god fucking sake, and it is only him she slept with."
"No she is not pregnant, Jacob, for if she was she would not have rolled around in the sand with me who is actually pregnant with my third baby, for one thing we are NOT allowed to do, is to be rolling around like even very early on in a pregnancy, for the chances of something happening is greater then with how far along both I and Bella are now with our pregnancies. Something you nor Rachel seems not to know about either. For that is taught in the first meeting with your OB-Gyn. And I am fine despite the rolling around with Rachel in the sand, so is my baby. But I wont do it again mind you, for I dont want to my baby nor fight again with you or herself. She can go to hell with her faked story of being pregnant, just like when we were teenagers and she tried to get some boy in school to stand up for her and support her in the pregnancy she faked even then to him. He knew it was not true and so will Paul, for he is not stupid unthlike Rachel is still to this day. To play that game just for she won't let go of him, sounds like you and her has that issue of doing so, little brother."
Many were shocked of what she said, but Jacob just huffed and left, and soon Rachel came rushing in, asking where Paul was, and when she learned where he was going, she blew the top off and was screeching her head off, and it made Emily to call the police on her too. And soon she was taking away from there by the cops and was kicking and screaming her head off still, most of them were just shocked and blown away by her atrocious behaviour.
"Well that got rid of her for now, but for how long though. What should we do with her, dad?" Sam said, as Josh said
"We need to consult the Elders without Billy even though he recently was kicked out of there and removed as the elder leader too, as he still spouted some fuckery about Bella and Jacob to this day still. He is wacked up in his head clearly."
Bella just shook her head at this, as she said
"I always knew he was abit cracked, but it seems to been spread to Rachel and Jacob too, oh well they will learn what level they are soon enough in this tribe, Papa."
At that most of them laughed, as they neared the house of the Elders sat in, and soon were let inside, and Josh explained the whole story, and they were all shocked and angry as wolves would be about their cubs being hurt in any shape or form like that.
"Well that does it, we will invite them in for an emergency meeting with everyone in the tribe, including you two, if you are staying any longer of course, and those moronic fools will then find out where their place now is in the tribe if they even have one with us after that."
Many of them nodded, as Bella and Matt shared a look, as Bella said
"You are Old Quil or Quil the 3rd, right?" At that the man who spoke nodded his head, as Bella said
"Matt and I will stay around for it, as I know you will have it in few hours, as I know this is an urgent matter, and we will help out with anything like we do back home even with our tribe."
At that they all knew she had won the Elders over by stating that and they nodded happily, and they were then back to Sam and Emily's place for the time being. Emily and the other women stood in the kitchen to cook up a storm of lunch for everyone, while Bella and Matt sat talking with the rest of the men, and few of the women who did not help out in the kitchen this time around.
