After the movie had finish Kurt had made him way back to his room by going through the bathroom. He couldn't look at Blaine in the face afterwards. He felt guilty for putting him in that situation. He didn't go back to Sebastian's either, he didn't think he would be able to look at him in the face without him telling something was wrong. He grabbed some of his things and made his way back into the bathroom. He was so tense. He started to run a bath, he pulled out his phone and send a text to Blaine asking him his if he needed to use the bathroom before bed. He didn't know how long he would be. Blaine didn't text him back but he gently knocked on the door instead.

"You can come in." Kurt's voice was shaky and nervous. Blaine opened the door and stepped in. Blaine went open his mouth but Kurt put a finger to his lips and gestured to his ear. Blaine nodded before returning back to his room and a few moments later he returned with a small dish with a half burnt out stick of sage. He quickly lit it and placed it gently into the side of the sink. When it started to burn, Blaine spoke.

"Why?"

Kurt want knew he couldn't handle the pressure anymore. He didn't want to be left alone he was scared.

"Are you asking me about the kiss or about why I did what I did?" Kurt was confused. There was so many unanswered questions and he knew Blaine deserved to know something. It was the least he could do.

"Both." Blaine said plainly before trying to catch Kurt's eyes with his.

"Will you stay with me while I get a bath? Please?" Kurt pleaded. He needed someone with him right now. He could feel himself falling apart. Blaine nodded before leaving, he locked his door and came through the bath and locked that one too. Kurt did the same. Kurt looked over and seen that the bath was half full and he reached down to feel the temperature. Blaine had sat himself on the toilet and was waiting for some answers.

"I can't tell you why. I just can't Blaine. I need you to understand that okay?" Kurt said quietly.

"I wish I could, I wish I could tell you everything but I can't."

Blaine was surprised. He didn't expect him to say anything about the situation, never mind that. It was the best he was getting so he nodded and let Kurt carry on. Kurt looked over to double check the sage was still burning.

"All I need you to know is that I didn't do it because I wanted to be with someone else." Kurt stoped speaking and leaned over and double checking the water quickly.

"I did it because I had too."

"Did he compel you Kurt?"

Kurt shook is head quickly and looked at Blaine.

"He didn't compel me Blaine but.. Fuck. I have my reasons okay?" Kurt was struggling to try and get him to understand without actually telling him.

"Are you still in love with me Kurt?"

The question was what he had been itching to ask Kurt since the the first time they had kissed since he had been back. Blaine stood and walked over to Kurt until they was face to face. He reached down for kurt's hand and pulled it up to his chest, above his heart. Kurt looked away and a nervous laugh escaped his lips.

"It's okay if you don't Kurt.. it's okay. I just need to know. I can't settle and it's all I think about every single day. If you don't want to tell me why then I can wait Kurt but please, did you sleep with him because you didn't love me."

Kurt looked up and moved closer. He rested his head on Blaine's forehead and took a deep breath in. He knew he had too. He had to give him something to hold onto.

"Just because I did what I did doesn't mean I love you any less than I did before."

Blaine felt like screaming. In pure joy. He got Kurt to admit it. He knew Kurt felt the same way still.

"Thank you." Blaine said relieved and he pressed a kiss into kurt's forehead. They stayed like that before Kurt realised the bath was nearly full.

"Shit." He quickly turned the tap off and laughed lightly with Blaine. He bit his lip nervously before asking him if he was comfortable staying with him. Blaine agreed again and then Kurt felt nervous.

"I can leave? While you get undressed?" Blaine said politely. Always the gentleman. Kurt rolled his eyes and shook his head.

"Nothing you haven't seen before right?"

Blaine laughed and agreed before Kurt started to get undressed. Kurt was wearing sweatpants and a hoodie and he was grateful for it. He would of fumed if he had to fight with his jean's in front of Blaine. He grabbed the hem of his hoodie and pulled it over his head revealing his bare chest. Blaine couldn't help but look. A slight blush started to rise and creep up his neck and he laughed again nervously. The bruising had started to settle now. It was still purplish but it was starting to yellow around the edges. He placed his thumb inside of his sweatpants and pulled down and then he did the same with his boxers and he stepped out of them. He heard Blaine's breath catch in his throat and he looked up. Blaine was looking his up and down. Every inch of his body. He went to step into the bath but Blaine shook his head.

