Droplets of water cascaded onto the pavement in a rippled pattern. Seth fell to the ground into a crumpled mess-now drenched. His lack luster brown eyes were weary and tired. While his tux became nasty and tinged. He stared to the sky and noticed it's empty and loveless blue. Which looked back onto him in rejection.

As his frumpy form lay huddled on the pavement, before his apartment steps. An epiphany with tragic realization. This was raw accumulation of hard work and time. This was now "adulting" and he loathed it.

(A/N: This was written back in 2013, wanted to write something about Seth in his early life after leaving his parent's home and having his first apartment. Not as good as I thought it would be. Thank you for all the support.)
