Yuzuru's POV:

Today was the middle of the weekend, and I was at my job, Ahnenerbe, working on cleaning and preparing the clean dishes before putting them up on a dish drainer to dry while putting the dry ones up on one of the shelves, and then went working on the silverwares, setting them from a spoon to a fork, then to a knife, in a single cloth, then wrapped them up all together with the same cloth and placed them on one of the shelves, before repeating the process. Minna was helping out cleaning up and setting up the table with the manager (Nero-Arc) and the mature woman (Nero-Arc Destiny), to make sure that the tables were perfectly clean and set up perfectly for the customers that'll be coming in soon, Katsuragi-senpai was cleaning by mopping the floor with the old man (Nero-Arc Chaos) sweeping the dusted floor for her to mop in, Hibino-senpai was cooking and preparing food in the kitchen with the chef (Nero-Arc Bubbles), and Saber was…well, she was working as a cashier counting all the money in the cashier register, although her facial expression looked as if she was in much dismay. Which, I guess, isn't surprising considering what happened on her first day of work. Let's just say we didn't wanna risk having Saber work as a waitress to receive orders from the customers again.

Anyway, we were going to get ready for work as soon as the first customers today came in to sit down, order something, and eat here to hang out and enjoy themselves. Thankfully, of course, we were already done with preparations, and the first customer finally came in as soon as we flipped the sign hanging on the front door to show that Ahnenerbe is finally opened.

"Hallo und herzlich willkommen bei Ahnenerbe (Hello, and welcome to Ahnenerbe)." said Minna in German, this time to two female customers who just came in, before she said normally for them to understand, "Your table will be right this way. Please, follow me."

I watched as Minna guided the two female customers to their table. I then went to three customers sitting together at the table, before I gave out a smile and said, "Hello, and thank you for your patience. What would you like to order today?"

"We'll have three glasses of water and three mabo curries, please." said the male customer.

"Got it, three glasses of water." I said as I wrote down the order, before I asked, "Sparkling or still water?"

"Two sparkling and one still water." said the female customer.

"Got it, two sparkling and one still." I said as I wrote it down along with three mabo curries, before I asked, "Anything else?"

"No, we're good." said the other female customer.

"Okay, got it." I said as I wrote down the table number, "Your orders will be right with you in just a few minutes."

"Thanks." they said with smiles on their faces.

I went over to the counter where Hibino-senpai was working and said, "I need three glasses of water; two sparkling and still, and three mabo curries, please."

"Okay~!" Hibino-senpai smiled, "Coming right up~!"

"Un-Un-Un (Yeah-Yeah-Yeah)!" the chef said, while rapidly nodding her head.

As Hibino-senpai and the chef went on working, I stood where I was and waited for the order to be ready. As I waited for the order to be ready, I took the time to think back on what had happened back last week, when Hiroko and I got back from what had happened that night.

Last week:

Hiroko and I had already come back home to our apartment, and Hiroko had gone back to the apartment room next to mine that Mirai-senpai and the others live at, with the briefcase in hand, opening and entering their apartment door before closing the door to turn in for the night. For a few seconds, I heard the sound of…uh…s-screaming of…uh, noises. I…don't think I wanna describe what it sounds like. Anyway, I went back to my place and opened my apartment door, and I was greeted by Minna who was at the front door with open arms and a smile on her face as she came over to me and hugged me.

"Willkommen zuhause, Yuzu-kun (Welcome home, Yuzu-kun)!" she said happily in German.

"H-Hi, Minna." I said, surprised for a bit, before I hugged her back, "I'm back."

Then, Saber came by to see who was at the door until she saw me and said, "Ah, Yuzuru, welcome back."

"Hey, Elaina." I said.

"Ah, Shindou-sama!" I heard Aimi's voice, as Aimi came over to see me at the door and bowed as she said, "Welcome back, Shindou-sama. Did you enjoy your time working together with Hiroko?"

"Yeah, I did." I said, "We just got back from doing our errands together. And you girls? What've you been doing?"

"Oh, nothing much." Aimi smiled, "Just out shopping in the city to go and buy groceries for dinner tonight. Speaking of which, we are currently planning on making dinner right now. Would you care to join us, Shindou-sama?"

"Ah, yeah, sure." I said, "I was planning to cook something, anyway."

"AH!" I heard Minna scream a little from behind me, and I turned around as she asked me with a worried look on her face, "Yuzu-kun, what happened to your jacket?!"

"Huh?" I said, confused, "Wait, my jacket?"

"Ja, the back of your jacket, Yuzu-kun!" said Minna, "Es ist zerrissen (It's ripped)!"

My eyes widened in shock as I immediately understood what she just said, and I shouted loudly, "WHAT?!" And immediately, I quickly took off my jacket to take a look at the back of it to see if it was ripped, and sure enough, the back of my jacket was ripped, with a piece of blue fabric missing which caused the entire back of my jacket to be ripped apart into pieces.

"AW, SHIT!" I cursed, "Dammit, my own jacket! And it was my favorite jacket that I'd gotten from my sisters for my seventeenth birthday, and it was the only one that I got!"

I then thought back to what had happened back at the alleyway and thought, "Dammit, it must've got caught in the pile of steel beams at some point during our struggle in the alleyway!" I then sighed exasperatedly and said, "Augh, dammit, my sisters are gonna kill me when they find out about this!"

"Oh nein, das ist schrecklich (Oh no, that's terrible)!" said Minna worriedly in German, before she asked with a worried look on her face, "How did it get ripped, Yuzu-kun?"

"Ah, well…" I began, hesitating on trying to explain, "Uh, I-I…I-I don't…"

I just couldn't tell her about what had happened back in the alleyway. I can't tell her that I got into a fight with one of the members of the Holy Church. I know Minna well enough that she'd understand what I've explained to her, but I don't think she'll understand enough about the Holy Grail War or the mage world. I just can't risk telling her anything, she'll be in danger.

"Oh, it doesn't matter as of now." Aimi stepped in with a smile on her face, as she faced me before she brought her arms out and said, "In any case, may I please take your jacket away from you for a while? Please, allow me to fix it for you, Shindou-sama."

"H-Huh?" I said, surprised, "Wait, you can fix it? Really?"

"But of course." Aimi smiled, "I am the personal maid of the Tohsaka Family household, so I can do anything that one wishes of me to do, fixing ripped clothing included. So please don't worry, Shindou-sama, I'll take your jacket so that I can fix it for you."

"Really, you will?" I asked her, which she nodded, and I sighed in pure relief and said while handing over my jacket to her, "Ah, thank God! You're a lifesaver, Aimi! Thank you! Thank you so much! Please, fix my jacket for me!"

"But of course." Aimi smiled, as she took my jacket, "Just leave it to me. It'll be fixed by the end of the week."

"Great." I said, feeling relieved, "Thanks."

"You are welcome, Shindou-sama." said Aimi, "Although, I do suggest that you be careful with whatever it is you're doing next time. You could really make the people around you worry. Minna-sama is no exception."

"Ah, right." I said before I turned to Minna who looked worried for me and said apologetically to her, "I'm sorry, Minna, I…didn't really mean to worry you."

"Nein, not at all." said Minna, "But, can you at least tell me how your jacket got ripped?"

"Oh, well, uh…honestly, I don't really know how it got ripped off either." I half-lied, "It must've gotten caught in something while I wasn't paying attention or being careful about it. Probably just got caught and then ripped by accident."

"Oh, aha (I see)." said Minna, before she asked me with a concerned look, "But, Yuzu-kun…geht es dir wirklich gut (are you really okay)?"

I chuckled a bit before I said in German, "Ja, mach dir keine Sorgen. Mir geht es gut, Minna (Yeah, don't worry. I'm okay, Minna)."

"Bist du sicher, Yuzu-kun (Are you sure, Yuzu-kun)?" Minna asked in German.

I nodded to her and replied in German, "Ja, positiv (Yeah, positive)."

Minna looked at me for a moment as if she was seeing I was telling the truth, which felt almost like an eternity and it was making me nervous inside, before Minna smiled and said in German, "Okay, ich glaube dir (Okay, I believe you)!"

Oh, good. She believes me. I sighed in relief and said, "Thanks."

"Gern geschehen, Yuzu-kun (You're welcome, Yuzu-kun)!" Minna said in German with a happy smile, before she said, "Anyway, we're about to make dinner for tonight. Will you help me out in the kitchen, Yuzu-kun?"

"Sure." I said, "I'll be there in a minute. Just wait for me at the kitchen."

"Ja, okay!" Minna smiled before she turned away and started walking off to the kitchen, leaving me alone with Aimi at the front door.

I sighed, relieved that Minna didn't catch on with what had happened.

"You really should be careful with what you would explain to her next time, Shindou-sama." Aimi smiled, "It would be very troubling if Minna-sama becomes worried about you until she gets caught on with what is happening with you, and it could lead to a difficult consequence."

I sighed and said, "Yeah, I know…I know Minna can worry about me when it comes to my well-being, but at least she has that much faith in me that I'd be okay."

"Quite." said Aimi.

"Indeed." said Saber, "Still, it is not just Minna that would be worried about your well-being. Others that are close to you will also be concerned about you, friends and family alike."

