CHAPTER FOUR: Captured.

As Lena awoke, the first thing she realised is how strong she is, she feels... different... She looks to her left and sees an IV drip going into her arm with a blood bag marked with a label reading "SG". Lena sighed, she hated to be like this, but she knew it was for the best. She looked to her left and right and, not seeing Kara, she panicked. This prompted Dr. Hamilton to come running in and try to calm Lena down.

"She's just gone to your office to get something for you..." Lena didn't stop panicking but instead panicked more.
"What if my brother is there? What if something happens and she can't use her powers?!" Lena tried to stand up when she suddenly felt soft hands on her arms as Kara returns, hugging Lena close. Kara put her lips onto Lena's kissing her softly as she placed a bag down and sat in a chair, not parting at all.
"Kara, your okay..." Lena wrapped her arms around one of Kara's and didn't let go, at this, Kara giggled slightly and pulled out a laptop, phone and box of chocolates for Lena.
"I bought the chocolates and phone for you, the laptop I borrowed from your office." Kara kissed Lena and opened the box of chocolates, putting them on a small table in front of Kara as she pulled the laptop out and turned it on, giving Lena her new phone.
"Kara... this is amazing." Lena kissed Kara again and Kara returned the passion Lena had put into the kiss until a door sounded at the other end of the room and the pair froze.

"Kara, Lena needs to rest." Alex said before bursting into laughter. "You two are so cute together."
"Thanks Alex." They said in unison, both rolling their eyes before looking at each other and giggling. When they looked back, Alex was holding two pots of ice cream with a trey of foods and drinks.
"Here, if you have Kara's powers, you'll have her appetite too." They both looked at Alex, smiling.
"Thank you Alex!" They excitedly watch as Alex pushes the trolley closer and hands them both some ice cream. As she walks out, Lena pulls Kara closer and sits up, tensing slightly. Kara noticed this and put her hands on Lena's shoulders which Lena just shrugged off and sat up, taking the ice cream and beginning to eat, Kara pulled Lena closer as she moved closer herself and they began to eat, enjoying their food before deciding to get to work with Kara being Lena's scribe, this was short lived as Kara was called away by her duties as Supergirl, Lena watched as Kara ran out the room, already transforming into Supergirl as the suit formed around her body, she sprinted out and flew away...

As Kara landed in the industrial plant, she took in her surroundings, pipes rolling on the floor, stacks of wood burning, the smell of acid in the air...
Then the wave of nausea hit her as she collapsed and sleep took her...

"Couldn't get my sister off your mind?" Lex asked, pacing around her as he spoke, when he got around to her front, he lifted her chin up and smiled at her. "Wakey wakey." Lex injected her in the neck with an unknown liquid to Kara, that liquid stopped being unknown as she felt the familiar feeling of kryptonite, she writhed around and tried to escape the feeling. "You think your friends will save you?" Kara nodded and tried to escape which landed her with a smack in the knee from a kryptonite laced wrench. "I've heard that's painful." Lex asked her that question and every time she nodded, she took another attack, this went on for days, then weeks before she finally relented and shook her head, looking at him as he walked up to her again. "Do you think they will save you?"
"N- No..." Kara rasped as she hung her head again, breathing heavy but raspy.

"Are they the cause of your suffering?" Kara shook her head and was met with another attack, one that she didn't expect, she was injected with a vial of silver kryptonite - she didn't know this however she saw Alex and Lena walking towards her.
"L- Lena? A- Alex?" Kara questioned as a look of hope splashed across her face, that was short lived as - to her anyway - they smacked her across the face with kryptonite laced batons - the pain was actually being delivered by Hank Henshaw and Lex himself.
"Are they responsible yet?" Lex asked and, as she kept saying no over and over, he kept feeding her visions - her family - her birth mother and father, her cousin, her aunt and her other friends being killed by Lena, Alex and other DEO members, Lena beating her and Alex beating her too. Eventually her weak shakes of her head became even weaker nods. Lex smiled wickedly.

"Who is your saviour? The person who has saved you?" Lex asked, hoping the subliminal messaging had worked.
"L- Lex Luthor... saved m- me..." At those words, Lex smiled and turned to one of his cohorts.
"Pack everything up and tell the DEO about this place." Kara tried to stop him by moving and shaking her head. Lex moved closer. "Do you want revenge?" Kara nodded weakly and Lex grinned. "Then trust me Zor-El, this is for the best." He patted her on the head and walked out, all the equipment bar a red sun emitter - requisitioned from the DEO before the split from Luthor-Corp and he walked out, smiling as Kara played weak...
