A week had passed by since Cozy Glow had given birth to her little baby boy, Cumulon Gleam, and all felt right in the world for her. Her baby was nice and healthy, and so adorable to the eyes. She would spend a lot of her time with her baby, either feeding him, bathing him, or rocking him to sleep.

Of course she wasn't alone, she had help from not only Sweetie Belle, but the baby's father, Rumble. The Pegasus colt was ecstatic to have a son to watch over, he even had a flying regime set up for him, not that he was anywhere near ready for that.

One bright side for Cozy is that she stared to slim down again, though maintained some fat from the pregnancy, nothing she couldn't work off, if she put in the effort. However this wasn't the only major change, as soon a big event was to unfold.

It started one day at Rarity's Boutique, as the mare in question worked on an order, Cozy Glow was in the kitchen feeding her baby while Rumble and Sweetie Belle worked on wedding invitations.

"I'm so glad we finally got a date set for our wedding," Sweetie Belle said as wrote down her invitation for Bon Bon. "That took forever!"

"Yeah, who knew it'd be so much work?" Rumble said as he wrote down an invitation for Derpy.

"We still need to get the seating set up, and it will really depend on who can make it," Sweetie Belle said.

"I hope everypony we invite can, I want this to be as grand as possible," Rumble said.

"I hope so as well, but I have a feeling that we'll get a grand audience," Sweetie Belle said.

As Rumble was grabbing letters, he found one that was already opened, and one that was addressed to him rather than one meant to be mailed, "Though there's still one wedding we gotta attend."

"Oh yeah, can't forget about Twilight," Sweetie Belle said. "Just one week away from her wedding, how exciting."

"Oh yeah, almost there," Rumble said. "And I get to be Tender Taps's Best Stallion."

"You're lucky, I'm not even one of Twilight's Bridesmaids, but it makes sense that my sister and the other Elements are," Sweetie Belle said. "I just hope they're handling the planning well enough."

"I imagine the guest list for this one overshadow ours by a large margin," Rumble said.

"I mean it's not a contest, having as many guests as we can is just to make sure no one misses out," Sweetie Belle said. "Plus Twilight's wedding is a bigger deal, I mean she's the Princess and Ruler of Equestria. Everypony will be there, and creatures from outside of Equestria as well."

"I can only imagine what the catering might look like, I mean there might need to be a table just for Tirek," Rumble said. "Have you seen how much food he took at Cozy Glow's baby shower?"

"Tirek's a big guy, he needs a bit more than us little ponies," Sweetie Belle said. "Plus at least he's just doing that and not stealing magic."

"Which is great, he really is committed to changing for the better," Rumble said.

"And that's why he along with the others reformed villains are getting invites too," Sweetie Belle said.

"It's kind of funny that Twilight is willingly inviting Chrysalis to her wedding," Rumble said. "I'd say that's bigger progress."

"Oh yeah, I mean it was a bit more personal with Chrysalis given the fact that she nearly ruined Shining Armor's wedding," Sweetie Belle said.

"Then there's The Dazzlings, who I guess are more Sunset Shimmer's enemies than Twilight's," Rumble said.

"Starswirl's too," Sweetie Belle said. "I mean he is the one who banished them."

"Oh yeah, you're right," Rumble said. "And Twilight looks up to Starswirl."

"It just probably feels really strange for her to invite former rivals," Sweetie Belle said. "Closest I felt to that is inviting Diamond Tiara."

"Yeah, Diamond Tiara," Rumble said, feelnig strangely nervous. "It's weird for me too, considering..."

"Hey Tender Taps is coming to our wedding too," Sweetie Belle said. "Plus we also have Scootaloo coming too, so we both have our 'past experiences' coming."

"There's gonna be quite a number of fillies there, I get the feeling that there's going to be a lot of broken hearts," Rumble said.

"Oh please, most of them probably moved on," Sweetie Belle said. "Diamond Tiara moved on, Scootaloo is working on that, Apple Bloom and Dinky are together, any girl you've been with won't care as much."

"What about the girls I haven't been with?" Rumble asked. "Girls like Silver Spoon, Noi Harvest, Petunia Paleo, Wind Sprint, that one filly who's somehow super strong."

"You're not having regrets on never being with them, are you?" Sweetie Belle asked, suspiciously glaring at her fiancé.

"No way, nothing like that!" Rumble quickly insisted.

"Then don't worry about it, I doubt they'll even care," Sweetie Belle said. "Just focus on marrying me and less on what could have been."

"Yeah, I will," Rumble said. "Maybe later we can swing by Canterlot to check on Twilight and Tender Taps."

"That would be nice, maybe after we finish," Sweetie Belle said.

Suddenly a baby's cry was heard coming from the kitchen. Not too long after was a call from Cozy Glow, "Hey Rumble! Mind coming over here a second!? I could use your help!"

"Sure thing!" Rumble called, standing himself up. "I have some daddy duties to attend to."

