Summary: Izuku born without a quirk, Born to the minority. Couldn't be a Hero. Only... every person is the Hero of their own story even if only one person calls you a hero. To bad Izuku's story starts with a near death experience.
What's up everyone. I hope you guys enjoyed the last chapter. I had fun writing it. I'm going to keep the harem, but most likely i'll be swapping out a few people. I'm not sure if I will or won't add momo and Ochako is Out. She's to much of a best friend type of girl to me. Also currently on the fence about the Classes. What I mean is that I'm not sure if I want to put Izuku in Class A with Aizawa or put him in Class B with Vlad. It's a really tough call for different reasons. Or go with plan C/D and remix the classes or create a Class

Chapter 2: Bullets & Sword
Location: Mustufa, Japan
Place: Mustufa Beach
Time: 0900
Izuku would spend the next two weeks in the hospital as the Doctors examined him and tried to figure out why the delay to his new found quirk was so long. The head Doctor couldn't understand why the trigger took so long considering that Quirk accidents and Villain attacks were quite common place. Inko even admitted that she and Izuku were robbed at Gun point before. They couldn't find anything about it, but he was constantly admitting a strange energy signature that was raw and unfocused. But it had some side effects. It gave him a higher then normal regeneration, enhanced his speed and strength. His mind was more focused and he even thought faster. This lead to Izuku telling them that he had always had a small obsession with quirks and liked to analyze them. Meaning that the Doctor that examined him as a child missed that Izuku's quirk had activated. The Head Doctor then told Izuku that this was probably part of his quirk operating at it's lowest capacity. That would actually explain his above average intelligence.
This made the head Doctor almost positive that his Quirk was an Emitter-type quirk, but his quirk seemed to be missing something. A trigger to activate. So the doctors were more then happy to label it an enhancement quirk until such a time he showed more progress with it. Izuku also declined to name the Quirk at the time as he still didn't know all of the limits to it.
While on his extended stay in the hospital he managed to speak with his cousin Shiretoko Tomoko AKA Ragdoll of the rescue hero team Wild Wild Pussycats, His teacher, a few classmates and the like. Even Bakugo showed up and told Izuku not to do any dumb shit again! Before long Izuku was released to return home, but he still wouldn't be returning to school for at least another 3 weeks. Once back at home Izuku began to work on and try and figure out how to activate his quirk. The first week he began a small exercise regiment of 50 push ups, 75 sit ups, and a half mile run a day. He would change up the regement with weight lifting and the like, but he was only getting into it. It was hard since Izuku wasn't as physically gifted as most kids his age, but thanks to his quirk's passive ability he was slightly stronger then before. He always felt his quirk in the back of his mind almost BEGGING to be unleashed. (1)
During the second week on a Saturday, Izuku was walking down the the dump site that was the old beach. A once really beautiful place that had become a dumping ground for peoples unwanted crap. Izuku walked over to it and decided to test how strong he was. Removing his coat Izuku looked at the items around him. He closed his eyes and allowed his energy to flow though his body. While not sure how to fully use it, Izuku was sure that he could figure it out. Over the course of several hours Izuku was only able to get it to project a very weak shield around his body, increase the power of his punches and kicks, but that was it.
Man this sucks if only I could figure out a way to use it," said Izuku as he lay in the sand panting with sweet dripping and his mess of hair falling into his eyes, as he pushed it out of his face.
His hand landed on something and he picked it up. He looked at the item and realized that it was a toy laser gun. Just like the ones he use to own as a kid. As he looked at it he then held up his hand. As he looked at it He had a thought. The Doctors said that his quirk was an Emitter-type with a Sub enhancement. Jumping to his feet he held out his right hand and put his left hand on his wrist. Aiming his pointer finger as well holding his thumb up in the air. Izuku imaged a gun in his mind and began to to squeeze. It was hard, there was a lot of resistance to this, before though sheer willpower The tip of his finger became warm as it glowed green. He pulled on the trigger in his mind as hard as he could and a green tiny energy ball fired from his finger! It hit the fridge, but it didn't do to much damage, but put a massive dent in it.
