Turning to look at the Governor General briefly, Srizechs addressed to the rest of the group. "My sources say she has been taken to the Dimensional Gap."

"The Dimensional Gap?" asked Aidan.

"Isn't that where Asia was sent by Shalba?" Akeno asked looking at the Satans.

"I have searched the kingdoms of gods and devils alike. It is the only remaining possibility," Ajuka said speaking up since he first showed up.

"Why not return back to Hell? Back to his realm?" asked Aidan.

"Because with Azmodan now ruling a almost all of Hell, Belial will not take chances to go back, weakened as he is."

Xenovia then asked while looking around the room, "So, if we get to the Dimensional Gap, we should be able to save Rias, right?"

Azazel frowned. "The void of the Dimensional Gap doesn't behave according to our lives of time and space. If Vali hadn't stumbled across Asia at the precise moment while traveling, we could have lost her in there forever. Simply put, being thrust into the Gap is more often than not a death sentence."

"Then how are Vali and his friends able to do it?" Akeno asked.

"The Khaos Brigade is a diverse assortment with members from all Three Factions allied with the Burning Hells," Azazel explained while pulling his legs underneath him as he looked at the ground. "They must be using a method, courtesy of the Demons, still unknown to our coalition."

"It could be possible…" Ajuka theorized. "We could have to lock existence on this plane. We could use this world as a beacon of sorts."

But Aidan interjected. "Not an option. We do that, and we will likely bring Hell right back to this world, perhaps the High Heavens as well. A beacon is not an option." He then turns to Koneko. "Koneko, I didn't want to have to resort to this option, but we need to contact your sister."

Koneko tilted her head a bit. "Do you need Kuroka-neesama for some kind of plan?"

Aidan then gave the only option he had. One he knew was a big risk but he would take any chances to save Rias.

"We need to contact Vali. Immediately."

The entire room soon went silent as no one was sure what to do or say, but Aidan could already tell by the reactions of all that that option was nothing short but insane.

OP: Metamorphose feat. Ishida Yoko – Over the Testament (Shinmai Maou no Testament BURST OP)

(As the music begins, a flash of white light occurs as the camera moves upwards to depict a mural showing the entire universe like a tree, first starting with the Burning Hells and their masters, the Seven Evils, as they light up in red. Aidan appears first in a blue background with a bare chest before it cuts back to the mural moving upwards to the middle showing Sanctuary/Earth and all the other realms surrounding it, including the Underworld which light up in green. Then Rias appears in a red background, a bit further back than Aidan yet also naked before it reverts back to the upper portion of the mural, showing the High Heavens and their leaders, the Angiris Council, illuminated in a white glow. Akeno is the last show further back than Aidan and Rias, also naked and with a yellow background. The last image shows the entire mural illuminated in its respective colors.)

Over the Testament (The title of the show is revealed as Highschool DxD: The Prime Evil)

sabireta kono sekai ni habikoru (Aidan is standing on top of Tristram Cathedral, looking out to the sunset over the horizon before he turns briefly to his right to face away from the camera)
gizen to jiko gisei sore ga bigaku ka? (Rias is shown in front of the ORC Clubhouse before she turns around fully and then begins to walk forward)
honne o kakushita koduku na PIERO (The camera cuts to Akeno in her miko outfit at her shrine, her eyes closed before she opens them in a serious expression)
kyou mo kimi wa Poker face (Asia is shown in a church praying before she turns around to the light. The next image shows Kiba leaning his back against a wall, head down and eyes closed, with the spirits of his dead comrades surrounding him in comfort)

kamen hazushite saa kocchi ni kite (The Gremory rune is shown before the background turns black. Rias appears amidst the flames of the Burning Hells soon afterwards with the rune still present)
arinomama no kimi shiritaikara (Aidan's left arm, from his Sacred Gear that was holding Silentium, is corrupted as he activates his Balance Breaker, making him scream into the air as the shadow of Diablo appears above and behind him)

kagayaki ni tsutsumare yasashii kaze ga fuku (Rossweisse, fires a powerful blast of lightning from on high at a group of flying Demons. Xenovia was on the ground as she slams Durandal to the ground, creating a massive quake that topples the incoming Demons in front of her)
sonna sekai o misetakute chikai o koeta (Kiba charges across the rooftops with Sword of Betrayer in hand. The camera follows him where he was charging towards the towering Belial, Lord of Lies. He jumps up to dodge a blast from the Demon Lord before spinning in the air and cutting off one of Belial's horns)