"Yeah, that's true." I sighed, "I can only imagine Yukitsuki-san freaking about what had happened to me when she sees my ripped jacket and then start worrying shit about me for the whole week and watching over me without even bothering to stop bothering me."

Aimi giggled and said, "Well, that aside, I take it that you and Hiroko had some encounters with the enemy tonight?"

"Uh, yeah." I answered her, "It's…kinda a long story. Hiroko will tell you about it later."

"Ah, very well; Mirai Ojou-sama, Sayaka, and I will be listening to her side of the story once we ask her." Aimi smiled, "In any case, I shall go and gather everyone else so that we shall have dinner together if you don't mind if we join you."

"Oh, sure." I said, "I don't mind."

"Thank you, Shindou-sama." Aimi smiled and then bowed before she turned to the door and left to get Mirai-senpai and the others.

"Well," I thought, as I looked at where she had left, "I guess I'll be working with her in the next week. I just hope I'm up for it."

"I'm sure that you'll do fine, Yuzuru." said Saber, as if she had read my mind, "Don't feel bothered by it."

Wait, how…oh, right…our pact. Shit, it's easy to forget, sometimes…

I turned to Saber and said, "Thanks, Saber."

"Yuzu-kun, are you coming?" Minna called, "I need some help!"

"Ah, right." I said, "I'll be right there."

With that, me and Saber went off to head to the kitchen to help Minna prepare for dinner tonight.

Now:

It's been a whole week since then, and tomorrow, I'll be working with Aimi on practicing my magecraft.

"Still," I said, as I then thought about Aimi, "Compared to the rest of her friends, Aimi seems to be the sweetest and the nicest of their group. Not to mention, she's pretty diligent, elegant, and very understanding with me and my feelings, if not everyone else's. Huh. You know, I think that training with her might turn out alright. I mean, she's way more socialized with me than Sayaka and Hiroko are, so I think she and I will get along and work together really well. Man, this might be my lucky day for me."

"Shin-chin, your orders' ready." said Hibino-senpai, as she placed the tray of orders on the counter for me to take.

"Ah, thanks." I said as I took it before I went over back to the table that had placed said order. Once I was at the table where the customers placed the order, I said to them as I gave out their order one at a time, "Here are your orders; two sparkling and still water, and three mabo curries. Enjoy!"

"Thank you very much!" they all said happily.

I bowed to them before I went off to the next table, and then greeted the next two customers as I gave out a smile and said, "Hello, and thank you for your patience. What would you like to order today?"

"We would like to have two hot coffees, please." said the female customer.

"We'll also like to take two strawberry pies for dessert over appetizers today." said the male customer.

"Got it." I said as I wrote down the order, before I asked, "Anything else?"

"No, we're good, thanks." the male customer smiled.

"Got it." I said as I wrote down the table number, "Your orders will be right with you in just a few minutes."

"Thanks." they said with smiles on their faces.

I nodded to them before I turned around and started walking over to the counter where Hibino-senpai was working, ready to have her start working on the order that I have for the next table while looking around the coffee shop to see how everyone else was doing at work. I saw that Minna was doing a much better job at being a waitress than before, guiding the customers to their tables and taking in whatever orders that they have with a smile on her face, and the customers that she was serving were much better than the ones from two weeks ago, smiling and greeting nicely to Minna, as well as talk to her normally. Of course, there were some few guys who I think were checking her out, but they didn't seem at all perverted like the last guy who came in and was pretty friendly towards Minna who didn't mind them at all, so I let that go, happy to see her getting along with her customers. Next, I saw Katsuragi-senpai, who looked pretty angry out of hostility and flustered out of embarrassment as she was dealing with a strange otaku (Neco-Arc Evolution), who often comes to Ahnenerbe, and he seemed to know everybody in Ahnenerbe, though none of the staff even knew him, and brings his digital recording camera to film everything that's going on in Ahnenerbe, which was what he was doing now, though he mainly seems to film the girls than the guys, and it's more of an annoyance to Katsuragi-senpai, though Hibino-senpai and the rest of the staff didn't seem to mind, which was why Hibino-senpai was there to calm down her best friend who was trying to kick the otaku out of the store for filming. Saber was still working as a cashier, either accepting credit cards or exchanging changes of cash to the customers and surprisingly, she wasn't freaking out over trivial things like last time. Honestly, I'm just glad she's not overreacting anymore. The rest of the staff were doing whatever it is they were doing at work, doing everything they can working in their café while serving customers. Although, I almost swear that I do sometimes see the mature woman (Nero-Arc Destiny) was having some sort of love drama or something, though that didn't really seem to stop her much from doing her work.

Working went on for the whole day until the time reached nighttime, and we were all cleaning up the place before calling in for tonight. Me and Minna were cleaning the tables, Katsuragi-senpai was mopping up the floors with the manager, the mature woman was gathering dishes left on the table to bring it to the kitchen for Hibino-senpai and the chef to clean them, and Saber was counting how much money that we've made today with the old man helping her. After we were finished with the cleanup, we all sat at the table together to take a rest, as almost all of us rested our heads on the table.

"Whaaaaah…" said the manager tiredly, while resting her head on the counter, "What a tiring day…and I work so hard today…"

"Yeah…" I sighed, "We all did…"

"And I'm so hungry…" Katsuragi-senpai groaned, "I need something to eat…"

"Hey, everyone!" Hibino-senpai called cheerfully, "I made lots of ramen soup for everybody to eat if you're all hungry! You guys want some?!"

"Oooh!" said the manager, "Ramen! I'd love some!"

"How considerate of you." said the old man.

"Oh, my." said the mature woman, "And it smells so good, too."

"Ah, Hibiki, you're such a lifesaver!" Katsuragi-senpai moaned from the smell of food, "I'm really hungry I need something to eat right now!"

"Indeed." said Saber, "Let us have some ramen."

"Yeah." I said, "We can have ramen for dinner."

"Ja!" Minna smiled.

We each took a large bowl of ramen and took it with us to different tables to eat at; the manager, the old man, the mature woman, and the chef were sitting at the table together, Katsuragi-senpai was at the counter with Hibino-senpai joining her best friend, Saber was at the table closest to the counter already started eating and finishing up her first bowl before going for a second bowl. As for me, I was sitting at the table that was a little farther away from the others with Minna sitting with me at the opposite side of the table. We had already finished up eating our bowl of ramen before the others did, so we placed our empty bowls of ramen to the side and just sat back and relaxed.

"Ah, I'm so full!" Minna sighed with a smile, "Hey, Yuzu-kun, the ramen was very good, wasn't it?"

"Yeah." I said, "It was. We worked really hard today, so we really deserved a break."

"Ja." Minna smiled, "It was really busy, but I had a lot of fun working here at Ahnenerbe. And I've met lots of really nice customers while working as a waitress. The other staff members are really nice to work with, too."

"Oh, yeah?" I said, "Well, that's good. I'm glad that you're getting along with everyone here. Otherwise, I wouldn't know what I could do to help you."

Minna giggled and said with a smile, "Just you being here with me is more than enough for me, Yuzu-kun."

"Oh." I said, "Well, okay then. That's good to know."

Minna smiled again before it suddenly faltered as she then asked me, while suddenly sounding shy as her face became beet red, "U-Uh…u-umm…h-hey, Yuzu-kun…s-speaking of us…um…c-can we…um…c-can we talk about…well, u-umm…a-about what happened…last night?"

I was confused by what she meant for a bit before it suddenly hit me and I blushed as I knew what she was talking about, as I said while still blushing, "O-Oh! Uh…oh…y-you mean…you mean that? W-What we…did last night?"

Minna slowly nodded while still blushing as much as I am, and we both became silent as we both began to remember what had happened between us yesterday last night. It…happened at our apartment complex, when I had already finished up my days working and training with Hiroko.

Yesterday, last night:

I returned to my apartment room to see Minna greeting me back home at the front door, with the usual smile she still has on her face.

"Welcome back, Yuzu-kun!" she greeted me with a smile.

"Hi, Minna." I smiled back at her, "I'm back."

"So, how did your day go, Yuzu-kun?" Minna asked me, as she kindly took my now-fixed blue jacket, "Did you do anything fun with Hiroko?"

"Not much, just walking around to gather supplies for the student council." I said, "It's for their side project that they're working on as of late. Honestly, even I don't know what it is." It was a bit of a lie, but I figured that Minna should take that story before she asks any more questions or gets suspicious. Though, I was at least telling the truth about not knowing what they were doing.

"Ah, I see." said Minna, seemingly accepting the answer I gave her.

"By the way, where's Elaina?" I asked, "Isn't she at home with you?"

"Ja." said Minna, "Elaina just finished having dinner tonight without us, so she went off to bed already to get some sleep." She then giggled and added, "You wouldn't believe it, Yuzu-kun, but Elaina is such a big eater. She ate about three large bowls of rice with lots of chicken and meat during dinner."

"Whoa, damn!" I said, surprised, "She must have a huge stomach to eat!"

"Ja." said Minna, "Anyway, Yuzu-kun, do you wanna have dinner first, or do you wanna take a bath first?"

"I think I'll take a bath." I said, "I'd already eaten something while I was out in town, so you can put everything back in the fridge."

