Summary: Izuku born without a quirk, Born to the minority. Couldn't be a Hero. Only... every person is the Hero of their own story even if only one person calls you a hero. For Izuku to become that Hero all he had to do was die once.
Sup everyone. Sorry for the delay, but I went back to my home town for an extended weekend. I hope everyone enjoys this chapter.

Roanoak: I actually liked your Explanation. I knew that someone who everyone knows, but hasn't been introduced in this story yet was going to be level 5. Hell maybe he was going to be another level. A Level designated for only top heroes and Government officials to know about. Also do you mind if I use that Explanation in an Upcoming chapter/Chapters?
Ryuujin96: Thank you. It was always part of what I wanted to do with the USJ. Don't worry. This is the 'end' of the USJ arc as far as this chapter goes. 1 maybe 2 filler chapters before the Sports Festival.
SonicMax: OP? If anything I under-powered him. Regeneration is one of the most annoying things to write for a character. Flesh regeneration, not energy. His surface level cuts healed fast yeah, but deeper wounds take time. If Rando had got hit by... Let's say Death Arms it would have taken him at least 30 minutes to Regen. Also Blood Sleep wasn't meant to be powerful. It's Midnight's Last Gambit in a sense. As far as the muddying goes. Yeah i'm sticking mostly to MH verse.

Chapter 13: Attack on USJ Finale
Location: U.A., USJ
Place: Main Plaza
Time: 1440 (Friday)
The explosion was enough to kick up debris. Izuku knew that the big guy- Nomu, was more sturdy then he looked so before he had a change to prepare Izuku pulled out his hilt and activated his Spirit sword and charged, sliding on the ground he avoided a punch that appeared out of the smoke. Izuku slashed at Nomu's ankle, hoping that the blunt force of his 'lowest' power sword-bat- would do the trick, but nothing. Izuku finished sliding past his legs and managed to right himself in time to blocked a forward kick from Nomu that sent him flying at a rock. Izuku managed to flip and manged to land on the rock. Izuku looked up and looked at Nomu. This wasn't good. Izuku wanted to go about not hurting the guy to much, but Izuku was sure that he hit the guy hard enough to destroy a bone at least.
"There's no way that shouldn't have broken a bone at least," said Izuku.
Handy-man laughed. "Please as if that blunt blade of yours could ever hope to hurt Nomu. When I said he was made to be an All-Might Killer I meant it! Speed, Strength, High Speed Regeneration, and Shock Absorption. Blunt force has no effect on him," gloated Handy-man as if he was the school yard bully showing off his newest toy.
Izuku glared at him a before returning his attention to the Nomu. Izuku focused his mind as to sharpen his blade. The default state of Izuku's spirit sword was blunt so as he couldn't accidentally kill someone. However with training from Genkai, Mama-Nemu, and even Yagi-sensei he learned that all fights as a hero were not so cut and clear. Sometimes you had to do the hard thing for the greater good.
Raising the sword Izuku used a bullet to enhance his speed and appeared next to Nomu cutting off his arms and legs. Nomu fell to the ground. The fight was far from done, as it quickly grew those limbs back and kneeded Izku hard enough to make him float in the air for a second, before Nomu used an Axe-hand to send Izuku to the ground bouncing for a second, before kicking him away! Izuku rolled on the ground for a good 40 meters with his side getting a rather severe looking carpet burn. Rising to his feet Izuku looked at Nomu and prepared a Bullet, but stopped... not counting his sword Izuku had two bullets left. He would need them so he had to careful. This was a lot harder then he thought it was.
Before Nomu could charge at Izuku again, half his body was frozen solid and Melissa appearing smashing though that half with little trouble.
"Izu! Are you okay?" asked Melissa.
Izku looked at his friend and nodded. "I'm fine Mel, but that Nomu guy was no joke," said Izuku as he closed his right eye, blood dripping from a wound on his head that he didn't realize that he had.
"I saw the explosion and rushed over here as quickly as I could," said Melissa.
"Save the kissing for when we're not on the battlefield fighting a monster," Said Botan.
