Iris's POV

"Damn that thing is bright" Kiba growled as the Destiny Stone glowed.

I was still recovering from sealing the other two Destiny Stones but I was strong enough to fight. Kiba and Demi were in their ultimate forms.

"BlackWarGreymon will be here soon so we must be ready" I advised the twins.

"Understood" Demi replied as the Destiny Stone stopped glowing.

Mummymon was struggling to keep afloat in the soup pool while Arukenimon face palmed. I decided to have a little fun with Spider Bitch.

"Looks like your date went wrong" I greeted Arukenimon.

Immediately the spider digimon whirled around.

"For the last time we're not dating!" she snapped.

"You two would make such a cute couple though" Kiba sneered.

The spider ultimate was getting mad which was amusing. Suddenly the ground shook and I whirled around to see BlackWarGreymon. Immediately I got behind Kiba while Demi stood in front of his sister in a protective manner.

"It would be wise for you to move" my second partner suggested.

"Not gonna happen" Demi and Kiba said together.

The others arrived right on time and Arukenimon swore before going to help Mummymon. The other digimon were in their champion forms. They joined me in front of the Destiny Stone.

"You seem to never learn your lesson" BlackWarGreymon said.

Arukenimon made a comment and BlackWarGreymon used a small Terra Destroyer to send the two ultimates away. First to DNA digivolve were ExVeemon and Stingmon. Next was Gatomon and Aquilamon and upon finishing their evolution BlackWarGreymon shot Paildramon and Silphymon with one of his Terra Destroyer attacks.

Paildramon and Silphymon countered with their own attacks. Then both Angewomon and Ankylomon DNA digivolved to Shakkoumon.

"Holy crap nice work guys!" Isaac praised. Wvyernmon agreed with his partner.

"BlackWarGreymon this ends here" I announced to my second partner.

"Kyubimon be careful" Sage advised to her partner. Kyubimon said she would before eying BlackWarGreymon.

"You stand between me and the remaining Destiny Stone now get out of my way" the mega demanded.

"Sorry we can't do that" Paildramon responded.

BlackWarGreymon unleashed another Terra Destroyer and the ground shook and we all covered our eyes from the intense red light. However the attack was completely absorbed by Shakkoumon. The new ultimate then used his Harmonious Spirit laser eyes attack and this hit BlackWarGreymon. I swore because I felt my second partner in pain.

Paildramon and Silphymon attacked next. My second partner easily halted Silphymon's Static Force before he jumped into the air and he easily threw Paildramon over his shoulder. Silphymon then got hit by one of the mega's claws. Shakkoumon used another attack and BlackWarGreymon was quick to use his shield to block the attack.

Paildramon and Silphymon attacked once more and this caused BlackWarGreymon's shield to be destroyed. I watched as the mega was sent flying backwards and when he landed it shook the ground. I felt more BlackWarGreymon's pain and now it worried me.

I immediately ran around Kiba and Demi and hurried in the direction where BlackWarGreymon was. I hoped I wasn't too late. When I found my second partner he was leaking black fluid. I screamed his name before throwing myself against the mega.

"Iris?" BlackWarGreymon inquired in surprise

"Stop please" I begged BlackWarGreymon. Tears went down my face. "Your wounded and I can't stand by anymore"

BlackWarGreymon's POV

I looked down to the she-wolf and saw she was crying. I felt the darkness within me trying to take control but seeing Iris shed tears for me made fight back for the first time. I've had enough and I refused to make her cry any longer.

Iris's POV

I felt the mega relax and he carefully drew his arms around me in a hug. It was then my body glowed silver and my clothes changed into the silver and white dress. However something else joined my royal attire a silver circlet now lay on my head and I felt stronger than I had ever felt before.

Kiba's POV

"Uh what's going on with Iris?" Davis asked.

"I think she's no longer a princess but the actual queen of the Digital World" Ken answered.

"That's exactly what she is now" I confirmed.

Iris's POV

BlackWarGreymon grunted and Demi was quick to get behind the mega before BlackWarGreymon could fall. Kiba joined her brother and she supported the tired mega on the other side. I then held my hand out and focused on my healing power. My gift flowed into BlackWarGreymon and it began to heal his injuries.

"That is comforting" BlackWarGreymon said.