arata ni kizamareru kibou e no ayumi o (Koneko is seen next running across the rooftops as the camera follows her, charging at Azmodan, the Lord of Sin. She lands roughly on one roof before jumping upwards, dodging Azmodan's attack before she runs across the Demon's left arm and delivers a swift kick to his head)
tsugi no PEEJI ni kakishirushi (Rias fires a powerful blast from her Power of Destruction, only to be caught in a blast herself by Azmodan, sending her flying away)

ugokidashita jikan wa New age (Rias is caught by Aidan who smiles at her to which she returns. Then the two lean in for a romantic kiss as they are enveloped in a red power, their clothes also dissipating in the process)

(Aidan is shown in his Balance Breaker, Primal Terror Vengeance, starting at the back as the camera steadily turns around to show him until the last shot shows his left demonic eye. Between each frame, quick-time images appear; the first one being Venalana Gremory, Lilith, and the angel Aurelia in her mortal guise but with her back facing the camera, the second Sirzechs and Grayfia, the third being the Student Council led by Sona Sitri, the fourth being Loki and Diodora Astaroth back to back, and finally the last one showing Sinestra as the Angiris Apostle with the Angiris Council members looking over her, including Tyrael as the Archangel of Justice and Malthael as the Archangel of Wisdom)

(The final image shows Aidan looking to his right at Sinestra in the air, ready to take part in the Eternal Conflict)

Upon hearing his declaration to meet with Vali Lucifer, everyone was all but stunned at Aidan's proposal. With Vali as a member of the Khaos Brigade, meeting with him is nothing short but suicidal.

Rossweisse tried to reason with the nephalem. "I understand how you feel, Aidan, but that's impossible."

Mimir concurred as well. "I agree, lad. Meeting with Lucifer's descendant may be a fool's errand. The bastard may not cooperate with you."

"Maybe, but it is the only option we have available to us," Aidan said. "Even if he is in the Khaos Brigade, we need his help now. He's the only one who knows how to open up a portal to the Dimensional Gap."

Sirzechs, as the elder brother to the victim of the circumstance, looked conflicted. What Aidan suggested was not exactly a bad idea, but like what Mimir said, it may be a fool's errand. As the older brother to Rias, he would want to rescue her in any way he can. But as a Satan, he couldn't afford going with this suggestion.

"Our way of life is under constant siege by those terrorists in the Khaos Brigade," He said. "The Underworld was attacked again yesterday by the Demons. The casualties from this most recent assault are still being tallied. Family and friends from every corner of the realm are left grieving for the departed tonight. We cannot associate ourselves with such filth, collusion with the Khaos Brigade to save the Devil king's sister? The people would stand out against me."

"If the public heard about our collaboration with Vali Lucifer, in no time at all, the Demons would find the civil unrest to their advantage," Ajuka said turning his face to the nephalem. "This decision could affect the current stability of the Underworld."

"I understand the dangers and the risk that will come after, Ajuka," Aidan said. "But we won't find an opportunity like this and by then, Rias will be lost forever to Belial."

Sirzechs soon became sympathetic. "Aidan, I too wish to save Rias from the Demons but taking a risk like this is way too dangerous."

Aidan however, expected this answer, so he decides to ask Sirzechs this question. "Sirzechs, are you willing to do whatever it takes to save Rias?"

The answer from the Satan was swift. "Always."

"I'm well aware of the fragile peace that must be kept between the Three Factions and the stability of the Devil populace concerning the existence of their former slave masters. But Rias is too important for me to abandon. She saved my life from Diablo so I want to save her in return. Therefore, I'm willing to risk anything to save her, even if I must die again. After all, if there is one thing nephalem always do, it is protecting others at the expense of their own, showcasing how much they will willingly sacrifice, even their own lives, to save more."

Both Satans just stared back at the nephalem, surprised to see his conviction. But the situation itself, the solution, and the consequences afterwards are not exactly simple. But that is when Azazel starts to laugh with a smirk on his face.

"What's so funny, Azazel-sama?" asked a confused Akeno.

