So after my tragic loss of my mom, who died from an allergic reaction to a homemade cupcake at a work party. It has been a couple of years since then, and things have changed. For example, I'm sixteen, and I started to dress more like a punk tomboy wearing leather clothes, t-shirts of rock bands and Hip-pop artists, ripped jeans, converse shoes, and sometimes I dye my hair, and I try not to be goth. My art has gotten better. I switch up from time to time from drawing on a notepad to digital art, which is not easy since the world resembles the 2000s. To my family and friends, my dad handles my mom's death mostly well. He sometimes kisses my mom's birthday while my brother Jack is a good kid, but sometimes he can be smartass to the point I want to lock him in his room.
As for my superhero lifestyle, I've become a large rumor of a ghost in New York City that helps fight crime. There have been the occasional ghost hunters, and none of them were the Fentons, by the way, and I usually lose those losers by the third day when I have done toying them around the city at night. I made myself a cool superhero outfit that resembles Silk from marvel but with blue lighting instead of spiderwebs with a small ghost in the middle of my chest and a blue attached half mask that covers the bottom of my face. So far, no one has ever seen me fully, just a glimpse of me when I go invisible.
Right now, it's the middle of the night on top of a sandwich shop eating a ham sandwich, waiting for something to happen for me to get involved. I got my wish when a robber tried to rob a fast food joint with a pump-action shotgun shooting the gun in the air. I quickly turned invisible and flew up in the air. I see the robber getting into a pickup truck. When the robber got in, I phased through the truck. I grab the shotgun from the robber.
"What the hell happen to my gun," said the robber
Then I go to the hood of the truck and phase my hand into the engine, and I shock it until the wire melted and the engine stopped running.
"This getting crazy," said the robber
The robber gets out of the truck, and I give the robber a quick jab to his face, and he goes down on the ground. Then the cops arrived and flew out of there and let them deal with arresting the robber. I never get tired of flying around the city. It just relaxes me from time to time from school or crime-fighting. After that, I went to my house for a good night's rest.
The next day I was in my room drawing a couple of pictures of killer robots fighting an undead army of unicorns on my notepad while sitting on my desk. Then Jake comes into my room wearing a plastic crown on top of his head.
"Jake what are you doing in my room," I said
"I'm not Jake I'm the king of the world," said Jake
"Sure you are,"
"As king of the world, I demand you to draw of my glories image,"
"Yeah pay me first,"
"The king never pays,"
I get up from my desk "hm if the king of the world don't get out of my room then there going to be the queen of the world,"
"Then I'll make a retreat," Jake runs out of the room
"Dork," I thought
"Jake, Hope come downstairs I got something important to tell you!" dad yelled from downstairs.
"Alright I'm coming down,"
I walk out of my room and come downstairs, where Jake grabs a can of soda from the fridge. Dad sits at the kitchen table.
"So what's the important news?" I said
"Are we getting a pet," said Jake
"No Jake it's just that were moving,"
"What," both Jake and I said, then Jake said, "why? New York is cool,"
"Because they need a teacher for the place where moving and it pays better also New York gotten expensive,"
"What is this place where you are moving to?" I ask
"Amity Park."No bloody way, Amity Park. This is either coincidence or some hand in fate.
"Is it far from New York?" said Jake
"Yes," said dad
"Oh god," Jake walks away
"Look, Hope I know this big change but I'm doing what I think it's best for the family,"
"I know dad," I walked away.
This is going to be interesting when I come to Amity Park. I have no idea what events took place in the town already; I'm either in season one or two because the finale hasn't popped up yet. Oh boy, this is a lot to think about. Then Jake comes into my room.
"I can't believe we're leaving this city," said Jake
"Yeah," I said
"I don't even know what's fun at Amity Park,"
"Well I did hear through the web that the town full of ghost,"
Jake laughs a little "yeah right sis ghosts doesn't exist,"
"Hey you don't know that truth can be stranger than fiction,"
Jake rolls his eye "whatever," and he leaves my room
"He's going to flip when he see a ghost," I thought. I go back to my notepad, and I flip to a new page and start sketching a ghost.
