Iris starts her bond with BlackWarGreymon. However she still needs to be careful around him.

Iris's POV

"Are you sure you want to see him?" Kiba asked me.

My partner and I were close to where BlackWarGreymon currently was. Kiba was in her ultimate form in case I needed her if BlackWarGreymon became a threat.

"Yes" I answered. "I know he was made from darkness but I won't give up on him ever"

Kiba chuckled before saying.

"You are always an optimist"

The vampire then took me where I needed to go before she dissappeared. It didn't take long to find my second partner who was currently dealing with a herd of Mammothmon. On a cliff above was spider bitch and her boyfriend. I watched as the herd of Mammothmon charged at the mega and BlackWarGreymon endured no damage. In fact a row of the Control Spired made digimon were deleted.

BlackWarGreymon easily dispatched more of his opponents with ease. Then he stopped and turned n my direction.

"Well look who it is!" Arukenimon sneered. "Princess Iris are you here to meet your demise?"

"F**k you!" I replied giving Arukenimon the bird. "If I were you I would worry about your car last I heard bats were causing the tires to go flat!"

Both Mummymon and Arukenimon paled before hauling ass so they could save their car. Demi actually was using his bats to make the tires go flat. Suddenly BlackWarGreymon got in front of me and he destroyed another Mammothmon who had tried to charge at me. He then eliminated the rest of them before turning his attention back to me.

"Iris" BlackWarGreymon greeted.

Again I made sure the mega wouldn't hurt me before finally walking up to him.

"Hey" I replied.

"I was hoping to see you again" the mega continued.

"Arukenimon was mocking you wasn't she?"

"Like I would pay any attention to her words" my second partner spat. "She may have created me but she is not my master"

"Your damn right she isn't neither am I"

I walked even closer to the mega and I placed both of my hands into his claws.

"I promised I would never give up on you until you became my partner"

Before BlackWarGreymon could answer he suddenly pushed me beneath him just as another Mammothmon attacked. I watched as the mega dealt with being stomped on by the raging Mammothmon.

"I won't let any harm come to you" BlackWarGreymon vowed before roaring. He then unleashed his Terra Destroyer and I watched in amazement as the attack finished off the remaining Mammothmon.

"Holy crap" I said still shocked at BlackWarGreymon's power.

"Are you hurt?" my second partner questioned.

"No I'm fine but you look a little banged up"

The mega was only bruised thankfully.

"You and I are different creatures" BlackWarGreymon changed the subject. "You are the princess meant to bring peace to the Digital World while I am the most powerful digimon in both worlds, you are alive and I am artificial, you have real feelings and emotions while I only imagine them, but I don't imagine the pain and loneliness in my heart"

I heard the sadness in his voice and it broke my own heart hearing him suffer. I did the only thing I could do and that was simply hugging him. The mega let me comfort him.

"I'm so sorry you are dealing with this" I apologized.

The two of us remained like this for a long time.

Later.

"Are you uncomfortable?" BlackWarGreymon asked me.

I was currently on his back and while he walked aimlessly around the Digital World I kept him company.

"I'm fine"

The sun was setting and I would need to leave BlackWarGreymon soon.

"Hi you look familiar! Are you lost or something?"

Both me and BlackWarGreymon perked up when we heard Agumon.

"Me?"

"That's right"

"Why are you talking to me? Do you want to fight?"

"No just being friendly and I see you have Princess Iris with you"

I gave Agumon a wave and the rookie happily returned it.

"Allow me to introduce myself Agumon's the name protecting this area is my game,when I warp digivolve I become WarGreymon"

"Were you also made from the Control Spires?"

"Nah I came from a digi egg"

"Then I have nothing to talk to you about, you couldn't possibly understand whether you become WarGreymon or any other real digimon" BlackWarGreymon responded as he walked past Agumon.

"He might be able to help you" I suggested.

The mega stopped before deciding to take my advice. He bent down so I could get off of his back.

"Iris you know him?" Agumon questioned.

"She is my partner" BlackWarGreymon explained. "As I am her second digimon"

"This is good news Iris this means you'll be queen soon" Agumon continued.

I shook my head.

"We aren't officially partners yet due to his birth"

"I can see he cares for you" Agumon went on.

"Of course I do" my second partner agreed.

My second partner asked Agumon his questions and the rookie answered in the best way he could. Most of the questions were related to the heart.

"You have a heart" I told the mega. "Screw what anyone else says"

"She's right you do" Agumon agreed. "If you didn't you wouldn't care about Iris and her well being"

"But I have cared about her long before I was even created" BlackWarGreymon confessed. "And I'll protect her with my life"

Agumon suggested BlackWarGreymon could be a friend since he had a heart despite the darkness within him. The sky turned black and it was then did I feel the change in BlackWarGreymon. His darkness was returning to his mind and I knew I had to back away. So I did and it was a good thing I did because BlackWarGreymon grunted as though he were in pain then his eyes changed as he took off.

"Where's he going?" Agumon wondered.

"His darkness reclaimed him and he's going to do something bad" I answered as we watched BlackWarGreymon disappear into the darkened sky.