"The nephalem thought it through," Azazel said while still smirking. "If all goes as planned, the Devil king can say that the Nephalem of Gremory went rogue to face a Demon Lord of the Burning Hells, and all of you kids would remain blameless. If you all go rogue to rescue Rias, it's no longer Sirzechs' problem. Should things go south though, the Grigori can still cover your ass, say they acted independently and if that's not good enough, I can take care of the kids."

Azazel soon stands up to his feet walking over to Sirzechs explaining more. "If worst come to worst, I can see to It that they are all made Fallen Angels. Then you can just scapegoat any backlash on me as the acting Governor General."

"A false flag operation could quell any potential discontent," Rossweisse nodded. "It's a drastic gamble."

"This sounds off coming from an agent of the holy church turned into a Devil," Xenovia remarked before asking with some slight disbelief. "Is something like this even possible?"

"Fallen Angels are just Angels that fell from grace," Irina explained. "And Devils are Fallen Angels but taken captive and experimented by the Demons. But to turn a Devil back into a Fallen Angel? I don't know where to even start with that."

"I hate long division," Gasper said while shaking his head.

"Okay we're veering off topic," Azazel brought everyone back to the main topic at hand. "The point is we're just talking the worst case scenario here, which won't be an issue if you kids bring Rias back safe and sound."

"If she's trapped in the Dimensional Gap, then we have a narrow window time to rescue her before Belial either kills her or possesses her. Your thoughts, Sirzechs?" asked Ajuka, looking to his fellow Satan.

Sighing, Aidan looks at Sirzechs with a slight plea. "Sirzechs, please. You said you would do anything to save Rias. And I am willing to do whatever it takes to save her. And if there is a chance I will be labeled a traitor or even a terrorist, I'll take it, along with whatever punishment you seem fit for this crime of betrayal."

Suddenly, Aidan was surrounded by the rest of his friends as they also bow their heads, with Akeno coming to stand in front of him. "He won't be alone. We owe Rias too much to abandon her now."

"We're fully prepared to sacrifice anything we can to bring her home safely," Kiba said lifting his head.

"Rias took me in when I had no one else and treated me like a little sister," Asia said on the verge of tears. "There's no way I can sit back and do nothing as she suffers."

Koneko was looking up next. "Sirzechs, I remember making a promise the day you put me under your sister's care. I intend to make good on it. I swore I would protect her with my life if needed."

"She gave me a forever home," Gasper said with a serious look in his eyes.

"Rias Gremory gave me a new lease on life," Xenovia finished. "Taking me in when I thought I had lost everything."

Staring at everyone, Aidan smiles slightly before he turns to the stare of Sirzechs. "You heard them, Sirzechs. Just give the word and we'll go save your little sister and our master."

Sirzechs stared at them all, considering their words and looking at them before sighing in defeat, realizing that the conviction they had was indeed strong. Their determination as well. He had not seen something like this since those days of the Second Dark Exile, when all three races were determined to see the Prime Evils captured and sealed away.

"The worst Belial can do is enact another Demon invasion, but with what little resources he has, that may not be possible," Azazel gave a thin-lipped smile. "This is our chance to take him out of the equation once and for all."

Sighing again, Sirzechs looked at the group not as one of the Four Great Satans, but as a son of the Gremory family, an older brother pleading for fellow Devils to save someone dear to him. "Please, save my little sister."

Aidan nods. "I will."

Ajuka then intervenes. "Before you leave, Aidan, there is one thing I want to do. I can adjust your Evil Piece."

"What for?" asked Aidan.

"Your Evil Piece was severely affected by the Prime Evils in your Sacred Gear when you lost control," Ajuka explained. "That would allow them to gain a greater influence over you. The Pawn piece is essentially tainted and will allow them to easily possess you. I can wipe away the taint but not the influence. It should buy you time though to ensure you fight Belial without giving in to their dark temptations."

"Very well," Aidan accepted the offer without hesitation.

He then feels Ajuka's hands over him and gives off an aura of energy, fixing the Evil Piece inside of his body as the Beelzebub Satan works his magic. If this works, then it just might help him in the long run.

Standing outside the destroyed Occult Research Club building were Koneko and Aidan, waiting for a certain other nekomata to come. One that is black and part of the Vali Team; and one that Koneko and Aidan tangled with before.

"You think she will come, Shirone?" asked Aidan.

