An: this story takes place in the 2000s meaning I'm making harry parents are gonna be born in 1981 making harry be born in 2001 just so u know so I don't get flamed for putting them in the future.
Harry potter was having a better start summer than he expected after the year he had at school. It didn't start out that great. He came home from fifth year from Hogwarts with a godfather the problem is he's in a coma after the fight at the ministry when his cousin Bellatrix Lestrange shot a bombarda maxima charm at him that he barely dodged making him hit his head hard enough to get a concussion and passed out, and knowing he was marked for death thanks to his divination teacher but after the first few days things got unexpectedly better starting when he got to his aunts house. Surprisingly the orders warning paid off he still had to do chores but at least he was being fed more eventually harry decided that he wont be unprepared anymore if the death eaters are going to go around killing people then they can get put down like the rabid dogs that they are;and decided to start practicing his spell casting from first to fifth yr until he had a list of spells he can easily cast to maim or kill someone with like the bone breaking hex ,blasting charm, and the cutting curse that he can aim at the right spot on a body and kill a death eater without getting charged because he could claim and tell them that he was using schoolyard hexes to defend himself and name them under the truth potion .
Lets face it as soon as "The Boy who Lived" becomes "The Boy who Killed" they'll turn on him they always did from first yr when he talked to snakes, second yr he was the heir of Slytherin, fourth yr for being forced to participate in the Triwizard Tournament, and telling them Voldemort was back; and then they wanted to drag his name thru the mud at this point its just a matter of time but Harry already knew that the key to winning this war is not getting hit and to do that he needed to get fit so he started doing push ups, sit ups , jogging and running in the morning and afternoons,and using the weights and punching bag Dudley had downstairs; doing the same routine everyday for two weeks eventually one of his guards realized that she could get a few workouts in if she joins him on his runs in the morning every three days when she guarding him and eventually Nymphadora Tonks became an honorary sister for Harry and even bought him his first magical smartphone The Destiny Note 4 Plus and some Dusk Candy earbuds so he can talk to some of his friends.

Harry is now 5,8 175lbs after two weeks of an improved meal and because constant exercise he gained 15lb of muscle at the end of the first wk ,by the end of the second week he was 5,9 and weighed 180 lbs. On Wednesday things got weird when he got the mail after his run in the morning because there was a small package that was left for him but wasn't technically addressed to him because the package was addressed to harry potther and it didn't have a return address the package was in a small envelope; he put the envelope into his inner jacket pocket and gave the rest of the mail to his Aunt Petunia she took the letters without even looking at him ,so he ran up to his room to open the letter.
Dear Lord Potter,
You are not safe.
You are being manipulated by Dumbledore. The House is Bugged.

Harry potter being mildly curious and wondering what the goblins mean when they say he isn't safe decided to take it down to the basement and see what the goblins needed to tell him because of his experience with goblins, he knew whatever this was about was not a joke. If he was being honest with his self he didn't trust Dumbledore because of all his questionable explanations and with holding information, and three if those two things were true then the whole note must be true. So Harry sent the box on the floor and pressed his thumb on top of the box and felt a small prick in his finger, before the box glowed and expanded into a plain black trunk; he popped the latches and open the trunk to find a few things inside and a two letters one for him and one for Dora. He opened his letter and found another short and to the point letter addressed to him .