"Ah, okay!" Minna smiled before she went off back to the kitchen, while I went off to the bathroom to take a bath.

Once I was there, I turned on the water in the shower room and let the water spray and fall over me and my body while I had nothing but a towel around my waist. I sighed as I sat down and relaxed, letting the water wash away my fatigue from all the stress that I had built up for the whole day. Hiroko really tired me out for making me use my enhancing skills all day. Still, the whole week's over and the weekend is coming, so I won't be needing to work with her anymore. I'm gonna be having some days off, so I'll be on break until the next week, by going back to work at Ahnenerbe.

I heard a knock at the bathroom door before I heard Minna say at the other side of the door, "Yuzu-kun, are you in the shower right now?"

Huh…that's a strange question to ask. Why would she ask that? I mean, shouldn't it be obvious? Hmmm…oh, well, I'll answer her question anyway, just to let her know. I turned to the door and answered, "Uh, yeah, I am. Uh, why do you ask?"

"W-Well, u-um…um…" said Minna, sounding shy all of the sudden, which was actually pretty rare and unusual for her to be shy. Although, then again, I guess there's a limit to how much how forward she can be towards someone like me. Which explains why she's sounding shy right now. Then, shyly, she asked, "U-Um…Y-Yuzu-kun…c-can I…can I come in here, so I could…so I could take a bath…with you?"

Wait…WHAT?!

It literally took me five seconds to process what she was asking me before I suddenly realized what she'd meant, and I literally blushed madly while screaming out loudly, "EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEHHHHHHHHHHHHHH?!" Quickly, I got up and turned to the door and tried to reason with her, quickly saying to her, "H-H-H-H-Hold on, Minna! W-W-W-We can't do that! A-A-A guy and a girl shouldn't be g-g-going in the same bathroom and shower together! So, w-w-we really can't be in the same bath together! W-W-W-We could end up doing something bad, a-and-!"

"It's okay!" I heard Minna say through the door, making me stop talking, and looked at the door in shock and confusion, before she continued shyly, "Umm…u-um…w-what I mean is…is that I…I-I…uh…um…I-I don't mind…being in the same…s-shower room with you…b-because, if…if it's you…then I…I-I'll be really happy…because it's you…that I'm with…"

"B-But, Minna, we really shouldn't! Y-You don't-"

"I-I-It's okay!" said Minna, "Don't worry, Yuzu-kun! I…I'm doing this, because…because I want to. I…I want to take a bath with you. And, I…I wanna help relieve your stress from working so much. So…I-I'll come in and shower with you."

"Wait, Minna-"

"Ah, wait, Yuzu-kun!" Minna interrupted before I could even say anything, "I-If…I-If you're worried about seeing me naked, then please don't worry about that, I'm…I'm actually wearing a swimsuit right now."

"Huh?" I said, surprised.

"Umm…I-I'll just come in and show you." she said, "So, um…I-I'm coming in!"

Wait, WHAT?!

"N-N-No, wait, Minna!" I panicked, "T-That's the problem here!"

Unfortunately, it was already too late. Minna had already opened the bathroom door and let herself in until she found me in the shower. And, seeing that blush and the silent treatment from embarrassment, I immediately got the message of what she meant, and the only response that I made was, "O-Oh…" And Minna simply nodded, before looking back at me with a shy smile on her face.

"Do you…want me to talk about it?" Minna asked.

"Ah, well, actually…" I thought about it for a moment on whether I wanted to know or not; well, I honestly couldn't say that I wasn't actually curious about what her fantasy was, and I really do wanna know all about it, but…just for Minna's sake from being embarrassed to talk about it…I said to her, "…just…just a few details about it for now…what was it that…you imagine I was doing with you…?"

Minna looked away from me for a bit as she gave out a deep blush on her face as if what she was about to say was a bit embarrassing before she looked back at me with a shy smile and said to me in a whisper for me to hear, "…That you were keeping me as your imprisoned sex slave…"

I began to blush deeply from hearing that, and I nearly screamed before I was able to stop myself and then looked at her with a bewildered look on my face. I was left completely speechless after hearing what she said to me, and I couldn't come up with any words that I could say to her; I guess partially because I was glad that she wouldn't hate me and that she still trusts me, but mostly because I was…I was still uncertain about how I really felt about her. I just…I wanted to at least say something to her, but I…I just…I just don't know what.

"M-Minna…" I said, feeling the sense of uncertainty, "I-I…I-"

But then Minna stopped me by placing a finger onto my lips, all the while she smiled at me as if she could see the uncertainty that I was showing, before she said to me, "It's okay, Yuzu-kun. You don't have to say anything, not yet." She then laid her head onto my shoulder with a pleasant sigh, as she held onto my hand a bit tightly, and said to me, "I can wait for you. I'll keep waiting for you, and I'll still wait for you until you're ready…to tell me how you really feel about me…Yuzu-kun…"

I looked at her resting pleasantly onto my shoulder with a peaceful smile on her face, before I sighed to myself as if I felt like I was putting myself under pressure and holding her back, and said to her almost quietly for her to hear, "I'm sorry, Minna. I know it hasn't been the end of three months, but…I just…I still don't know how I feel and…I'm sorry that you have to wait for me for so long."

"It's okay, Yuzu-kun…" said Minna, "You still have plenty of time to think about it, so…take the time that you need…"

I looked at her resting her head on my shoulder with a smile on her face before I gave out a smile and then rest my head on top of hers and said to her in a whisper, "Thank you, Minna…" And we both stayed the way we were, letting this moment that we have to pass. It was nice and-

"FUCKING HURRY UP AND JUST FUCKING HOOK UP AL-GAAGH!"

"Huh?" we both said, as we both turned around with confused looks, and what we saw was Katsuragi-senpai turned with her back facing us, before she turned her head with a nervous smile and said, "A-A-Ahh, uh...i-it's nothing, it's nothing! Y-You kids keep having your little moment together! Ah-Ahahahahaha!" Then she turned away from us to leave us alone, and…doing something else.

"Huh." I said, "Well, that was weird."

"Ja." said Minna, "I thought I heard something."

Chikagi's POV:

GODDAMMIT, YOU STUPID FUCKING CELLPHONE! He just came out of nowhere and just started yelling at the kids when they were JUST having their time to themselves! Thank God I was able to catch this stupid cellphone as soon as he got out of nowhere!

"MMMMMPPPHHH!" Cellphone muffled out as he struggled in the grips of both my hands, as I was bending him with all my strength to break him into shitty pieces.

"You…SHUT…THE FUCK…UP!" I shouted, as I then broke the stupid cellphone in half, shutting him off for good. I then sighed as it was finally over.

"Whoa, Chika-chan, that really surprised me!" said Hibiki, "All these years, and you still have Cellphone-san with you?!"

"Augh…!" I grumbled, "Stupid phone wouldn't even leave me alone even after all these years! I seriously need to throw him away and get a new phone! He's getting annoying."

"Ahahaha!" Hibiki laughed nervously a bit before she turned to look at Shindou and Minna who were already back to having their moment together and said, "Still, I wonder if Shin-chin and Minn-Minn are gonna get together and go on a date already? I mean, they're already so cute together."

I sighed and said, "C'mon, Hibiki, you think it's really that easy for them to get together and go out together as a couple? You really think the feelings that two people have for each other can be easily developed and be easily mutual? It's not. You can't just go out and date someone if and when your feelings for one another are right and mutual right off the bat, it takes a lot of time for the feelings of two people to develop and be rightfully mutual. Take it from me with experience when I started dating a guy that I liked ten years ago. When we started dating each other, I'd thought we really liked each other and we would be a great couple together."

"Oh, really?" Hibiki asked, "And did you actually hit it off and worked out together?"

"Nah, turns out the feelings we had with each other weren't mutual." I answered, "So we ended up breaking up with each other when we realized that we weren't really good and compatible with each other at all."

"I see…" said Hibiki.

"Well, that, and the fact that he kept on looking at other girls and kept on daydreaming of having a harem. I swear, all the boys are always like that. Seriously…" I said bitterly, as I began to recall that memory until I shook that off and said, "But, anyway, that's beside the point. What I'm saying is trying to develop mutual feelings for one another when it comes to love is pretty hard for both guys and girls. And guys have it a lot harder than girls do because of…well, their indecisiveness. And trust me, indecisiveness is never good for boys that are Shindou's age."

"Hmmm…" said Hibiki, while nodding in understanding, before looking back at Shindou and asking, "So then, do you think Shin-chin is gonna develop feelings and get together with Minn-Minn, Chika-chan?"