Comfortable of the nephalem calling her by her real name, Koneko answers while looking around, "If I call for her she'll come. There's no doubt about it."

And speak of the Devil, a familiar purple-like magical gate emerges as the familiar energy signature of a black-haired nekomata comes to their minds.

"Heh, first you warn me to stay away, then you decide to call for me. Somebody's a little indecisive today," Kuroka smirked while looking down on the two.

"Not quite," Koneko said with a slight glare at her sister.

Looking up, Aidan nodded, "I did not come here to settle our previous fight, Kuroka. I come to bargain."

Kuroka seemed a little taken back at that, "What's a nephalem like you want?"

"Besides the pleasure of your company," Aidan said, trying to lighten the mood. "I need to meet with Vali."

Kuroka however stared back like Aidan was crazy. "Surely you can't be serious."

"I'm serious," Aidan nodded. "And don't call me Shirley."

"Ooh, a bit forceful. I like it," Kuroka licks her chops. "I may consider helping you out."

"And in exchange?" asked Aidan.

"Shirone has to come back with me," Kuroka said with a hand on her hip. But Koneko flinched a bit and stared back at her sister. "How is that surprising? I've tried to get her back before, besides what other bargaining chip are you bringing to the negotiation table? They say one good turn deserves another."

"As does one ill will," Aidan said as he places a hand on Koneko's shoulder for reassurance. "Unfortunately for you, Shirone is not an option. She stays where she belongs with her family."

Koneko gives a small smile up at the nephalem, relieved that she will not be used as a bargaining chip.

"And contrary to what you said, I have another bargaining chip which I think may be more interesting to you than your little sister," Aidan said.

"Oh?" Kuroka asked, staring at him curiously.

Aidan then takes a few steps forward to meet the nekomata eye to eye. "You asked me once if you wanted to make children with me. Well, here is your opportunity then. My body for yours in exchange to meet with Vali."

"Senpai, no—" Koneko began to protest but was halted when Aidan held a sharp hand up to cease her voice.

Kuroka was very amused at that offer. And in hindsight, it may be better than having her sister back. If she could not get her sister today, then she could have the nephalem and have sex with him. It certainly was not a bad deal.

Smirking, she gives a small lick to Aidan's lips, which does not surprise the nephalem in any way. "I like it." She then turned around speaking to an empty area. "Feel free to jump on in, Vali."

From behind Kuroka, a magical circle appeared and revealed the other three members; Vali, Bikou, and Arthur.

"You were listening in, weren't you, Vali?" asked Aidan, suspecting that the heir of Lucifer was.

"Heh, it's unsafe for a lady and I to use that term loosely to be unescorted at night," Bikou smirked as he stares at Kuroka.

Frowning, she turned to face the Monkey King and asked, "What are you trying to say, wise guy?"

"That you're quite the strumpet," Bikou teased which caused the nekomata to pout and puff her cheeks.

Aidan ignores them and faces the White Dragon Emperor himself. "Vali. I never thought in my life I would have to make a deal with you and believe me when I say I do not trust you. But I am asking for your help to get into the Dimensional Gap."

"And if I were to refuse your request?" Vali asked with a smirk on his face.

But playing on his overconfidence, Aidan reveals his hand from his deck. "Then I can give Sinestra your location and have her and her Sicarai finish what they started back at the Underworld. And believe me, we both know that she is too powerful for you to battle. You and your Team will not stand a chance against the High Heavens. Against their most powerful champion."

That was a bit of a shocker to the rest of the Team. To have Sinestra be given their location and have her finish the job she started back at the Underworld was either foolhardy or a clever card to play. While it may solve the Vali Team's problem of finding Sinestra and making her pay for her betrayal, her power is still greater than that of even Vali's. And only Aidan is her equal. Still, it would solve a lot of problems for them, especially trying to prevent her crusades of purging the various human settlements.

Vali however tests Aidan further. "The ones involved with the Red and White Dragons never live a decent life, nephalem included. Don't you believe this to be destiny as well?"

Aidan however replies, "You forget, Vali. Nephalem were never meant to exist, so we are outside of fate. And we choose our own."

A smirking Vali then asked, "Then it wouldn't be fate, would it?"

But that is when Aidan smirks back and responds, "No. No, I don't believe so."

