What's up everyone. Sorry this chapter took so long. I've actually had to do some edits and re watching some of the older eps as well as watching anime that I haven't seen. Believe it or not I haven't watched Demon Slayer, Fire Force, or Black Clover. Black Clover more to do with the fact that I really don't want to watch it, but the other 2 are on my list. Actually question wouldn't the current big three be Demon Slayer, Black Clover, and MHA?

Shin: Thanks for helping me with that part of the stuff Shin. It actually puts my mind at rest a bit knowing that. As far as the other thing goes. I was already aware, but kinda wanted to try something with that character that will become apparent in later chapters.

Ryuujin96: Thank you Ryuujin. I'll try to avoid making mistakes like that in the future. No outright promises since I know that when I do edits I'll miss things or over think them. Aizawa's and Nemuri's dislike only translates to personal for reasons not romantic and something that happened in a shared underground/undercover past that happened 3 years ago. I'll be ending the USJ Saga in another few chapters.

Chapter 12: Attack on USJ pt 3
Location: U.A. Unforseen Simulation Joint
Place: Landslide Zone
Time: 1440
Izuku crossed his arms over his chest as Goki tried to land a solid punch. Izuku managed to withstand the punch as Kurama and Mei used his shoulders as steps and landed a double dropkick to the chest of the behemoth of a man. It barley managed to stagger him, but Izuku wasn't going to allow the large man to get a chance to fight back.
Izuku took aim and channeled a bullet.
"Spirit gun!" yelled Izuku firing off a single bullet.
The bullet hit Goki square in the face and sent the orge like man flying several dozen feet before he hit the ground. He was dazed by the shot.
Kurama didn't waste a second and placed his hand on the ground. "Thorn Bind Hostage!
Large vines shot out the ground and tightly bound Goki to the ground. The thorns themselves bit into Goki's skin drawing blood and injecting him with a paralyzing agent that would keep him out of the fight for several minutes.
"We need to get back to the main plaza," said Izuku.
Kurama and Mei were about to follow after, but Mei tackled the two boys to the ground as Goki broke his binds and roared at the trio. He jumped up and swung at Izuku intending to end his life. Kurama wrapped his Whip around Goki's arm Izuku powered up another bullet, only for Mei to hold out her hand stopping him.
"Mei-chan," said Izuku.
"Don't waste it on him Izu," said Mei with narrowed eyes. "This guy's not that tough. Me and Kurama-san can handle him,"
Izuku nodded to Mei and took off towards the Plaza Once he was far enough away Kurama looked at Mei and chuckled.
"I didn't think you were capable of lying Hatsume-san," said Kurama.
"Call me Mei and I didn't lie. I said we'd handle him. I never said we couldn't get hurt in the process of this fight," said Mei.
Kurama nodded to Mei. "Then let us make this quick Mei-san because I fear that Midoriya-san will need us," said Kurama
Flood Zone
Botan back hit the water hard, before she quickly opened her eyes. She looked to her left and saw a shark man charging at her. Botan cursed in her head since she couldn't freeze him and she was still slightly disoriented.
The out of nowhere a Green Bullet speed out of nowhere and slammed into the shark-man, before she was grabbed and pulled out of the water with. Botan didn't even think about it as she looked at the water and aimed at it.
"Sayonara Villains. Flash Freeze!" said Botan
a beam of ice hit the water's surface, freezing every villain in the water.
"That was impressive Botan-chan," said A voice slightly above her.
Botan looked up slightly and saw the frog girl. "Your Asui-san if I'm correct," said Botan.
"Call me Tsu-chan," said Tsuyu in what most people would mistake as a flat tone, but as in reality slightly miffed.
Tsuyu hated being called by her last name when it came to her friends.
Mountain Zone
Jirou jumped backwards and slashed a man across the chest, before jabbing one of her jacks into his temple. "Brain Jack!" yelled Jirou as the beat of her heart pulsed strong enough to disrupt his equilibrium knocking him out
She looked around the field and wondered how many more she would have to deal with. Melissa was landing one hit knockouts, Denki was boxing like a pro at the moment, and Momo was keeping people on their feet, showing that she had skills with he staff. Melissa jumped back before grabbing another person by their tentacle, before spinning him at high speed and sending him flying across USJ.