Izuku fell backwards and looked at the ground panting. "That took more out of me then I thought... I'm going to have to train that a lot more," thought Izuku.
"Hey kid what the hell are you doing!? Such sloppy form and exaction will get you killed dumb ass!" yelled a voice.
Izuku looked up and at the person who yelled at him. It was a little old lady. She couldn't have been a day older then 70. She was short with shoulder length gray hair, brown eyes, a long, red sleeveless tunic with green trim, a thick purple lining on the right area of the chest that is folded under a green sash. Underneath her tunic is a long-sleeved white shirt, matching white martial-arts pants, and purple shoes. She had a frown on her face and her arms were folded behind her back.
"Sorry ma'am... I was just practicing my new quirk," said Izuku.
The woman raised and eyebrow. "Practicing your new quirk? Did your quirk evolve or something?" asked the woman.
"Yes ma'am. I'm a late Bloomer," said Izuku.
The woman looked at The fridge examining the damage before she sighed. "Well kid I'll give it to you. You have a lot of raw power and maybe even some talent. Your even luckier that your quirk is similar to mine," said the woman.
"Yours?" asked Izuku.
The woman sighed as she held out her right hand and aimed her own bullet. "Watch carefully dumb ass. Spirit Gun!" yelled the woman unleashing a bullet that was at least 10 times the size of Izuku's blowing a path clean though the trash and even turning the sand in the path to glass. Once the energy dispured at least 100 meters of trash was gone.
Izuku was in awe. "Holy crap! That's unreal!" yelled Izuku as he dropped his pen and pad.
The old woman shuck her right hand out as a wave of Aura came out and interacted with Izuku's body. "I'm getting old. When I was a swinging 20 something that would have cleared the beach. Anyway kid My Quick is called Spirit Wave. It allows me to convert my vitality or Aura into energy. It is also the name of the fighting style I created. I'm using a technique I created to heal you. Not as good as Recovery girl, but it should help restore your power," said the woman.
It took a few minutes, but Izuku was able to move after a few minutes. Once he was back on his feet, he tried to focus his energy back into his finger for another attempt at shooting his energy, but he wasn't able to bring enough energy to bare. He could feel it, but it wouldn't come.
"I advise you to stop dumbass. I healed your physical body, but your not going to be able to use your energy for at least another 8 hours. While we're here I want to see how you fight. Get into your fighting stance," instructed the little old lady.
Izuku wasn't sure what was going on, but he did as the old lady asked and instantly the woman was upon him, she sweeped his left leg from under him, before she slapped his right arm away and sent him tumbling to the ground. Izuku groaned as he rubbed his head.
"Your stance is much too wide, also I assume your wither left handed or ambadestirus by the way you tried to use the south paw boxing stance. I suggest that you watch clips of Ippo the boxing prodigy as well as Ryu Master of the Hyaduken. Now get up and follow me," said the woman.
Izuku got up. "Um miss I never got your name," said Izuku.
The woman looked at him. "My name is Genkai. Or if you need another name I use to go by the Moniker, The Spirit Hero: Masked Fighter," said Genkai.
Izuku's eyes widened. "Your... Your the masked Fighter!? But... you vanished from the active scene of being a hero almost 40 years ago. No one knew what happened to you!" said Izuku.
Genkai smirked. "And I liked it that way. Today however I happened to be on my morning walk and found something very interesting. Someone i can pass my skills onto. From now on dumb-ass call me Sensei," said Genkai.
Izuku would spend the next two months working under Genkai's tutelage to learn anything and everything he could from her. He learned basic martial arts under her before she began teaching him the Spirit Wave martial arts. The spirit wave focused on increasing the bodies physical capabilities to the point of being near superhuman. Izuku also learned basic kendo skills under Genkai as she had explained to him that his energy wavelength was different from her own. In fact Genkai estimated that Izuku would be able to unleash his energy in a verity of ways and not just his 'Spirit Gun'.