Vali grunts in approval. "You're a strong opponent, Aidan. A worthy one in fact. I no doubt wish to fight you but only after you become stronger and defeat my treacherous sister. After all, I do not want to lose my fun in fighting you too early after I take care of Issei."

Aidan chuckles. "You better get in line first."

Vali soon turns over to the blonde of his group. "Arthur."

Walking forward, Arthur Pendragon, descendant of the legendary King Arthur, holds out his right hand and beneath his hand, golden shards of light begin to form a magical circle. Aidan had seen this Holy Sword summoning before, whenever Xenovia calls out to Durandal. But from within, the hilt of a Holy Sword appears as Arthur grabs it.

"The Holy King Sword, Caliburn," Arthur revealed. "Passed down to the heirs with the Pendragon name. It bestows the power to rule and cuts a path through dimensions."

"So, you're willing to take us then?" asked Aidan.

"We'll take you to the Dimensional Gap," Vali said. "However I cannot promise that you'll survive long enough to return."

"Considering how most who go in there die," Bikou said with a smile on his face.

But Aidan was content with that. "I have faced and survived far worse than some void between realms. I fear nothing for I am fear incarnate."

The rest of the Team smirks at that, seeing how strong the nephalem's conviction was. He truly would have been a fine addition to their Team if fate had other plans for him. But not much they could deal with it now.

It took a while for everyone to be gathered, but the ORC members were ready. With Arthur providing the gateway into the Dimensional Gap where Rias and Belial were, this is again going to be something of a one way trip. Rossweisse and Azazel would remain behind, but they are willing to offer support in any way they can. If anything they may be able to monitor the ORC's progress into the Dimensional Gap.

Walking up to the group was Arthur, with his sword Caliburn in hand. "Take a moment to prepare yourselves. This trip is froth with danger."

Aidan smiles a bit and replies, "Not the first time we've heard those words. We're ready when you are."

Nodding, Arthur stabs Caliburn into the ground. The sword begins to glow, creating a bright golden circle underneath the ORC members as a prism-like shield appears around them. Arthur soon lets go of the sword for a moment before pulling it free from the ground. Then he turns around and slices a literal hole in the fabric of reality, opening a gateway into the realm between realms; between, Heaven, the Underworld, and Earth.

The vortex pulls everyone in as they all soon emerge into the Dimensional Gap. It was a strange and bizarre world, an endless empty realm where individuals can be trapped, a prime case being Asia.

According to ancient texts dating back to the Sin War, the Dimensional Gap was called by another name: The Void. The texts described it as being endless darkness, blacker than black and completely empty. It was also said that in the Sin War, Lilith was banished to this place. Twice.

"It's safe to say we've arrived," Koneko said looking around.

Arthur, who was focused on his task of using the power of his sword to expand their safety bubble, only for that sword to vanish later, explained, "Stay within the light. Leave the field and you'll be swallowed by the nothingness. Be aware that this field will remain stable for one hour. Once the time limit is reached, you'll be ejected into our dimension."

A frowning Kiba looked around to view his surroundings. "One hour."

"It's not every long at all," A concerned Gasper said.

Aidan then turns to Arthur and asks, "Arthur, how can we find Rias, or even Belial, here if the Dimensional Gap is an endless, empty realm?"

"It's about conviction," Arthur explained while frowning his eyebrows slightly. "The strength of the Gap can ebb and flow but not for the weak of heart. Make sure to steel your hearts against its forces."

"But what does that mean?" A confused Akeno asked.

"If I were to explain further, then my warning would be meaningless. This is the extent of the help I can offer. Farewell." Arthur soon turns around and walks through a black circle, vanishing from sight.

Now the ORC were all alone, wandering in the empty realm.

"How should we start searching a place where right and left are completely meaningless?" Xenovia asked with a small frown.

"No," Gasper said as he looked around confused. "It's not only left or right. I can't tell what's up or down."

Holding her hands in prayer, Asia looked as confused as everyone else. "Steel our hearts against it? But how? Against what?"

"Not for the weak of heart," Akeno said looking down. "I was just thinking about that warning Arthur gave us before he left."

"So, share," Koneko said staring at her senpai.

"We are in a space where the laws of physics no longer apply. Therefore, distance and direction are meaningless concepts here."

