Summary: Izuku born without a quirk, Born to the minority. Couldn't be a Hero. Only... every person is the Hero of their own story even if only one person calls you a hero. For Izuku to become that Hero all he had to do was die once.
Hey everyone. So here's a weird question. Has there been a boom of Isekai/ VRMMORPG's shows lately? Because I've literally been watching them non stop. I've become SO enemared by them it's crazy. And it's one of the most BROKEN genres in the world currently. Even VR/DD genres have been more popular lately. I'm not going to lie. I want to do a story with Izuku in a different world or in a VR/DD style world or story, but I can't because It's to much to handle at the moment.
But that's just me.

Shin: The only real thing we know about 13 is that she has 'brown hair' according to official sources. I do like the space theme that she gets when it comes to 13. as far as Koto goes... I have plans for her. Also am I the only one who has noticed that 13 is the only female who has NEVER been in any type of pairing with Izuku?

Chapter 16: Let the Sports Festival BEGIN
Location: U.A High School, Sports Festival 1st year Stadium
Place: Principal viewers Box

Koenma sighed as he took a seat in the Principals private booth above the Year 1 Stadium. He was in his child form today. While Normally he would oversee the second Year students and Nezu would Oversee the third years. The person who would Normally oversee the first years was Hound dog. Koenma worked it out with him to personally oversee the first years. Since he was overseas during the in Entrance Ceremony. That didn't stop him from getting the reports of the happenings going on at the school. He was well aware of everything that was going on.
A knock sounded on the door. "Enter," said Koenma.
The door opened and a tall figure walked into the room. He was quite muscular, light blue skin with blonde hair that was seemingly balding at the top, but was more or less due to the fact that his horn was growing there, sharpened fangs and a rather stern look to his face. To bad he was something of a teddy bear, He wore a brown fitted suit with a black tie. On his back was a konabo style club. This was Koenma's personal Bodyguard/assistant. Saotome Jorge or more specifically his nickname Ogre.
"I was worried that you wouldn't show up Ogre. I was sure that you would be spending time with your mother after our extended trip," said Koenma.
Ogre smiled at his boss before taking his konabo off and setting it beside the door. Ogre was more of a lover then a fighter and his administrative skills were much better then his combat.
"I did sir, but she told me that she was really hoping that I came back from The United States that I would have gotten a Girlfriend from that region. Besides sir your almost useless without me since you prefer your toddler form," said Orge.
Koenma looked at his friend/employee, before jumping up and kicking him in the head. Ogre yelled in pain as he gripped his head, before glaring at his boss.
"Koenma sir! That's not how you treat a valuable emploee!"
"When I ask for your opinion I'll kick it out of you!" yelled Koenma.
"Still acting the fool I see Jr," said a voice that shut down Ogre and Koenma's roughhousing.
"Genkai-sama!" said Orge bowing to the former heroine.
"I didn't expect to see you here Genkai. How have you been?" said Koenma.
". I've been alright Jr. Just thinking about alot of things lately. I came to see my how my pupil does in this event," said Genkai.
"Oh I didn't know you had taken another student after... After what happened 14 years ago," said Koenma.
"It's alright Jr. I put that behind me," said Genkai as she went to the seat next to Koenma and took a seat. "Ogre get me some green tea please,"
Ogre looked at Genkai and gave a nod, before going to make her some and get Koenma his milk and popcorn.

