I - Enter, Takahashi Keitaro!

Life often presents us with unexpected moments. Times of great change that alter our lives exponentially and whether it be for the better or worse, new circumstances are almost always guaranteed. Keitaro Takahashi had always considered himself as someone who avoided these astronomical changes for the most part. He was quiet and didn't like to draw any attention upon himself, preferring to keep his head in books, learning about the world and the different things it offered. However, Keitaro was about to learn in the harshest way that change, change could affect anyone.

'And so another adventure begins', Keitaro Takahashi thought as he descended through the air and landed on the ground at the lower level of the hill. Just typical. His first day in a new school and he was going to be late. Trying his best to push all of his strength into his legs, the young man shot across the pass beneath the bridge as fast as he could, then he ascended the bank once more and kept pelting down the sidewalk.

"Oh man," he said vocally, "I really hope I make it."

"Hey watch it, kid!"

"Whoa, whoa!"

Keitaro's foot rolled, then an arm extended and clutched around his upper shoulder, preventing him from falling any futher, "Are you alright?" the man asked, steadying the younger male's stance before retracting his hand.

"Y-yeah, thank you."

Keitaro looked up to witness perhaps, in his opinion, the strangest person might ever witness. Not only was he much taller than Keitaro had ever seen before but he also had the weirdest combination of hair color he thought that he ever might've witnessed. The way the black and gold seemed to mix together so naturally in such a way it'd took awful on anyone else seemed to work for this guy.

"Well then, I'd better get on. Good day. Don't crash into anyone else, kid. It mightn't go so well next time."

"I'll keep that in mind, thanks again!"

The two then made their separate paths known, returning to the original directions they were walking before their untimely collision. The blond-tipped black-haired man seemingly wore a smirk on his face and a single nod is given.

'So, he's the one? When I was told the Creation Dragon had moved here I didn't entirely believe it and judging by that boy's reaction he has no idea of me, or even his own place in the world. I must keep an eye on him, to make sure that the other factions don't get their hands on that power.'

Keitaro shrugged off the eerie feeling that he'd gotten before and kicked up his pace a little bit. If he wasn't late before then he definitely was now. Though he doubted the school being exceptionally considerate he could always put it down to being in a new place and getting lost. Right? Well, it was the best he had so there was little choice but to go with it.

He turned one final corner and no small amount of relief washed over the young man's face, his bright eyes taking in the sight infront of him, "Kuoh Academy," he murmured, "So this is the place I'm going to be attending school from now on?"

Changing schools had been somewhat of a regular occurrence for Keitaro, his family's business endeavours had dragged them all across the world. However, much to Keitaro's surprise, right around the time his first year of High School was due to begin his father announced that they would be returning to the home office in Japan, as his father wanted to be closer to his own parents as they grew older feeling a responsibility towards taking care of them. This meant that for the rest of his schooling Keitaro would be attending the same school. For someone who'd moved around so much, it was a strange thought.

"Hey ...you just going to stand in front of the gate like an idiot? You'll be late. Not only that, you're kinda blocking the gate and preventing anyone else from going in as well."

Keitaro's head lifted from his thought and he turned slightly, his eyes falling upon another individual about a head taller than him. The young man opposite him had brown hair and eyes wearing what Keitaro recognized as the Kuoh Academy boys' uniform..though, like Keitaro, this boy had chosen some slight modifications to his uniform. The blazer was opened up completely with a red shirt underneath and instead of the common school shoes, this boy had trainers on.

"Not usual to see someone dressing a little different from the norm," the second boy said, pointing out Keitaro's own unbuttoned blazer and golden shirt underneath, "You new here?"

"Yeah," was the light response, "Keitaro Takahashi. First Year. I just transferred."

"Well, nice to meetcha Keitaro, I'm Issei Hyodou. I can show you where the faculty office is to get ya started if you want?"

Keitaro smiled appreciatively, nodding his head, "I'd like that a lot. Given that it's my first day and all, I was extremely worried that I was going to end up..."

"Having the nightmarish and horrible thoughts in your head becoming a reality?"

"Something like that."

"How odd."

On a rooftop on the other side of the street, a figure dressed entirely in black watched the conversation of the two boys with a mild sense of interest present on his face. The figure had long, obsidian hair and almost enthralling pools of emerald. A soft tap to the ground revealed the presence of the eagle-head cane in the man's grip, yet he didn't seem to need it for assistance in movement.

"The Boosted Dragon and The Creation Dragon in one space. I didn't expect they'd both cross paths so soon. All before the Vanishing Dragon and The Destruction Dragon have made their appearances as well. I do believe this shall turn out to be quite the interesting turn of events, don't you, Michael?"

The dark-haired man smirks at the sound of a sigh behind him but makes no indication that he's going to move, but he does continue with what he's saying, "This is the first time in several centuries that all four of the dragon Emperors have been active at the same time. I do think it shall prove to be a most interesting turn of events, don't you?"

"How many times must I warn you against coming directly into devil territory, Zaphkiel? Your curiosity is going to be the death of us all one day, mark my words."

"And yet," the individual now revealed to be Zaphkiel spoke, "You're here as well. So you cannot deny yourself the slightest bit curious as well. Hyodou Issei ended up in a position of being loyal to the devils, but where will the other three place their faith?"

"You think the devils aware of who that boy is then?"

