Penelope POV

This ones a bit shorter and it's mostly fluffy and them reuniting

Leaving the FBI and Washington was one of the hardest decisions Penelope had made in her life. She'd spent the next few days packing up her apartment and getting ready for the move. The first week apart had been torture, days felt like forever since he'd left, they'd only spent two nights together before he left but still she was greatly aware of his absence in her bed. She curled up against a pillow wrapping her arms tightly around the spare pillow she could almost smell him still.

Penelope woke up Saturday morning the sun peaking through the curtains, she reached for her phone, it was eight am. She groaned; her body was so used to waking up early that even on days when she could sleep in. She unlocked her phone and sent Luke a text Good morning my sexy Greek god. The thought of being in your arms is the only thing keeping me warm this morning. Can we fast-forward to the part where I get to see you again?

She couldn't help but smile as she got out of her bed leaving left her phone beside the bed, she made her way to the bathroom, turning on the shower, she removed her nighty and got in the shower.

After her shower, she made herself a coffee and some oatmeal, made a quick grocery list and got dressed before heading downtown to do the groceries. The first week of her new job had been busy that most night she'd ordered in and not gotten time to explore her new neighbourhood. She googled a few places, found a farmers' market where she could grab her fresh veggies, before heading to the store to find some other necessities she stopped for a coffee and lunch, checking her phone, she still had no messages for Luke. Quickly she sent him a text, letting him know she was thinking of him and hoping he was safe. She finished lunch and went to a nearby target to grab necessities, faux plants, and other items she hadn't brought with her from Washington.

She got back to the apartment around two o'clock in the afternoon. She put her shopping away and rearranged some of the furniture that had come with her apartment. After a busy day she was supper keen to sit down with her new book and a cup of tea to just chill, she checked her phone again. Still no messages. She sighed, she was used to it, if the case was wrapping up, they'd probably gone and done a stakeout or had to breach a warehouse. Her mind went to the million and one things that her boyfriend could be doing, she'd finally got to the more serious and anxiety provoking one like dying or bleeding out when the doorbell rang, making her jump.

"You've got to kidding me" she mumbled out loud, she sighed and put her book down, through the blanket off as her the doorbell rang again this time more impatiently. "I'm coming! Geezz! Patients"

Getting the door, she prepared herself to see the two kids from next door running down the hallway. She yanked the door open ready to growl at them. Instead, in front of her stood the hunk of a man that she called her man.

"Fast-forwarded enough?" he asked with one of his most annoying humans ever.

"Don't talk to me, I am so mad at you right now!" She told him, Penelope grasped the front of his shirt with his fist and pulled him into the apartment, Luke's hand tapped the door making it swing close.

Penelope's slide her hands around his neck as his arm snaked around her waist. Luke lifted Penelope off her feet. She gave a yelp of surprise as Luke carried her to the couch. Luke sat down on the couch, Penelope tried to move to sit on the couch next to him, but he grabbed her and held her in place.

"Where do you think you are going?" he asked, he needed to feel her body as close to his as they could without making love, that would come later. He put his lips softly back on hers.

"I was going to sit beside you" Penelope whispered into his mouth, she put her hands either side of his face, she ran her finger over his lips. He could tell that she was really using restraint to not kiss him. "So, we can talk because you want to talk before, I get to carried away with taking you clothes off."

Her hand left the side of his neck, running a nail down over his collar bone to the first button of his shirt.

"Depends on what do you want to talk about?" she whispered, she moved to a seating position beside him, but kept her legs over his. Luke begun to massage her legs and her feet.

"Your hopes, your dreams, your day?" he whispered, she smiled. The idea that he wanted to know her as intimately as possible and the hairs on the back of her neck stand up. His hand was caressing her calf. "What did you get up to today?"

"Not much, unpacked a few more boxes, stocked up on fruit and veg so I can eat for the next week. It's going to be a lot of coming back and forth between work and home" She replied, she ran her fingers lazily through his hair. "Frank, the building manger slash owner is really chill and awesome. He said he's happy for me to do redecorate the entire apartment however I want. I've been looking online at IKEA for ideas. Bookcase, coffee table, just a few things."

"We should go tomorrow, we can grab you a coffee table, some new curtains. We can grab some food for dinner either come home and cook or go out? It's your choices." Luke told her softly

"That be good, I like the sound of that. We can make this our home, for when you're here. If you want to be here and live together and all that. I know that's a long way off but I want you here, you know when you're ready to…" she was beginning to rant, her anxiety was getting the most of her. "Sorry"
"Penelope, it's all good I'm ready to be here. I'm starting to think about it too baby. I was thinking once I'm living out here the apartment might be too small. Especially once there's a dog and small feet to run after." He told her, turning her face to look at her. Luke softly caressed her cheek. She looked at him curiously.

"Small feet? Luke Alvez are you planning a life with me?" she whispered, she study his eyes. He was smiling at her, and she couldn't help but smile back. "What are you doing to me newbie, breaking down my walls that I can dream about the future with you."

She played with the collar on his shirt nervously but the grin on his face said it all. He lent his back against the couch, running his hand down either side of her waist. He could feel her bra through her lose shirt. Luke couldn't help but let run his eyes down her body.

"Where do you want to go for dinner tomorrow night?" he asked her softly, she could see the smile coming back to his face and the stress of the past week beginning to roll away. "I was thinking I'd take you to dinner. Tonight, we can just order in, watch a movie, cuddle. Tonight, I just need to relax with my baby and unwind with a movie."

"There's a really nice restaurant two blocks away that my workmates keep talking about, that might be a good place for our first date." Penelope ran her fingers softly over his shoulder.

"Luke, I know you're a good guy and that normally you would've taken me to dinner and romanced me before you slept with me, but I am so glad that we didn't do thing traditionally, which I am a traditional girl so I must really, really like you if I am breaking rules for you" she told him, she liked that he would listen to her emotional stuff. He softly caressed her face with his knuckles.

That night the stayed in together, ordered vegan pizza, found a movie, and snuggled down on the couch. Penelope sat sidewards on the couch with her legs over Luke lap, a blanket over the two of them. Luke's arm across the back of the couch softly played with her hair, he had no idea he was doing it half the time, but she loved knowing he was there. The best thing about watching a movie with Luke was that he was just as verbal with she was. They sat there together yelling at characters for their bad decisions and then laughing at each other. After one of his tangents about how the character completely missed his chance Penelope couldn't help but stare at him.

"What?!" he exclaimed when he realised that she was sitting there starring at him.

"Nothing, I just love you so much Luke Alvez" she smiled, she looked back at the movie, Luke laughed softly and kept looking at her. He leant over and kissed her neck softly.

"I love you too Penelope Garcia" he whispered, nuzzling against her neck.

Luke wasn't sure if they finished the movie or not but all he knew that at some point he'd laid down and Penelope had fallen asleep laying on top of him. He woke up in the morning to the sun streaming through the window and Penelope still on his chest. He smiled and wrapped his arms around her tighter before closing his eyes hoping for more sleep. He was so glad that she owned one of those ridiculously wide and soft couches making sleep comfortable.
