...

The rest of their day was spent in classes and Harrison found them to easy. His magic obeyed his commands in way that other students couldn't seem to pull off. It was odd.

Did they not know how to control the interact with it? It was simply pushing the energy to do what you want. Alchemy had prepared him for such a thing.

Still he tried his best to help his fellow Ravens. Many of them thought he was a show off. Those that didn't gave him mistrustful looks. And it wasn't just in his own House. It seemed many Gryffindors thought because he associated with Draco he was dark.

He was neither blind nor deaf to the accusations. In a way they were correct he was dark. However dark did not mean evil. That was an entirely different construct. In fact he doubted many of his fellow students realized what types of magic were considered dark.

Despite being one of the Lightest Cored wizards out there Nicholas Flamel would be considered dark. All because he practiced alchemy. After some thought Harrison had begun to draft a letter to the man. He explained who he was and why he was contacting him. Later he would have Draco look it over to ensure nothing in its contents might offend the old wizard.

First two days of classes passed without much incident. Draco spent quite a bit of time at the Ravenclaw table. The two God brothers were near inseparable no matter what their houses thought. However on the third morning brought about trouble. He was up 6:30, he had half an hour before he was to meet his friends at the entrance of the Great hall for breakfast at the Slytherin table. Harry gave a silent chuckle. This morning will be interesting.

In the last few days he had learned about Ravenclaw's had their own hierarchy just like the Slytherins. They kept it quiet, so he could still keep his head down in that way. Quiet but not content with his actions. They like his yearmates thought he shouldn't be sitting with his god brother. He would rather not get into a fight with the older years. If he was attacked however would protect himself.

He slowly got dressed when images and sound invaded his mind. He watched and listened to a large group talk around the older boy Harrison remembered sitting in 'his' chair about what they were going to do. The boy, Samuel, wanted to challenge him to a duel. He liked that idea. Harrison smirked at the current king's stupidity. He should make his best man duel him, that way 'if' he lost he would still be in power. If he wins against Samuel he will take Samuel's place as 'King' to Ravenclaw.

He listened more as the group was reminded by Kindra County that he was a first year, and as such, they needed to go easy. Harrison didn't feel offended by the statement. It just meant that she took her position in the house, as a perfect, seriously. Her job was to watch and take care of the first years. Harrison knew she was one who comforted a few of his first-year mates the night before. He pulled his mask up, showing nothing of his thoughts.

They spread out among the common room. He continued down the stairway. He stepped off the last step when Samuel stood up from the corner chair.

"Harrison Potter. My name is Samuel Carter. I am the King of Ravenclaw and you have been causing waves these past few days. There is an order here and I think it's time you find your place in that order."

Harrison questioned calmly, "Should I fear you? What do you know about me honestly?"

"You consort with Slytherins that's all I need to know."

The others transfigured a dueling table for them to use. Both Harrison and Samuel jumped onto it. Kindra explained the rules of dueling and set a limit to what year level spells could be used. Too bad for them alchemy wasn't part of the stipulations.

Samuel gave his own bow. Both boys turned their back to the other, walking seven steps before turning to face each other. Samuel cast the first spell. Harry sidestepped the fast moving yellow light, sending out a tripping hex from his wand.

Harrison sent two knockback jinxes before sidestepping the a tripping spell. Samuel seemed to grow more agitated with each passing moment. While the younger didn't know any shield spells he was able to use his transmutation to his advantage. One that the older boy had not expected.

Long range transmutation made shields and threw Samuel off guard. Harrison used them to push the older boy further and further until he was at the very edge of the table. Harrison hissed in pain as a cutting spell tore through his shoulder. Still he didn't hesitate to use a disarming charm to throw Samuel off the table. Thus he ended the duel.

One of the prefects asked stunned, "What kind of magic was that? I thought you were raised by muggles."

Harrison retorted, "It wasn't magic but alchemy. The kind that muggle use. Just because you don't know it doesn't mean I don't."

Harry turned to the rest of the students. Most of the house was in attendance, the younger years coming in during the duel. "I will make this simple. I am Harrison Potter. I don't care who your family is, what blood runs through your veins, or your magic affinity. You can practice and learn what you want but you will follow some simple rules. Rule one: what goes on in our house, stays in our house. If there is a problem it stays here. Do not bring it out in the open to the other houses. Rule two: do not betray our own. We were put in this house for a reason and this is the house we will stay in for seven years. House loyalty is important. The last rule is simple: acceptance. As I said I don't care about family name, blood, or affinity. This house will not segregate or bully our nest mates like other houses do to their own. Follow those rules and all will be good."

There were murmurs of acceptance.