"That's fine, I'll finish up the letters, or as much as I can," Sweetie Belle said. "If you need my help too, just call me."

"Will do," Rumble said, making his way into the kitchen to check on his son.

"Really do hope Twilight and Tappy are doing well," Sweetie Belle said, thinking of the soon to be wed duo.

At The Crystal Empire, Twilight is seen overlooking the wedding set up, making sure everypony was organized and had the event well mapped out. She had faith that everything would work out, especially given her assistance from Shining Armor and Tender Taps.

"Everything is going according to plan, with luck we might be able to do an early rehearsal!" Twilight said. "I'm so excited for this, I can't believe my wedding day is almost here!"

"Time really moves quickly, doesn't it?" Cadance said, trotting over to Twilight. "I remember how I felt when I was about to be married. Of course prior to my actual wedding I got captured and locked in a dungeon and nearly lost my husband to a Changeling Queen, but even before that I was freaking out."

"I can't imagine you freaking out, you've always been so great under pressure," Twilight said.

"Everypony gets nervous Twilight, I just made sure not to let it reach the outside," Cadance said. "It's all about control, just like you learned. I mean the old Twilight would be panicking and running around, making sure everything was perfect."

"Oh yeah, I didn't even think of that," Twilight said, laughing at the alternate scenario. "I'm so glad I moved past that, granted it took me years to get to that point, and I thought I'd never get there."

"I always had faith you would, and right now, I am really proud of how far you've come," Cadance said. "To think, you're about to get married."

"And you'll be there to officiate the wedding, won't you?" Twilight asked.

"Of course, I'm with you to the end," Cadance said. "Funny I once thought I'd be a bridesmaid of yours, but I'm even happier to officiate."

"I'll at least have plenty of Bridesmaids," Twilight said. "You have no idea how long my friends have waited for a moment like this."

"With any luck, this won't be the only time," Cadance said. "Soon you'll be one of their bridesmaids, maybe with Pinkie Pie in the near future."

"Oh it's gonna happen, believe it or not, Pinkie Pie's pregnant," Twilight said.

"Wait, pregnant!? Already!?" Cadance asked in surprise.

"Yeah, turns out she and Cheese partied a bit too hard during Cozy Glow's baby shower, and now Pinkie has a little bun in the oven," Twilight said. "Or as she put it, a Pie in the oven."

"Oh that Pinkie Pie, really surprised me, I thought she'd wait til she was married," Cadance said.

"We all thought that, but what's done is done, she and Cheese will make great parents though," Twilight said.

"Speaking of foals, when are you and Tender Taps gonna try having kids?" Cadance asked.

"We would prefer to wait a bit before becoming a mother," Twilight said. "I have my Princess duties to worry about and Tappy thinks he's too young to be a father, which makes sense, he's still in his early 20s."

"Oh yes, he is much younger than you," Cadance said.

"Only eight to nine years, and we've already moved past that," Twilight said. "He actually likes the idea of marrying an older mare, and I don't mind that he's younger than me."

"If you two are fine with it, that's all that matters, but I'm one hundred percent supportive, just like I have been from day one," Cadance said.

"And I appreciate that," Twilight said. "But um, how has my brother been handling this?"

"We're at the point where he does not mind you two getting married at least," Cadance said. "So he's supportive in his own way."

"One he sees just how successful our marriage is, he's going to eat his words," Twilight said. "Tappy has what it takes, he's kind, very thoughtful, always considers my opinion, has a successful career." Twilight leaned in to whisper to Cadance, "And he's amazing in bed."

Cadance giggled at the thought, "Well he does specialize in dancing, and that means good rythm."

Both mares continued to giggle as Tender Taps made his way into the room, catching their attention, "Hey ladies, how's it going?"

"Going great Tappy," Twilight said. "We're almost ready for rehearsal."

"That's great, boy I can't wait to make it official with you Twilight," Tender Taps said, meeting his fiancé with a kiss.

"Same here, it's going to be an amazing wedding," Twilight said. "My family, your family, all of our friends."

"You bet," Tender Taps said, checking out the floor. "Wow, it's almost like you could fit all of Equestria here."

"The wedding will be open to all those in The Crystal Empire at least, but Twilight is going to get as many ponies from across the land as she can, including Ponyville and Canterlot," Cadance said. "Plus our guests from outside Equestria."

"Yes, friends like Ember, Thorax, Capper and Tirek," Twilight said. "To think so many ponies would even want to see me get married."

"Yeah, ponies from across the land, creatures from outside Equestria, all here, all eyes on us, all wanting something great..." Tender Taps started to grow worried as sweat dripped from his head. "So many big expectations that if I mess up then I will have shamed Equestria and all hope will be lost and Friendships will crumble, and things will go downhill..."

"Tappy," Twilight interrupted. "I think you're getting off track here."

"Sorry, but knowing just how big of a deal this is, I mean, what if I get stage fright!?" Tender Taps asked.

"You're a Briddleway performer, you should be used to an audience," Cadance said.