"No, just a few more minutes."

Kurt removed his hands from his chest and put them by his side. He gave Blaine a few minutes. Blaine felt himself heat up. He wanted to stand up and wrap Kurt in his arms and kiss him senselessly but he didn't want to break kurt's trust. He nodded when he was done and then Kurt stepped in the bath and lowered himself, hissing slightly at how hot the water was. He felt relaxed as soon as he laid down. He turned his head so he was looking at Blaine and Blaine started to smile.

"I've missed you." Blaine said bluntly, keeping himself focused on kurt's face.

"I've missed you too."

They sat in a comfortable silence and Kurt closed his eyes, feeling the water soothe his skin.

"Can I ask you why you wanted me to sit with you?"

Kurt debated it for a moment. He thought about lying to Blaine but he just went with the truth.

"I didn't know what I would do if I was left alone."

Kurt looked away I'm embarrassment. It was the first time he had admitted that to anybody. There was more silence and then Blaine stood from the toilet. He started to take his top and he asked Kurt to look at him. Kurt looked over and swallowed hard.

"Tell me this is okay."

Kurt knew Blaine wanted to comfort him in the way Blaine does, intimately.

"Yes. It's okay." Kurt said breathlessly as he watched Blaine undress. He was standing naked in front of him. His whole body on show. His pulse began to pick up and he felt dizzy.

"Sit up."

Kurt did what he was told and leaned forward and felt his body behind him.

"Relax Kurt." Blaine said into his ear and so he did. He leaned back so his body was flushed against his and he felt his strong arms wrap round him. He melted into it. He felt like he was complete. Blaine smiled and closed his eyes. Feeling Kurt with him made him forget about everything else and he didn't care about anything, as long as he had Kurt in his arms.

"The phone call with Carol?"

Kurt nodded and he lifted his hand up revealing his bare right wrist. There was large deep scaring scattered across it. Blaine knew Kurt was in a bad place he just didn't realised how bad it was until he had just seen it.

"I couldn't do it anymore. Loosing you, my family.. loosing my dad. I couldn't fight it. I didn't want to be here anymore."

Blaine heart sank. He grabbed kurt's wrist and brought it towards his lips and placed gently kisses down the scars.

"Finn found me. He had gone out to the garage because I was having a bad day. He had forgot his phone and came back and found me on the floor. They tried to get me sectioned, they tried to get me help but I told them if they did then they might as well just kill me themselves."

Blaine started to cry. He couldn't handle knowing Kurt felt low enough to want to end his own life. Kurt quickly sat and turned himself around. He placed his hands on his face so he could look at him. He leaned forward and kissed each tear away.

"Please don't cry. God Blaine I'm so so-

"Don't apologise. You have been through so much Kurt. I just wished I could have been there for you." Blaine admitted before relaxing into his touch.

"Blaine I put you through so much and the guys. It's my fault we are in this mess."

Kurt turned back around and Blaine round his arms round his body again. Kurt leaned his head to the side and pressed a sweet kiss to his neck.

"I wish I could take it back." Tears stated to form in kurt's eyes and he let them fall. Blaine could feel his body shaking and he pulled him in closer.

"I wish we could too."

Thirty minutes later and the water started to get cold. He felt Kurt shivering. He stood and stepped out the bath and wrapping a towel round his waist. Kurt stood too and Blaine held out his hand for support and when he was out, he started to wrap a towel round kurt's waist too.

"I know how hard that must of been for you. So thank you Blaine, for everything." Kurt smiled before leaning forward and kissing him on the cheek.

"It's okay Kurt really. Anytime."

Blaine started to laugh. "I'll see you in the morning?"

"Yeah, you will."

They hugged one more time before pulling back.

"I won't tell anyone Kurt, I promise."