I looked over to where Shindou and Minna were sitting together, still having their moment together alone, before I then said, "Well, that's something that he'll have to try and figure out what he feels himself, whether he loves her or not. It's his problem that he'll have to find out on his own, whether he likes it or not." I then muttered to myself, "Though, honestly, I sure hope that he tries to make the right choice soon…and not end up breaking that girl's heart…"

Yuzuru's POV:

It was the middle of the afternoon, and me, Minna, and Saber were in the middle of the classroom having lunch together with our friends in class as lunch period had already started. I was minding my own business as I was eating lunch that Minna made for me this morning, after seeing her cosplaying as a nurse in the morning (seriously, where did she get all those clothes?). Saber was having mapo tofu that she got at the cafeteria, and surprisingly she doesn't seem to be very affected by the spiciness of the food at all. I guess it's either because Servants like her have very good endurance to anything, even when it comes to the flavor and the taste in the food they eat, or maybe it doesn't matter what she eats as long as it's good food. Or maybe even both, I don't know. Minna was sitting next to me as she was eating her lunch with a cheerful smile on her face. She sometimes feed me one of her lunches just to let me try it out, and I did, because I just couldn't say no to her. Kurosawa-san was relaxing in his desk lazily as he sat on his chair while leaning it backward, taking his time eating his lunch one piece at a time and laughing at how Hiiragi talks about her latest invention that almost blew up her house or something, which was funny since I kinda already heard about it from her this morning, though the details were a bit nerdy and vague. And Yukitsuki-san was…well, she was eating her lunch like normal, although…for some reason, she looked like she kept on taking glances at me and Minna, and she keeps on making a sad face whenever we're close together…I wonder what's wrong? And Asada-san is still absent from school. She hasn't shown up to school to do her job as the class representative, and now that job is left to the vice-class rep. I wonder where she is and what's she doing?

"By the way, did ya hear?" Kurosawa-san turned and asked us.

"Huh?" I said, confused, "Uh…no, hear what?"

"Apparently, one of the student council members was asked out by a guy this morning." said Kurosawa-san, "I think it was a guy named Hiroko Ishikawa? Or wait, was that a girl? I couldn't tell because of the face and the hair."

"It's a girl." Yukitsuki-san corrected, getting her gaze off of me and Minna for once, "And you can always tell just by the way she wears her clothes, you know. She has a female school uniform?"

"Ah, right, right." Kurosawa-san laughed, "Sorry, it's just kinda hard to tell if she's a girl or not with the way she has that sharp look on her face and that hair she has, it can be a bit distracting."

"Honestly…" Yukitsuki-san muttered.

"Anyway," said Kurosawa-san, "Apparently, some guy from a different class asked Ishikawa out while giving her flowers and chocolates, saying that he liked her very much because of how cool she is."

"Wait, really?" I said, surprised, "Well, what was the guy like?"

"Ja, what was he like?" Minna asked.

"Well, from what I heard, the guy was actually pretty shy when he started asking her out." said Kurosawa-san, "In fact, the dude was so, so shy he was actually shaking his whole body so nervously when he asked her out, while Ishikawa was staring at him intensely with that scary look on her face." Kurosawa-san then laughed and said, "Man, I really should've seen that! I'll bet it was actually hilarious, like the guy was a scared little prey while Ishikawa was a big scary predator with the way she was staring at him with those sharp eyes."

"C'mon, it isn't funny!" said Yukitsuki-san, "He was just nervous! And it didn't help with the way she was looking at him that way!"

"I see…" I said, "So, the guy was shy…it does sound like the type of guy she'd be with…" I then asked, "So, what did he look like, and what was his name?"

"Oh, I was the one who saw the confession happening in the hallway this morning." Hiiragi smiled, "And from what I saw from my class, he was some scrawny guy with black hair and wears nerdy glasses. Probably about as short as Minna and Elaina, if not slightly shorter. I think his name was…Jirou Yamada or something?"

"Wait, Yamada?" said Yukitsuki-san, "Isn't that the guy who's from Misao Amari's class who Amari and her friends pick on for being called a 'virgin' or something?"

"Oh, yeah…" I said, remembering Amari bitterly, "I remember seeing her and her friends laughing at him and calling him a 'virgin' when I was passing by her class…"

"Yuzu-kun?" said Minna, "Who's Misao Amari?"

"Just someone who I tried to be friends with at one time, but ended up being someone I don't get along with at all." I said bitterly, "Because she's a damn bitch."

"Oh, I see…" said Minna.

"So, I take it that you two don't like each other." said Saber.

"Yeah, she just doesn't wanna get along with me and just hates me for no apparent reason." I said, "I mean, I think there's a reason, but I'm just not sure what it is, to be honest." I then changed the subject as I said, "So, anyway, what about Yamada's confession to Hiroko? How did she take it? What did she say to him?"

"Well," said Hiiragi, "At first, all Ishikawa did was stare at the guy for a long time without saying anything. But then after that, she…"

"…rejected him?" Kurosawa-san guessed before Yukitsuki-san punched him in the shoulder.

"No, not really." said Hiiragi, "Well, I mean, kinda? She told him that she was too busy with the student council work that she doesn't have time for going out on dates with anyone, so she won't be accepting his confession. Well, at least for now. She did say that when she does have time, she'll think about it. Hell, she even gave him a smile at the end! I mean, it was a small one, but it was still noticeable!"

"Wait, really?" said Yukitsuki-san, surprised, "I'm surprised that she can smile."

"Hmmm…" I said to myself, as I thought about the image of Hiroko giving out a small smile saying that she'll think about it, before I smiled and said with a nod, "Yeah, that does sound like something Hiroko would say."

I then looked up to see everyone staring at me and I said, "What?"

"Dude, you're already on a first-name basis with the student council?" Kurosawa-san asked.

"Yeah, I'm honestly surprised." said Yukitsuki-san, "Although, then again, you're already friends with them, so that kinda make sense."

"Yeah, Yuzzuchi, how'd that happen?" Hiiragi asked, almost excitedly.

"Oh, well, uh…it's a long story." I said, "But…let's just say a lot of things happened and well…we just sorta became friends already. Plus, I've already gotten to know almost all of them already, so…"

"Wait, hold on, really?!" Hiiragi moved her face closer to mine, eyes full of exciting interest, all while saying really fast, "You became friends with all the student council?! Is it true?! How'd you meet them?! What're they like?! Are they cool?! Are they awesome?! Are they really awesome?! Tell me, tell me, tell me, tell me, tell me, tell me!"

"Whoa, okay, okay, okay, just…calm down, Hiiragi." I said, "I'll tell you, just…relax for a minute." I thought about each of the student council members, about Mirai-senpai and the others, as I explained the others about them, "Well, about the council…they're…uh…let's say oddly interesting people, to say the least. Mirai-senpai—I mean the student council president, Tohsaka, by the way—she's…well, I'd say a really mysterious person. She gives off an aura that makes her so unique and mysterious like there's something about her that makes her stand out from the rest of us in school like she's full of mysteries. She's charismatic, intelligent, calculative, and very calm, never really showing any signs of anger or any other bad emotions. Well, mostly never, I think. But, besides that, she seems pretty nice, smart, and calm, and calculative about everything she does, and she cares deeply about her friends from the student council who're also her servants of the Tohsaka family since they've known each other for a long time. Other than that, though, there's not much that I know about her. Sayaka Tsukuda, she's…uh, well, you all saw what she was like the other day. She's brash, aggressive, loud, violent, and a really big pain in the ass, because she keeps on picking me being her punching bag or something. But, she's not really that bad, because deep down, she really actually does care for people and worries about their well-being. And it goes to show that Sayaka really has a soft spot for people on the inside, even if she's rough on the outside. Hiroko Ishikawa is kinda mostly the silent type of person, and she almost never talks a lot, even during small talks, unless it's about whatever business we do. And yeah, she's pretty cold and she gives off a cold shoulder to people, but that's mostly because she isn't very trusting of people due to some…bad experiences that she had that caused her to have trust issues, something that she doesn't wanna talk about. But she does show that she cares deep down once she feels like she can trust you. And Aimi Shimizu is, as you already know, is the personal maid of Mirai-senpai, and she never dresses up in anything other than the maid outfit. That aside, though, she's actually the nicest out of the three that's been with Mirai-senpai. She always smiles a lot and is really helpful to people in need of help. Plus, she seems to be very loyal to Mirai-senpai and the other council members. Though, then again, that's just how she acts since it's her duty as a maid and all." I looked at Minna and asked her, "Minna, you've been with Aimi for a while, right? You already had a chance to talk to her and get to know her for some time, right?"

"Oh, ja!" Minna nodded with a smile, "She's a very nice person and has been very helpful with me, too."

"So, yeah, that's about it for the student council." I said.

"I see." said Yukitsuki-san.

"You think so about Tohsaka, too, huh?" said Kurosawa-san, "Yeah, I get that feeling about her too when I saw her the first time. She's so mysterious, it's actually kinda scary."

"Yeah." said Yukitsuki-san, "She's so mysterious and calm, it makes her so amazing. No wonder everyone admires the student council president."

"Totally!" Hiiragi agreed.

"Ja!" Minna smiled, "I really wish I could get to know more about President Tohsaka!"

"Hey, you talking about the student council girls?" we heard one of our male classmates say as he approached us, "Sweet! I heard that you've been helping and hanging out with the student council lately, so I was wondering…do you think you can help me score a date with one of them?"

"Huh?" I said, "Me? Help you go on a date with them? You mean, you want me to help you hook up with them?"

"Well, duh, what did you think?" said the male classmate, "The student council chicks are super cool and hot, and I really want one of them to be my girlfriend! Plus, the guy in the other class who confessed to Ishikawa this morning, it took a lot of guts for him to confess to that scary Ishikawa and not actually be gutted down by her. The guys and I were only given a cold glare and a cold shoulder when we tried, and even threats to be cut down by her sword if we tried to get too close to touch her, so she's out of the question."

