Ash went home from the Kalos League hoping to rest but he didn't expect to find his friends there. They told him to give up on his dream, that he's not cut out for it. It hurts him to see nearly all his friends, including Pikachu, tells him that he's not a good enough trainer. With encouragement from his remaining friends, Ash sets out to the Alola region to prove them wrong.

9. No, it's not discontinued

Hello people! naa here, and That's right, I'm back!

Ok, first of all, thank you all for supporting this fanfic and for all the suggestions!

Now, I'm sure you all are probably mad at me and are wondering why I haven't updated this fanfic...

My answer: I am still updating this story, but at the same time, I forgot to upload it here. Now before you go off on an angry rant in the reviews, please hear me out.

You see, this fanfic was originally published on Wattpad and a lot of the chapters were written in Wattpad's editor. The problem is, moving the chapters from Wattpad's editor to f f n e t takes a lot of work. I have to first move it to GDocs, then I have to find every words and sentences that has to be Bold and/or Italic and apply that all over again. Then, after uploading it to f f n e t, I have to apply all the linebreaks again since f f n e t hates me and doesn't allow my own linebreak to be kept.

And on top of all that, I have also been very busy with school. My last update on Wattpad was a few months ago, and ever since then I haven't had much time to write at all. I've only just started writing again yesterday and suddenly remembered that I had this posted here as well, hence why I am here.

Now that you know why I haven't been updating, I'm sure you're all wondering about one thing. Will I start uploading here again?

Sadly, no. At least not yet. As I've said, it takes a lot of work for me to upload it here so, I've decided to not update here for the time being. I will update this again in the future, and when I do, I will most likely do it in a group of 4-5 chapters at once. I guess you can call this a Pseudo-Hiatus or something like that.

If you're still interested in this story and you want to read the continuation, then you can do so on Wattpad, where this fanfic is posted under the same name, with the same username. I've just began writing again, as I've said, and the next chapter will be out soon.

oh, and if you do decide to check it out on Wattpad, then I'll highly appreciate it.