"This is getting us nowhere! We need to end this!" yelled Denki unleashing a point blank blast at one of the men.
"Hey can you discharge all your volts at once?" asked Momo sweeping the feet of one man, before hitting him I the throat.
"Yeah, but you girls are going to get caught in the blast if I do," said Denaki.
"Leave it to me," said Momo as a large insulated blanket appeared from her back.
Jirou and Melissa got the geist of it and rolled over to their frned grabbing the edges and covering themselves.
"Now Denki!" yelled Melissa.
Denki smirked as his body sparked. "Million Volt Discharge!" yelled Denki as electricity all over the area and anyone not with an Electric quirk or under Momo's Blanket was caught.
All of the villains that were attacking them were knocked out, but Denki was well. He was now stupid for the foreseeable future and walking around looking like Saitama with a full had of hair.
Is everyone alright?" asked Momo as she tried to stand, but her outfit was badly damaged to the point where her breasts were on full display for the world to see.
Melissa nodded, before removed her cape and draping it over Momo's shoulders as Denki wobbled around for a bit.
Before they could think of a plan man burst out of the ground and grabbed Denki by his head. The girls turned to him and glared at him.
"Damn that hurt. If it wasn't for the fact that electricity is my quirk as well, then I would have been knocked out," said the man.
"Let Denki go!" yelled Melissa as she pushed as much energy into her arm as she could.
The man raised his hand to Denki's face and unleashed a spark. "Whoa, whoa whoa little lady! If you attack me I fry this kids brain.
Jirou held onto Momo as she glared at the man who held their friend hostage. One of her jacks was already behind close to the ground, but she wasn't sure if she had the power to disrupt the ground. Melissa gripped her fist and pushed as much energy as she could into her legs without it being visible.
"25 percent Beta Smash!" yelled Melissa as she vanished from sight and appeared before the villain and smashed her fist into the villain's masked face making him release Denki.
"Not as good as uncle Yagi, but it will do," thought Melissa as she cradled her numb hand.
Before anything else could be said an explosion from the Main Plaza caught their attention.
Main Plaza.
Nemuri jumped backwards avoiding the wind sickles that Rando unleashed, before he charged in and began to throw punches and kicks at the woman. Nemuri wasn't normally a front line fighter, but she was still good enough to take out several untrained villains, but Rando wasn't any villain. Taking her fan she throw it at Rando. Rando snorted as he caught the fan. Nemuri smirked and snapped.
Rando looked at the fan and realized that Nemuri had infused her mist into the fans and nearly crushing it releasing the mist. Rando coughed and fell to a knee. Nemuri ran up to Rando Grabbed him by his head and smashed the bridge of his nose into her knee, only for pain to shot though her knee. Nemuri backed up and fought to keep herself from gripping her knee as Rando rose. Not a bit of damage on him.
Rando rubbed his nose "Damn that was close. If I didn't use Iron Body I would have been knocked cold.
"How did yo have more then one quirk?" asked Nemuri.
Rando smirked. "Not that it really matters since you'll be dead soon but My quick is Chant. If I see a quirk that I like I can use my 'magic words' and copy it. Although at only 1/10th the power," said Rando.
Aizwa skidded next to Nemuri, his right arm from the elbow to the middle of his wrist showing dried muscle and the skin around it jagged and creaked.. Taking some of his capture tape he wrapped it tightly around the wound. He was now operating on a time limit before he lost his arm.
"Aizawa are you alright?" asked Nemuri
"I'll live. We need to put an end to this and fast. Not only do we Have 99 Rando, but also Handy-man man who can decay people with Full contact. And we still have no idea what the big guy is all about," said Aizawa
Nemuri looked at Aizawa. "99 Rando?" asked Nemuri having never heard of him.
Understanding he confusion Aizawa looked at Rando. "99 Rando. He's wanted by the PSC and has copied the quirks of over 100 heroes.