"Well yeah, but this is the biggest audience I've had," Tender Taps said. "It even has creatures outside of Equestria, and this isn't just about making it a big performance, it's a chapter of my life, and just the thought of things going bad is...is...t-t-t-"

"Terrifying?" Twilight finished, Tender Taps nodding. "You poor dear, it's alright to be nervous, but you won't be out there alone, I'll be right there with you. That's what it means to be married, we're going to be a team, a two pony act that will last a lifetime."

:"The best show anypony can be in too," Cadance said. "This wedding will be your ultimate stage, expect that it's no act, it's real and genuine."

"Real and genuine, right," Tender Taps said, trying to calm his own nerves.

"Feel better?" Twilight asked.

"A little," Tender Taps said. "My heart's still pounding at the tough of being up there."

"Are you sure it's not because you're standing across from me, little Tappy?" Twilight asked, winking a bit.

"No, that's the good type of pounding, that sends positive energy through me," Tender Taps said. "This is the type that sends negative energy, a less than pleasant type."

"We just need to get you back to that positive again," Twilight said. "I'll look extra pretty at the ceremony, that'd make you feel better, won't it?"

"Extra pretty? Is that even possible?" Tender Taps asked. "I mean you're already the most beautiful mare in Equestria, any more and I might actually faint."

"Aw, so sweet," Twilight said as her cheeks turned pink. "Just focus on that then, when we're up there, the only thing that matters is you and me. Speak from your heart, it's one of your best qualities."

"You really think so?" Tender Taps said. "Well, alright. I do feel better around you."

"That's my Tappy," Twilight said, leaning in for a kiss which he shared with her.

"Well if that's settled, why don't we go and get this rehearsal started, just the basics of timing and position," Cadance said.

"Feels weird to rehearse a wedding, I mean won't it take from the magic? Tender Taps asked.

"Rehearsals can make a pony less nervous, just like you rehearse a play to make sure you have your lines and movements right," Cadance said. "Plus it gives extra time for others to know what to do as well."

"Weddings sure are a lot of work," Tender Taps said. "But it's worth it to have the perfect moment with somepony you love."

"A feeling I know all too well," Cadance said, reminiscing on her marriage to Shining Armor. "Alright, let's get to positions."

As the ponies spread out, Twilight leaned in to whisper to Tender Taps. "After this is over, we'll go to our room and you can help me get a good type of pounding."

"Huh? How can I help you get..." Tender Taps blushed when he realized what she meant. "T-Twilight!"

Twilight giggled at his reaction, just the one she was hoping for as she walked off, Tender Taps still a bit embarrassed by her choice of words as he returned to his own position. Of course he wouldn't mind a chance to be physically bound with Twilight.

The next day, Tender Taps had gone over to the Carousel Boutique for a fitting, Rarity was designing both his wedding tux and Twilight's wedding gown. The young groom to be was standing in the fitting area as Rarity was sewing his suit together.

"Nearly done darling, I dare say you'll look quite dapper with this tuxedo on," Rarity said. "Twilight is such a lucky mare to have a colt like you to marry."

"I feel lucky, I still can't believe the wedding day is almost here," Tender Taps said.

"You've been waiting almost a year for this too," Rarity said. "The joy of marriage, I'm still waiting for my turn of course."

"Won't you have that chance with Thunderlane?" Tender Taps asked.

"Oh no, we're not dating," Rarity said, grabbing some extra cloth.

"Wait, you two broke up again!?" Tender Taps asked, looking amazed by this revelation.

"Yes, though this break up wasn't as bad," Rarity said. "We mutually agreed that it wouldn't work out, I mean we've had struggles even before Rumble and Sweetie Belle initially broke up, and we were running into those troubles again so we figured it best if we saw other ponies, especially since our younger siblings were getting married, we did not want to create any awkward turmoil."

"Well I hope you find somepony else," Tender Taps said.

"I'm not in a rush," Rarity reassured. "But I am considering my options right now, there are plenty of stallions who would make a considerably great mate for me."

"Well whoever you pick is very lucky then, you're a great looking mare Rarity," Tender Taps said.

"How sweet of you to say," Rarity said, adding the finishing touches. "I still can't believe how well you've grown, I still remember when you were smaller. You got around quite a bit with other fillies, including Sweetie Belle."

"Yeah, guess so," Tender Taps said. "It wasn't intentional, I was just looking for the pony of my dreams."

"That's quite alright, sometimes it takes a while to find that pony," Rarity said. "And sometimes you don't even realize it the first time you look."

"Love is so complicated sometimes," Tender Taps said.

"I won't disagree there, but it's always worth seeking out," Rarity said, placing the last patch. "There, how does it feel?"

Tender Taps moved around a bit, "It fits perfectly! And it's really comfortable."

"Glad you like it darling," Rarity said, then found herself in a hug.

"Thanks, you're the best Rarity," Tender Taps said.

"Aw, how sweet," Rarity said, returning the hug. "I wish you all the best in your future."