Kurt was relieved Blaine was so understanding. After everything he had done he was still willing to help him. Definitely a gentleman.

"I promise you, one day you'll know everything but for now it's got to be this way. You just need to trust me." Kurt said in his ear before pulling and and walking over the the still burning sage. He picked it up and waited for Blaine to reply.

"I trust you. Can we talk in the morning? Before classes?" Kurt nodded before blowing the sage and handing it back to Blaine quietly. They made there way to their separate rooms. They both slept well that night for the first time in a long time.

It was 05:23am and Blaine felt like a millions dollars. He still had loads more questions to ask Kurt but he didn't want to force it. Last night was such a relief for both of them. He quickly reached over and texted Kurt.

Are you awake?

There was a gently knock on his bathroom door and Kurt walked in. He looked like he had only just woke up. His blue hair was messy and he started to yawn before smiling sleepily at Blaine. He was absolutely beautiful. Kurt pulled out his phone and texted him back.

I locked my doors. Can I stay with you until you have to leave for classes?

Blaine nodded happily before grabbing the dish from the side of his bed and lighting the sage. Kurt pulled the bathroom door and turned the lock. He made his way over to the bed and Blaine had pulled the covers back for him. He slide in and Blaine pulled the covers back over and wrapped himself around Kurt. Kurt nuzzled his head into Blaine's neck and sighed in contempt. They both knew it was wrong. Even though Kurt had admitted he still loved Blaine he was with Sebastian. They just didn't care at this moment. They knew they would could trust each other. No one would ever know. They talked for an hour, about memories as they held each other lovingly. Kurt looked at the time and realised it was time for him to leave so Blaine could get ready. Kurt tried to lift himself out of the bed but Blaine grabbed him by the waist and pulled him back so his whole body was on top of Blaine. He stated to tickle Kurt and Kurt stated to laugh hysterically, his head was thrown back and Blaine straddled him, pinning him. He tried to get Blaine to stop but Blaine was to strong. He had never heard anything so beautiful than his laugh. He stopped laughing when he heard six simple words.

"I don't want you to go."

Kurt bit his lip. He didn't want to go too but he needed to get ready and meet up with Sebastian.

"I don't want to go either but I have to Blaine. I promised him I would meet him. If I don't go he'll come here."

Blaine knew he was right and he let go of Kurt but not before kissing him briefly on the nose. Kurt giggled and gently sat up and got himself out of bed.

"Same time tomorrow morning?" Kurt said while looking around the room nervously.

"Yes please."

Kurt showered quickly and got ready. He had received a messaged from Sebastian.

I'll meet you at your room in few

Kurt rolled his eyes before pocketing his phone. He inhaled and exhaled before hearing a knock on the door. He plastered a fake smile on his face before opening it quickly.

"Hello gorgeous." Seb leaned forward to catch his 'boyfriend' in a short kiss. "You ready?" Kurt nodded before slotting his hands with his and leaving his room. They was heading to breakfast together. It was their first time anyone would see them walking in together and it made Kurt nervous. He knew him and Blaine was on good terms but he didn't want to hurt him. They walked in and it was pretty empty but then again it was early. So lucky. He looked over and seen the table with his friends sitting at. Blaine looked happy for the first time since Kurt had returned. He was laughing at one of jeff's jokes. He made Kurt happy. He turned back to Sebastian who was gathering up food for them both. While he was distracted he pulled out his phone

You should smile more often, you suit it.

He seen Blaine look at his phone and beam before looking around the cafeteria until his eyes landed on Kurt. He turned to his phone and typed a message back before pocketing it.

Then I guess you need to more around more often then don't you?

Kurt felt his face heat up. Fuck Blaine. He looked over and seen that Sebastian was nearly done. He made his way over grabbed the tray of his boyfriend. "Thank you."

Sebastian replied with a kiss before taking the tray back off Kurt. "I'll carry it for you."

Kurt rolled his eyes before nudging him gently. "I'm more than capable of carrying my own tray you know."

"Oh I know but this is what boyfriends do Gorgeous. Carrying your tray for you is cute." Sebastian said sweetly before kissing him again. Ugh me makes me want to gag and not even in the good way.