Kiba looked as if he just realized something. "Of course, then maybe—"

"What Kiba?" Gasper asked looking at the knight.

"That Rias will definitely come, no doubt about it," Akeno smiled brightly.

"Our feelings will summon her," Kiba said staring off into the void. "It will give her a way to find us."

Slowly, a black circle appeared within the light of the protection bubble, and out stepped Rias with her Devil wings out and a dangerous red aura surrounding her body.

"There she is," Aidan said in relief.

"Rias, is it really you?" Akeno asked eagerly.

However, Rias didn't answer as she turned to look at the group and gave a dangerous half smile. That was enough for Aidan to be triggered as his relief was short-lived. Something was not right with his beloved, and he figures Belial must have done something to her to make her seem like she was someone else. But the next thing they saw was Rias surrounded by figures in black cloaks, prostrating to the floor and worshipping her like she was some sort of goddess. But that is when the flames erupted behind Rias' view, flames equivalent to that of Hell.

'Something's not right.' Aidan thought. 'Where the hell is Belial?'

"Rias, we found you," Xenovia said with relief.

"Come with us," Gasper begged.

"I'm so glad!" Asia floated past the group and headed towards Rias with a smile.

But Rias seemed to have other ideas. Holding out her hand, the red head summoned a magical circle and sent a blast of her Power of Destruction towards the former nun.

"Look out!" Akeno cried who flew to Asia and pulled her aside, narrowly missing the attack as it shoots out into the void.

"It can't be," Asia stared in shock.

"What, is she some kind of imposter?" Gasper asked with wide eyes?

"Afraid not," Koneko said with a small frown. "It's the real Rias, Gaspy."

"Yes, Koneko's right," Kiba confirmed with the same expression as the Rook. "That's definitely the aura of a Gremory."

"We need to be careful," Aidan said. "She's not herself right now."

That was all but an understatement as the entire team jumped out of the way just as Rias blasts again. Whoever or whatever was happening to her was clearly not of her own doing. No one like her would just fire blasts of her Power of Destruction at her servants on a whim.

"Maybe she's under someone else's control?" Xenovia suggested.

"Someone's control?" asked Gasper, wide eyed and freaked out. "But how?"

Aidan however could only guess as he floats near Rias. "Belial. Whatever he did to her has obviously made her think we are the enemy." Aidan could only watch as his beloved fires another shot of her Power of Destruction, going straight over the nephalem's shoulder.

"Come on!" Akeno said with a small frown. "We need to get to her safety before the field wears off."

Nodding, both Kiba and Xenovia summoned their weapons and floated off to the side to distract Rias. The redhead attempts to blast them but missed as Akeno summons a bolt of lightning to strike at Rias who blocked the Power of Destruction with her magic. Unfortunately, she fell for the trap as Gasper uses his powers to try to freeze time around Rias, as Koneko and Aida fly in to grab her.

However, Gasper's field around Rias dissipates.

"I can't do it," Gasper said in shock. "I can't stop time!'

"Time and space are irrelevant here in the Dimensional Gap," Akeno explained with a frown just as Asia gasps in shock. Rias' body soon began to glow a strange red color and her aura was growing larger and more dangerous. "This is bad. Everyone retreat!"

Left with no other choice, everyone retreats away as a massive explosion of energy is released.

"Everyone alright?" asked Aidan.

"We're fine," Akeno said in shock as she and Asia floated into the range surrounded by the massive white barrier. "What barrier is this?" She then saw what was in Asia's hands.

"Fafnir shrouded us in his protective light," Asia said gratefully as she held a peculiar Artificial Sacred Gear, one of Azazel's making.

"The Downfall Dragon Spear," Aidan gasped. "How did you acquire it?"

"Azazel gave it to me," Asia revealed. "He said he felt I need it just in case."

"That's neat, but what about the light coming from Buchou?" Gasper asked as he pulls himself back together.

"This is the power that gave her the title Crimson-Haired Ruin Princess," Akeno explained. "Up until now, her power and aura whenever she felt a surge of emotions. But this is different, not unlike her encounters with Diablo."

"The opposite's true," Xenovia said.

"Something is keeping her from using her power to its fullest. If her power was at its fullest, there wouldn't be a safe place to hide within this field. We would all be dead." Akeno then turned to look at Aidan with a small frown. "Your Balance Breaker could protect you."