"Oh." I said, "Well, I don't mind helping you guys, but…who exactly do you have in mind?"

"Well, I was thinking of maybe asking Tsukuda out." he said, "You know, the blonde one? She's really cute and looks really pretty, plus blonde girls are actually my type! I was thinking of maybe I could ask her to be my girlfriend, you know?"

"Sayaka?" I said, "Um…I…don't think you'd be able to score a date with her, even if you did try asking her out."

"Huh?" he said, confused, "Why, is she not into guys or something?"

"Oh no, she's a lesbian." I answered.

Then all of the sudden, everyone in the class, including my friends sitting with me, saved for Minna and Saber, either gasped loudly in complete shock or spitted out their drinks in complete shock before everyone in class screamed out loudly, "WWWHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATTTTT?!"

"H-Huh?!" I said, surprised and confused, "W-What? What?!"

Before I knew it, everyone was immediately conversing with each other, even my friends, and talking about Sayaka's sexuality, as if it was the first time that they heard about it for some reason.

"Is he serious?!" "Wait, so Sayaka-san's gay?!" "She's a lesbian?!" "Is that why…?" "Huh, so no wonder Tsukuda's violent towards men!" "So Sayaka's a lesbian?" "She's into girls?!" "So, she isn't into men?!" "Is she a man-hater?!"

"W-Wait, what?" I said, confused, "H-Hold on, what's going on? What's wrong? W-Was it something that I said or-?"

Suddenly, a door was slammed open really loudly and really hard, and we all turned to see that it was Sayaka who was at the door, and she had a really angry look on her face, and I knew immediately that it was aimed directly towards me, because she then screamed at me with that same angry look, "HEY, YOU STUPID FUCKING IDIOT!" Before I knew it in my confusion, Sayaka came over to me and grabbed me by the back of my shirt, and yelled at me loudly, "GET YOUR FUCKING ASS UP AND INTO THE STUDENT COUNCIL ROOM, NOW!"

"H-HUH?! W-WAIT, WHA-!" I said in utter confusion before suddenly I was pulled out of my chair by the back of my shirt as Sayaka began roughly pulling me away and out of my classroom, as I shouted, "WHOA! HEY! HEY! HEY, WHAT'RE YOU DOING?! HEY! HEY, LET GO! HEEEEEYYY!"

Normal POV:

"Ah, Yuzu-kun!" Minna shouted, as she watched Yuzuru get dragged out of the classroom by Sayaka until the footsteps were too far for them to hear, all while everyone looked at the door where they had left in pure bewilderment before slowly going back to either minding their own business or talking about Sayaka's sexuality to women, while most of Yuzuru's friends became worried for Yuzuru, with Minna being the most worried as she said, "Is Yuzu-kun gonna be okay?"

Saber, still with some mapo tofu in her mouth, looked on at the door where they had left in bewilderment for a moment, before swallowing her food and sighed as she said while getting up from her seat, "I'll go and make sure that he's okay…"

"Uh…yeah." said Yukitsuki with a sweatdrop, "You go and do that. I'll…let Matou-sensei know."

With that, Saber left her desk and went out of the door of the classroom to go and meet up with Yuzuru at the student council's office, leaving behind her unfinished mapo tofu on her desk as she was no longer eating it. While Ryouya, Yukitsuki, and Minna went back to eating their lunch, Hiiragi looked at the unfinished mapo tofu curiously before she shrugged and took a spoonful of it and took a bit of it in her mouth, before suddenly, her eyes became widened and then Hiiragi opened her mouth and screamed with her mouth wide opened while spitting out fire, both figuratively and literally, startling almost everyone in the class, before she began to run out of the classroom door to find a place to stop the burning in her mouth.

Yuzuru's POV:

I was still dragged by Sayaka by the back of my shirt until we made it to the student council's room before Sayaka threw me over and onto one of the couches where I landed on my butt and I groaned in pain from that landing, before Sayaka went over to the other couch the opposite of where I was sitting and abruptly sat there with her arms crossed and still having that angry look on her face as she shouted at me, "GODDAMMIT, WHAT IN THE FUCKING HELL WERE YOU THINKING, YOU STUPID IDIOT?! WHY IN THE FUCKING WORLD WOULD YOU EVEN TELL PEOPLE THAT?!"

"Aah, geez!" I said, "Look, Sayaka, I don't know what I did wrong, really! But, just calm down, and-!"

"DON'T YOU FUCKING TELL ME TO BE CALM, YOU STUPID IDIOT!" Sayaka yelled as she got up then grabbed me by my shirt, "HOW CAN I POSSIBLY BE FUCKING CALM WHEN MY SECRET IS ALREADY OUT IN THE WINDOW FOR EVERYONE IN SCHOOL TO KNOW?!"

"W-What?! Secret?!" I said, even more confused, "What secret?! All I did was tell everyone that you were a lesbian and-!"

"THAT IS MY SECRET, YOU FUCKING DUMBASS!" Sayaka yelled angrily, "MY SEXUALITY TO WOMEN IS MY FUCKING SECRET THAT NO ONE SHOULD KNOW ABOUT!"

"H-Huh?!" I said, confused for a bit, before realization hit me as the dots were somehow connected, before I slowly asked, "W-Wait…so, you're saying that…nobody in our school knows…that you're a…?"

"OF COURSE, NOBODY FUCKING KNOWS I'M A FUCKING LESBIAN, YOU STUPID FUCKING IDIOT!" Sayaka yelled, "IT'S BECAUSE I DON'T WANT ANYBODY TO FUCKING KNOW ABOUT MY SEXUALITY, ESPECIALLY PEOPLE IN MY FUCKING FAN CLUB! DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW MANY PEOPLE IN THE FAN CLUB THAT I HAVE THAT ALL LOVE AND ADMIRE ME SO MUCH, EVEN THOUGH HALF OF US DON'T PARTICULARLY LIKE HAVING FAN CLUBS VERY MUCH?! DO HAVE ANY IDEA HOW MANY PEOPLE IN ALL OUR FAN CLUBS ASK MOST OF US OUT ON A DAILY BASIS BECAUSE OF HOW COOL AND AWESOME AND WHATNOT WE ARE TO THEM AND/OR THEY JUST WANNA DATE US BECAUSE OF OUR LOOKS AND SHIT?! WE HAD TO DEAL WITH THOSE PEOPLE IN THOSE DAMN FUCKING FAN CLUBS ON A DAILY BASIS BY EITHER TURNING THEM DOWN OR BEAT THE SHITTY SENSES OUTTA THOSE FUCKING BASTARDS AND RETARDS SO THAT THEY COULD ALL JUST LEAVE US THE FUCK ALONE, AND IT IS FUCKING TIRING FOR ALL OF US, MOSTLY ME! AND NOW THANKS TO YOU, REVEALING MY SEXUALITY TO PEOPLE, I'M NOW GONNA HAVE A MUCH HARDER TIME AND HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE FEMALE FAN CLUB MEMBERS, WHO'RE EITHER LESBIAN OR BI, AND ARE POSSIBLY EVEN IN LOVE WITH ME! I looked at her in complete bewilderment while she laughed before I said, "Uh…you have fan clubs?"

"AHH-HA-!" Sayaka suddenly stopped laughing when I said that, before she quickly turned around to look at me with a bewildered look on her face as she asked me, "Wait…you…y-you…you didn't…you didn't know that I had a fan club?! Like, at all?!"

"N-No, not really." I said, "It's just…I didn't think that you'd have a fan club that likes you guys so much, let alone ask you all out. I-I mean, I knew you were famous in school, but just not that famous to everyone. W-Why?"

There was only pure and complete silence for a moment as neither of us said a word as we took in what we just said, before Sayaka brought her head down as shadow cast her eyes, before slowly she started growling in anger, even muttering out angrily for me to hear, "Y-You…y-y-you…you…! YOU…!"

"U-U-Uh…um…uh…S-Sayaka…?" I said nervously.

Then suddenly, Sayaka looked up at me with a blushing and angry look, with some small tears in her eyes as if from embarrassment, before bringing her right arm back, fist ready, and yelled angrily, "YOU DUMBASS!"

Then, with full force, and with me not being able to quickly react to it in time to dodge, Sayaka punched me right in the face really hard; so hard that I was knocked back and flipped flying backward over the couch that I was sitting on before I landed on the floor face first, really hard. And the pain from the punch in the face and landing on the floor from that said punch really, REALLY hurt!

"Owww…!" I groaned painfully before I got myself up and looked at Sayaka and yelled, "AUGH, DAMN, JEEZ, WOMAN! YOU PUNCHED ME! WHY'D YOU PUNCHED ME IN THE FACE FOR?!"

"FOR BEING A FUCKING IDIOT, YOU STUPID FUCKING IDIOT!" Sayaka yelled, "HOW IN THE FUCKING HELL DID YOU NOT KNOW THAT WE HAVE FAN CLUBS IN HOMURAHARA ACADEMY?! YOU LITERALLY FUCKING COME TO SCHOOL EVERY SINGLE DAY!"