Dear Lord Potter,
with Lord Black being in a coma for the foreseeable future and with you being labeled as his sole beneficiary, in case anything happens to him you have been granted the title of Lord Black. If Sirius Black gets better he will take over as Lord Black again but if he doesn't recover you will be the new Lord Black as Sirius sole heir. We sent you an owl with the documents you needed to fill out ; We got a a reply from Albus Dumbledore stating that he is your magical guardian and we were to fold the title of lord Black into the Potter estate and not to bother you anymore. This raised a lot of red flags you are 15 yrs. old, and you have taken your owls ,and even if you did have a magical guardian we would still need you to come sign the magical paper work in blood to have it legal and binding. We started looking into this matter and found a lot of inconsistencies with your accounts. The headmaster has taken hundreds and thousands of galleons out of your accounts over the years. We sent investigators to look for you and located you at your current residence, we did a scan of the words and found out that there are listening wards up around the house and weak blood wards that could fall at any minute and offer little real protection. We also Detected ward alarms set by known dark wizards . The death eaters know where you live and are waiting for the blood wards to fall, our best estimate is that they'll attack as soon as the wards come down. We need to see you ASAP ; We only have until the end of the month to have you sign the documents for being the Black beneficiary. If you do not then the titles and holdings will go to Draco Malfoy and I doubt Mr. Black will have anything to claim when hes recovered. We have spotted Miss Tonks and know that she'll be on guard duty in the morning on Thursday. Inside this trunk you will find a set of ward stones, a wand signature box,three doses of a compulsion potion, a localized ward disruptor,owl treat , a dog collar,and the keys to a midnight blue Subaru Wrx Sti parked across the street from the park waiting for you. Tonight dose the muggles with the potion and tell them to pack their bags and send them away, as soon as you sign the paperwork the wards will come down to protect the house place the four ward stones around the house today ; then pack all your things into this trunk. It will expand and with your thumb print . Tomorrow feed your owl the treat it will turn her into a small dog for the next few days. Its a harmless treat sold by the Weasley twins, then take your dog for a walk and get Miss Tonks to follow you to the park hand her the letter with her name on it and this one and she'll know what to do form there. Harry potter had to read and reread the not three times to make sure that his eyes wasn't playing tricks on him Dumbledore was stealing from me and the death eaters knew where he lived at harry grabbed the small device, and read the note attached to it telling him how to turn it on and put it in his back left pocket ;when he did he could feel the air around him change. He grabbed the small ward stones that kinda look like river rocks put them in his front right pocket then he shranked the trunk and put it in his left pocket along with the letters. Then harry went about his day like he normally did with his phone playing a song by Say We Can Fly called Scars while he was cutting the grass and discreetly dropping the ward stones around the house. That evening he took the compulsion potion and slipped three drops into his aunt ,uncle ,and cousins drinks and brought their cups to them, after testing it by making them do stupid stuff to see if it works; he told them to pack their things and tomorrow when he left they were to put their stuff in their car and go to Aunt Marge's house. Uncle you are to call your job and tell them you had an family emergency , take your time going to Aunt Marge's and stay for a week or two. Think of this as a vacation. Nod your heads if you understand my instructions, harry said in a calm tone. They all nodded. After he did the last of his chores he packed all his stuff which wasn't much and fed his owl an owl treat after she changed into a small dog he cleaned out her cage and packed it in the trunk. Harry went to sleep that worried about his friends and realized because he led them into the department of mysteries their all targets know and with that unsettling talk he decided to call his best friend Hermione Granger and ask her what her address was so he can come talk to her parents and tell her what he finds out after he visits Gringotts.

Harry was up before the sun this morning. He got dressed in his Classic Full zip hoodie that he left unzipped over his blue Nike Just do it shirt, with some black Nike NSW club joggers, and a pair of Jordan Air 12 Retro's that are black, and concord-white shoes. He packed the granola bars and protein shakes he had left over into his black Nike Jordan Air Patrol Backpack along with the trunk and put his Destiny Note 4 Plus in his left pocket and the letters and car keys in his right pocket. He shared a package of beef jerky with Hedwig and at 7:00 he grabbed his backpack and walked out the door with his owl turned dog Hedwig. He waited a few seconds and Dora was at his door wearing a white yoga outfit and a track jacket, after harry explained that the twins gave him a owl treat that turned Hedwig into a dog they started their morning jog when they got to the park harry told Tonks he had three letters for her to read, after Tonks started looking through the letters hers eyes kept getting bigger and bigger; By the time she got to her letter she was pale white and her mouth was hanging open. She took a minute and leaned back with her eyes closed after a minute she nodded her head as if coming to a decision before she opened her eyes and looked at Harry he saw a confident look in his big sister face.