Aidan then calls out to his beloved redhead, "Rias! Please, focus on my voice! Only you can stop what you're doing and come home to us!"

To his hope, Rias' head turns slightly to the direction of her friends.

"I thought so," Koneko saw. "She can still hear us."

"So, what do we do?" asked Xenovia.

Koneko wastes no time following Aidan's lead. "Please, Buchou! Remember us!"

Rias' head soon turns to face fully towards her friends. Her next expression gave pause to what she was doing.

"She's reacting!" Akeno saw in shock.

"You're the one that gave me my new name," Koneko called out, trying to reach to her master. "I won't forget the day as long as I live!"

"I was lost, but you gave me the gift of a new and wonderful life," Asia said holding her hands together with a smile. "I will always appreciate everything you've done for me. You're the best sister I never had."

Rias was still in a paused state, not moving another inch. They had to try harder just to gain her attention.

"If you hadn't come along and found me, I would have walked the earth alone as a pariah. Even worse I might have died on the streets," Gasper said in a pleading tone.

Kiba held up his fist and looked over it. "When I was dying and in pain. When I was consumed with hate, you took me in and saved me twice over."

"You got to wake up!" Xenovia called. "you gave me a new life when I believed everything was lost."

"You have to remember, remember my voice," Akeno said desperately. "My face."

Aidan too caught Rias' gaze with a plea of empathy and desperation. "Remember who you are. You are Rias Gremory, daughter of Zeoticus and Venalana. You are also the love of my life and I cannot bear to live in a world without you in it. Please, Rias. Come back to us!"

As Rias stared at the group, tears began to fall down her face.

"Rias!" Akeno and Aidan said at the same time.

"S-Somnus?" Rias asked catching the nephalem's eye.

"Yes, Rias," He confirmed. "It's me."

But the celebration was short-lived, as a familiar aura erupts from the Dimensional Gap, coating a sickly green surrounding swarmed with botflies and taking the form of a Demon lord all too familiar. Of the one who killed and possessed the body of Loki.

"UNBELIEVABLE!" The demonic and angered voice of Belial shouted.

*FWOOM*

Rias suddenly screams in pain and Aidan was nearly hit by a powerful blast of energy.

"What the hell? Rias!" He cried, but his words fell on deaf ears. For what he saw next, he could only watch helplessly in horror with the others.

The Red Soulstone shard in Rias' heart begins to brighten and burn in her chest, making her continue her screams of pain. Suddenly, in a bright flash of red light, the crimson flames of Hell engulf Rias as she takes on a new form. Her Devil wings spread out as her form suddenly shifts into something of an abomination. The flames soon die down to reveal what had become of the Crimson-Haired Ruined Princess.

As Rias emerges, her new appearance is shown for them to see. Her beautiful body was now tainted, a shell of its former self featuring demonic features worthy of the Burning Hells. She had demonic feet that showed three large toenails. The armor on her legs went up to her knees and showed black veins on parts of her thighs. Her shoulders were covered in demonic skin that acted as pauldrons. Her back had two large and chaotic spikes growing out of it that were covered by her red hair. She also had one long spiky demonic lizard-like tail. On her head were two large horns that were demonic, followed by four smaller ones behind them. Her eyes were filled with red hate as her chest glows with the Red Soulstone shard within her heart. Her outfit was very appealing as she was mostly bare, with only her breasts and her nether regions covered by a black cloth.

And her first words mirrored the terror that lingered within her heart. The same words her mortal enemy spoke long ago.

"Not even death can save you from me."

A shock comes onto all, seeing what had become of Rias. She had now become a Demon, or at least a Devil possessed or corrupted into one. It was as if she gave in to the shard within her heart and embraced her inner rage, her inner darkness. Despite no Demon living within the shard as it was too small for any Demon's soul to live in, it still possessed a tremendous amount of influence and power, enough to corrupt even Rias Gremory herself.

Aidan approaches Rias cautiously but determined to reach to her with his own voice.

"Time after time, the schemes of the Demons have pitted us against each other," Aidan said. "That cycle must end, Rias."

"This time, it will," Rias said, her voice sounding disturbingly demonic, as she enhances herself in her new dark power.

*BAM*

And with a sudden blast of her Power of Destruction, Rias hits Aidan dead on the chest, thrusting him so far back, past everyone else. Luckily for him, he was in the air for so long that he manages to drag his hands and feet across the ground until he comes to a complete stop.