Izuku closed his locker and make sure that his hands were wrapped tightly while also making sure to fasten his 6 oz MMA gloves. The gloves were custom made and allowed Izuku looked around at his classmates and noticed others doing things as well. Kurama had a pouch on his side, Melissa had traded the standard U.A Gym pants for tighter biker shorts that Izuku thought looked WAY to good on her, but had added her own specialized boots to the mix. Even Mina had a belt and pouches of marble sized acid grenades.
All people currently finishing getting dressed were prepared for the U.A festival. Last week was the deadline to submit a list of support items. Izuku had added one item, but he wouldn't be using it till the Finals. If he made it that far.
The students lined up according to class and each class was given a flag with their class number on it. Izuku was at the head of the class and it had been decided that Kirishima would be the flag bearer. As all the classes walked out they were introduced by the duo of present Mic and... the Idol Koto Masogina of the Idol group Fun-dub sat in the booth.
"All-Right Listeners! Present Mic here with the Little Lady with a pension for pain talk. Koto-chan.
"Thank you Present Mic. I got to say that I'm a huge fan of yours. Have been since before I was an Idol. Oh if anyone is wondering where the others are then Juri-chan is currently officiating for the Second years, while Ruka-senpai is officiating for the third years. ," said Koto.
"That's good to know where the other members of Fun-dub are Well Little Lady I'm more then happy to have you and the other members of Fun-dub on my Hero cast, but Let's get to the Meat and veggies,"
"You got it Senpai. And without further ado let us introduce the classes that will be competing today," said Koto.
The classes walked out with to a mix of cheers and boos as they all lined up along the field with the Class Officers standing before their classes. As each class style came out they were each given a brief description of the things they accomplished as a whole during their two months. Midnight stood at the main podium, wearing skin tight black leather pants and a refree style shirt. Honestly Midnight loved her Cosplay to much to be healthy.
Sevreal men had to hide their lower halfs away as they looked at her.
"And now everyone rise for the student address from the students who scored highest on the U.A. Entrance exam with a score of 100 Midoriya Izuku and Melissa Shield," said Present Mic.
"Um Mic-senpai did you double check the math on these scores?" asked Koto as she looked at the sheets.
"What do you mean Koto-chan?" asked the DJ?
"Well It says that Midoriya-san scored 69 attack points and 51 recuse points so going by that and with Sheilds-san having a similar score then both of them would have a total of 120 points," said Koto.
Mic blushed at her words. "You'll have to forgive our math. At the time we were blown away by the fact that not just one, but two students had toppled the previous record, which belonged t o none other then All Might himself," said Mic.
Now that got people talking. It even caught the attention of a cretin hothead.
Koto nodded. "Understandable, but that's no excuse for being sloppy at your job Mic-senpai.
Melissa and Izuku looked at each other before nodding to each other and walking up the stairs before the students. As they turned to the students Melissa and Izuku grabbed each others hands and raised them in the air to the cheers of several people. Gossip rags were already speculating if the cute cinnamon roll and the blonde bombshell were an item? However heroes the country over saw it for what it was. They were just two teens who reconsidered each other as equals.
"PLUS ULTRA!" yelled Izuku and Melissa at the same time.
People went quiet hearing this. Izuku and Melissa released each other's hands and stood side by side.
"Is what we want to say to everyone, but not everything we want to say. It's more then just a Motto. It's who we are deep down. Be you a hero. A student of U.A. Or even a regular civilian," said Melissa.
"One of my favorite saying of all time is that Strive for the throne of God and it shall be yours. There have been different interpretations to that saying over the years, but here at this moment Melissa and I share the throne that is the strongest Student in the Hero course." said Izuku.
Melissa smiled at Izuku as they fist bumped with the back of their hands. "SO WE INVITE EVERYONE TO COME FOR THE CROWN AND GIVE IT YOUR ALL!"
Everyone was silent, before they burst into applause. The duo smiled at each other as they made their way back to their class. And took their spots.
"Before we get started we need everyone to understand this With 10 classes we have 200 students so we have to cut that number to 42. For this to work we will move to the first even and only the first 42 students will move on to the second event.
"And now everyone we will spin the wheel to determine what the first event is. There's going to be plenty of chance for screams and gore," said the Half cat-half fox girl.
The large monitors around the entire stadium began to spin though the events that it had. After a minute it slowed down, before it landed on the even.
"And the first Event of the U.A sports festival will be... A 4K Obstacle Course!" said Present Mic.

Takeyama Yu... AKA Mt Lady was board out of her skill. She had only taken this security gig, because she wanted to be close to any prospective students that would catch her interest as a potential ser... sidekick. To be honest Yu never really wanted to be a hero. Sure she wanted money, fame, and influence. Being a hero was just an easy way to get it. In the year since her debut as on of the many rookies who made the jump from sidekick to full time pro. She was also one of the few who had managed to make a significant fan base or do enough to make cash without doing a lot of stuff aside from a few interviews and patrols.
"Hey Mt Lady focus. Remember why Nezu-san contracted several of of," said her partner for this event.
Yu looked at her partner with one eye. Death Arms or Nara Sachiro stood at 6'10", muscular man of a wide build with slightly-tanned skin. He has a square jaw which juts out a notable amount, small eyes and short white hair, spiked out behind his head, wearing a yellow and black-striped caution pattern headband, matching his thick wrist-guards and the belt around his waist, a square buckle with a triangular decoration sat in its center. a cyan-colored cardigan, which exposes his lower torso and the center of his pectorals, held onto his chest on each side by small metal nuts. dark blue pants, a white stripe down each side, and are slightly baggy on him, and his shoes are plain black with a simple design.
Sachiro was a classic Strength based hero Some people even said that his quirk made him as strong as All Might at half of his full strength. Yu had never seen the full extent of the man's power, but knew from spars that he was not someone you put to the test unless you could back it up.
"Why bother Death Arms. All we're going to see is a bunch of fristies go at it. I'm more interested in the Third years. Maybe the second. Aside from Endeavor's kid nothing special. Sure they beat back a bunch of Villains. But most of them were only Rank 1 Villains.
"Then your an idiot," came a voice behind them.
Yu growled hearing this and turned around. "You want to say that to my face bit-," started Yu only to stop as all the steam left her body.
Standing before her was the Number 8 ranked Hero. The Rabbit Hero: Miruko. Miruko wasn't tall at all. She only stood at 5'3", but most people would be fooled by her petite size if they ignored her toned to perfection arms, stomach, and legs, large C cup breasts, crimson eyes, straight white hair reaching down past her waist. On her head, she has a pair of long white rabbit ears pointing upwards with a slight crook. Along with these, she also has a white cotton rabbit tail, wearing a sleeveless white leotard with dark purple trim around her shoulders and waist, a wide, yellow crescent moon design over her chest, and two thick metal plates on her midriff. She wears purple thigh-high boots to compliment her leotard, with more plating around the heel and toe areas, making her feet look like those of a rabbit. She also has a pair of thick white gloves on her hands with long cuffs, sporting small triangular protrusions around their edges
Miruko took a few steps forward and got right in front of Yu who took a step backwards in fear of the smaller woman. Miruko had a reputation of being something of a battle maniac. She didn't do any type of real rescue. Humanitarian work. If she happened to save someone during the fight so be it otherwise they were just in her way. She also happened to be quite hard to work with.
"What were you about to call me Tall girl?" asked Miruko with a smirk. "I think you were about to call me a bitch? Maybe I need to adjust your attitude,"
"That's enough Miruko-san," said Death Arms.
Miruko looked at Death arms and shrugged. "Fine. I'll leave your little partner alone, but I'll tell you something Mt Lady. One of the only people who I respect is a second year that I scouted out last year. Hopefully I find someone just as fun as my Sidekick," Laughed Miruko as she walked off.
"That woman is scary," said Mt Lady.
"Not surprising," said Death-Arms. "All Members of the top 10 are Monsters compared to us normal heroes,"
Before Yu could say anything else a small earthquake began to happen.
"What the hell!" yelled Yu. "Is this an attack!"
Death-Arms rossed his arms. "Looks like it's starting," said the massive man making Yu look at him.
"What's starting?" asked Yu.
"It's the U.A. Obstacle course," said Death-Arms
Location: U.A High School, Sports Festival 1st year Stadium