"Same to you, whatever you decide," Tender Taps said, pulling back. "I should probably get this suit home."

"I'll pack it up for you dear," Rarity said. "If you would undress."

"Sure," Tender Taps said, pulling his clothes off. "By the way, what has it been like having a baby here?"

"You mean Cozy Glow's baby? Oh he's a delight," Rarity said, using her magic to take the clothes. "Bit loud on occasion but that's to be expected of a newborn child. Rumble, Sweetie Belle and Cozy Glow have done a great job of caring for him, my sister makes for such a great mother."

"So Sweetie Belle is treating the baby like her own?" Tender Taps asked.

"Just like she said she would, she's a natural mother my sister is," Rarity said. "Imagine how good she will be once she has a baby of her own."

"How long do you think that would take?" Tender Taps asked.

"That's up to them," Rarity said. "Why don't you go see them, maybe you can see the baby too."

"Oh I'd love that," Tender Taps said, making his way out of the fitting room.

"I'd love to see the babies he and Twilight would have," Rarity said, adding a few extra touches to the suit.

Tender Taps went upstairs, knocking on the door leading to Rumble and Sweetie Belle's room. "Hey, anypony in there?"

"Is that you Tender Taps?" Sweetie Belle asked.

"Yeah, it's me, I was hoping to see the baby," Tender Taps said. "Is he in there?"

"Yeah, he is," Sweetie Belle said. "We're feeding him right now."

"Oh, well, would it be alright if I went inside?" Tender Taps asked.

"That should be fine, but before you do..." Sweetie Belle was attempting to explain but Tender Taps got too excited and opened the door, only to find a strange sight. "Well...I did say we were feeding him."

"Right, I just forgot about that type of feeding," Tender Taps said.

Of course what they were referring to was that the young colt was being teat fed by Cozy Glow as she and Sweetie Belle laid in bed together, the once pregnant mare giggling a bit.

"Your expression is priceless," Cozy Glow said.

Tender Taps began blushing, "I'm really sorry, I guess I moved before thinking."

"Oh it's fine, I really don't mind," Cozy Glow said, then rubbed her baby's head.

"Uh-huh..." Tender Taps said, feeling a bit awkward. "So...question, what's that like? You know, the way you're feeding your baby. Does it feel strange?"

"It's not bad, it does take some getting used to though," Cozy Glow said. "But I really don't mind the feeling, it's really neat knowing that I can feed my baby this way, a lot cheaper than getting food at the store."

"It's really cute too, I wish I could be able to do that," Sweetie Belle said. "I mean, I could but the baby won't be getting any milk from me at all."

"It is cute though, I agree on that," Tender Taps said, imagining Twilight doing something similar with a baby they could have in the future.

Moments later, Cozy Glow pulled the baby away and began to burp it, finding success after a few pats. "There you go, all happy and full." She hopped off the bed with the baby still in her hooves. "I'm taking Cumie to his crib."

"Sure thing Cozy," Sweetie Belle said as her friend left.

"So what has it been like having a baby around?" Tender Taps asked.

"A lot of work, but a labor of love," Sweetie Belle said. "I've never seen Cozy Glow so happy though, she really loves being a mom and having a baby to take care of."

"That's good for her, what about Rumble though, how has he been handling it?" Tender Taps asked. "Also, where is he? I don't think I've seen him."

"He's out doing some Wonderbolts practice," Sweetie Belle said. "But knowing him, he wishes he were here right now helping me and Cozy Glow care for the baby. He's happy being a dad though, that's why he's been practicing more, he hopes if he gets a good enough spot within The Wonderbolts, he'll have more bits to bring home."

"It shouldn't take too long, he's really talented after all," Tender Taps said.

"Oh yes, he's very talented, and he's doing well so far," Sweetie Belle said. "He's going to have to travel soon, and it bothers him that he has to be away from Cumie for a bit, that and we were still working on our own wedding preparations. But he also knows that he must provide for his family. As his fiancé I am more than happy to help take care of his baby."

"It really doesn't bother you that your fiancé has a child from another mare," Tender Taps said.

"Not at all, I came to terms with it a while ago," Sweetie Belle said. "Though actually seeing the baby is a bit strange to me, especially since that baby is still there's first and foremost, and it's going to be very difficult to explain to that baby why his daddy and mommy aren't married to each other, but after nearly a year of wondering, by this point we're just winging it. I let Rumble and Cozy Glow do what they need to do for their baby, I help however I can, and while it's only been a week, it's going pretty well so far."

"It's a really nice thing you're doing though, helping out Rumble and Cozy Glow the way you do," Tender Taps said. "Say are you any closer to getting your own house?"

"We've started looking for an available house in Ponyville," Sweetie Belle said. "We found a couple that look neat, one of them is even close to Sweet Apple Acres. The Wonderbolts did offer us something nice in Canterlot though."

"Hey if you came to Canterlot, then we'd be neighbors," Tender Taps said.