"OH, C'MON!" I yelled back, "I WAS BUSY FOCUSING ON CLASS AND DOING SCHOOL WORK AND HELPING OUT PEOPLE AND SHIT, YOU CAN'T JUST EXPECT ME TO LISTEN AND KNOW THAT YOU GUYS HAVE FAN CLUBS OR WHATEVER RUMORS THAT INVOLVED THE STUDENT COUNCIL!"

"ARE YOU SERIOUS?!" Sayaka yelled, "YOU COULDN'T HAVE JUST FUCKING LISTEN TO PEOPLE'S CONVERSATION AND LEARN ABOUT US OR OUR FAN CLUB, OR WHY PEOPLE IN OUR FAN CLUB ALWAYS FAWNING OVER US AND WANTED TO FUCKING DATE US AND SHIT OR SOMETHING?!"

"I WAS STILL FUCKING NEW TO FUYUKI CITY!" I yelled back, "HELL, I KINDA STILL AM! YOU CAN'T JUST EXPECT ME TO LEARN EVERYTHING ABOUT YOU GUYS JUST FOR ONE FUCKING DAY OR SO!"

"THEN YOU'RE A STUPID IDIOT WHO SHOULD DROP DEAD AND JUST GO TO FUCKING HELL!" Sayaka yelled.

"WOMAN, YOU'RE NOT MAKING ANY FUCKING SENSE AT ALL!" I yelled.

"Oh, come now, you two." we heard Mirai-senpai say, who turned her chair around to face us, with Hiroko and Aimi standing beside her, "There is no need to fight amongst each other over the simplest thing such as secrets. Besides, dear Sayaka, Yuzuru only said to people in class that you are a lesbian, he never mentioned that you were a masochist or in love with me, did he?"

"Uh…well, yeah, but-" Sayaka tried to say before Mirai-senpai cut her off.

"And besides," she said, "It was only just an accident on his part. He had no idea that your sexuality was supposed to be kept a secret to the public, thus he was only just being honest about you to everyone without even knowing your secret. But, now that the knowledge of your sexuality is out in the opening, it might actually do you good and work everything out in your favor. If every boy in your fan club knows that you're a lesbian, no one would dare question it, and thus none of the boys will ever dare to bother you again, and thus you will be freed of being asked out by them again. You could say you get a lucky break from the boys you actually hate so much."

"Uh…well…uh…y-yeah, I guess you're right, milady." Sayaka resigned from saying otherwise.

"And, Yuzuru," said Mirai-senpai, as she looked at me, "While it is good to be very honest to the people around you, you should at least also try to be very careful of what you will say to others and what you think they'll react to what you say to them. If you were to speak too honestly without being careful and say something that should've been kept a secret to the public without even meaning to, what do you think would happen and how do you think people would react to what you just told them? Say, for example, that you have a secret with Minna that you two want to keep to yourselves, but then end up accidentally blurting out the truth about what happened between you two, what reaction would you think people would have and how exactly would that make you feel?"

"A secret between me and Minna that we want to keep to ourselves but ended up blurting it out…?" I thought for a moment before I began to blush in embarrassment as I said, "Uh…well, I think people would probably flip out like crazy with whatever secret that we both have if it came out, even from my mouth, and…I'd probably be embarrassed to death if word got any further out. It probably would've been hell for us."

"Precisely." Mirai-senpai smiled, "And that's exactly the same with Sayaka. She's embarrassed about her sexuality coming out to the public to hear, and it will not only cause more problems to her regarding her everyday life dealing with fan club members and boys asking her out on a daily basis, but it also causes problems regarding her female club members as since they know of her sexuality regarding women, as they will be the ones who will be bothering with Sayaka instead of the boys, out of likeness for her sexuality, and it would become a major problem for her if every girl in school will try to win her heart if they approached her. After all, Sayaka did say the girls in her fan club are either lesbian or bisexual and are possibly in love with her."

I thought about it for a moment as I tried to imagine a lot of girls ganging up on Sayaka only to try asking her out on a date because they were in love with her and because of their lesbian feelings for her before realization hit me as I thought about how Sayaka would look and how she would feel about the situation and the position she was put on, which were all nothing but uneasiness and uncomfortableness like she wanted to get out of it. And all I could say out was a, "Oh…"

"Yeah 'Oh', you dumbass…!" I heard Sayaka muttered.

I sighed and hung my head in defeat after I finally understood what she meant completely. Aimi smiled at me and said, "Shindou-sama, you are an idiot!"

"Gee, thanks for the insult you gave me, Aimi." I said.

"You are welcome!" Aimi smiled.

"I didn't really mean that, you know." I said.

"I know." said Aimi.

Mirai-senpai chuckled at that before she then said, "Anyway, the same can also apply in regards to the rest of us being mages and our part in the mage world. Let's assume that you told everyone in school about everything regarding us being mages, the mage world, the Holy Church, the Holy Grail War, Masters and Servants, and everything in regards to the unnatural. How do you think the people you know would respond to that?"

Um…well…" I looked up and thought for a moment, before I then answered, "They probably wouldn't believe what I say at first, but if they did somehow understand what I said to them because of what's been going on in Fuyuki and from what they might've seen that's crazy, then they'd probably freak out and panic. And if it goes very badly, they'll probably be out telling what I told them to people around Fuyuki, and it'll become a huge problem or a lot worse."

"Precisely." said Mirai-senpai, "And it's exactly because of such that we must remain silent and never bring out words in regards to the mage world or anything else related to it. While being honest with your words is good, being too completely honest with what you say to others is considered dangerous, whether you mean it to be or not, and that could lead to many dangerous reactions and negative emotions people will make from the responses that you make, such as panic, and panic can lead to fear, fear leads to hatred, hatred incites violence, violence brings war, war brings destruction, destruction breeds catastrophe, and catastrophe…have consequences. And consequences are never a good thing. Which is why we mages, even you, the recently formed mage, must be careful of what you say in regards to the mages and mage world and keep it all hidden from the populace. Otherwise, nothing will bold well for both sides of the world. In other words, Yuzuru…"

"We have to be discreet." I said.

"Exactly." said Mirai-senpai, "Be discreet to people with what you say to them, don't be too honest with your words, and never reveal anything about the mage world."

"Right." I nodded, "I'll try to keep that in mind."

"Good." Mirai-senpai nodded, "With that said, let's get back to business, shall we?"

"Are we going to go back to Yuzuru's training?" Saber, who came in midway from the conversation, asked.

"Actually, rather than training today, there's something else that I want you to look into," said Mirai-senpai, "Something that I want you and Aimi to investigate for us while we go out to look for clues."

"Really?" I asked, "What is it?"

"Well," Mirai-senpai nodded to Hiroko, who nodded back and handed a newspaper report over for me to read, and I took it to read it as Mirai-senpai said, "Apparently, we had made a slight error in regards to the victims of the daycare center."

"An error?" I said as I read the newspaper, and on it was the number of people who had died at the daycare from the fire, from the adult victims which were counted to about seventy-five dead, with Manami Asakura being reported as either missing or dead, to the child victims which were counted to about twenty-eight dead, while twenty-two were missing. Huh? Wait a minute, hold on…I looked at it again and read out loud, "Twenty-two children missing?"

"That's right." Mirai-senpai nodded, "Apparently, that many children were missing during the fire at the daycare center. Do you remember how many orphaned children that Manami Asakura had taken into her orphanage in one of the documents that you read about her?"

"Hmm?" I said before I remembered, "Oh, that's right! If I remember correctly, it was about…fifty orphaned children? Right, fifty?"

"Correct." said Mirai-senpai, "Which means that about less than half of those children that are considered missing had most likely survived if the news report is correct. Which means, the children who're missing are somewhere in Fuyuki. Whether they'd somehow escaped the flames or were brought out of the daycare by some other means, even that is something I'm unsure of, at least we know that they're still alive. Which means, through those children, we might be able to find out what really happened to Asakura. We just need to find them and bring the children to us, so that we can learn what we can from their perspective. I'll use my Mystic Eyes of Retrocognition to look into their past to see what I can find from them. With that said, that's where you and Aimi will be doing tomorrow."

"Me and Aimi?" I asked.

Mirai-senpai nodded and then took out the briefcase, the same one that Hiroko and I took during our run-in with the Holy Church from France, from under her desk and placed it on her desk before she said, "Thanks to you and Hiroko, we know that this briefcase that contains money belonged to Manami Asakura before her disappearance and that the Holy Church from France are using the money to stoop dirty businesses, using the money they've taken from Asakura's bank account to mix business with pleasure. Now we know and understand that the reports that Caren gave to us about the type of people those men from the Holy Church from France are said to be true, that Albert and his men are power-hungry individuals who intend to obtain the Holy Grail for their selfish desires. And if the Holy Grail were to fall into their hands, and whatever it is Albert will wish for with that power, it will not bold well for anyone. We need to deal with them and put a stop to them as soon as possible before they have the Grail in their hands. So, we shall do what we can to get to Albert and his men from the Holy Church, find out the disappearance of Manami Asakura, and put an end to those Frenchmen." Mirai-senpai put the briefcase back under her desk and continued, "So, Yuzuru, I want you and Aimi to go search for those missing children and bring all of those children back to the Tohsaka Manor, where they'll be looked after until we've gathered what we can from them."

