Summary/disclaimer: Time for another chapter of Broken but not battered. Enjoy the 900-word chapter. I don't own Bioshock, Ken Levine and a few others do.
The Big Daddy looked at the creature with interest. The other figure was just as tall as him with needle like fingers.
It let out an inhuman screech and leapt at him. The creature caught her heads before smashing his head into it. This caused it to stumble back before it launched it's claw covered hand at his ribs.
The Big Daddy sidestepped the attack and tried to punch the creature only for the punch to be deflected by the creature who brought its foot up.
The Big Daddy was thrown across the room. It dug a hand into the ground, ripping metal apart with a horrid screech as it slowed itself down.
"Grr…" The Big Daddy hissed as it looked around for its weapon. The Creature stalked towards him.
The Big Daddy slammed a hand into its open fist as it rushed forward. A guttural growl ripped from its throat at it met the similar monster in a ballet of fists and swings.
The Big Daddy was quite curious as to what the creature was. Its armor was similar to him. It managed another claw strike at his skull only for the Big Daddy to dodge it, grabbing at the cage on the creature's back.
The creature let out a yelp as it was tossed to the floor. The Big Daddy raised its foot to crush the creature only for it to throw him aside with a flick of its claw.
The Big Daddy blinked before the other monster was upon it once more. It reached for his helmet while looming over the Big Daddy it pinned to the floor.
The Big Daddy blinked at the inhuman giggles the creature made. It was familiar, the last Big Daddy had heard that noise.
No, impossible. It had been taken from him. She was dead, there was no way it could be her. The Big Daddy roared at someone mocking the voice of his companion. It enraged him enough to launch a punch with his other arm. This tossed the monster off him.
"GMMM!" The Big Daddy roared and pounded a hulking fist upon his chest. "DI…!" The Big Daddy bellowed as he rushed forward, a hand extended.
The creature dodged and grabbed at his back. This caused him to turn and reach at one of the bodies below him.
He battered the creature away, it skuttled across the ceiling like some sort of demonic spider. The Big Daddy looked at it with such a curiosity that he believed he knew what was below its armor.
But that was impossible. That creature was dead, he had seen her die… To think that she was alive? It terrified him to no end which made his mind shatter like a cage.
This being couldn't be similar to his charge. That wasn't physically possible. The Big Daddy shook his head in anger as he looked upon the slender being.
Whoever this strange creature was? It had massive amounts of strength and speed to match. It made the Big Daddy curious as to the nature of this monster.
Then again? He could figure that out when he was done fighting for his life… Whatever that life was. He couldn't see his weapon among all this carnage. The creature had knocked his shotgun from his hand as he looked to the side.
'Gun… Need gun to win.' The Big Daddy thought to itself while the creature let out another hellish shriek.
The noise buried its way through his thick suit. He had heard the cry once before… But he refused to accept the call as the same.
He blocked another lunge from the beast which sent him skidding backwards. The creature was just as strong as him. That ruled out him simply overpowering said creature. He knew for a fact that this fight wouldn't be won easily.
He relished the battle; it gave his rage something to focus on. Something to destroy under the battering of his blows. He would desire nothing more then the complete destruction of the creature who crawled toward him like some kind of demented insect.
Nothing would please him then to sate his bloodlust on this creature and to destroy it once and for all. He would not allow this creature to do anything more then be ground to paste under his boot.
Still? He was not stupid enough to believe himself unstoppable. He would not invite death upon him. He rushed forward while trying to strike at the creature with his outstretched fists.
It welcomed him with it's needle like claws that he was quite curious about. This fight would be much fun to them in their demented minds.
Then again? There was no way they could know the truth at the moment, fate had set them against each other in the worst way possible to them.