"Yeah but, I'm not sure if I want to leave Ponyville, plus Canterlot may be a bit too fancy for us," Sweetie Belle said.

"It is a bit of an intimidating town to be in, took me forever to get used to it," Tender Taps said. "Even more now that I'm going to be living there."

"You have the look at least, and the reputation of being a Briddleway star," Sweetie Belle said.

"That did not get me very far really," Tender Taps said.

"Well I do wish you the best of luck in living at Canterlot," Sweetie Belle said.

"Thanks, and I hope you and Rumble find your home soon," Tender Taps said. "I know Rumble just had a kid but, how long before you and he try for foals of your own?"

"Depends, if we do get a house and he has a secure spot on the team, then I'd be comfortable having kids right away," Sweetie Belle said. "How about you and Twilight?"

"I want to wait a bit before having kids, I don't think I'm ready to be a father," Tender Taps said. "I think Twilight's willing to wait to, that way when I do have kids, I'll be able to be the father they deserve."

"That's such a nice plan to have, I can tell you'll make a great daddy one day," Sweetie Belle said.

"I hope so," Tender Taps said.

"So, Rumble will be back later, why don't you come have some tea with me, we'll catch up some more, I'd love to know any new details in your work life or your romance," Sweetie Belle suggested.

"Sure, that sounds good," Tender Taps said, joining Sweetie Belle as the two went downstairs together.

Days had passed by, soon it was time for one of the biggest events in Equestria, the day that Princess Twilight Sparkle would be wed to Tender Taps.

The Crystal Empire was packed at the center of town, with all it's residents in attendance, along with many ponies outside, including Royalty from places like Maretonia, Saddle Arabia, The Kirin Grove, The Dragon Lands, Yakyakistan, the Changeling Kingdom, Mount Aris and The Nether Lands.

The seats filled in, many of the VIP area also filled with it's Royalty and other key figures from around the world, and the friends of the bride and groom up close.

Even many from Twilight's school of Friendship gathered around, from the Student Six, even to the EEA Official Neighsay. This truly was arguably the biggest event in recent memory for Equestriai, the marriage of Equestrian Princess, Twilight Sparkle.

Cozy Glow sat in the front alongside Sweetie Belle, Apple Bloom, Scootaloo and Dinky, showing her baby off to her friends as they anticipated the upcoming wedding.

Shining Armor sat in the front side, his mother beside him, the stallion still trying to come to terms with certain things. Normally he would be proud of his sister, and truthfully he was quite emotional when it came to weddings, but this still felt so surreal for the Prince.

"Are you feeling alright Shining Armor dear?" Velvet asked..

"Huh?" Shining Armor turned to his mother. "Yeah, I'm doing fine."

"If there's something bothering you, then you know you can tell me," Velvet said.

"I know, I'm just so confused, I know I told Twilight that I would be accepting of who she chose as her husband but this is still so weird for me to wrap my head around," Shining Armor said.

"I know it's strange, this is a big change and sometimes change takes some getting used to," Velvet said. "I know you once had issue with the age gap and I know you think he's too young to be able to care for Twilight, but you have to really consider your sister's opinion. She always plans things out, maybe to a fault but it always works out because she considers each possibility. She wouldn't be marrying Tender Taps if she didn't think it could work."

"Yeah, I know that, but what makes Tender Taps the right guy? Why did she pick him over all of the other potential suitors she could have had?" Shining Armor asked. "I don't mean to put down the kid but I just don't think he's ready for this."

"When you truly love somepony, you make it work," Velvet said. "I truly believe that Tender Taps loves Twilight, don't you think he does? Haven't you seen it over the last year? How attentive he is to her, how he always makes time for her, how he works hard to be successful at what he does just so he can provide for her? He probably doesn't need to worry about finance, he's marrying Twilight, she could cover everything, but he wants to put his own worth as well, because he loves her enough to want to be the husband she can rely on."

"I guess it is admirable that he stuck through with the engagement even after all he's been through once all of Equestria found out," Shining Armor said.

"And look just how happy he is," Velvet said, gesturing to Tender Taps making his way down the aisle way to the alter where Cadance, Rumble and The Elements were. Indeed he was quite happy, though one could see some worry mixed within it.

The colt stood at the altar, trying to keep his nerves calm. In just a few moments, he was going to be wed to Twilight, though seeing so many ponies in attendance did not ease his fears, but he did his best to not let it get to him.

"Big day huh?" Rumble said.

"Huge, not much longer before Twilight comes down that aisle," Tender Taps said.

"You're handling it pretty well, hope I'm that composed when it's my turn," Rumble said.

"You're always composed, you'll do way better than me," Tender Taps said.

"Hey I'm not that composed, even I get nervous from time to time, it's a normal reaction," Rumble said. "Just don't think about it too much, focus on Twilight."

"That's what everyone keeps telling me," Tender Taps said.

"Then take that advice," Rumble said. "You got this, it's all you and Twilight now."