"You got the wand box ?" she asked.
"Right here" Harry said taking it out. Dora opened the box and put her wand inside.
"Add your wand and hand me the car keys". She told me confidentially.
"Sure sis. Also,thanks for sticking by me". Harry said putting his wand into the box.
"What the hell else am I going to do Harry your a good kid and I promised at the beginning of the summer to look after you". Tonks said. "Now close that up tuck it into your bag, and lets go". She said standing up.
Dora's eyes scanned the park and she saw the new Subaru Wrx Sti parked on the corner. They jogged over to the car and she opened the door with the key fob. They got in and she started the car with a grin. "I always wanted one of these". She said putting the car in gear and pulling out of the spot violently as the Turbocharged four cylinder roared to life causing them to burn a little bit of rubber as she fed it gas.
"If we get out the other side of this I'll buy you two of them". Harry said.
"You don't have to the letter says your Lord Black until Sirius recovers let me back into the family and we'll call it even; with a house name ill be able to shop in the alley get things half off". She said.
"You know the old mans gonna be mad at you for this". harry said.
"So fucking what let him get his panties in a twist hes lucky I don't turn him into my old boss for his little flightless bird club". Tonks said.
"Oh trust me if hes been fucking with my family name and money hell be lucky to work at Hogwarts when I'm done with him. That shit ends now I'm tired of being everyone's doormat". Harry said.
"That's the spirit harry". Tonks said.
"Where are we going?" asked harry.
" A muggle bank in downtown London. It must be a Gringotts branch they use for dealing with muggles." Dora said pulling out her phone and called her mom to meet them at the bank.
"My mom's a lawyer she's gonna meet us at the bank, if you don't mind". Tonks said.
"Nah that's good she could probably help me understand the legal stuff". Harry said.
"That's good". Tonks said. After while harry paired his phone to the radio in the car and played Thomas Rhett Life changes.
" A bit on the nose don't you think". She said.
"True. What about this?" Harry asked playing Three Days Grace Get out alive.
"We really need to talk about your on the nose DJ skills. No don't change it. Let it ride. It will get us through traffic faster". She said.
They pulled up to the bank right when the song ended and Tonks reversed into the parking spot that was next to her moms ruby red Porsche 911 Turbo before they grabbed their stuff and got out the car, and walked inside the bank.
When they walked inside they saw a tall black haired lady that was dressed in a elegant suit waiting inside the bank for them.
"Hey mom. This is Harry potter". Dora said.
"Its nice to meet you ma'am". Harry said.
"Call me Andy sweetie. The last time I saw you I held you in my arms you've grown into a man ". Andy said adjusting his hair as only a mother could.
" In that case thank you for coming on such short notice". Harry said.
A.N. : I'm going to basically be skipping the bank scene and just summarize it the best I can so we can get harry to America faster and get his friends out with him.
Harry met Ragnok he's the head of Goblin Nation and Gringotts Bank and he basically told harry that Albus Dumbledore been making him sign forms in blood saying that he gives Dumbledore access to his vaults and that Albus made a marriage contract between you and lavender brown and a will that says if you die her son inherits the potter fortune we talked to the girl but from what we found out is she been obliviated of the event and doesn't have any knowledge of what happens and broke down into tears when she found out. We ran a scan on her and found out that she was givin a strong love potion and was confunded into consumating the marriage contract and it came to our knowledge that you killed a Basilisk in your second year that you signed over to Dumbledore that he sold for 90 million galleons and he withdrew 500 million galleons from your account. ( A.N. : I just wanted to tell you all that I'm using the USD currency so 1 Galleon = 90 USD 1 Sickle = 60 USD 1 Knut = 30 USD … so you understand the conversions ) "So he stole 8.1 billion dollars from me when he sold the basilisk carcass and withdrew 45 billion dollars from my account" Harry said.
"Yes that basically sums it up". Ragnok said.
"So how much did I have before withdrew 45 billion dollars from my account?" Harry asked.