Nemuri winched at this Demon-Class Villains were some of the most Dangerous Villains, but to earn such a rank you had to have been active and remained at large for some time. Atomic Chainsaw was a Rank 3 Villain, but only because it took All-Might to capture him. And he had fought Miruko, and several other top ranked Heroes. (1)
Handy-man had already retreated back to his side as a few villains began to rise up and look around. Rando was the only one from the main guys who was fighting at the moment. Nemuri already knew that fighting Rando in hand to hand was off the table since his iron Body would stop any damage, while His Wind scikles had range. Guess she would had to use her Trump Card.
"Aizawa do you think you can erase his quirk for me?" asked Nemuri as she sliced her hand opened allowing it to run down the blade of her fan.
"Yeah, but you have to be quick. I can only use my quirk for 10 seconds right now," said Aizawa.
"On my mark," said Nemuri as she took a stance, before jumping into the air.
Aizawa focused on Rando erasing his quirk as Nemuri landed on his shoulders and slashed him across the face, making his yelled in pain, before he grabbed her by her hips and power bombed her with enough force to break the concrete and damage three of her vertebra, and creak her skull. Nemuri spat up blood and rolled around in pain for a few seconds as Aizawa sued his capture weapon to pull her out of harms way.
"That was stupid of you Nemuri-san," said Aizawa.
Nemuri's vision was swimming, but she forced herself to focus. "I know, but if his quirk works like he said, then I had to do it. Blood Sleep," said Nemuri as she rose to her feet. "By focusing my Quirk inward I can turn my blood into a potent sleeping agent. Unfortunately it only works with direct contract to the blood stream," (2)
Rando looked at the duo as he began to stagger. He shuck his head trying to clear it. He raised his hands. "Ie tin kay mo je han mo kay ba fu gin me!"
Rando's wound began to heal, As he stood and shuck his head. If it wasn't for remembering the minor regeneration quirk that he copied a few years ago he'd be in trouble, but he was still sluggish. Rando glared at the two as he gathered flames to his hands. Rando charged at the teachers preparing to deal as much damage as he could.
"Shadow Uppercut!" yelled Dark Shadow as he appeared and hit rando sending him into the air.
"Shadow Stomp!" yelled Tokoyami as he drove his full weight into the chest of Rando and into the ground.
Tokoyami jumped away from Rando as he and Dark Shadow were on the defensive.
"Your going to regrat that bird-shit!" yelled Rando from the hole he was in.
"If you must refer to me as Something then please call me Tokoyami," said the young man
Rando rose up and coughed up blood. He glared at the Shadow user, before rising and charging at Tokoyami intent on beating the boy to death for his insolence. Dark Shadow interpped this and began to exchange blows with Rando. And Since Dark Shadow wasn't something easy to defeat thanks to the fact that he was a sentient quirk It was like fighting two foes instead of one. Tokoyami looked on the ground and saw a sword from one of the villains. He picked it up and examined it beairfly as Dark shadow fought Rando. It was a midnight black Ninjato. It wasn't his style normally, but this wasn't an opponent to take lightly.
Rando managed to avoid Dark Shadow and charge at Tokoyami as he summoned Fire balls to his hands.
"It won't be that simple. I noticed that you can't use two powers at once when you were fighting my teachers," Thought Tokoyami as he ducked a thrust attack from rando and slashed him across the stomach.
Shadow then got behind Rando and lifted him high into the air, before he flow at the ground at high speeds. Rando panicked and activated Iron Body sealing his face. Iron Body at full power could take a shot from a howitzer cannon, however Rando could only use it at 1/10th it's full power, and he could barely take a knee to the forehead from Midnight.
"Shadow Suplex!" yelled Dark Shadow spiking Rando head first into the ground.
Rando's eyes rolled into the back of his head as his expression was one of pain, before he fell over with his ass in the air and most likely a creaked skull. (3)
Handy-man tsked. "I knew that that low level companion wasn't worth the price he was asking. Make a note of it for Sensei. As for the bird-Brain. I think it's time they got a glimpse of our All-Might killer in action. Nomu... Play,"
The hulking Figure seemed to vanish into thin air, beore appearing in front of Tokoyami with it's fist drawn back and throw a punch that connected with Tokoyami's stomach. Tokoyami felt immense pain as he throw up blood, bile, and food. He felt several ribs creak and that was with Dark Shadow wrapping around his body to act as a makeshift armor. Nomu removed his fist from Tokoyami's stomach as the young man walked forward a few feet, before collapsing, eyes rolling into the back of his head.