"Right, all me and Twilight..." Tender Taps said.

Pinkie eagerly hopped in place at the altar as well, "So close, so close...Soon Twilight's gonna be married!"

"Compose yourself Pinkie Pie," Rarity said.

"Sorry, I'm just so excited!" Pinkie said.

"We all are, just try to save the excitement fer the party later," Applejack said.

"Look alive ponies, flower filly incoming," Rainbow Dash said.

The ceremony continued as Flurry Heart performed her role as the flower filly, throwing petals on the ground as she made her way down the aisle. As she finished, she sat by her father and grandmother as the final part of the ceremony came.

"That was so adorable, I hope she can be my flower girl if I ever get married," Fluttershy said.

"Same here," Rarity added.

Walking down the aisle was the bride of this wedding, Twilight Sparkle. She was joined by Night Light, the father doing his job of giving away his daughter to her new husband.

Once his job was done, and after giving one little hug to his daughter, Night Light sat down beside his wife, son and granddaughter.

Twilight stood before her fiancé, the boy dazzled by her beauty. "You look amazing Twilight."

"So do you Tappy," Twilight said, giving a little wink to the boy, causing more of a flustered reaction.

Cadance cleared her throat to speak, "We have gathered today to witness the bonding of two ponies. The Princess of Friendship, Twilight Sparkle and Grand Performer, Tender Taps. Before we move on, I believe both the bride and groom have some words of love for each other. Twilight, you first."

"I just want to say that, I am so happy I get to experience this moment with you, Tender Taps," Twilight said. "I've known you since you were a young boy, and you loved to perform and put on a show for others. I always admired that about you and I knew that one day you would grow into a grand performer. Of course despite that, you always stayed down to Equestria, never forgetting where you were from. You have both the heart and the humility to be worthy of being the best. It is that same determination that got you to me. While I could not return your love the first time you've shown it, and while you did consider an alternate path, you never truly gave up on the chance of being with me, and here we are years later, standing together at the Altar. You've grown into a fine young stallion, and I'm happy to call you my husband. I love you Tender Taps, for now and forever."

"Such kind words," Cadance said, then turned to the groom. "Now you Tender Taps."

The boy seemed quite nervous, especially with there being so many eyes on him. Closing his eyes a moment, he took a deep breath and focused back on Twilight, seemingly blocking everyone else out of his mind. "Being here right now, marrying you, it's a dream that I never thought I'd get to live out. I know it wasn't easy, given the large age gap, but I never cared about any of that. You could have been a thousand years older than me, and all I would want is to be with you, your beauty is ever lasting and your gentle nature is so alluring. I have always looked up to you Twilight, even now I admire you. You're my personal hero, and to be your husband is an honor I will cherish forever. I have always told others that the best moment of my life wasn't getting into Briddleway, it was the night you agreed to marry me. Today tops that, taking you as my bride is the ultimate in my happiness, topped only by the day the two of us welcome life into this world. I love you Twilight Sparkle, and I will always be with you."

"Do you, Twilight Sparkle, take Tender Taps as your husband? To always be with and protect?" Cadance asked.

Twilight nodded, "Yes, I do."

"And do you Tender Taps, take Twilight Sparkle as your wife? To always show your love and support?" Cadance asked.

Tender Taps feverishly nodded, "Absolutely!"

"Then by the power vested in me as the Princess of The Crystal Empire, I pronounce you both, Husband and Wife," Cadance said. "You may kiss the bride."

The two met joined together in one kiss that sealed the deal on their romance, everyone cheering as the couple celebrated their new union.

"Alright Twilight!" Pinkie cheered, her friends sharing the sentiment.

"Good on you Tender Taps!" Rumble said.

"Wow...it's official," Shining Armor said.

"How do you feel Shiney?" Velvet asked.

"Happy," Shining Armor said, then made his way toward the bride as her friends showered their affection.

"Here comes your brother," Tender Taps said, gesturing to Shining Armor.

"Big brother?" Twilight said, curious by his approach.

"Hey Twiley," Shining Armor said. "Congratulations, I'm so proud of you."

"Aw, thanks big brother," Twilight said, hugging the stallion. "Thanks for being here for me."

"Always," Shining Armor said, then pulled away to face Tender Taps. "As for you kid..."

"Yes, sir?" Tender Taps asked, a bit nervous by the tone.

"Take care of my sister," Shining Armor said, smirking at his new brother-in-law.

"Oh, yeah, definitely," Tender Taps said, feeling more confident this time around.

Pinkie hopped in the middle, a big beaming smile itched across her face, "Alright, time to par-tay!"

It wasn't long before everyone was gathered for the post wedding party, the streets brimming with party goers of many different residences. Twilight and Tender Taps had their dance together as wife and husband, Cozy was showing off her baby to Tirek, Chrysalis and The Dazzlings, Rumble and Sweetie Belle were chatting with Scootaloo, Apple Bloom and Dinky, Pinkie was going around checking on everypony.