They found a table and before Kurt sat down Sebastian pulled the chair out for him. What the fuck is he playing at? Kurt gave him a fake smile and thanked him. He's doing this for the kick. He knows I loves romance, he know's Blaine did this for me all the time.

Sebastian's phone started to ring and he pulled it out.

"I have to answer this call. I won't be long." He kissed Kurt on the cheek before leaving the cafeteria.

He looked over to Blaine who was looking at him and he mouthed 'Sorry' before taking a sip of his drink. Blaine smiled sadly before mouthing back 'it's not your fault'

"You wanna come sit with us baby while you wait?" Jeff shouted over the cafeteria to Kurt. Kurt shook his head gently.

"Thank you sweetie but I'm okay. He'll be back soon."

He pulled out his phone when he heard it bleeping. It was Jeff.

Why are you so boring? I haven't seen my friend since last night. You're depriving me Kurt from my Kurtie cuddles!

You know I love you, it's just I don't want to make it awkward for you guys and I'm not depriving you of anything! If you want cuddles you don't have to ask!

You shouldn't have said that Kurt.

Kurt laughed showing all his teeth and then he felt his friend wrap his arms round his shoulders and he started to squeeze him tightly.

"Ooooh you're playing dangerous games Hummel." Jeff said lightly into his hair and he laughed again. "I've missed you."

"You seen me last night!"

"It's not enough Kurt! It'll never be enough!"

Jeff kept his arms wrapped round Kurt and they seen Sebastian approach.

"Sterling." Sebastian nodded.

"Smythe." Jeff spat out sweetly before kissing Kurt on the cheek.

"Come see me later?" Kurt nodded and he lifted a finger and pointed to his cheek and leaned in again. Jeff laughed and kissed him again before skipping off to his table to join his boyfriend and his fiends.

Sebastian sat back down and began to eat. Kurt noticed the tension. It must have been his dad.

"Everything okay?" Kurt asked.

Sebastian looked up startled by the sincerity in kurt's voice. He looked generally concerned for a moment.

"Yeah. I'm fine. Family shit."

Kurt said okay and they carried on eating. Sebastian had one of his hands placed on kurt's thigh and Kurt was holding it. Just after they finished eating the bell rang, signalling the hour. Seb checked his watch and stood up collecting there trays.

"I've got to shoot science. I'll see you later sweetie?" Kurt nodded and leaned forward, capturing him in a quick kiss.

"I'll text you."

Seb smirked before replying.

"Please do."

Kurt had just got back to his room. He opened up his laptop and started to work on some assignments he had be given but he couldn't concentrate. He was starting to miss him brother. They had exchanged loads of messages to eachother but they had yet to speak on the phone. He pulled up his brother on his contacts and hit dial. After five rings, he picked up.

Dude! It's been forever. How's it going?

"It's better now finn. I've missed you."

Oh dude I've missed you too. I keep saying to my mom that I'm ready to come and kidnap you and bring you home and guess what? She didn't argue with me bro, she agreed

Kurt laughed and shook his head.

She misses you bro

"I miss her more."

There was a slight pause.

I won't say much bro you know? Vampy ears. When can I see you?

"How about tomorrow?"

Fuck yeah dude. I can take you to that ice cream place you like

Kurt smiled sweetly, he loved his brother.

"I would love that finn. I've got stuff to talk to you about in person. Call me tomorrow?"

There was no answer. "Finn?"

Dude, I was seriously just nodding at the phone

Kurt rolled his eyes and and smiled. "I love you."

I love you too brother from another mother!

The phone cut dead and he placed it next to his laptop. He felt at ease now. He got his head down and carried on with his assignments.

It had been around two hours, his eyes was sore and his back was aching with being hunched over the screen. He lifted his arms up and stretched and he started to yawn. It was only early. 11:08 am. His phone pinged, he was expecting it to be Jeff or Blaine but it was Wesley.

Are you free any point today?

Kurt was confused. They never texted at all. He was hesitant at first, they never texted.

