The next day, Izuku is walking to his house with Ochako. She is worried about what his mom would say if he brought a girl to his house.
"Deku, are you sure it's okay for me to live with you and your mom?" Ochako asked worriedly.
"Yep it's ok. She already agreed when I called her yesterday. When we graduate from UA, we will be living together until we get our own place." Izuku said with a smile.
"O-ok" Ochako said, blushing.
They arrive at Izuku's house.
"We're here." Izuku said.
Ochako nodded. She is so nervous that she could not speak without stammering.
"It's ok, Ochako. My mom is very nice and understanding." Izuku said, reassuring her.
"Okay… I'll try." Ochako said, surprised at Izuku saying her first name.
Izuku knocks on the door and his mom opens it to hug him.
"Hello Izuku." Inko said, smiling at her son.
"Hi mom." Izuku smiled back.
"You must be Ochako. Nice to meet you." Inko hugged Ochako as well.
"Hi, Mrs. Midoriya." Ochako said nervously.
"Oh please. Call me mom. I've heard so much about you from Izuku. He never stops gushing about you especially after the Sports Festival." Inko said without hesitation.
"Really, is that true Izuku?" Ochako asked mischievously.
"Mom! Stop embarrassing me." Izuku said with his face turning red, his hands covering his face.
"It's the truth sweetie. You always praised her for being so strong and when I watched the Sports Festival, I can see why you chose to be with her." Inko said.
"U-um." Ochako tried to deny what she was hearing, but she was trying hard not to blush at the same time.
"You two are dating, right?" Inko asked suspiciously.
"Yes we are." Izuku said as he put his arm around Ochako.
Ochako smiled and hugged Izuku's side.
"I'm so happy that you are dating such a nice and pretty girl." Inko said happily.
"Awww thanks mom." Ochako said with a smile.
"Come on in, you two. Make yourself at home. Dinner will be done soon." Inko said, walking to the kitchen.
Izuku and Ochako walk to the living room and sit on the sofa.
"Your home is much bigger than mine." Ochako said.
"It's your home now, Ochako." Izuku said, hugging her.
"I like hearing you say my name. It makes me really happy." Ochako said, taking Izuku's hand in hers.
"That's what I'm here for. There is nothing that is going to stop me from keeping a smile on your face." Izuku assured her.
'They're only being nice because they pity you. They're most likely going to kick you out when you need them the most." Ochako's negative thoughts were trying to influence her as she was listening to Izuku.
She shakes her head to stop the negative thoughts. She knew Izuku would never do that to her.
You ok?" Izuku asked.
"Yeah I'm ok." Ochako lied. "I'm gonna use the bathroom real quick." Ochako said.
"It's on the left in the hallway." Izuku said.
Ochako goes to the bathroom and locks the door. She splashes water on her face.
'Come on Ochako, get those thoughts out of your head. But what's the point? Those thoughts are not lies. They are the truth and there's nothing you can do to stop these thoughts.' Ochako's negative thoughts were beginning to rise up again.
'Just shut up!' Ochako slapped herself. 'Deku cares about me.'
She finishes using the bathroom and goes to the living room.
"There you are, Ochako. Dinner is ready." Inko said in the kitchen.
After dinner, Ochako and Izuku thank Inko for the meal and go to Izuku's room.
"That was soooo good." Ochako says as she sits down on Izuku's bed and leans back.
"Yeah, my mom makes the best food. Man, I'm stuffed." Izuku says as he sits down next to her.
Ochako puts her head on Izuku's shoulder. "Hey Deku. Can I ask you something?"
"What is it, Ochako?" Izuku asked, looking at her.
"Did your mom really mean what she said when you said you were gushing over me after the Sports Festival? Ochako asked with a blush on her face.
Izuku chuckled before answering, "Yeah it's true. She was obviously watching the Festival live so when I got home and found out she recorded it. I asked her for it and while I was watching your match, she realized I had a crush on you. I didn't hold back anything when she asked if I liked you."
"Really? So does that mean you like me?" Ochako whispered.
Izuku nodded with a smile. "I've always admired you because of how strong-willed you are. You always keep pushing and the Sports Festival showed me how perseverant you are. When I watched you go all out against Kacchan, I felt something in my heart that I have never felt in my life. So if I'm going to say this, I might as well say this now. I love you Ochako Uraraka."
Ochako hugged Izuku. " I never thought how happy I would be to hear you say that. I love you too De … I love you Izuku Midoriya. I have fallen for you since the day you saved me from the Zero Pointer on the day of the Entrance Exam. Ever since, you became my hero and I am glad it is you that I fell in love with."
"Since we have that taken care of, there is one thing I want to ask you." Izuku said nervously.
"What is it?" Ochako asked.
"Will you be my girlfriend Ochako?" Izuku asked, looking into her eyes.
Ochako smiled, tears in her eyes. "Yes! A million times, yes!"
"Can I kiss you?" Izuku asked.
Ochako nodded, tears still in her eyes.
Izuku cupped Ochako's face in his hands and pressed his lips to hers. Ochako felt as if she would burst with happiness from the kiss. All the time could pass in the world as they were kissing and she wouldn't care.
After a few minutes, Izuku broke the kiss and pressed his forehead to Ochako's forehead. Both of them were breathless. "Was that your first kiss?" Ochako whispered.
"Y-yes." Izuku nodded.
"It was mine too. I'm glad my first kiss was with you Izuku." Ochako said, smiling. "Can we kiss one more time?"
"Yeah we can." Izuku leaned forward and their lips met once more. One time turned into a second time until they were laying down. At one point, Ochako straddled him
"I'm so happy, Ochako. I'm more happy about this than anything else in the world." Izuku said.
"Me too." Ochako said as she laid down on Izuku's chest.
"Good night Ochako" Said Izuku as he starts falling asleep.
"Good night Izuku." Ochako whispers as she falls asleep.
