"Amy, you coming to Shaw's?" Jake speeds up a little to fall step in step with her.
Amy's cheeks turn pink. "Not tonight", she apologises. "I've- I've got a date".
"What?" Jake startles. "With that boring jerk?"
"His name is Teddy", she informs him with a frown, "And he's not boring".
"Oh, he sounds like a barrel of laughs. Amy, you met at coding camp".
Amy sighs. "I'll see you tomorrow, Jake".
Rosa waits for Jake to stop, before approaching him. "So are you ever going to say anything to her?" she enquires, and Jake stares at her. "Because if you are, I'd hurry it up. She seems pretty excited about seeing that Teddy guy again".
"She's like a sister, Rosa".
Rosa shrugs. "That's what Luke said about Leia!"
"Charles", Jake growls under his breath and Rosa smirks, smacking his shoulder.
