Danny POV
I was hanging out with Sam and Tucker after a long day at school.
Besides hanging out with them, I also hang out with Phantom ever since we separated.
It wasn't too bad, but it took some time to get used to things.
Suddenly, I felt a blue mist coming out of my mouth, and Tucker smirked.
'Uh oh...' I thought, knowing that feeling when Tucker makes that face.
"Looks like your boyfriend's here, Danny. All thanks to your boyfriend's sense," He said while smirking.
I blushed while Sam spits out her drink.
"Shut up!" I said, blushing more.
Sam and Tucker joined in the laughter, and (at the wrong timing) Phantom appeared.
"Hey, Danny- Why are you two laughing?" Phantom asked.
I covered my face while groaning while the two burst out more laughter.
"Okay... Um-"
"Let's go, Phantom," I quickly said, holding his hand and walking away as fast as I could.
'Why me?!' I thought, still blushing.
Phantom is still confused, but I don't blame him.
After all, he was separated from me for two weeks. Give him a break already...
"Danny, what was that about?" Phantom asked.
I stopped and didn't look at him.
"It was a stupid joke, nothing more," I half lying, half telling the truth.
He was still confused but didn't push, knowing that I was not doing okay.
"Alright then, let's go home," He said, carrying me bride style.
My face didn't stop blushing, but I had calmed down a bit.
'At least this topic will never be mention again...'
Or so I thought...
Time skip, two years later
Danny POV
"Please, stop saying 'boyfriend sense,'" I pleaded, blushing.
Sam and Tucker smirked and replied, "No."
I bit my lips and groan.
'Since when did we talk about my blue mist in the first place? Oh, right, ever since Tucker made that stupid joke...'
Apparently, my two best friends didn't stop joking about the only power I have left.
'That's it; I need better friends...' I thought, walking away.
I walked away to go home since I didn't feel like being with them.
"At least Phantom isn't here-"
"Why wouldn't I be here?" I heard him say behind me.
I shrieked and accidentally pulled a punch at him.
"S-Sorry!" I exclaimed.
He managed to block it on time, making me sigh of relief.
"It's alright..." He said, suddenly smiling sinisterly at me.
'W-What's with that look?' I thought, moving away from him.
He came closer and closer as I moved farther and farther until I hit a wall.
'Damn it.'
"So, I finally figured out why you didn't explain when your face was blushing," Phantom stated, slowly pinning me.
"And, may I say, it's kinda cute when you're blushing~."
My face blushed more, and Phantom chuckled.
"No need to be that shy, Fenton. Besides..."
He leaned near my ear and whispered, "I like that you blushed where your 'boyfriend sense' knows that I'm near~."
Then, unexpectedly, he leans away and smiles.
"So, see you later, Fenton~," He said before flying away.
Once he was fully gone, I fell while covering my face, blushing like crazy.
'Damn you, Phantom!'
I was shaking like crazy as I thought he was going to kiss me, but no!
"Stupid Tucker and his stupid jokes..." I said, trying to calm down.
'Once this is over, I'll be the last one standing!' I thought, getting up.
'Just you wait, everyone...'
