Iris's POV

"Damn it" I growled as we watched Kimeramon unleash it's fury upon a town where many digimon lived. "Kimeramon needs to be stopped and soon"

"Agreed" Isaac voiced in. "Trust me sis I'm just as angry as you are"

Cody looked around deep in thought. He then noticed a pipeline behind us and after exchanging a few emails with Izzy was a plan to slow down Ken's base formed. It wasn't long until a red inferno surrounded the base and this indeed slowed it down.

I got onto Kiba who was currently QueenXenomorphmon and when the base appeared below all of us stealthy sneak inside. We walked through a cavern like hallway until we came to what appeared to the the center of the base. We all climbed off of our digimon to get a better look.

"Oi we got company!" Demi announced as a door close by opened revealing Bakemon with Dark Rings on them. Each of our digimon dealt with the Bakemon except for Demi. He wanted to save his strength in case he needed to digivolve.

The attacks broke the Dark Rings on the Bakemon and I advised they flee. Thankfully they listened and we ventured through the door the ghost digimon came out of. The base was like a damn maze which gave me a headache. Upon arriving in one room did the ceiling above start to crack and I swore. When the ceiling gave way did Kimeramon enter the room.

Demi was quick to digivolve all the way to his ultimate level. Kimeramon roared at us and more Bakemon surrounded him.

"This isn't going to get pretty all of you should take cover" Kiba advised.

"It's going to take all of us to try and bring this ugly thing down" Demi added.

The other digimon agreed and we all were quick to take cover.

Again all of the digimon attacked the Bakemon first and once the ghost digimon were freed from the Dark Rings did they get the hell out of dodge. Kimeramon released his attack which sent away most of the digimon. Demi was about to use his Crimson Lightning when he was smacked away by one of Kimeramon's arms.

The vampire hit the wall and fell next to his sister. Our digimon recovered quickly and they each attacked Kimeramon with their techniques but again it made no difference. Kimeramon roared in anger before using his blast attack and this time each of our digimon got hit. Due to being weakened all of the digimon reverted to their minor forms. Hell even Demi reverted back to his rookie form.

Kimeramon suddenly stopped and we used that moment to get the tired digimon and flee. We all found a decent place to stop and rest and T.K. thought it was a good idea to leave.

"You wanna leave?!" Davis demanded not believing his ears.

"Our plan didn't work because our digimon weren't strong enough" T.K. answered.

Kari, Yolei, Isaac, and Cody agreed.

"Well I'm not just going to throw in the towel!" Davis snapped. "I'm going to that engine room!"

"Count me in" I replied to Davis.

"You sure sis?" Isaac asked

I shot my cousin a smirk.

"Alright but be careful" Kari stated.

"We will Kari" Davis promised. He then turned to me. "Ready Iris?"

"Let's go Goggle Head"

The two of us ran over to a chain and I let Davis use it to lower himself first before I followed. He and I landed on the platform outside of the engine room. Wormmon suddenly jumped in front of us and then turned around saying.

"This way"

"Huh? What's going on?"

"He's helping us" I answered Davis.

"Yes princess I am" Wormmon confirmed. "I'm only asking if you can help my master in return"

Demi and Kiba flew out of my arms as I walked past Davis and towards the insect rookie. I bent down to his level and placed a hand on top of his head. This was all Wormmon needed and after I stood back up did he lead us the way to the engine room. Upon entering the engine room a large amount of energy was felt. It came from a black object which stood in the center of area on a pedestal.

The object was a power source for the base. As we got closer the black object suddenly began to levitate and the power turned off. Suddenly golden light shot out of the object and suddenly both Demidevimon twins digivolved all the way to ultimate.

"Holy crap Kiba your LadyMyotismon again!" I exclaimed.

"It would seem so" my partner agreed. She looked to her brother and he smirked in return. DemiVeemon also digivolved to Veemon. The golden light intensified until the whole engine room was destroyed.

"Davis this is the golden radiance" I informed him as the Digi Egg floated to Davis and stopped in his hands.

"Golden Armor Energize!"

I watched in awe as Veemon transformed into Magnamon.
