A/N: Wow. It's literally been like one or two years since the last time I updated... I am sooooo sorry guys!
School's been rough and life in general has been rough. But after reading my story over, I felt inspired and decided to continue it.
I might even post two chapters in a day! Ain't that somethin'... Anywho, this is a bit of a filler chapter and so I don't have a title for it (you can suggest some and I'll pick one to use).
But let me tell you something right fucking now (pardon my language but I'm excited). Shit... is about to get REAL. Enjoy!
As Jack ran through the workshop, dozens of tiny snowflakes trailed behind him, creating a mini blizzard.
Phil was walking down a hallway with a mug of hot chocolate when Jack raced past him, causing him to spill the hot drink all over floor.
Phil threw his hand up in the air, yelling in irritation. Sorry, buddy… Jack thought. He reached a room right next to North's office.
Jack thought about notifying the big Russian about Lily's disappearance but thought better of it. He knew that Pitch wanted him and him alone.
It was better to keep his friends safe. He would fight pitch by himself.
As quietly as he could, Jack reached for the handle of the door, opening it the slightest bit and slipping in side.
Once inside, Jack was greeted by thousands upon thousands of teleportation snow globes.
He grabbed as many of them as he could, stuffing them in his hoodie's pocket and hood.
With his arms full of snow globes he carefully edged out of the room again.
He closed the door with his staff, breathing a sigh of relief. He turned around and came to face to face with the one and only Phil.
Jack was caught by surprise and one of the snow globes fell from his hoodie pocket.
Before it hit the ground, the large yeti caught it lifting it back up to safety. Phil crossed his arms and gave Jack a look that he was all too familiar with.
It was a look that said, What are you up to now?
Jack looked around to make sure nobody was listening and said to Phil, "Phil you have to let me take these. It's important. I can't tell you why but I need them. Please, Phil."
Phil had never heard Jack talk in such a serious voice before. The winter spirit was always laughing.
Phil nodded and handed the snow globe back to Jack. Jack thanked the yeti and dashed off once again.
Jack arrived in his room and dumped all of the snow globes on his bed. There was a dresser that he never used across the room.
Since he always wore the same clothes, it was of course, empty.
One by one, he placed his stash in the drawers leaving three still on the bed. He grabbed a bag and placed each of the three carefully inside it.
These snow globes would help him to teleport anywhere at any time, making for a fast escape and the element of surprise.
Jack opened the window and grabbed the bag, putting the strap over his body.
Once more, his eyes flashed the color of fire.
"I'm coming, Lily."