Combat skills wasn't the only thing he learned under Genkai. He learned to slowly release his fears, his pains, and other things that he had harbored in his heart that he himself wasn't aware of. Though meditation Izuku learned to let it all go and focus his already sharp mind to almost perfection. While he was learning under her he still had to go to school. To make it even more fun she had him cleaning the beach On his first day things were pretty much back to normal aside from people messing with him. Even Katsuki and his friends didn't mess with Izuku as much aside from the snark comment here or there.
And life went on like this for the next 7 months. It was a week before Graduation and two weeks before the UA entrance exam.

Izuku was walking home focusing on his energy and using small pluses to try and feel his surrounding while wearing a blindfold. It was one of Genkai's tasks. Anytime he wasn't in school he was to wear a blindfold. Something about 'extending the range of his awareness'. Izuku sighed as he took a step and stopped, before jumping back as something came out of the swear. Izuku ripped his blindfold off and looked at the thing before him. It was a slime-man.
"Damn how lucky am I! I got a weak little meat shield," said the slime.
Izuku jumped up and began to focus energy into his finger in his left finger. "If you think it's that easy you got another thing coming Spirit Gun!" yelled Izuku unleashing the attack
Since his training with Genkai Izuku had become much stronger and able to use the spirit gun up to 6 times before he could no longer use it. The attack was strong enough to send the villain into the wall and out cold.
Izuku looked at his hand and frowned. "Still nowhere neat Sensei's power," thought Izuku
As this happened someone jumped out of the swear. A man who stood at about 7'2" feet tall and made of a mountion of muscle, short blond hair, swept backwards, with two distinct tufts that stick up above his head, leaning slightly to each side, which often casts a dark shadow over his face, hiding everything but his bright blue, wearing a white shirt, and green cargo pants.
"Have no fear for I am... here," said the man.
Izuku was star stuck... "You... your All Might!" said Izuku.
All Might looked at Izuku. "Hello. Young man may I ask your name?" asked All Might.
"Izuku... Midoriya Izuku," stuttered Izuku, celebrity struck.
"Well Young Midoriya I must thank you for taking out this villain, I've been tracking him for well over 2 hours," said All Might as he took a bottle out of his pocket and began to scoop the sludge villain into it.
"Well Young Midoriya I must be off," said All Might he lowered himself and jumped into the air.
As All Might was soaring though the air. Izuku looked at him, before he took a running start and jumped between the building. He followed All Might before he landed on a building.
"Hey All Might!"
All Might jumped slightly. "Please don't sneak up on me Young Midoriya... Young Midorya how did you get up here?" asked All Might.
"I jumped," said Izuku as if it was the most obvious thing in the world.
"You jumped!" said All Might, before he was enveloped in a cloud of steam.
Izuku covered his face as the stream vanished and sitting before him was a man who was probably standing at 5'10"a very skinny man with sharp, angular features and long limbs, his neck long and his eyebrows absent. And his face shrunken in.
"What! What happened! Where is All Might?" yelled Izuku
"Calm down. I'm All Might. Or in this form I go by my true name. Toshinori Yagi," said Yagi
"But All Might is freaking huge and your well... a stick... no offense," said Izuku.
All M- Yagi coughed a little before holding up his hand. "I take no offense at this young man. Back about five years ago I was injured in a battle," said Yagi as he lifted his shirt showing his left side and showed the massive wound.
"Five years ago. The only major battle that happened then was your fight with Atomic Chainsaw," said Izuku.
"Wow. You must be a super fan or something. But no that wimp barely a warm-up. No he was working for the one who did this," said All Might shaking his head. "Anyway Ask the qustion that you wanted to ask,"
Izuku looked at All might for a second before smiling and shaking his head. "I don't want to ask you a question. I wanted to say... thank you," said Izuku.
"Thank me?" asked Yagi.