Don't be alarmed, I don't bite

Kurt fingers danced over the screen. He didn't know-

Much

I'm free now?

I'll be at your room at approximately four minutes.

Kurt rolled his eyes heavily. He's like a robot

Okay.

Kurt stood up and tried to straight himself out but he back was in agony. A small whimper escaped his lips. He had a terrible knot in his back. He didn't know he just entered the room.

"For someone so formal and gentlemanly, you do make a rude entrance. Have you heard of knocking?" Wes chuckled and rolled his eyes, Kurt gestured to his couch.

"So Kurtis I would-

"Kurt." Wes laughed again before carrying on.

"So Kurtis, I have a proposal for you."

Kurt hated when he called him that but it was endearing in the same breath.

"Sorry Wesley, I'm not one bit attracted to you. It's a no from me."

"I fucking hate you." Wes spat out with a smile.

"Wouldn't think any less."

Kurt had missed their small banter. It had been a thing that was their thing. Kurt lifted his leg up and turned to face Wes but his back had other plans and he was extremely stiff.

"What's up with you?"

"Leaning over the laptop."

Wes hummed, he knew what it was like to be hunched over a laptop for hours, even as a vampire it broke his back many occasions.

"I would offer you drink but I'm out of O Neg and my wrist isn't for sale today. Sorry Satan."

Wes smirked before standing up and pushing Kurt out the way so he was sitting behind him.

"What the fuck are you-

Kurt groaned. Wes has started to massage his back. He starting working on the kinks and Kurt felt better already.

"The way you're moaning people are going to think we are fucking."

"If it doesn't bother you it doesn't bother me." Kurt said with his eyes closed. He heard Wes laughed lightly as he worked his hands on his back. They sat their for a few minutes while Wes massaged the knots out. Wes was enjoying his time with Kurt. He had missed him.

"I know you've been… struggling Kurt. I just want you to know that if you ever wanted to talk I'm here for you."

"Why now? We have never before Wesley."

"Because if you haven't noticed I have a stick up my ass and I don't like to admit when I'm wrong but neither do you."

Kurt laughed in agreement. Wes has paused with his hands and Kurt moaned childlike with the lost of contact. "I'll say anything you want me too but please carry on with your magic fingers."

"I can't say much. You know?"

Kurt looked at him for a moment and smirked. Vampy ears they both said in unison with a roll on their eyes. Kurt's back felt amazing, he said a heartfelt thank you to Wes and he just nodded back. Wes stood and reached into his pocket.

"My proposal is that audition for the warblers Kurt."

He handed Kurt a folded note. Kurt looked at it suspiciously before opening it with his fingers.

You're not on your own Kurt.

Kurt swallowed, suddenly his mouth feeling dry. He looked up and nodded.

"I told you Wes, I don't sing I just love show choir. Why is that so hard to believe?" Kurt smiled playfully. Wes had been trying to get Kurt to audition for the Warblers for years.

"Because you talk like an angel and by the sounds of your voice you're most definitely a countertenor and I would fucking kill to hear a voice like yours."

Wes nodded one last time before Kurt walked him out. "Thank you." Wes gave him a lazy smile before Kurt shut the door gently behind him. Well that was different.

Wes felt good. He needed Kurt to trust him and he thought he broke their barrier a little. He opened his door, David was watching one of his shows. Criminal minds. He smiled at his friend before patting the seat next to him.

"I'm proud of you man. That was really nice of you." David was really proud of Wes. It had taken a lot for him to do that, especially with Kurt. Wes shrugged

"I did it to get him to start trusting me."

David's head snapped towards his friend and he started to laugh.

"Yeah yeah, like you only did it to get him to trust you. Admit it Wesley. You have a soft spot for him." David grinned and looked sternly at his friend. He knew Wes always did have a soft spot for Kurt. How could you not? It was Kurt. Wes turned to face his friend

"Under all that bitchy, stubborn and sarcastic exterior he's actually very sweet." Wes admitted.

"He's always been that way. You just always seen the bad side of him just like he did to you."

Wes nodded with a smile on his face. "Yeah, I guess you're right man."