Izuku and Melissa ignored the jab and kept focus on the Nomu who rose up from the ground and charged at the trio. Botan raised a wall of ice to try and buy them some time, but Nomu broke though the ice as if it was paper. Melissa jumped above the Nomu and brought an Axe kick down on it's shoulder. Nomu barely felt the attack, but grabs Melissa's leg and throwing her away. Botan created a spear of blue ice and throw it with all her might. Izuku jumped into the air and slashes Nomu across the chest, Melissa followed this up by attacking the Nomu with a jaw shattering punch.
Handy-man glared at the girls. He was already having problems with the green haired punk, but those two complicated things greatly. He was sure that one of them was Endeavor's brat, but the blonde girl he was drawing a blank on. She was strong, but there were plenty of heroes with strength type quirks. And while blonde wasn't an uncommon hair color in Japan now a days thanks to quirks, he still detected a hint of an accent. American if he was correct? He more or less dismissed Americans since seeing them in Japan was few and far between since most countries were locked to their own boarders. Sensei was smart enough to have him learn other nationalities... somewhat. All he really did was follow All-Might's career. That and the Number 1 American Hero Captain Celebrity was a bit annoying
"Nomu kill those three brats," said Handy-man.
Nomu looked at the three and began to organize them in threat priority. Nomu was simple, not stupid. The Ice girl would be a problem, but only if she could freeze him to his subatomic level and judging by the way she held back she wasn't going to do it. At least not unless her life was in danger. The Blonde girl was strong. Nomu was sure that she was at least as strong as him without his strength quirk active. Maybe more if what he was feeling was right. Something deep and old like the master. No she still wasn't the biggest threat. The biggest threat was that boy. Nomu couldn't express it, but getting cut to pieces HURT! Not just physically, but something that went beyond the physical body... His spirit hurt. His healing was still fast, but not as fast as after he got cut with that blade. Nomu wasn't sure of it. No he was sure...if that sword managed to sever his head from his shoulder he would die. No regeneration was going to save it from that type of attack.
"KILL!" said Nomu in a gravelly and deep tone. "BOY!
Everyone who was present and could understood it. The big boss Villains were both stunned hearing Nomu talk. Nomu wasn't designed to talk. It was designed to think and obey. Kurogiri was going to have to report this development. It was quite significant.
Nomu charged at Izuku and throw a punch at him that Melissa stopped as she appeared before him. Botan jumped over them and unsealed a pricing ice spike at Izuku that destroyed Nomu's chest and froze his body thanks to how cold it was. Izuku took advantage of this and slashed Nomu across the chest, making the behemoth roar in pain for the first time. Ending the stalemate with Melissa and ripping the Ice out of his chest Nomu turned to Izuku and punched at him Izuku managed to dodge the attacked and fired off a point blank Spirit Gun to his face, staggering the creature.
Handy-man looked at this and frowned. Nomu was being pushed by a bunch of Brats. This was not the desired outcome.
"Go and help Nomu out!" yelled Handy-man.
"Hai," said Mist man as he prepared to open a portal.
"Howitzer AP shot!" yelled someone above them.
They looked up just in time to see Bakugo unleash an explosion that sent the duo apart. Bakugo was glaring at Mist-bitch. When they had gotten separated he had ended up with Round-face and spikey hair. Thanks to this. The Trio were forced to work together to clear the Ruins. Once clear the group charged made their way around the villains as this was happening the Monster had been unleashed on the others. While not the best way to do it Bakugo figured that it would be smarter to go after the bosses and try and cut of the head of the snake. That had created his plan that had hinged on round-face!
"Release!" yelled Ochoko allowing Bakugo and Kirishima to fall out of the sky.
"Falling Hard Axe!" Yelled Kirishima as he dropped an ae kick on Handy-man dislocating his right shoulder.
Nomu ignored his master and focused on his targets. "PAIN!" growled Nomu as he grabbed his face.
Nomu recovered and roared at Izuku before charging him with a shoulder tackled. Melissa pushed Izuku out of the way taking the Hit, but Nomu was quick enough to grab her and slam her into the ground a few times. Melissa didn't even have a chance to scream, before she was pulled into a bear hug! Melissa wailed in pain, not able to focus on her quirk at the moment. Tears began to leak from her eyes as she felt like her ribs were getting crushed to nothing.
