Heyyyyyy!

Hope you'll enjoy it!

Chapter 2

Dear Hermione,

I understand your point but I assure you that I'm not someone who wants to hurt you nor was the letter a prank. I've read the Daily Prophets and I can't help but think how you and your friends are handling the rubbish it was spouting. I hope all of you are doing well, especially you.

And Hermione, I just want to be friends with you. Please believe me.

Sincerely,

Someone

Dear Someone,

You've read the Daily Prophets? Don't believe any word of that rubbish. They're all lies! The nerve of them to attack Harry like this! Don't they know that they're attacking someone who's not yet of age? Seriously! They even dare attack Professor Dumbledore, portraying him like a fool. The Ministry's doing a very poor job in handling the situation. They didn't even bother to explain to the people what really happened in the last tournament. I'm sorry I'm ranting to you about this. I just need to let this all out and I think my friends are getting irritated listening to my rants everyday.

If you want to be friends with me, I need to know who you are. I don't want to force you to reveal yourself immediately. I just want you to know that you can approach me anytime when you're ready. So I guess, I'll see you at Hogwarts.

Sincerely,

Hermione

Hermione sighed as she tied the letter to Someone's owl. She was at the top floor of Grimmauld. The owl waited for her reply. The door suddenly opened and revealed one of the twins. Hermione raised an eyebrow, "Fred."

The twin was taken aback that she was able to identify him. His eyes sparkled and smiled a little, "How sure are you that I'm not George?"

Hermione rolled her eyes, "Nice try but I know that it's you Fred."

"I'm George."

Hermione sighed. She doesn't have the energy to argue with the more mischievous twin. She turned back to the owl and told him to fly.

"Are you sending Potter a letter? What happened to his owl?"

"It wasn't for Harry, it was for someone else."

Fred grinned, "Oh? Who? Was it for Krum? Poor Ronniekins."

"It wasn't for Viktor either. What are you doing here?"

Fred raised his own letter and a small package, "I'm sending Lee some sweets."

Hermione rolled her eyes again. She knows that they're sending Lee some sweets that they invented. "And what makes you think that I will not tell Mrs. Weasley about this?"

Fred narrowed his eyes, "You wouldn't dare."

The twins were not in good terms with their mother lately. Everything they do, Mrs. Weasley will always yell at them. Hermione even had an impression that Mrs. Weasley was not acknowledging the twins' talents. She was very hard on them.

In Hermione's opinion, the twins are smart. It was obvious that they are talented. How else were they able to invent things for their pranks? If only they try to apply their talents to their academics then they would have more O.W.L.S and Mrs. Weasley would've stop yelling and leave them alone.

Hermione raised an eyebrow for a moment then sighed, "I won't tell her, Fred. Just hurry up and finish the ear that you are inventing. God knows we need to know what the Order are doing nowadays."

Fred hummed, "Is Granger annoyed that the Order won't tell her anything?"

"Aren't you? They have no right to keep us in the dark. We need to know. We need to prepare. Dumbledore even forbade Ron and I to tell Harry about the Order. I can't imagine what Harry is feeling right now."

Fred saw that Hermione was really upset with the situation. "If it helps, I heard that Potter will be here a few days from now."

"Really?"

"Yeah, so don't worry too much. Once Potter is here, you can tell him everything."

"If he's not mad at us for sending him vague letters." she mumbled.

"Cheer up, Granger. You're thinking too much about this."

Hermione waved him off, "Fine. I'll go ahead. You still need to send Lee your sweets. I surely hope that he won't suffer too much of your products." Fred just grinned.

Hermione was already at the door when Fred called her, "Hey Granger, you didn't tell me who you were sending a letter to."

Hermione smirked a little over her shoulder, "Ask me no questions and I'll tell you no lies." and she left.

Fred was surprised by her answer then chuckled, "She's really something else."