"So your now queen"

Arukenimon and Mummymon had returned.

"Too bad your gonna die now your highness"

Mummymon cackled before transforming however Digitamamon and Tapirmon appeared and proceeded to body slam the two annoying ultimates. I snorted as I watched the two ultimates go flying backwards. I then focused my attention back on BlackWarGreymon. I placed both of my hands onto his face and drew it forward. I kissed his snout before letting him go.

"So are you done fighting?" Kiba asked.

"Yes I am" BlackWarGreymon confirmed. "I refuse to upset Iris again"

The mega then looked to me.

"I'm sorry for everything"

"I know you are my friend"

The Destiny Stone suddenly glowed which got everyone's attention. A rainbow light shot into the air and the sky proceeded to darken. Then beams of golden light broke through the clouds and Azulongmon appeared. The dragon mega circled around the sky for a few moments before finally speaking.

"Well done Iris you are finally queen of the Digital World"

The dragon mega then looked to BlackWarGreymon.

"Your are the one who endured darkness but pushed it aside"

"I refuse to let my partner suffer because of me" BlackWarGreymon replied. "I destroyed two Destiny Stones to make you appear but now I have no interest in fighting you"

"Good" Azulongmon continued.

"Oh great" Arukenimon growled.

She and Mummymon were back with a dizzy looking Digitamamon and Tapirmon. BlackWarGreymon hissed before telling Kiba and Demi he could stand in his own. The mega protectively got in front of me.

"Your such a disappointment" Spider Bitch told the mega bitterly.

"F**k you!" I yelled and Kiba shot the digimon duo the bird.

"The plan was simple build as many Control Spires as possible and destroy the balance of the Digital World once and for all"

"And that's why you choose me to be the Digimon Emperor because you knew I would build those Control Spires for you" Ken said.

"Smart human unfortunately just as construction was going along well you joined the other digi idiots and started destroying the spires"

Arukenimon drew her attention back to BlackWarGreymon.

"I created you to deal with these brats along with the princess but instead you've become her second partner"

"Say another word and I'll come over there and kick your ass again!" I threatened. "I've heard enough of your bullshit Arukenimon!"

I was mad now but BlackWarGreymon told me to ignore her.

"Yo Iris can we send these two packing?" Demi asked.

"Please do" I replied.

Demi and Kiba both smirked and cracked their knuckles while Arukenimon and Mummymon paled. They dropped Digitamamon and Tapirmon before running.

"Grizzly Wing!" Kiba and her brother yelled as they unleashed their bat attack.

The swarm of bats surrounded the two ultimates and I watched amused as they both fled being bitten like crazy.

"Good riddance" BlackWarGreymon muttered.

His tone held amusement and he looked to me. I shot my second partner a smirk before Azulongmon got our attention. The other digimon returned to their younger forms except for Wizardmon and Renamon and they rejoined their partners. Azulongmon continued to speak like he did in this episode.

When the dragon mega said the two destroyed Destiny Stones would come back eventually and restore the balance of the Digital World I breathed a sigh of relief. BlackWarGreymon of course apologized for upsetting the balance of the Digital World. My second partner had a long road to redemption but I would make sure he wasn't alone on his journey.

Azulongmon then took his leave saying we would meet again soon since I would be residing in the Digital World eventually since I was now it's queen. I just hoped for the time being there would be no more chaos in the Digital World.

Later

We all returned to Japan in good spirits. Digitamamon treated us with some damn good food before we left. BlackWarGreymon decided he would stay with the last Destiny Stone in case Arukenimon and Mummymon tried to pull a fast one and Demi decided to stay with my second partner. When Matt found out I was now queen he picked me up into his arms and spun me around.

Now we were in my room and he held me in his arms.

"I'm proud of you Iris" my mate said. "It's still surreal your now a queen"

"Yeah your right I still feel like a princess to be honest" I added.

Matt chuckled before he kissed my forehead.

"I'm sure your palace will be nice"

"It's too soon to imagine that you goof" I scolded the blonde. I then smirked before giving Matt a mind blowing kiss which left him speechless. "Every queen needs her consort"

That remark made him blush but I went even redder when he suggested an heir through the mate bond and I smacked his arm due to his thoughts. Matt laughed before he gave me his own mind blowing kiss and I almost had a nosebleed.