Izuku nodded. "You see I was diagnosed as Quirkless. It was a dark time for not only me, but my mother as well. For a long time the only thing that stopped me from ending it all was your smile. You inspired me to keep going. Not that long ago I even saved a girl from getting hit by a car. When it happened My feet moved before I even knew it. I died to save her, but somehow I came back from the dead with a quirk," said Izuku.
Yagi's eyes widened hearing this. This kid... saved someone without worrying about his own safety and even died... This kid was perfect. Or at least he would be if he didn't already give IT to his chosen successor.
"Young Midoriya... said Yagi.
Izuku snapped out of it and laughed. "Sorry. I know I got off on a tangent, but aside from my Kaa-chan and Genkai-obaa-san... I never had anyone to tell this to," said Izuku.
Yagi smiled. "I'm glad I was able to inspire you Young Midoriya," said Yagi.
"Sorry for wasting your time All Might," said Izuku as he jumped off the building and usleased a wave of energy from his feet allowing him to slow his desent enough to land softly.
"What a nice young man. He'll go far in the hero world once he becomes a pro. Might even make it to the number 1 spot. Whelp time to get this guy to the... CRAP!" yelled Yagi as he realized that the bottle holding the villain was gone.

Place: Entertainment District.
Time: 1800
Bakugo growled in annoyance as he walked home with his two flunkies Fingers and Fat-wings. Over the last 10 months he had trained hard to improve himself for the UA entrance exam. While he had been training he had also seen that Deku was training. He was training hard to get up to His level. Bakugo was the strongest kid in their school. No one could touch him. He had planned out his entire resume from when he made it big. He came from a no name school and became the strongest UA student since All Might.
It was all going well... until Deku got his quirk. At first Bakugo felt like total shit since He had told Deku to jump off a building and he got hit by a car. If his mom had found out... Bakugo shivered. Not the point. While Deku was in the hospital it was revealed that Izuku was a 'Late Bloomer'. In fact he was the latest Bloomer in recorded history with the previous record being 7 years, 10 months, and 4 days. Over the last few months Bakugo noticed a change in the boy. He grew confident, he gained muscle, and he seemed to become... Bakugo couldn't put his finger on it, but he just seemed happier.
While he wasn't really a friend of Izuku's anymore both their mothers were still friends and even saw the other boy as something akin to a nephew. Hell Bakugo and Izuku were somewhat forced to hang out when their mothers got together from time to time. That was one of the reason's Bakugo never went out of his way to really 'hurt' Izuku, just scare him. Bakugo didn't hate Deku. In fact he respected Deku more then some people would ever know. He tried to scare the boy off the path of being a hero. Sure when he was a kid he was stupid enough to believe that Izuku was looking down on him, but as he got Older Bakugo began to do research and looked up statistics when it came to heroes. 40 percent never made it past hero school, Out of that number that did 69 percent of them never made it past sidekick, out of the Sidekicks only 20 percent went on to become full heroes. And out of them 70 percent failed within the first year. Finally the big number. 94 percent of people who became heroes never made it past their first active year as a hero alive. because he didn't want his hurt and he didn't want to see Auntie Inko cry. In his own warped way Bakugo cared for Izuku when nobody else would. (2)
As Fat-wings was talking about the arcade and fingers was agreeing with him Bakugo kicked a bottle out of his way making it explode on the wall allowing the green lequied to seep out at launch itself at Bakugo.

Izuku walked down the street as he was on his way to see Genkai. He was lost in thought about All-Might and what he said when an explosion went off a few blocks away. Izuku looked up and charged forward and rounded the corner were several heros were battling fires, explosions and the Like. Izuku instantly noticed Death Arms, Mt. Lady, and Kamui Wood were evacuating civilians and trying to get to the villain, while Backdraft was putting out fires.
They were all screaming or talking about someone that was captured. Izuku looked close and relised that it was Bakugo. Izuku's eyes widened and looked at the hero's hoping that one of them would do something, but none of them were moving. Izuku gripped his fist before rushing in ignoring everyone telling him to stay back. He grabbed Bakugo's hand and began to pull him out of the villan.
"Deku! Run!" yelled Bakugo.