"Who's having fun!?" Pinkie asked. "Derpy! Are you having fun!?"

"Sure am," Derpy said, plopping a muffin into her mouth.

"How about you Capper!?" Pinkie asked.

"You know it," the Ambyssian said, then turned his attention to Prince Rutheford. "She's an old friend, we go back."

"Pinkie Pie friend to Yaks as well, Pinkie Pie honorary Yak," Rutheford said.

"Honorary Yak huh? Sounds fun," Capper said, taking a sip from his drink.

Pinkie turned her attention to Tempest, "How about you Fizzlepop!? Having fun!?"

"Sure, thanks Pinkie Pie," Tempest said.

"Isn't she the best?" Came the voice of Cheese, the pony right beside Tempest.

"She's really nice, that's for sure," Tempest said. "Kind of hard not to like that energy."

Not too far off, the Breezie Seabreeze was rolling his eyes in annoyance, "What a loud mouth, how hasn't she blown her lungs out? Or has he just had too much te drink?"

"Aw be nice Seabreeze," Fluttershy said. "She's just happy for her friend."

"Plus she's so fun to have around," Discord added. "Not to mention, weddings are just so nice, perfect union of two harmonic souls in a lifelong bond."

"Wow, that's deep Discord," Fluttershy said. "Have you ever wanted to get married?"

"I could have gotten married, if Celestia actually accepted my proposal," Discord said.

Fluttershy and Seabreeze gazed with widened eyes, unable to believe what either heard just now.

"You...and Celestia!?" Fluttershy asked. "But...when...how..."

Discord began laughing, unable to contain himself, "I'm just joking, I never proposed to Celestia, oh you should have seen the look on your faces."

"Oh, real funny," Seabreeze commented. "I can't see either of ye getting together anyway."

"You'd be surprised how much of a charmer I can be," Discord said. "Speaking of charmers though Fluttershy, how are things going between you and that Soarin fellow? I am curious for details."

Fluttershy blushed a bit, "Oh...it's nothing really."

"A little bit of 'nothing' is usually a whole lot of something," Discord said, poofing in a bag of popcorn. "Come on, don't hold out on old Discord."

"Oh...ok," Fluttershy said, about to go into some detail about her relationship with Soarin.

As Cozy Glow continued to show off her son, Flurry Heart had flown over, getting the older girl's attention. "Hi Cozy."

"Oh, Flurry Heart, so nice to see you," Cozy said. "Did you want to see my baby?"

"He's so cute," Sonata said, sitting and holding the baby in her forelegs.

"With a mommy like Cozy Glow, and a daddy like Rumble, of course that baby is cute, he's the creation of two of Equestria's cutest ponies," Flurry said.

"He's brimming with love too," a now Metamorphized Chrysalis said. "The purity alone feels wonderous."

"Really hope you can make your situation work Cozy," Aria said. "I mean, that baby is not gonna grow up in a typical family."

"He has me, he has Rumble and he has Sweetie Belle, I'd say he'll grow up better from having three ponies loving him," Cozy Glow said.

"Are you ever going to find a pony all your own though?" Tirek asked. "Or are you content living with that Rumble kid and his fiance?"

"I get asked that a lot, and it's usually the same reply," Cozy Glow said. "I won't know until it happens. I may find a pony to fall in love with, I may not. All I care about is being there for my baby"

"Besides, I have a feeling she'll find somepony really soon," Flurry said, glancing at Cozy Glow. "A pony to love and care for both her and her baby, and to raise more babies with."

Cozy knew Flurry was referring to herself, given how satisfied Twilight seemed with waiting, perhaps she can wait herself if it means her own eternal happiness.

"Well good luck on that Cozy Glow," Aria said.

"Yeah, good luck with your future," Sonata said.

"Thanks, I'm so happy to have friends like you," Cozy Glow said, then rubbed Flurry's mane. "Especially a friend like you Flurry."

The little Princess flew up and kissed Cozy Glow on the cheek, getting a blush from the older filly.

Rumble and Sweetie Belle also enjoyed a nice dance together at the party.

"Soon, this will be our moment," Sweetie Belle said. "Are you ready Rumble?"

"If I wasn't, I would not have proposed to you," Rumble said. "There isn't anything I want more than to be with you. Seeing Twilight and Tender Taps sharing their vows just made me want this even more. I am going to make you the happiest mare in a matter of weeks."

"I can't wait for that," Sweetie Belle said. "Promise me that when we're married, you'll never let me go again."

"I am not letting you go now," Rumble said. "I would never repeat a mistake. Thank you so much for taking me back."

"Taking you back is so desperate sounding, I see it as making a new beginning," Sweetie Belle said. "Our wedding is our next beginning, that of a long and happy life together, with many little foals running around and having my Wonderbolt Husband with me. Like you Rumble, this wedding made me want you more."

"I love you," Rumble said, kissing his fiancé, the two enjoying each other's embrace once again.

