Payback
Amy sets a coffee down on his desk, and Jake winces at the sight of it.
"Everything hurts", he says pathetically.
"But you get to be Terry's baby's godfather", she says optimistically. "Uncle Jake. God, you're gonna teach that kid so many bad habits".
"I know literally nothing about babies… I don't really know what I thought a godfather did", he muses. "How's Holt?" he smirks and Amy groans. "Rosa told me. Gina found it very funny".
"I can't believe I gave him food poisoning". She rests her head on the desk in a similar pose to his. "He knows how I like my coffee".
"You like it with milk, its only one extra ingredient".
She looks at him in surprise. "You know how I like my coffee?"
"Sure". He shrugs. "With milk. Not that hard to remember".
She smiles into her coffee mug.