Zaphkiel allowed a laugh to roll of his lips and finally, his head slowly turned to face the figure behind him, "If they weren't, why was he such a last minute transfer. Your lack of research on these matters is rather disappointing big brother. Must I do everything? We do have one advantage that buys us a little time when it comes to the Creation Emperor. The devils may have a tiny indication of who he is but I highly doubt a boy who has spent his entire life being raised as a normal human has any clue of what he is truly capable of."

"We mustn't allow the devils to get their hands on another dragon."

"It would be unwise, yes," Zaphkiel agreed, "But at the same time, wouldn't it be rather interesting? I find myself curious to see what sort of power this creation dragon possesses. Yet, with him in devil territory we'll have to be careful about how we approach recruiting him. If that is your desire big brother."

"It was initially my desire, but by my last check the Destruction Dragon has not yet been found by the devils and I may have a lead as to his location. If the Creation Dragon is currently out of our reach then perhaps we should follow another path instead."

"Yes, quite right. I can see why father deemed to leave you in charge. I have my own lead to follow when it comes to extraordinary individuals, one that I must follow with haste." A dark chuckle escaped his lips and then the figure vanished in a whirl of shadow, leaving only a single Ace of Spades card behind in his wake.

Michael sighed.

Zaphkiel had always been a bit of a loose cannon that was a certainty, but lately he'd been ramping up his efforts and the eldest of the Archangels doubted that this was going to be good for the already growing tensions between the three factions. Yes, he was curious about the appearance of the Creation Dragon too, but Zaphkiel seemed to have this bad habit of going where he was not welcome on a more regular basis. Michael felt apprehensive about his younger brother's supposed lead but he would let it play out for now, as much as it already felt like a bad decision.

x-x-x-x

"We're going to be welcoming a new student today class. He's recently had to transfer here."

"Hello, My name is Keitaro Takahashi. It's nice to meet you all."

Keitaro could feel the eyes of the entire room on him, did they not often get transfers or something? That seemed weird, but then again, he'd heard rumors of this being an all-girls' school until recently so maybe that had something to do with it. Shrugging his shoulders and deciding to ignore the stares, he glanced around the room in search of a vacant spot to sit. Thankfully, he'd spotted on right underneath the window which he quickly made a beeline toward it in the hopes of getting away from the strange looks. Truthfully, that could've gone a lot worse and he was thankful that it hadn't. He felt several pairs of eyes on him, but he tried his best to ignore them. Being the new kid was enough to draw one's attention to him he thought so there was probably nothing to worry about. It's not like he could have an issue with someone already. Well, in terms of the students at least. For the most part though he'd managed to avoid issue with the faculty too. Luckily, the receptionist who was leading him to his class had been understanding about being new to the area and getting a little lost on the way here.

Keitaro pulled his notebook from his bag along with a pen and looked back to the board ready to begin the lesson ahead. Though the content of the lesson was what one might expect, all throughout the class, he could still feel those same eyes on him and despite that most had began focusing on their own work, he knew that at least one person was keeping a consistent eye on him. What the heck's going on? Should he risk looking to see who was watching him? Deciding to chance it, he glances over to the source of the gaze, finding a petite girl with white hair and gold eyes. The front of her hair has two long bangs going past her shoulders and several loose bangs hanging over her forehead, while the back has a short bob cut. She also wears a black cat-shaped hair clip on both sides of her hair.

Why was the girl so intent on looking at him? Did he have something on his face? He was sure that if he did, the boy he'd met outside the front of the school earlier would've mentioned it but that didn't seem to be the case, so then, why? For some reason Keitaro could already tell that he wouldn't be discovering the truth any time soon. Keitaro tried to revert his focus to the work he was doing. Like he kept trying to tell himself, there was no use worrying about such things right now. The lesson content itself was fairly straight-forward and he was able to put his concentration into it. Soon enough his worries about the mysterious girl were put to the back of his mind. The rest of the school day passed without much of anything out of the ordinary occuring and soon enough Keitaro was making his way out of the gate, heading out onto the pathway that led away from the school.

"What did you think?"

"He seemed suspicious of being watched."

"Do you think he knows?"

"It's difficult to guess, President, but judging by hs demeanor I would say that he's clueless. If he is the person you anticipate him to be."

The red-haired woman sighed. So, there was still no confirming her suspicions here. She could tell that there was something about that boy she just couldn't place her finger on it. She stood from her desk and slowly approached the window, her mind on just who this boy might be. Could he really be the possessor of another strong sacred gear? That was her theory and yet, all the evidence seemed to point towards him being a normal high-school student so far.

"I met the kid on the way to his first class, seemed ordinary enough to me," Issei said from the other side of the room, "A bit shy if nothing else. I didn't sense anything out of the ordinary. Maybe you're reading too much into this Rias."

Iseei was stood against the wall of the far side of the room, his arms folded against his chest and his head was tilted towards the President. Near him, a blond boy of roughly the same height as Issei was standing in a similar pose, except his hands had been shoved into the pockets of his uniform trousers.

"It seems a little early to count out the President's theory just yet, Issei. He's just started attending Kuoh after all and most people are 'shy' on their first day. It's really too early to play the hand just yet. I'd say we'll need more information before we act."

"Continue to watch him for now, Koneko."

"Got it."

End Chapter.

I apologize for the short length, just wanted to get this ball rolling and to see if I still had the desire to try my hand at a different version of my Creation Dragon and Destruction Dragon Premise. Next chapter will be longer. This fic will be an OP Non Perverted Issei and OP OC centric fic. Both will also have harems (members undecided). See you next time!
