I can't believe it. He saved me. I thought I was going to die. I saw my entire life flash before my eyes, I know that's cliche but it's the truth. I had no hope left as we made our way up the stairs. Then I saw him. Standing right there. I'm shocked. And then Ben is on the ground with Logan's fist in his face. When he's laying down I see something shiny in his pocket. I reach down and carefully and pull it out. An ATF badge. Shit. Logan, stop! I yell. He's a federal agent I tell him.
I came out of the room not surprised to see Logan leaning right outside of the door after he reluctantly left me and the agent to talk. He has a look of concern on his face still and he asks me if I'm ok. I nod my head and walk up to him and kiss him quickly on the lips. I don't know why. He looks astonished as we look into eachothers eyes.
Logan
I'm on the phone with Veronica, my mortal enemy, feeling guilty for ratting her out to Ducan, which by all means I shouldn't. She gasps and the phone drops. I listen and can tell that a man has broken into her car and is telling her to drive. She's terrified and her voice is shaky which is unusual for this new badass Veronica Mars. I ran out of the courtyard and into my car. She knows I'm on the line. She is telling me where she's going. I don't have time to think, I just go straight to the Camelot Motel. I'm hiding in the shadows when I see them. He has a hand on her arm and I want to rip it off. As soon as they walk up the stairs I punch him as hard as I can right in the face. After only a couple strikes. Veronica calls out for me to stop and I'm suddenly very worried and aware that something is wrong. She tells me he is an agent.
They make me wait outside as they talk after my many protests. Then she comes out. Are you ok I ask. She nods her head slightly. She comes straight up to me and kisses me on the lips once. I'm shocked but before I know it, I kiss her back.