"Oh, okay, sure." I said, "I'll try and do that, and do what I can to find and help those children, wherever they are."

"Good." Mirai-senpai nodded, before turning to Aimi and said, "Aimi, you will be working with Yuzuru on the investigation tomorrow. Find the children and gather them all back to the manor, and make sure they're kept alive and safe."

"As you wish, milady." Aimi bowed.

"Best of luck to both of you." Mirai-senpai said to both of us.

"Right/Yes." We both nodded.

"Oh, right." said Mirai-senpai, "Before I forget. Aimi, do you mind being a dear and leave us alone for a moment? There's something else I wish to discuss with Yuzuru and Saber for a moment."

"Ah, yes, milady." Aimi bowed before leaving out the door, opening and closing the door as she left the room.

Saber and I looked back at Mirai-senpai, Hiroko, and Sayaka who stood by where Aimi had stood, and I asked, "Is there…something else you wanted to tell me?"

"Judging from the way you looked as you told Aimi to leave, I feel as if it may be either important or something that must be related to her." said Saber.

"It's both, to be precise." said Mirai-senpai, "Yuzuru, tell me, you've already gotten to know both Sayaka and Hiroko during your time together, right?"

"Uh…yeah, I have." I said.

"And what is it have you learned about them?" Mirai-senpai asked.

"Well," I said, "I've learned that Sayaka, besides being a lesbian, likes to go to gun stores to target practices which are pretty loud and Hiroko is mostly quiet and doesn't often talk a lot and-"

"No, that's not what I mean." said Mirai-senpai, "I mean, have you learned anything about their backstories, about their past, what had happened to them during their childhood, and what happened to their parents, before they met me?"

I paused and took in what she said a moment before realizing what she meant and said, "O-Oh, that…right…well, uh…I learned that their backstories aren't so…well, pleasant, to say the least…they both had difficult lives as kids, and they both have gone through very traumatic experiences; Sayaka traveled around the world that had wars in them where her dad worked as a medical officer, while Hiroko was born in prison but was raised outside of it while separated from her mother who was still in prison. And then, in the end, both Sayaka and Hiroko lost both their father and mother respectively. Sayaka's dad died from the flood caused by an earthquake, while Hiroko's mom was killed during a break out at the prison."

"Hmm." Mirai-senpai nodded, "That's good. I'm glad that you know and remember that much about them."

"Okay, so…what does that have to do with Aimi?" I asked.

Mirai-senpai looked to Sayaka and Hiroko who looked back at her, before she sighed and said, "Because, Yuzuru, unlike Sayaka and Hiroko who had both lost both of their family members, the father and mother respectively…Aimi was thrown away, abandoned by her own family."

"Huh?" I said before my eyes widened from shock from what she said to me, "W-Wait, what?!"

"A-Are you serious?!" Saber asked, just as shocked as I was.

Mirai-senpai nodded before she explained, "It had happened about years ago, Unlike Sayaka and Hiroko, who had joined at my side long after they had lost both their parents, Aimi was the most recent of our group, as she was abandoned by her family recently. More specifically, her relatives."

"What?" I said, shocked, "H-Her whole family threw her away? B-But why would they do that?! How could they just throw her away?! What did Aimi even do wrong?! And…couldn't her parents do something about it?! I mean, they were around at that time, right?!"

"Allow me to explain." said Mirai-senpai as she brought her hand up to stop me for a bit before she began explaining, "First of all, during the time before Aimi was born, both her mother and father were married to each other before they were forced to separate due to their social status; her father came from the common family, while her mother came from the rich and noble family. As a result, Aimi, who at the time when she was still a small little girl, never knew who her birth father was and only knew what she was told about him from her mother of what her father was like. From her mother, she learned that her father was a good man who truly loved and cared for her mother and that they met when they were young adults. But again, their problem was their social status, coming from different types of families. While the family of her father approved of their relationship, the rich and noble family of her mother did not. However, despite that fact, both of her parents decided that they should fall in love and marry each other anyway because deep down, they know that they loved and cared for each other very dearly and knew that one of them would never harm the other. And so, her father's family, in secret, arranged for them a marriage ceremony, and in secret, both her mother and father married each other and, in their eyes, they lived happily ever after. Eventually, they even gave birth to Aimi and they both were happy to have her as their child."

I somehow had a feeling that there was something more to that, and I knew it was a really bad one, so I asked, "But then…something bad happened to her parents, right?"

Mirai-senpai sighed and said, "Unfortunately, yes. After some time, their love and marriage did not last long, as her mother's family discovered what her mother was doing and what she had already done and completely disapproved of all of it; their love, their marriage, having Aimi as their child, all of it. Soon enough, it led to a heated argument, both for her father and his family against her mother's family, arguing about their current situation and about their love and marriage. Unfortunately, however, her mother's family had ultimately won in the argument and this led both of her parents to forcefully divorce each other. Her mother, however, kept Aimi with her because she still wanted to be a loving mother to her. A condition that she gave to her parents if she agreed to divorce her lover, and they agreed to it, even though they disapproved of Aimi. At least, for now at that time. Even though they were forced to divorce, her father made a promise to her mother that someday, he will win her back, and the next time he does so, he will be a better man. This made her mother happy and said that she would wait for the day when that happens, with Aimi waiting along with her. After that, her father left her mother with Aimi in her mother's arms. While waiting, her mother taught Aimi how to be polite and obedient to her mother and her family, and taught her how to be a very good girl towards people, and to be a very good work when doing work for people. During those times, it went perfectly well for them, as her mother's family comes to like her for being a good and obedient child, and for working very hard for her family; they even allowed Aimi to work as one of the maids in the house, and Aimi took happiness and pleasure for working for her mother's family. But, in the end…"

"In the end, her father never came back." Saber finished for her, and I looked at Saber in shock from what she said before I looked back at Mirai-senpai who nodded with a deep sigh.

"Unfortunately." said Mirai-senpai, "And as years go by, that day for her father to return to them never came for both Aimi and her mother, and at some point, her mother had eventually already remarried her new suitor that was arranged by her family. After they remarried, her new father, her stepfather, ultimately told Aimi to get out of their house, as she was no longer needed into their family, wanting to throw her away from the family, because, in his eyes, she was an impure and imperfect child made by another man who was her father."

"What?!" I said in pure shock, "B-But…but that's insane…!"

Mirai-senpai nodded before she continued, "At first, Aimi and her mother were shocked at what they heard and what was about to happen to Aimi, and her mother, who still loved her daughter, tried to reason with her new husband and told him that she and her family still needed her daughter, as she had already become a part of their family and that everyone loved her very dearly. Unfortunately, however, her stepfather did not approve of Aimi and did not completely acknowledge her as his daughter and had already requested to her mother's parents that Aimi should be thrown away. This completely shocked her mother, and she realized that even though Aimi did everything she could for her family, her mother's family never truly saw her as part of their family. In other words, she was nothing but a tool for them."

"No…" I said, shocked from what I was hearing, before I asked, "Did…did Aimi realize it, too?"

"Unfortunately, even at her young age at the time, yes." said Mirai-senpai, "Aimi had realized that as well and, even if she continued to work for her mother's family, they would never accept her as one of their own, as Aimi didn't come from anyone who was her mother's suitors, but her father, who in their eyes, was a tainted man, making Aimi herself being a tainted child. However…"

I was afraid to ask when she said that, but I went and asked, "However?"

And Mirai-senpai answered, "After being raised to be obedient to people for too long, her family had made her choose to leave the house, and Aimi, being an obedient child as she is, accepted that she'd be thrown away from this family, as she saw that this family had no use for her anymore, and obediently accepting her fate. This completely shocked and broke her mother entirely, as she realized what her daughter had done, and realized what her mother had done, and what she made her completely into and what Aimi had become; an obedient child who will obey any orders from her family or anyone else without ever even showing any signs of being selfish for herself or any signs of showing any sense of self, just like a machine. Realizing this, her mother broke down crying in tears of pain and repeatedly apologized to her daughter for what she made her become, even embracing her and crying onto her shoulders while repeatedly apologizing to her in her ears. Eventually, they already threw Aimi out of the house and into the streets, leaving her all alone, in the alleyway, where we had found her at."

"Oh, man…" I said before I asked, "Did…did Aimi…I don't know, maybe regretted it?"

Mirai-senpai sighed and said, "Unfortunately, yes. When we found her, she was crying, breaking down in tears as there was one thing that she regretted that she did; leaving her mother all alone. The only thing that she had left to remember her was the two wedding rings that both of their parents had when they were still married to each other. That's unfortunately where her story ended when we found her. When we found her and heard her story, I even looked into her past with my Mystic Eyes of Retrocognition, we couldn't help but feel pity for Aimi, because she was obeying what people say to her without question, and people like her family were taking advantage of that. And…all Aimi ever wanted was to be a good and obedient little girl to them, like her mother wanted her to be. After that, we took her in as our maid, accepting her for who she is, and she became a part of our family. That's where her story ends up until now."