"What kind of freak is that thing?" asked Aizawa as he was looking directly at it and he was sure that it's quirk had been erased.
Nemuri gathered as much mist as she could before charging at the creature ignoring her knee before she appeared before it.
"Sweet dreams!" said Nemuri as she opened her palm and blow her mist in it's face.
The Nomu looked at her, before grabbing her by her arm and squeezing until a sickening crunch was heard! Nemuri screamed in pain, before Aizawa ran up and kicked Nomu in the face forcing it to release her, before he wrapped his capture weapon around it. Nomu gripped the weapon and pulled Aizawa forward, before gripping his head and slamming it into the ground. Aizawa managed to hand onto conciseness as Nemuri wrapped her whip around his neck and pulled with her good arm snapping his neck. It was only a second later that he healed and looked at her, before grabbing her and slamming her into the ground.
"High speed regeneration, Natural strength, enhanced speed and gods know what else! What kind of freak is this thing?" thought Nemuri.
"Nemu kill that slut, but make it slow and painful," said Handy-man
Nemu held Nemuri by her throat making her claw and starch at I in a vain attempt to make the behemoth let her go. Her lungs were burning, her vision was fading. Her head was hurting from the lack of oxygen. She knew that the more she struggled the closer she came to death, but she didn't are. She wanted to live! She wanted to reconcile with Shoto! She wanted to see the woman she loved! She wanted to see the boy she loved like a son! She didn't want her life to end like this.
"LET GO OF MY MOM!" yelled someone appeared and punching the Nomu with a blinding blue light.
Nomu was sent flying and landed near the Handy-man and Mist Man in a heap before getting up and looking at the one who punched it.
"What kind of fucking cheat shit is that!" yelled Handy-man. "That Kid is hitting above what his level should be.
Nemuri held he throat and coughed. "I-Izuku-chan," said Nemuri looking at the back of her 'son'.
Nemuri had seen Izuku happy, She had seen him upset. She had seen him sad. Rarely had she ever seen the kind boy without his infectious smile. Never before had Nemuri seen her son anger. At this moment in time however standing before her was a VERY Izuku was radiating an aura of pure anger.
"I'm going to give you and your pals one chance to surrender and maybe I'll only rip out one of your lungs," said Izuku holding his right hand up.
Handy-man glared at Izuku for a moment their eyes meeting. A connection forming. "And If I refuse! You damn over leveled field boss!" asked Handy.
"Then hold your fucking breath! Spirit Gun!" as Izuku unleashed a single bullet
"NEMU KILL THAT IDIOT!"
Nomu charged and met the bullet head on.

And Cut. I hope you guys enjoyed this chapter. I know someone is going to say that Rando's quirk is OP as hell, but it's really not. Honestly I thought that Aizawa's quirk was OP when he first appeared, but then it showed that it wasn't. I thought that Debi was Overpowered as hell, but he wasn't. I even thought that Stain was OP, but he wasn't. Point is OP is a relative term in MHA and I'm careful with with who I give that label to or even if it seems like it. Ill see you all in the next and final chapter of the USJ arc.

Summary: by using his words Rando is able to use any quirk that he has seen at 1/10 it's original strength. Due to this Rando activlly only uses 4 quirkcs that he doesn't need to use Chant for. Iron Body, Sickle, Fire Ball, and a fourth quirk that wasn't shown.
Side Note: In the Real Show Rando was classed as a Lower C rank Demon, but without all his techniques he would only be classed as a D ranked Demon. And even Genkai in Yu Yu Hakusho stated that had he bothered to study and master all the techniques that he aquired then he would

1: I couldn't think of a different ranking system for Villains. SO they are given Ranking in numbers. The ranks go from 1-5 and it takes a lot to get to rank 3. Rando is Classed as Rank 3 due to longevity not strength. Honestly I might jut change it to something better if I can think of something since I want to use a different system then my normal E-S rankings.
2: I know that it's not part of her real quirk, but biology would lead you to believe that she could use her quirk in such a way since it's a product of her own body that she has to actively think about releasing.
2: Tokoyami only beat Rando due to a combination of Rando already being hurt, sluggish from Blood Sleep, and Rando's own arrogance.