After her dance, Twilight was ready to toss the bouquet, and after randomly flinging it, it landed in the hooves of Fluttershy, the mare feeling flustered as she stood close to Soarin.

"Wow, nice catch," Soarin said.

"Th-thanks," Fluttershy said, feeling a rush of emotions.

Twilight seemed satisfied with her toss and was ready to move on in the party when she met with some old mentors. "Princess Celestia, Starswirl."

"That was such a nice wedding Twilight, you looked so lovely up there," Starswirl said.

"Thank you sir, it was a dream come true," Twilight said.

"We're so grateful for your happiness Twilight, you deserved that moment, and I know you and your new husband are going to be so happy together," Celestia said.

"So it's alright that I got married?" Twilight asked. "I mean, you never did so I wasn't sure if..."

"It's perfectly fine, there's no rule against it," Celestia said. "Besides, I've had my share of stallions over the years, I wasn't totally single."

"You...huh!?" Twilight said, looking surprised.

"She did once have quite the adventurous personality, still does to an extent," Starswirl said.

"Not as much as Luna," Celestia jokingly stated, then focused back on Twilight. "All I want is for you to be happy, and it looks like you are just that with Tender Taps. You're going to have such a nice life together."

"I believe we are," Twilight said, turning to her husband, the stallion doing a few tap dance performances for the Student Six. "That is my wish."

Days after the wedding, Twilight and Tender Taps were getting set to go on their Honeymoon, meaning that Shining Armor and Cadance would stay at Canterlot a bit, while leaving their Kingdom in the care of the former villains.

"Can we trust you five to take care of The Crystal Empire while we're gone?" Shining Armor asked.

"For the last time, yes!" Tirek frustratingly stated. "Your Kingdom will be fine for Twilight's sake."

"Did you turn my sister into an expression!?" Shining Armor asked.

"Everyone did, she's ruler of Equestria, what did you expect?" Tirek asked.

"We'll take good care Shining Armor, for now you should hurry to Canterlot, don't want to keep your sister waiting," Chrysalis said.

"Alright, but Flash Sentry will be here too just so you know," Shining Armor said.

"That's right!" Came the voice of the stallion. "I'm here to keep an eye on you five."

"Oh check it out, the stallion who didn't end up with Twilight," Adagio teased.

"Hey!" Flash said, feeling offended. "That actually kind of hurt."

"You'll find somepony else Flash," Cadance said. "You have more admirers than you realize, so be strong for them."

"Oh, uh right!" Flash said. "I won't let them down!"

"Contact us if you need any assistance," Cadance said.

"Sure thing," Tirek said as the family left.

"Bye-bye Sonata!" Flurry said, following her parents.

"Bye Flurry!" Sonata said, waving good-bye.

Once they were alone, Tirek turned to his allies, "Wanna raid the food pantry?"

"Oh yes, I heard they have some good grub in there," Aria said.

"Fine by me," Chrysalis said.

As the former villains went into the castle, Flash stood before them, "Hey, you better not make a mess!"

"Out of the way," Chrysalis said, using her magic to teleport him away.

"Wow, that was savage," Adagio said.

"I may have chance physical appearance, but I'm still Chrysalis, I am not about to become a goody-goody," the former Changeling Queen said.

"Oh hell yeah," Aria said.

"I hear you on that," Tirek said, the five sharing a laugh as they entered the palace.

Shining Armor, Cadance and Flurry Heart made their way to Canterlot, allowing Twilight and Tender Taps to leave for Ponyville. While many considered it an odd place for a Honeymoon, Twilight thought nothing better than to spend the week back at her old home, literally. Thanks to some magic and good construction, and even a bit of Tirek's assistance as an apology, Twilight's old Library had been rebuilt, where she and Tender Taps would use at a hotel of sorts.

"Feels nice to be back here," Twilight said, reminiscing a bit.

"Yeah, I don't think I ever really got to come here much," Tender Taps said. "Perfect place for our Honeymoon."

"I still can't believe we're actually married," Twilight said. "I'm so excited for our future."

"Me too, I can't wait to share my life with you Twilight, " Tender Taps said. "I can't wait to start a family with you either...actually I can wait a little bit, but I look forward to that day."

"So do I," Twilight said. "My sweet Tappy, you're all mine now."

"And I couldn't be happier, I vow to always be with you, Princess Twilight Sparkle," Tender Taps said, bowing to his wife.

"The same for you, Prince Tender Taps," Twilight said, bowing as well.

Tender Taps's eye widened, "Holy crap, I'm actually a Prince, it's just dawning on me now! What's gonna happen? Do I have to do anything? Must I act a certain way? Uh, how formal do I need to be to-"

Twilight silenced her husband with a kiss, "Figure it out later."

"Uh, right, sorry," Tender Taps sheepishly apologized.

The two embraced once again as Husband and Wife, sharing a nice kiss together, ready to start their new lives as a married couple, and plan for their future together. The next chapter of their romance commencing, their love story still far from over.
