The Ultimate Detective and The Ultimate Hope Gaiden: Naegi Family Tickles!

Chapter One: Kiki!

"Hi honey, we're home!" Makoto announced as he, Kiki, and Mokubo walked through the door.

Kyoko smiled and walked over to her husband and eldest children before greeting them with warm hugs.

"Welcome home. Did you have fun with your brother, Kiki?"

As Kiki smiled and nodded, Makoto beamed proudly and told her "When Komaru and I went to pick them up, some kids from Moku's class tried to give him a hard time, but his big sister here scared them off."

"Dad!" Kiki groaned, her cheeks flushed pink as her father laughed and ruffled her hair.

Kyoko frowned in concern and asked "Are you two okay? You two haven't gotten any injuries? No fights I need to know about?"

Makoto shook his head and assured her "Apparently one of the kids pushed him off the swing, but he's just a little bruised is all. Some warm water and a band aid should make him good as new."

"Oh, come here, Mokubo, I'll get you some ice before we bandage that bruise up." Kyoko instructed as she gently took her son by the hand and led him towards the bathroom, leaving Makoto alone with their daughter.

"Dad, did you really have to call me your little girl?" Kiki groaned as they sat on the couch together.

Makoto ruffled her hair playfully and grinned as he replied "Hey, that's what you are, right? You're my and your mother's little girl."

Kiki pouted and retorted "Am not! I'm a big girl now, dad! I can take care of myself and everything!"

Makoto nodded and conceded "It's true, you are a big girl now. But it doesn't mean that you can't still be our little girl too." Makoto's hands playfully crawled closer as he teased "Our cute, adorable, ticklish baby girl…"

Kiki's face paled as she stammered "Da…dad…I'm not ticklish anymore, that was when I was fi…five…" Kiki shivered as her father's hands grasped her waist and drummed at her sides before she objected "I don't play ti…tickle games anymore…"

"Oh, that's not true. Deep down you still love to be tickled, and if you insist on denying that part of yourself, then I'll just have to remind you of it. Tickle tickle tickle!" Makoto teased as his fingers tapped against her sides, making Kiki burst into a fit of giggles.

"Daahahahahahaaad! Staaahahahaaaap! Okahahahahaaay! I admit it! I'm tiihihihihicklish!" Kiki giggled as her father pulled her into his lap and continued to tickle her sides.

"That's right, you're super ticklish and you love being tickled. Admit you still love being tickled, Kiki!"

"Nohohohohohoooo!" Kiki giggled as she squirmed in his grasp. "I dohohohon't looohohohohooove being tihihihi…HEEEEHEHEHEHEHHEEEE!" Kiki squealed as she felt Makoto's hands sneak under her shirt and spider all over her belly. "NOOOHOHOHOHOHOOOO! NOT THE BELLY! NOT THE BEHEHEHEEELLLYYY!"

"You know how to make it stop, Kiki." Makoto teased. "Admit you still like being tickled."

"OKAHAHAHAHAHAAAY!" Kiki laughed uncontrollably. "I AHAHAHAHADMIT IT! I STILL LIKE BEING TIIIHIHIHIIICKLED! JUST STOOOHOHOHOOOP WITH THE BELLY TIIHIHIHIHIIIICKLES!"

"There, now was that so bad?" Makoto asked as he removed his hands, though he wrapped his arms securely around her waist so she didn't fall off his lap. Once she recovered and she looked up at her father, Makoto smiled knowingly and asked "You had fun, didn't you?"

Memories of years long gone by played before Kiki's eyes before she smiled softly and admitted with embarrassment in her voice "Yeah…I…I guess I did…"

Makoto hugged his daughter tighter against him as he nodded and explained "Kiki, no matter how old you get, even when you're married with kids of your own, you'll still always be our little girl. And it's okay to embrace your inner child every now and again."

Kiki nodded in understanding as she murmured "…Okay, Daddy."

Kiki giggled as Makoto ruffled her hair and cooed "That's my little girl." Once he relaxed his arms and Kiki leapt off his lap, Makoto told her "Alright, why don't you go work on your homework? I'll go work on making dinner while your mother takes care of Moku, okay?"

"Okay, Dad." Kiki nodded before walking off towards her room, rubbing her tickled belly.

Makoto smiled before he turned towards the kitchen, pondering what to make for dinner that evening.
