Roman hadn't mentioned anything about the wedding and how he was going to fix the problem for a couple of days. When Friday morning rolled around, Winona assumed he was leaving to go to SmackDown. Instead he smiled at her secretly as he came walking out of the bedroom with two suitcases.
"Get your cute ass in the car," he said. "We're leaving."
"Where are we going?" She asked.
"Weekend trip to Las Vegas. Vince let me take this week off," he said.
"And what will be be doing in Las Vegas?" She asked.
"You know, the usual," he smirked. "Visiting Dean and Renee, maybe gambling, having fun, getting married, watching a show somewhere."
He walked past her and towards the front door.
"Roman Reigns, you stop right this second!" She demanded.
He stopped and turned around with a smile on his face.
"What is it, chipmunk?" He asked innocently.
"You know damn well what it is," she said. "Mind repeating again what we're doing there? I'm looking for one specific thing you said."
"Visiting Dean and Renee?" He asked.
"No, it was further ahead," she answered.
"Watching a show?" He asked.
"Right before that," she answered.
"Oh," he grinned. "Getting married."
He put the suitcases down and walked over to her. He wrapped an arm around her waist and placed his other hand on her cheek. He pushed some hair out of the way and smiled at her.
"They're never gonna let us have our way so let's just fucking elope. I already set up everything. We got a chapel waiting for us at 5 PM. Dean and Renee will be our witnesses. We'll go out for dinner afterwards," he said.
"You really wanna do this for me?" She asked.
"For us," he corrected her. "I don't want a big, fancy wedding either. You know this. I just want you. We always said we wanted a small wedding, so let's keep it pretty fucking small."
"I love you," she smiled.
"I love you too," he smiled back. "Oh, and I went and bought that dress you showed me."
"You did not," her eyes widened.
"Of course I did," he chuckled.
He pulled her over to the suitcase and unzipped it. Her dress was on top next to a white shirt with gold embroidery.
"We're gonna match? That's so sweet," she said.
"I saw it in a window on my way through town and figured it was perfect," he said.
"It is," she said. "And so are you. Thank you so much. Let's fucking elope, Roman. Let's do it."
"Thank fuck you're on board. I already called both of our moms and left voice mails on their phones about this plan. I suggest you turn your phone off so they won't be able to get a hold of you until after we're married," he said.
"You told them?" She asked.
"Of course," he grinned. "I wanted to tell them fuck off. In nicer words, of course. I wanted them to know we were done dancing after their fiddle. And to be honest, I wanted to rub it in too that they didn't win this round."
She started grinning and then laughing.
"You're amazing," she said.
"So are you," he laughed too. "Okay, let's go. We got a plane to catch."
Dean looked over at Roman and grinned at his now married brother in arms. They were sitting in a restaurant. Roman and Winona had gotten married, and now they were treating all four of them to a nice meal. Roman and Winona had just told Dean and Renee everything leading up to them eloping.
"That's some story," Dean said. "I dig it. You know I do."
"You always love it when someone gets one over someone else," Renee said.
"True," Dean said. "And you, Winona. You are fucking gold for my boy here. You two together are the perfect fit. I'm happy I got to take part of this wedding."
"What will your parents say?" Renee asked.
"I don't give a fuck," Roman chuckled. "They can bitch all they want. We're married now. We never asked them to pay for anything. That's their headache to deal with."
"We're keeping our phones off the entire weekend though. Let them go crazy back at home," Winona said. "Thank you for being part of our wedding."
"Of course. And that dress is stunning. I want to borrow it one day," Renee said.
"It was my dream dress. Roman made sure I got it," Winona said.
Roman placed an arm around Winona's shoulders and leaned down to place a kiss on top of her head.
"You look beautiful," Roman said.
"So do you," Winona said.
"They're gonna fuck in our guest room, aren't they?" Dean asked.
"Of course. They're newlyweds. Don't worry, you won't be able to hear them," Renee said.
"I didn't say I don't approve," Dean smirked. "And maybe I wanna hear them. It might spice up our own sex life. We can even have a moaning contest."
Roman kicked Dean under the table. Dean let out a whine and then kicked back.
"What the fuck are you kicking me for?" Roman asked.
"You kicked me first," Dean said.
"Because you were being childish," Roman said.
"I'm horny," Dean said. "There's a difference."
"Stop!" Renee laughed.
Renee shook her head and looked over at Winona.
"How about we put these two in the guest room and share the bedroom instead?" Renee said.
"I'm down," Winona laughed.
"Hey!" Roman protested.
Roman pulled Winona closer up against him.
"This is my wife and I'm not sharing her with anyone," Roman winked at Renee. "We'll try to keep it down tonight."