Izuku saw red and charged at the Mass of destruction. He focused his final bullet into sword and made it as sharp as possible before slashing Nomu's head off. Nomu's head landed with a wet heavy thud in front of Handy-man. Izuku allowed his sword to vanish as he grabbed the Nomu's arms and and enhanced his muscles and ripped them open from around Melissa and pulled her free. Melissa went basically lifeless on the ground.
He would fill for killing the creature later, but right now his only concern was his best friend.
"Mel-chan!" yelled Izuku and he pulled her into his arms.
Melissa looked at Izuku I his eyes and gave him a pained smile. "I'll live Izu. God I'm going to be in pain for a while.
Several of the villains currently present were actively thinking that if their 'All-Might' killer was down then they didn't stand a chance and it was best if they retreated. One of said Villains ran up to Handy-man only for him to find his face grabbed, and his head rotting away in seconds.
Handy-man screamed in rage. "Dammit! A bunch of fucking brats killed My All-Might Killer!" yelled Handy man.
Before his partner could say anything the doors to U.A were burst open and standing in them was All-Might, his face contorted in rage as he glared at the villains
"If you wanted to kill me, then you shouldn't have involved my STUDENTS!" yelled All-Might ripping off his tie.
"Crap it's All-Might!" yelled a random Villain.
"We got to get the hell out of here!" yelled Another
"I don't think you'll get the chance," said a voice from behind them. They turned around and saw one of the many clones of Pro Hero Ectoplasm.
U.A Staff had turned out in force to combat the League of Villains.
Handy-man was a sore loser by nature and he wasn't going to let this shit stand! He may have lost, but he was going to see to it that at least one of these brats was going to die! Handy-man turned his attention to Tsuyu who had been hanging back as she knew that she wasn't any help in the fight before hand. Handy-man charged at her in a dead sprint! Intent on ending her life, before All-Might could attack him. Izuku saw this and charged to intercept, but he didn't have his focus and that was the only way he could use what little energy he had left.
"Reach! Thought Izuku as the man lifted his hand up
"Reach!" thought Izuku as Tsuyu looked at the charging villain.
"REACH!" thought Izuku as the two of them were separated by mere feet from Tsuyu.
Izuku felt his palms burning before bringing them together and forming a spirit sword without the handle. Holding the glowing blade above his head Izuku's spirit sword to come down and slash off Handy-man's left arm from the bicep down just as Handy-man touched Tsuyu's face. Tsuyu fell backwards on shaking legs trying and barely succeeding in not pissing herself, with part of her face creaking away, leaving a vertical line across her nose and just under her right eye.
Handy man yelled in pain as he gripped his bleeding stump and fell to the ground in pain, before he was blitzed by All-Might with a shoulder tackle that would have killed Lesser beings. The combined pain of All-Might's attack and Izuku's slash nearly made the red eyed man pass out!
"Shigaraki-Kun!" yelled the Mist man.
"Get us out of here Kurogiri," said the now named Shigaraki as he glared at Izuku who stood protectively before Tsuyu. "Pray you and I don't meet again you freaking hack!"
Izuku glared back at him. "When you and I meet again... I'm going to arrest you Shigaraki-san," said Izuku holding his sword up and pointing it at Shigaraki.
"We'll see about that hack!" said Shigaraki.
Kurogiri wrapped a blanket of darkness around both himself and Shigaraki and vanished into nothingness.
"Are you alright Tsu-chan?" asked Izuku.
"I'm fine Midoriya-kun," said Tsuyu as she held her hand over the right side of her face.
Izuku smiled allowing his sword to fade. "Izuku is ju-," said Izuku before his eyes rolled into the back of his head and he passed out with several people screaming his name.

And cut. This was the end of USJ. A bit cliché at the end I know. It was the only way I could think to end the chapter. I know this chapter is slightly shorter then the previous chapters, but I wanted to get this chapter over and done. I hope you guys are ready for the Sports Festival.
