We arrive back in Canterlot, and Luna leaves to go do her own thing. Maybe she feels bad about more hybrids being made? I don't know, but this is not an issue of her concern, in my opinion. As a general safety precaution, I check to see if anyone in my vicinity has an abnormally high power level, and everything seems nominal. That's a good sign.
"Okay, what are we supposed to do now?" Twilight asks me. I look at Twilight's future, and I see that she actually does become a god in a few years. I can't tell her, lest it doesn't happen. Anyways, I got distracted, back to answering her question.
"Ummm, I know your library at home doesn't have any manuscripts about Galvan technology, and I think you gave me everything Celestia had, so I am out of ideas, to be completely honest." I replied. I teleport both of us back to Ponyville. Maybe someone there knows something about Galvan technology and hybrids?
I should have stayed in Canterlot. Pinkie Pie saw me and threw a "Welcome Back" party. Goddammit.
"OMYGOSH HI, KRONOS. I MISSED YOU. LET'S HAVE A PARTY!!!" Pinkie Pie said with extant jubilation. I pause time, and walk past her, eager to see if anyone else has any clues about Foundation tech.
"You really think pausing time would stop me from throwing a party?" Pinkie Pie said, as she resumed the flow of time, continuing the party.
That's right, Pinkie Pie can break physics if it can achieve her goals. In a way, she is more powerful than me, since even with time manipulation, I can only go backwards and forwards in time, not alter the very laws the universe runs by.
"PINKIE PIE, NOT NOW!!! I HAVE IMPORTANT SHIT TO DO!" I say as I let a small amount of my energy flow around my body. Twilight nods in agreement.
"What could be more important than having a good time?" Pinkie Pie says, completely oblivious of the current situation.
"Umm, maybe finding out if some crazy alien is trying to make more hybrids and is determined to control the universe? I think that is quite important." Twilight says with scorn. Pinkie Pie realizes that this IS more important than a party, because she knows that Kronos gets quite angry about experimenting on children. She loads up her party cannon and fires herself into the abyss.
"Well, that was weird, to say the least." I comment to Twilight, who just sighs. I guess she is more used to these kinds of antics than I am?
"If anyone is properly equipped with knowledge about genetics and experimentation, I would actually ask Fluttershy. She spends so much time with animals that she is sure to know a thing or two about gene splicing. Besides, Luna doesn't want to help. I can see why." Twilight says.
"If Fluttershy is the person we need to talk to, then let's go find her." I reply, taking off to the waterfall where she usually hangs out. Twilight follows me, and I see a ship over the horizon, landing in an open field. That must be the Tennysons, so we have a little detour now. I land in the field, with Twilight landing next to me.
"Well, well, this is a fancy planet." Kevin says sarcastically as he disembarks from the ship. He is not amused by all of this pony stuff. He wonders why he was even asked to come in the first place.
"Random question, Gwen, has your magic increased at all since landing on Equestria? I know you aren't a unicorn, but you use magic, and Equestria's magic is much stronger than Earth's." Twilight asks Gwen as she also disembarks the ship.
Gwen takes a minute to see if her manna reacts strongly to the planet. It pulsates around her body with much more force than it would on Earth, and if Gwen was not a trained mage, would have harmed her. "My word, the manna on this planet is insane. Thank goodness Charmcaster isn't here. I can only imagine what would happen to her here." Gwen thinks to herself. Anyways, now was not the time to reminisce about the past.
"Well, who are we waiting for?" Ben asks, wondering why they had to land on this planet in the first place, instead of kicking alien butt, in the typical Tennyson fashion.
A yellow pegasus lands next to the ship, and sighs. "I think you were waiting for me. Celestia sent me, since I know about animals and stuff." Fluttershy says, a bit nervous and concerned about the new Earthling visitors to the planet. Overall, Futtershy has actually taken the new Earthling visitors to Equestria as a positive sign, teaching children about kindness, and even flying with the little ones. It makes her happy.
"Um...Twilight, what exactly did you want to know about genetics?" Fluttershy asks the alicorn. To be completely honest, I wasn't sure how much Fluttershy would know about genetics, since I have never discussed any of this with her, but I am willing to give her a chance.
"Well, I don't know much about genetics, but I know that in order to activate hybrid DNA, you need to be exposed to serious levels of adrenaline. For example, I met some of the pegasi hybrids, and they all told me that their flying activated only when thrown out of airplanes or helicopters, falling to their presumed deaths…" Fluttershy shuddered at the thought of those poor children being tortured by Luna.
"Adrenaline, huh? So what kind of exposure will Albedo's hybrids need to be exposed to?" Ben asks her.
"I don't know about Galvan Prime, but I do know that if this Albedo creep wants to use Equestrian DNA, he will either have to expose the children to magic, or certain death. If you can prevent this from happening, you will stop him from making his hybrid army. As for your green watch thingy, I would ask Azimuth." Fluttershy replies.
"Well, that is helpful. I still wonder if Azimuth wants to recreate me? I mean, Luna herself says that I was her ultimate creation and weapon?" I ask anyone who is willing to listen. Professor Paradox probably knows the answer to this question, but I have to play it by ear.
"Probably" Said Twilight, who was worried at the thought of another Kronos, especially one with no moral compass.
"Well, now we know what to look for on Galvan Prime, is there anything else we need to do here on this stupid planet before we go?" Kevin asks.
"Uh, yeah doofus, you have to wait for me. I am coming!" Said Rainbow Dash, who landed quickly next to the ship. "I promised Kronos I wouldn't screw up this time, and I can actually do stuff now. I mean, I can counter!" She said proudly. I wonder who taught her how to do that? Maybe the unicorn variant of me?
"Okay, we have another pony on this trip, this day man, this day." Kevin says to himself, careful not to get kicked around this time.
The Tennysons (and Kevin) get back on their ship, and Twilight and I teleport the three of us back to Galvan Prime. Let's see where this goes from here...
