During a vacation trip to Las Vegas, Danny and Phantom drunkenly went to a chapel and engaged. Things just got complicated.

Danny POV

I woke up this morning with a crucial headache. I was groaning and feel someone right next to me.

I turned over slightly to see Phantom sleeping right beside me with his hand wrapped around mine.

I blushed and slowly pulled away, only for him to start waking up.

"Hm?" Phantom steered up, looking at me while rubbing his head.

"What happened?" He asks, making me visibly seeing him having a headache.

"I think we may have drunk a little too much..." I replied, getting up and getting the painkillers.

"You think?" He chuckles.

I grabbed the water with the painkiller, took one for me, and then passed it to Phantom. He thanks me and drinks it as well.

"I wondered what we did last night," I thought out loud, sitting down on the bed.

Phantom shrugged with his hands up, and then, I spotted something on his finger.

"Um, Phantom, what's that on your finger?" I asked, having that feeling.

Phantom was confused and took a look at his fingers. Only then did he realize that I was right.

I took a look at mine, and I also saw a ring.

"Danny, what exactly did we do last night?" Phantom asks, sweat visible.

I closed my eyes to try to remember what exactly happened. And without hesitation, I started to remember the event that changed our lives.

I was swinging my drink as Phantom was right next to me, swaying his as well.

"Look~! There's a * hiccup* cute married coouple~!" I said while hiccuping.

"Well, aren't you two so handsome together!" The lady said before whispering something at Phantom's ears.

Phantom blushed, thanked the lady, and then took my hand.

"Where *hiccup* Where are we going?" I asked, leaning closely on Phantom's shoulder.

He doesn't say anything and smiles at me before knocking.

The door opened to reveal a lady in a suit.

"What can I do to you boys?" She smiles, having the 'I-know-what's-going-on' look.

"We want to get married~!" Phantom said while smiling like an idiot.

She soon grabs a bunch of papers and starts asking us questions. When it came to doing 'I-do's,' Phantom and I kissed and had our rings ready.

The lady smiles one last time before congratulating us on our 'marriage.'

As soon as she said that, we left and headed to our rooms before passing out.

My face was red, and I covered my mouth while feeling embarrassed.

"Well?" Phantom asks, wanting to know.

It took a few moments before I took my hands off my face.

"Last night, Phantom, we went to a chapel and... got married," I said while looking away.

To say the least, Phantom was shocked, and I smugly said while blushing, "Congratulations, you may kiss your groom."

"Danny!" Phantom said, blushing as well.

"Well, it's not my fault because I remember you taking me there," I puffed.

Now, it was Phantom's turn to blush before looking away.

"W-Whatever!" He stutters.

I placed my head on his back and spoke," Well, I don't mind at all."

"Marrying me?" He asks, now calming down.

"Yeah, because now I have an awesome, butt-kicking husband that truly loves me~!" I answered before kissing his cheek.

Phantom and I stayed like this for a while before I got off him.

He was a bit upset, but he didn't mind.

"Now, we're married," I replied before blushing.

He does the same before looking away.

Right in the same spot, I just had this feeling. This feeling that something's going to happen, whether it's good or bad.

And I can hardly wait for the start of our story, all beginning in the morning...