"No way!" yelled Izuku as he pushed his energy all throughout his body.
"Give it up kid! This Meat-shield is mine!" yelled the Slime-man, before he made Bakugo fire off a point blank explosion that sent Izuku flying into a pawn shop.
Izuku got up bleeding and glaring at the slime-man. He was able to force Kaachan to fire off an explosion, but it was directed slightly off to the right. Kaachan still had control, but not much. Izuku grabbed a sword and charged at the slime-man and intended to cut where the threads were weak. Rushing in Izuku went for a slash on a tenticale, but the blade broke off at the hilt, before another tentacle hit Izuku smashing him to the ground.
Several people gasped and the heros were getting worried for the kid.
"DAMMIT DEKU! RUN!" yelled Bakugo.
Izuku chucked and got up. "I can't do that Kaachan," said Izuku.
"WAY NOT YOU IDIOT!" yelled the explosive boy.
Izuku smiled a smile that made everyone freeze in place. "Because I don;t want to see Auntie cry if something happened to you. So Kaachan allow me to show you my spirit. my quirk, True Spirit," said Izuku.
Izuku took the hilt and held it in front of his body. He knew that the Sprint gun was off the table since it could hurt Kaachan, but according to Genkai-obaa-san... that was just the tip of a very large iceberg. According to Genkai-sensei part of his Quirk revolved around solidification of his imagination. So going by her logic... Izuku focused and imagined a Katana blade. The energy traveled from his hands into the hilt and formed a green blade. Izuku looked at the blade for a second in awe, before focusing on the task at hand and charging the villain. He dodged the tentacle strikes and slashed a few of them proving that he could damage them with his own quirk. Within a few seconds Izuku was within range of Kaachan and jumped.
"Kaachan Now!" Yelled Izuku as he slashed downwards though the slime freeing Bakugo.
Bakugo turned around and cuffed his hands together. "EAT THIS SLIME BASTARD! NITRO BLAST!" yelled Bakugo unleashing a point blank blast that sent the slime villain flying. '
Izuku's blade faded as he fell to his knees panting and sweatting. He was hurt and mantaining that blade took up all of his remaining 'bullets'. Unlike his bullets his 'sword' was on a timer and at it strongest he could only maintain it for 30 seconds. Great more training.
Before Bakugo could say anything the slime villan came back ready to kill Izuku. Bakugo got into a stance ready to defend his friend, but before anything else could happen All Might appeared.
"You did well Young Midoriya, now let me show you something coll. DELEWARE SMASH!" yelled All might.
With a single punch All-might changed the weather, making it rain, put out a fire, and saved two boys.
Off to the sides.
A girl looked onward as the rest of the fires were put out and the heros checked on the two boys. While they were berating the Greenete they were also prcseing both boys for their skill and strength. The girl herself looked at All Might as he was swarmed by reporters. The girl frowned as she clutched her arm as it sparked red lightning.
"I hope Uncle Yagi didn't use up to much of his time.., by dad's estimate he has less then 4 hours left," thought the girl.

And Cut. This was a pretty interesting chapter and showcased Izuku's quirk. I also showcased a different side of Bakugo's personality. Bakugo falls into the Vegeta Effect for me. Anyway nothing else really on my mind.

Summary: True spirit allows Izuku to turn his vitality into physical form. This is quite rare as only a few people can do this. His enhancements make him, stronger, smarter, and faster then Pre-quirk atlates at the college level. His 'main' quirk abilities to channel his vitality into energy and unleash it. Izuku for having his quirk for only 10 months is already quite strong as he was use 6 'bullets'. After an incident in Mustafa Entertainment District he can use a conduit to create a sword.
Note: Currently Izuku Midoriya's quirk is still in the 'infant' stage of it's development. It is estimated that currently Izuku Midoriya's quirk potential is unlimited.

1: I read this in another fic where Rag Doll was refered to as his cousin. I know their not related, but I like the idea. Also if your the person who came up with this sorry, but I couldn't remember the fic it was In.