Everyone lined up at the starting position and looked at what was going to happen. Once Midnight gave the OK everyone took off or at least that was what people wanted. The first obstacle was the conjugated tunnel. The tunnel was so conjugated that all 200 students couldn't be able to get past it. Melissa pushed 10 percent into her legs and jumped onto the walls and began to bounce off them. Izuku wasn't far behind jumping on people's heads while apologizing.
Izuku and Melissa managed to get out past the group, but were near the edge of the front runners Bakugo and Botan. Botan had frozen the Three Zero pointers that was there. Several of the students that had cleared the tunnel looked like they had it made. Many gloating that they would get the coveted seat in the Hero course. That was easier said then done.
Botan had purposefully frozen them off balance and allowed them to collapse on top of her competition. Izuku hasn't worried and summoned his sword and pushed it to maximum sharpness and slashed the falling debris. While Melissa punched and kicked her way past the debris. They both managed to pass the Robo-Inferno as President Mic had called it, but were not fast enough as Poni on all fours darted past them with a lizard like boy sitting on her back. Poni winked at Izuku making him blush, while Melissa glared at Poni and pushed her percentage to the limit and charged after them. Izuku followed intent on not losing to his friend.
The next half Kilometer was clear, before they came to several pillars connected by rope. At this point Melissa was up front right behind Botan and Bakugo. Izuku was using a bullet to augment his power and jump from pillar to pillar and managed to pass up Ida. Itsuka managed to make it across the rope on sheer arm strength alone.
Finally at the last leg of the obstacle course was a minefield that exploded with Pink Mist. Even Botan couldn't freeze the field without fear of setting them off. At this point the others were catching up. Izuku stopped right at the edge of the minefield and aimed at the ground. He turned around and stepped on the mine. It blasted him into the sky. As Izuku was in the air he fired off a single shot that sent him past Melissa, Botan, and Bakugo. Izuku hit a combat roll and got to his feet in time for the others to catch up to him. At this point it was a foot race to see who would win.
Izuku passed up Melissa, by using a bullet to enhance his body.
Melissa passed up Izuku, increasing her output to 20 percent
Bakugo Passed up Botan using an explosion.
Botan passed up Bakugo by freezing and sliding along the ground.
All four of them fought like hell to get to the end. And just as the foursome reached up to win, Melissa pushed a bit more energy into her feet and kicked of the ground jetting past the others and ending up in first place with Botan and Izuku tied for second, and Bakugo ending up slightly behind them.
"Wow what a finish!" yelled Koto.
"I know right. I was sure that Todoroki-san had it in the bag," said Present Mic
The other 38 students managed to cross the finish line with a majority of the Hero course students making it with a few exceptions, Three GenEd students, and a Support Course Student. One of which would probably be arrested for clinging to the back of Momo's open jacket.
As all this was happening Bakugo was off to the side more in shock at the fact that not only had he lost, but he came in behind Deku and the blonde haired bimbo. Bakugo gripped his hand into a fist, but kept his composure.
It was only the first event. All that mattered was the combat tournament. And Bakugo would definitely climb on top.