Me and Saber became silent after hearing that story about Aimi, solemnly taking it all in. I just…I couldn't believe that's what happened to Aimi. I looked at Saber for a bit and saw that from the expression she was making, she couldn't believe it either.

"Or at least," Mirai-senpai suddenly said, "That's what she was made to believe."

"Huh?" Saber and I said, as we looked back up to her, confusion shown in our faces, before I asked, "W-Wait, what do you mean?"

"Was there…something perhaps wrong with the memories that Aimi had?" Saber asked as if taking a guess.

Mirai-senpai nodded and said, "Something like that. When I first looked into her past as a child, there was something…off with it, and I had a feeling that Aimi must be remembering things wrong, but at the time, I wasn't entirely sure. However, as I got older, and started becoming a fully-fledged mage, I started to see everything in her past more clearly. And, by the time I was old enough to know about everything about the world, as well as the cruel side of it, I became certain. Aimi actually comes from a family of mages. And, while born from her mother and father, she was not actually raised to be obedient. Rather, she was subjected and experimented, and made to be obedient."

Saber and I gasped in shock from hearing that revelation before we both shouted, "WHAT?!"

"N-No way…!" I said, still shocked from that revelation, "Aimi comes from…a family of mages…!"

"And yet, she was subjected and made to be obedient…!" said Saber, while gripping her hands tightly, "Especially as a child!"

"Yeah, sounds crazy the first time we hear about that shit." said Sayaka.

"But…w-why would her family do that?!" I said, "I thought that…I thought they were grateful for Aimi! For what she's done for them!"

"Not as a family member, I'm afraid." said Mirai-senpai, "But rather, as a tool that they could use to do their biddings. You may not believe it, but her whole family is a family of mages who use their form of magecraft to capture, subject, and experiment on orphaned children to turn them into tools of obedience. In other words, they turn children into weapons, tools of obedience to use as they please. And Aimi, their youngest family member, happens to be one of them. How they do so, even I don't know myself, nor do I wish to know how they do so. Although, I imagine that they use some sort of methods that could get people under their control, likely the same way as the ones that often happens in movies or TV shows, impossible or otherwise."

"Such as…?" I asked though I had a feeling that she'd give out answers that I might know what she's talking about.

"Such as what any villains do to the human minds of people." Mirai-senpai answered, "In other words: brainwashing, mind-control, mind manipulation, mind corruptions, mind indoctrination, mind alteration, mind programming, the list goes on, really. Anything can happen when it comes to the minds of humans. In the mage world, it's not uncommon that hypnotization, mind-control, or mind manipulation is used on people to make them think what the mind control users want people to think, although the mages do so mostly to keep people away from things regarding the mage world and all, and unless one has a very strong mind or is another fellow mage, as long as the one that's hypnotized are naïve and/or weak-minded, no one would ever question even a single thing."

"Oh." I said, "I see."

"However," said Mirai-senpai, "The methods that the Kumagai family, the family that Aimi's mother comes from, is far harsher and crueler than that of any mages throughout the world. I know because I've seen them in Aimi's past through my eyes. And…let's just say that it's…quite cruelly indescribable. And unfortunately, I don't believe that even Aimi realized it herself."

I became silent for a bit to take it in, before I asked, "Y-Your mom is a mage, right? So…does your mom…know about that, by any chance?"

"She does." said Mirai-senpai, "When I explained to my mother what I had truly seen in Aimi's past through my eyes, and when she started to take notice in Aimi's behavior of obedience, she saw and realized what had happened to Aimi and tried to figure out how to fix it in order for Aimi to stop being too obedient because it was becoming increasingly dangerous for Aimi, afraid that sooner or later, it would destroy her."

"We even tried what we could to help." said Hiroko, "But unfortunately, the doctors that we came to said that what happened to Aimi was likely too permanent to fix. Even those within the mage world couldn't do anything for her."

"Oh…damn…" I said.

"Yeah." said Sayaka, "And one of the guys that tried to help her told us that if she wants to try to get herself out of her obedience, she'll have to try to do so herself. How she'll do that even we don't a clue ourselves. Honestly, I just think those guys were just a bunch of useless idiots."

"Huh…" I said.

"And that is where the Kumagai family comes in." said Mirai-senpai, "I believe that the family is involved with the surviving and missing orphaned children somehow."

"They are?" I asked.

"Most likely," said Mirai-senpai, "Albert must've sent the children to the Kumagai residence in order for them to become experimented and subjected on in order for them to become their tools of obedience, turning them into obedient super-soldiers or something, by using the same method of mind control and manipulation that they had done on Aimi all those years ago."

I gasped softly at that and then said, "T-Then…"

"Yes." said Mirai-senpai, "Which is why I want you and Aimi to go to the Kumagai residence and rescue the missing and surviving orphaned children who are held hostage and are likely being subjected and experimented there. Once you both have, go and destroy any sorts of tools and methods that they used for experiments to make them obedient slaves. Put an end to the Kumagai family and their experiments on children so that they would never use those methods again. This is the only chance that we have to save the kids and learn what we can about what happened to Asakura. And the only chance…for Aimi to confront her past, whether she's ready or not. So, Yuzuru…" Mirai-senpai brought out a piece of paper with the address on it and added, "I want you to go to this location where the Kumagai family are and help Aimi find out what truly happened to her and her parents in the past. Do so, and perhaps help Aimi find closer to all of it. You'll begin first thing in the morning."

I sighed as I took the paper and said, "…Right."

"And, Yuzuru?" said Mirai-senpai, "When you go there and learn what you can, please know and understand that while the mage world is an amazing and fascinating world, it is also a very cruel and miserable world as much of the magecraft in the world is established through pedigree and its culture is riddled with deception and moral depravity. In short, while there is the light side of the mage world, there is also the dark side of the mage world. Please, keep that in mind, Yuzuru."

I became silent as I took in what Mirai-senpai told me for a few moments before I nodded with a sigh and said, "Got it. I'll try to keep that in mind."

"Good." Mirai-senpai nodded before she waved her hand dismissively and said, "Now go back to class. You both are dismissed."

Saber and I nodded and bowed to her respectfully before we turned around and began to leave the student council's office. Once we left the office, we began to walk off to head back to our classroom before we saw Aimi in the hallway, and she was talking to Minna.

"Minna?" I said, surprised.

Upon hearing me call her name, Minna turned and saw me before she smiled and walked up to me, before she then came up to me with a hug and said happily, "Yuzu-kun! There you are! I've been looking for you!"

"W-Whoa, hey!" I said, startled for a moment, before I hugged her back and said, "Minna, it's good to see you, too."

Minna then let go of me to look at Saber and said to her, "Ah, Elaina! I was looking for you, too!"

"For us?" Saber asked, "What were you looking for us for?"

"To get you two for our next class!" Minna smiled, "P.E. is going to start since you miss Matou-sensei's class, so I came looking for you two since I know where you two were."

"O-Oh, really?" I said, "Well, thanks, Minna."

"Well then, Shindou-sama," said Aimi, "I believe it is time we should part ways for today." Aimi bowed and said, "I shall see you again tomorrow."

"Ah, yeah." I said, "See you tomorrow."

With that, Aimi smiled and bowed again before she went back into the student council's office, and me, Minna and Saber began to walk back to get to P.E. class.

"By the way, Yuzu-kun," said Minna, "What did the council want to talk to you about? One of them did bring you to the council's office for something."

"Oh, you mean Sayaka?" I said, "Ah, well, they kinda just wanted to talk to me about what I just said today and told me how bad it was of me to do that."

"Ah." Minna nodded.

"And they also needed me to help on something for tomorrow." I said, "I'll be working with Aimi for tomorrow."

"Aha (I see)." said Minna.

"Oh, speaking of which," I said, "Have you been getting along with Aimi lately? I mean, you have been hanging out with her."

"Ja, I have." Minna smiled before she started frowning a bit and said, "Although, for some reason, I feel like there's something almost not right about her. Like…when we were out shopping, she always insisted on doing everything. Or rather…she was being obedient to do everything. And…when we were at the park, I noticed that Aimi was looking at a parent and child at the park, and…she looked sad for some reason. I wonder why?"

"I see." I said. Though honestly, I already knew the answer to why. I just…I don't think saying it now would be a good idea.

"Well, whatever it is, I just hope it isn't too bad." Minna smiled, "Anyway, we should hurry for class!"

"Ah, right." I said, "Let's go then."

Saber and Minna nodded before we then hurriedly ran to head to our next class.

Mirai's POV:

I took a sip of my tea that Aimi served me before she and Sayaka left to do some work errands for me for the student council, before placing my cup back on the play at my table.

"Are we sure about this, Milady?" Hiroko asked, "In sending Aimi to the place where it all started for her?"

"I am." I said, "If we don't do this for Aimi's sake, she'll forever be a prisoner to her own obedience and she'll never be able to do anything for herself. And whether she's ready to do so or not, Aimi needs to confront her past and perhaps even accept what had happened to her. And I'm sure even Aimi knows that better than anyone. Plus," I looked at Hiroko and added, "If there is anyone who could help her just as you and Sayaka, it's Yuzuru." I took another sip of my tea and said while my eyes glowed blue, "I just hope that everything will turn out alright."