" The Potter Family vault had 150 billion Galleons, 50 billion Sickles, and 25 knuts". Ragnok said.
" So I had 1.4 Trillion dollars before he took money out and after I have 1.35 Trillion dollars left?" Harry asked.
" Yes, but that's not all we checked the black vault to and apparently Sirius wrote a check for 750 billion galleons in blood but since he's in a coma we can't be sure if he did of his free will or not ". Ragnok said.
" So how much was in the Black vault before ?" Harry asked.
" The Black vault had 250 billion Galleons, 100 billion Sickles, and 50 billion Knuts". Ragnok said.
" So the Black vault had 2.3 trillion dollars before the check and after the check it has 2.23 trillion dollars left". Harry said.
But it gets worse we found your parents will and it said you were supposed to be raised by Sirius black if he was unavailable you were to go to Alice and frank Longbottom if she was unavailable you were supposed to go to Andy and Ted Tonks and under no circumstances were you to ever go to the Dursley's and that Sirius black was not there secret keeper and that there secret keeper was Peter Pettigrew, based off of all of this and the fact that your sirius heir and he's still alive you have to choices but harry potter has to die so you can sign a last will and testament to your new name bequeathing everything to your knew identity that you'll choose from this list of names of all your sub houses making your knew identity the heir of the black and potter fortune now just choose your name from your cadet lines Merlin ,Gryffindor ,Ravenclaw , Slytherin, Jones, Blacke, Stevenson,Salvatore ,and so on.
"So witch one do you choose?" Ragnok asked.
"I chose Blacke because if I cant be a Potter anymore because of Dumbledore id rather be a Black but because of Dumbledore I cant be a Black so I'd want to be a Blacke so I'm technically a Black but I'm not a Black because I'm a Blacke. Oh can I keep the name Harry because I'm used to answering for it?" Harry asked.
"Yes. Are you sure you want your name to be Harry Blacke ". Ragnok said.
"Positive".Harry Said.
"Ok we'll we'll draw up the paperwork to make you Harry Blacke and Harry potter will to leave everything to Harry Blacke and all you have to do is sign it". Ragnok said.
"Haha you'll be a blacke but your not a black so they'll never realize your a blacke now". Dora said.
After Harry potter signed everything over to Harry Blacke the Goblins picked up Sirius Black from St. Mungos Hospital for Magical Maladies using a Portkey.
"Harry the Potters have properties in France, Japan, South America ,North America ,Canada, Alaska, And Australia and it only mattered where he wanted to go. So where do you want go ?"Ragnok asked.
Harry thought for a bit and Decided to ask "Ragnok in your opinion what would be the best place to go?" Harry asked.
"North America would be the best spot cause you'd be able to Disappear in the magical and muggle world in America and America is so big theyd never be able to find you."
"North America". Harry said.
"Good Choice. They have the best doctors in America. Oh whats this? Ragnok said.
" What wrong?" Harry asked.
" Oh nothing my boy it looks like there a few Blackes Spread out around America". Ragnok Said.
" I have family in America. Where are they?" Harry asked.
"It looks like Majority of them live in Texas but there some in New York ,Philadelphia ,Georgia ,Mississippi, Florida ,California, Arizona,Wisconsin, Lousiana, and Oklahoma. Where do you wanna go?" Ragnok asked.
"Okay you said most of them are in Texas that'll be a good place to start. Can u give me a list of properties ". Harry asked.

After Harry Potter finished signing papers and his will they killed, and brought him back as Harry Blacke and gave him his Texas ID Card and Drivers License and every document he'll need as Harry Blacke then they put him, Sirius and Dora on the banks private jet to Houston after Shrinking his Subaru Wrx Sti. When they landed they rode in a 2014 Bmw 750i with Roxanne to his house. They left the U.k. 10:30 A.M. and arrived in Houston 4.30A.M. And portkeyed to the bank and got home at 6:30 A.m because Harry lived 2hr and 30mins away from the American Gringotts they finally arrived at 14525 Champions Dr, Houston,Texas 77069 they barely realized it was Called Potter Manor.
