This shit is getting weirder and weirder by the day.

First, I spend my entire life in a fucking void, only to be deus ex-machina'ed by a purple unicorn, who then asks me to kill the woman who turned me into a god, after discovering the power of friendship and forgiveness. I FINALLY deal with all of that, after resetting the universe and reconciling with the pony who made me a god, and I go home to try and get some well-deserved Rest and Relaxation. Celestia tells me some weird Professor wants to talk to me about something important, and then I meet him and I sense the exact same temporal energy as my own. I wonder what will happen next.

"Professor Paradox, you say? Why are you here, and why do I sense immense power from you. Are you with The Foundation as well?" I ask hesitantly. I can't take any more chances. I am fed up now.

"No, dear Nathan, I am not with that decrepit Foundation that mauled and experimented on you. I am here for a different reason, one which will cause you no harm. I promise." The professor says with a smile.

"Okay, so why are you here?" I ask him. "I really don't have any energy for bullshit, so this must be extremely important." I think to myself. Honestly. I just want to sleep. I haven't slept well in millennia.

"Well, you see, we both share the same gift, so to speak. Time and space are our playthings, and we must take extremely good care of the fabric of time on behalf of the universe's denizens. There is a being much more powerful than anything you have faced before, more than even Nightmare Moon. This being wants to rewrite the laws of the universe, and we cannot allow it to happen." The professor says solemnly.

"Hold on, another time god? Why can't the universe leave my boy alone!" My mother says in a state of agony.

"I am sorry, Shoshana, but we do not want it to be this way. We can merely interact with time, not alter it, unless absolutely necessary. Besides, I believe your boy is a man now, who can make his own decisions, is he not?" Paradox says, shutting up my mother for a minute.

"So, who is this guy that is more powerful than Luna. Can I take him on?" I ask the professor.

"I believe you might need some help. Thankfully, I know just the people. Come along now, we must go to Bellwood, California at once." The professor opens a portal to Bellwood, and motions for me to come along with him. I nod to my mother, and I go through the portal.

"So who exactly are we going to meet? Anyone important?" I ask the professor. The professor doesn't say anything, and continues to walk until we reach a parking lot with a white and red RV with a tire on it. The door of the van opens, and an older, plump man with a Hawaiian shirt walks out. "Hello, Professor, is this the man you wouldn't shut up about yesterday?" He asks puzzlingly. "Yes, Mr. Tennyson, this is the lad. His name is Nathan Smith, and he is from New York. Fill him in on the situation, please, I must be off now." The professor opens a portal and walks through, leaving the two of us standing in the parking lot by ourselves.

"You look no older than my grandson Ben. What, are you 17, 18 years old?" The man asks me.

Am I supposed to tell him that I am an ageless god, incapable of aging, or that I am 18 years old.?

"I am 18 years old, yes." I replied. "I am Nathan, nice to meet you." I say as I let out my hand to shake. The man, who I assume to be Mr. Tennyson, shakes my hand. He has a powerful grip. His power level is normal for a human, but I sense something off about him. I am not sure what it is, exactly.

"I am Max Tennyson, the pleasure is mine."

He says as he motions for me to come into the RV. I oblige, and enter. This RV has something weird about it, but I don't know what it is exactly.

"Looking around the Rust Bucket, are you? I have travelled the entire North American continent in this thing. She is quite durable, no?" He asks me like he already knows the answer. I have no time for games, but I entertain him. It is not nice to be rude to older people. "I am looking around. Road trips are nice." I say, never having been on one myself, but trying to make idle conversation.

I get straight to business. "So who are you exactly, and why does this Paradox guy want me to help you?" I ask Max. "Well, I might not look like it, but I am part of an intergalactic organization called the Plumbers. We make sure that the universe is safe for all. Recently, we have detected odd energy readings from Galvan Prime, which has worried us. Professor Paradox told me that these readings are not a good sign for the universe, and we must investigate them immediately." Max tells me.

"So, what does any of this have to do with me?" I ask him.

"Well, these energy signals match the ones emitted from The Foundation here on Earth." Max replied. I gasp. I thought The Foundation was disbanded? Are aliens making hybrids of their own? I can't stand for this, not after what happened to me and hundreds of other children around the world.

Max looks puzzled. "How do you know about The Foundation?" Max asks me. Should I give him the long version or the short version? I mean, I know he knows about aliens, so he is not completely stupid, but does he know about Project Eclipse, or Equestria, or any of this? I have to tell him, my safety could be at risk.

"I was a Hybrid there back in 2005….I don't want to talk much about it."

This only made Mr. Tennyson more interested in what I had to say. "Go on, I have heard stranger things before. My grandson has a watch called the Omnitrix which allows him to turn into aliens. I think a Foundation story won't be too much for old me to handle." He says laughing.

A watch that turns you into an alien? I'll ask him more about that later.

"Anyways, back in the 1970s, a member of an alien race of equines was exiled to Earth's moon, and she wanted to exact revenge on her sister, who was the goddess of the sun. The only way for her to defeat her was to create an ultimate weapon of sorts, since she was not powerful enough to defeat her on her own. It took her thousands of attempts, but she finally succeeded...with me." I said as I turned into my dragon form. Max's plumber badge began beeping like crazy. It must have caught my power level.

"Damn beeper thinks anything with a high power level is a threat. Sorry about that. continue" He says, eager to hear what I have to say.

I project a bit of magic onto the wall of the van, trying to explain 4 dimensions to Mr. Tennyson. "The way she wanted to defeat her sister was to harness the 4th dimension into a corporeal vessel. Her race was unable to handle this amount of energy, but ours could. She channeled temporal energy into my body, and I was sent to a Void for an eternity, where I was floating aimlessly in the vacuum of space. I was saved by a member of that same equine race, who helped me find and defeat this monster."

Max laughed: "this sounds like a regular Tuesday at work for me. I am sorry you had to go through this. Are you using manna, by any chance?" Max asks me, noticing I was using magic to explain time to him.

"No, 4th-dimensional energy is it's own class of magical energy, think of it more like a neutron star than manna." I tell him. How does he know about manna? How much does he know?

"My granddaughter, Gwen, is a gifted mage who used manna prodigiously." Max says proudly. Hold on, there are mages here on Earth? Since when?

"I thought the human body couldn't handle manna? It caused corruption and insanity." I asked Max.

Max didn't answer that question. He didn't want to share that he mated with an Anodite being of pure energy in his youth, which is why his granddaughter could harness manna.

"Well, now it makes sense that Paradox found you. You must be a pulsating mass of temporal energy like him!" Max exclaimed as I changed back into a human, since I noticed that two teenagers around my own age were approaching the RV.

"Grandpa, we bought smoothies!" Said a young woman with red hair and glasses. Her power level was through the roof. She must be the mage.

"Well, if it isn't Gwen. Lovely to see you today. Let your cousin into the van, you're blocking the way." Gwen moved over, letting her cousin into the van. He wore a green sweater with a "10" on it, and was drinking an extra large smoothie with one hand, and holding a tray of three others with his other hand. I looked over to his wrist, and I saw a green watch with an hourglass symbol on it.

"Hi grandpa Max, who is this kid?" The young man asks his grandfather.

"Professor Paradox found him in New York, Ben. He is coming with us to Galvan Prime today. Apparently this is something about his past."

Ooh, I am going to space. I love going to space. I hope I don't die today...
