Today was a normal and peaceful weekend, but not for Zenitsu and Inosuke as they need to look after Tanjirou's youngest brother, Rokuta. The Kamado bakery was closed today because Tanjirou's parents were going to neighbouring prefecture for some important business. Tanjirou was on his way home from a pizza shop together with Takeo and Shinobu while Nezuko went to a convenience store with Shigeru and Hanako tagging along.
"Uwaaaaaaa!" Rokuta kept crying non-stop.
"Rokuta-chan, calm down! Here's your toy!" Zenitsu tried to calm down the kid by gave him a plush Waddle Dee. Unfortunately, Rokuta shoved the plush doll away.
Looks like it didn't work at all" Zenitsu sighed.
"Oi! The mountain spirit will kidnap you if you're still crying!" Inosuke said.
Inosuke only made Rokuta cried harder than before.
"Stop scaring him, Inosuke!" Zenitsu yelled.
"You're the one who scared him!" Inosuke yelled back.
"Geez, why me!?"
Soon, Kanao then entered the living room, only to see crying Rokuta with the bickering boys.
"Rokuta-chan!" Kanao quickly rushed towards the kid, gently clutched him in her arms.
A few minutes later, Rokuta slowly stopped crying before finally fell asleep. Kanao happily patted the young boy's head.
Kanao wished Rokuta will become a sweet and nice uncle of her children after she get married to Tanjirou someday.
"Phew, finally" Zenitsu wiped his forehead in relief.
"Takuro-kun finally listen to me!" Inosuke smirked.
"Excuse me?" Zenitsu raised his eyebrows in upset.
"I can do much better than you!" Inosuke exclaimed.
"Shut up! You only making things more worse!" Zenitsu yelled.
"Guys?"
Kanao tried to reprimand them of sleeping Rokuta, yet both of them kept trading shouts and yells. She didn't have any other choice but to raise her fist and...
(One minute later)
Tanjirou, Takeo and Shinobu finally returned with three pizza boxes as they reached the living room.
"Sorry guys, I'm la- eh?"
The boys had their eyes widened when they saw Zenitsu and Inosuke laid unconscious on the floor with bumps on their heads. Shinobu just giggled in silent.
"What happened?" Tanjirou asked in shock.
"Oh, nothing" Kanao only gave an innocent smile as she pretended nothing happened.
"Ara ara, it looks like they had too much fun, right?" Shinobu joked.