This was a huge shock to all, even Aidan. Never once had he seen Rias attack her just out of nowhere like this. This was never in her nature.

And yet, from what Aidan could guess, it could only mean one thing.

"Your power!" Aidan saw as he stood up. "Who gave you this gift, Rias?"

Rias answered, "You did, Somnus. A gift you granted to me by the soulstone."

Aidan was further shocked, realizing what that power has truly done to her. "You gave in to the shard within your heart. Perverted your own nature!"

"It's a lesson I learned from you, my love," Rias said. "To fight my enemies by any means necessary in order to protect the ones I love."

Aidan gets up on his feet, nearly struggling as Kiba and Xenovia help him up while looking at their master, now possessed by the shard in her heart.

"I'm guessing that trick's new," Xenovia said in shock.

"I-It looks similar to the Juggernaut Drive Aidan was in before," Gasper said.

"The… Prime Evil?" Asia quivered. "How can that be?"

"Her armor…" Koneko commented. "It gives off the same aura that Aidan-senpai's did when he went berserk."

Akeno gasped in realization, realizing that the new form Rias displayed was a manifestation of her fears. Of what would become of her if she ever tapped into the full power of the Burning Hells via the soulstone shard in her chest. A Demon.

The demonically possessed Rias blasts straight past the group, causing them to take evasive maneuvers. Turning around, she fires a blast of her Power of Destruction at Gasper, Koneko, and Asia. Xenovia however reacts in time and blocks with Durandal, but barely.

"There's something different… about that attack," Xenovia commented as she struggles to stand.

"It's the Red Soulstone," Aidan said. "As long as the shard possesses Rias, and has access to Diablo's powers, we are powerless."

Akeno tries desperately to call to her friend. "You have to get a hold of yourself!"

Rias' response was to fire at her next. Akeno blocks it in time, but is subsequently pushed away as Rias' power was much stronger. Luckily, Aidan warps over to her and catches her from behind.

"Akeno, you alright?" asked Aidan.

"Yeah," She nodded before she turns to face her nephalem lover with a look of plea. "Aidan, you need to save Rias. I've been thinking about what Arthur said, about how the Dimensional Gap is greatly affected by our hearts. If that's the case, you're the only one who can bring her back. Please, bring my friend back."

Aidan nods in understanding but was left bitter and upset of having to fight his beloved once again, but with their situations reversed. "I understand. With her having gained full access to the Red Soulstone shard in her chest, I'm the only best chance against her."

Akeno gently touches the nephalem's cheek with a small frown, understanding the pain of what he must do to save her. "Somnus, I want you to understand that this will be painful for you. But you're right. You're the only one that stands a chance against her. Plus, I know she wants you to rescue her."

"You can do it, Aidan," Asia stared at him with tears in her eyes. "Fight to free her."

Smiling slightly, Aidan nods as he slowly makes his way towards Rias, summoning his Sacred Gear in his left hand.

"Don't make me regret this, my love," Aidan muttered as his body is consumed by the dark power of Diablo, making him don on his armor.

"Balance Breaker: Primal Terror Vengeance!"

With his Armiger surrounding him, Aidan charges off towards the possess Rias, who also flew in return at him. Their clash of power results in destroying the energy field protecting everyone. This however forced them faraway from the battle, knowing that there was not much they could do and that it is too dangerous for them to remain in the Dimensional Gap any longer.

"Why is it getting dark?" Xenovia asked while looking around.

Akeno says in shock, "The field's down."

"It's from the power of their attacks," Kiba looked around in shock too. "Looks like they disrupted the stability of the rift."

A black hole suddenly appeared beneath Asia and began to suck her in like a strong vacuum. She screams for help as Xenovia quickly reaches and grabs her, also pulling her in. Everyone else was also pulled in as well.

"It's not over…" Akeno said as she watched the battle between Rias and Aidan while also being pulled in. "Bring her home, Somnus."

With the ORC back in the world of the living, the battle between Rias Gremory and Aidan Kain roars, a duel between master and servant. Yet of all eyes watching this event, one with heterochromia eyes watches in interest, smiling in the dark as her prize draws near.

She chuckles at the outcome, knowing what to expect.
